Owner was very nice and helpful. There was a lovely box of goodies to welcome us. Perfect retreat for couples wanting peace and quiet. Central fir the Broads and the coast. Would highly recommend.

Plenty to do and see within easy reach. The accommodation was easy to access on arrival. Pleasant and helpful owners on site. Accommodation was comfortable and thoughtfully furnished.

5 mile loop straight from the house. But there are plenty of other walks nearby. Just over 2 miles North of Hoveton, which is where the Bure Valley Trail (9.8 mile) starts for either walkers or cyclists, don't need an MTB a road bike will do. All the facilities in the flat you would need, our only criticism would be the bed was too low (in our 60's) & to get wet in the shower you had to run around, but these are minor points to what was a wonderful stay.

It is quiet and peaceful, with a nice south facing patio. Nice quiet roads and nearby footpaths for dog walking.

However, we were within very easy reach of Wroxham which is an excellent gateway to the Broads and which also provides a useful selection of shops. We were also within comfortable reach of the north Norfolk coast ,several beautiful National Trust properties, steam railway trips and all the highlights of Norwich. While there were inevitable restrictions owing to the pandemic, we felt very safe everywhere we went . The property gave us effective WiFi, but we were unable to access a phone signal from the accommodation itself, although we could phone from the car on our trips out during the day.

The owner left a good welcome pack of drinks and biscuits And a vase of fresh flowers. The property was 3 miles from Wroxham which suited us well as it was very quiet and peaceful. A great relaxing holiday.

In a secluded spot just a short drive from wroxham, the cottage was a lovely comfortable hideaway after a days walking. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The garden was beautifully done and we spent every evening using it to eat outside.The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you needed if you wanted to cook every evening.Mark the owner was lovely.I cannot recommend this property highly enough.l

We were given a friendly welcome by the owner after a long journey and were not disappointed with the house when we were shown around. The house was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The house is not over large but perfect for a couple on a short holiday. The house is in a lovely location and central to lots of places to visit. we would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Most enjoyable one of the best properties we have stayed in but you need to update your pictures as new decking has been laid and the large top to bottom window has been removed enjoyed Wroxham aria nice trip on the broads can recommend Liberty’s for coffee nice girls and hot coffee as well Fairhaven country park very good

We had a warm welcome from the owner together with certain supplies eg. milk, tea biscuits and flowers. We do think, however, the web site photographs need updating as the living accommodation no longer has the full length windows and the garden is rather more mature. Having said that, a very peaceful and enjoyable place to stay.

It was about 2 miles + up a very narrow lane which meant that we had to use our car to get into Wroxham to be able to catch a bus or use our car to get around Norfolk.

Just 2 miles from Wroxham, absolutely perfect for my wife and me, very comfortable, full sky tv and wi-fi, bed so comfy, everything we needed was here. Secluded and very quiet, was so relaxing to just sit outside of an evening and just listen to the birds singing. We love walking and bird watching, just 15 mins from How Hill, 20 mins or so from Hickling Broad and about 30 mins to Strumpshaw Fen. Got all out daily needs from Roy's in Wroxham. Hoping to book this again in 2019. Highly recommend this place for a couple who like peace and quiet.

just couple of miles from Wroxham which suited us brilliantly, we like walking and birdwatching, only a short distance from our favourite places, How Hill, Ludham, Strumpshaw Fen and Hickling Broad. Everything we needed for a week's break and facilities were more than adequate. Got our sandwiches etc for our days out from Roy's in Wroxham, not only reasonably priced but well prepared food. Good breakfast at Charlottes right by Wroxham Bridge and the fish and chips at Greys were excellent. Some nice country lanes to explore by where we stayed and so peaceful just to sit in the garden late evening. Will be returning in 2019.

The location was perfect, so peaceful, it was remote enough to completely relax, but all of the amenities you needed were a short walk or drive away. This is a beautiful cottage, so modern and clean with everything you would need available for use. Also, a lovely garden in which to sit out and enjoy.
