Great friendly place
We have just got back from this location, what a lovely well kept, friendly place to stay, the owners are on site as it is a working farm, if you do stay after reading this we left a takeaway menu for you for a chinese and indian local and beside eachother, both very nice food, ask the owners about eating out locally in pubs ect, they are very helpful.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and equipped to a very high standard - both the items in the kitchen and the bedding/ towels. The owners were very friendly. A great base for exploring the area. We would definitely recommend!

Jade and Fern who look after the let's make you feel most welcome especially Millie the terrier, who greets you with licks galore! No issues at all really. It suited us well with everything on one level . You can park the car right up to the door more or less making access to the let very easy for moving luggage in and out. One slight downside is the low water pressure but that's soon adapted to. One final point is that when approaching the site the entrance is rather hidden and could be missed.

! Managed to get it in just before lockdown was announced for us as we returned home! Ewecub barn was beautiful and the owners were really helpful. Area is beautiful. Hope to book again sometime to take my mum there- she is 95 and it is so convenient to have everything on one level and the car parked near front door!

The owners were lovely, not intrusive but there when we needed them. They made us feel very comfortable. The accommodation was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Furthermore, the location was beautiful with lovely grounds. You’re never too far from great places to explore in the Cotswolds and pretty villages to spend the day out. Oxford is only half an hour away and Blemhein Palace is a must. My daughters really enjoyed waking up to the dogs (Millie and Oscar), ...

A fabulous place
My wife and I (and 2 parents for a few days) stayed in the beautiful barn for a week in late June. The setting is very picturesque and the barn has been renovated perfectly. Everthing is welcoming and warm and in excellent condition - and scrupulously clean.There is everything that we needed for a self-catering week, including a dishwasher.Being able to park right outside is really helpful, and the patio is a lovely place to have dinner or just a drink in the sun. Jade and family were welcoming and helpful - I can't recommend this place strongly enough for anyone wanting to stay on the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds. Thanks to all concerned for a lovely stay.

Beds and settees both comfortable. The property has storage heating which is new to me but hosts happy to explain how to use it. It was hard to find at night so could do with a sign on the road outside indicating turning. Would definitely return, good position, easy to get to the various beautiful towns around the area.

The cottage was absolutely gorgeous, each room had obviously been decorated and furnished with thought and care. The overall effect was very calming and relaxing.The owners where lovely, helpful and on site should we have needed them but left us alone to relax and enjoy the rare sunshine. \ Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place to relax.\ \

We fell in love with Oxford and could not believe how easy it was to visit, using the excellent Park and Ride! There are also NT properties within easy reach and also Kelmscott - which was a big attraction to us.

The property was immaculate and scrupulously clean with all modern amenities. Beautifully appointed property with an outdoor space to relax and enjoy a drink in the sunshine. We wanted for nothing and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lots of green space for the kids to run around, the animals on the farm were a highlight for the children. Jade and the family were so hospitable and nothing was too much effort. The cottage was delightful and the outside patio ideal to enjoy the beautiful setting. Everything inside is done to a high standard. There is plenty of kitchen dishes and utensils for cooking, the oven is a decent one there was everything needed for a self catering accommodation. Dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid provided, there was even a cafetiere. We were pleasantly surprised by the kitchen. Everything was very clean, functional and spacious. We were happy enjoying our afternoons at the farm and relaxing, whilst enjoying all the space. My children had a great time and are still talking about getting to see the hay bailing being done and animals. Lots of attractions nearby but due to the pandemic we chose to explore the lovely quieter countryside and avoid crowds which was great. A few planes at the nearby RAF base which they loved seeing land and take off but not disturbing as not frequent. Only negative comment would be curtains are quite light so the kids tended to waken up early and awake late as was summer. We had a great stay and would stay again.

The farmyard arrangement is convenient (for the A40), secure and lovely but the occasional plane revving up is an intrusion that comes as a surprise first time round. We also found the heating in the bedrooms a bit hot early in the mornings. But the place is great and the people friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Perfect for us.

The place was very clean and had some nice touches with fresh milk in the fridge. For us the only downside was a very small double bed where the next size up would make for a more comfortable sleep.

The cottage is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and has the added bonus of being on a working farm with great owners. We loved coming back to it every day. If you want to stay here book early, we will be!

I liked that there were a few extra ‘bits’ that added to the cottage experience. Towels and tea towels were provided as well as a tray of biscuits, tea and coffee. The owners were friendly also. We would definitely book to stay here again!

Spotlessly clean, well designed, fully equipped and maintained. It's in a wonderfully quiet position and the owners are very helpful and friendly. It's an easy drive to Cheltenham, Oxford and surrounded by great little historic villages like Burford or Bourbon on the Water. There's plenty to do in the area and it's a really comfortable cottage to return to after a day of sight seeing. I would highly recommend staying here.

All the facilities you could need and presented to an excellent standard. The welcome was really friendly and informative and having the owners on site was a real comfort. We especially enjoyed the views out across the farmland and surrounding buildings, and the occasional farmyard visitors were a great delight to our children. The location of Ewecub Barn is brilliant for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of fun attractions nearby and further afield. We would definitely return!
