We had an amazing stay here! The lodge was spotless, with everything you could need for a weekend away. The hot tub was also spotless, we enjoyed using this every day! Such a luxury. We will definitely be returning and recommending to friends/family.

As a family we have stayed at many lodges the past few years, but this was the best we've been to hands down. The park itself is nice and quiet and the lodges are modern and finished to high standard. Cant recommend enough!

Lovely stay in one of the lodges at Pantglas Farm. The lodge itself was lovely and clean suited us perfectly. Hot tub was great too. Next time I’d make sure to bring a maiden as there aren’t many places to hang wet towels/clothes but we made do just fine. There is a laundry room on site, however, I didn’t have the correct change and wasn’t sure exactly how to use so I just did a couple of hand washes instead. Staff were very helpful and friendly when we had a problem with our umbrella and replaced it straight away. The location is beautiful, we got really lucky with the weather too! If you’re going with kids I’d definitely recommend a day at Folly Farm, Dinosaur Adventure Park and Tenby beach which are all not too far away.I’d definitely like to revisit.

Lovely chalet every thing you need for a relaxing holiday clean Spotless, lots for kids do do with park area, Only down fall was as it was in school term the bar and the amusements were only open on a Friday and Saturday from 6pm Would has been nice if they opened on a Sunday even if it was from 5pm till 9pm for the kids last day so that they could have fun in the amusements as it was raining and to wet to play in bark so kids did get a bit bored Other than that would highly recommend a stay there Lovely helpful staff

Pentglas Farm is lovely, well maintained and clean but...lodges aren't staggered so you can see straight through into your neighbours lodge. The layout was a little strange with the sideboard full of kitchen crockery, glasses and pots etc under the TV in the lounge area, no workspace in the kitchen and no where to put food items, although fridge freezer is massive but who fills a freezer on holiday! The lodge have a bath which takes up most of the bathroom and is very narrow to get in and out of the shower, my son (26) caught his hip on a sharp edge and suffered a deep scratch, not ideal, needs a walk in shower instead. Main bedroom has a queen sized bed so not much room and the twin is oddly laid out too with no hanging space only large

Had a lovey stay at Pantglas Farm, the lodge has everything you need and was immaculate with the added bonus of the hot tub. The owner Rhiannon was so helpful nothing was too much trouble, would return and definitely recommend to others.

We stayed 4 nights over May half term in No.1 Foxglove Lodge, right opposite the kids play area - perfectly positioned! Staff are friendly & helpful. Lodge is well maintained, equipped with a lovely hot tub. Nice and peaceful! Modern kitchen & bathroom. 2nd bedroom is tiny with no cupboard space, just cubes overhead, so pack light! We did think there was family entertainment with it being half term (perhaps Hoseasons should remove this from their website). Definitely need a car to explore, lovely area - we visited Carmarthen & Tenby - gorgeous town and beaches. Would return ud83dude0a thanks for a great stay!

Had a fab long weekend here, staff were really accommodating and friendly. We were 2 adults & 3 children so used the sofa bed which was fine for a child. Not much storage for clothes in the 2nd bedroom but we made do. Hot Tub was clean and well maintained.

Absolutely stunning lodges, immaculate inside and all around the site. The site has everything that you need and amazing for younger children with the park they have. Staff are so friendly and always willing to help. Rhiannon went above and beyond to give us all information we needed. Will definitely return again.

Lovely little lodge/cabin. Beds not comfortable but bedding good. Hit tub best we've ever had. Staff all friendly and welcoming. No shop on site and bar only open at weekend. 1 Wasing machine for whole site and 1 dryer very expensive to use. Need car for days out and shops but nothing more than 20/30 mins. Beaches beautiful. Tenby was amazing try saltys on seafront for a drink. Would visit again and recommend if bit cheaper as petrol costs to go out everyday soon add up. Very dog friendly but had to buy netting to use around cabin as our little dog could escape through bars

An amazing stay and just what we were after! On first appearances of the lodge from the outside we were a little dubious of what we had booked but the staff were immediately so friendly and welcoming and the lodge inside was immaculately clean, modern and presented. Albeit the bedrooms are a little bit small but ample size for a midweek stay and we were only using it to sleep in, most of the time we were either out or if in the lodge, in the lounge / kitchen area. The hot tub is amazing!!! At the back of the decking / lodge and felt really secluded and private which was really nice. We also really liked that the decking had a gate to get in and to access the lodge, which was perfect for having the dog, it meant she could be outside while we were in the hot tub without us worrying about her wandering off. Only thing was that there was no broom or cleaning things which we would of appreciated as having the dog the room did get a bit dusty but nothing major and I’m sure if we had been on site when the reception was open that they would provided us with one (but we were out everyday). Overall this was an amazing stay and definitely recommend - perfect for a quiet couples retreat but in the holidays a great base for families with the playground and bar / restaurant onsite!

Our third visit to these beautiful lodges . My grandsons love it there . So quiet just what they need . Great park & field area plus a little arcade. Lodges themselves have everything you need for a very comfortable stay . One of our grandsons has non verbal autism so finding places he’s comfortable in is always a challenge however these are perfect for him . The hot tub is amazing & wonderful for his painful hyper mobility which he struggles massively with . I’d definitely recommend these to any SEN families as a warm welcome will await you ud83dude0a

Nice place. Clean and modern. Hot tub was good.A few things I would improve, there was nowhere to hang towels, although seems a small issue it was really annoying with 4 of us with bath towels and hot tub towels with no where to put them to dry or hang them. There's also no place to hang coats.Beds comfortable and kitchen facilities were good.Grounds could have been better although it was raining.

This was the perfect break, everything was set up brilliantly, staff were amazing and very friendly. We went with a big party so had 2 lodges and everyone was happy and we are ready to book again!!

Lovely place, both of my children loved it. Perfect place for neurodevergent children. Safe and plenty of fresh air. The staff was brilliant and so helpful, would definitely recommend this.

Lodge was nice there was glass under sofa where it had been missed previous cleanbut no issue just cleaned it up. Lodge was clean everywhere else i couldnt fault it to be honest. Beds are comfortable and heating well we had to turn it off too warm even with bad weather. Overall it was a lovely site lodge a bit far out from everywhere but wasnt a bit issue as we was exploring different points so made a great base for us. It was a lovely place and we would defo stay again. The staff was really nice and welcoming. Already started looking for the next deal for this site. Honestly though i highly recomment this site it was just perfect we didnt want to come home it was just the relaxing vibe we needed from our busy working and family life it was great family time.

We had a brilliant time with family attractions not to far away from the location, cot and high chair was requested and was there ready for our arrival. staff were friendly and helpful the toilet was leaking and we informed them in the morning and by the time we got back from a day out it was all sorted, thanks for a great stay ud83dude00

But a couple of niggles We had no toilet paper when we arrived, there was no blind in the bathroom ( it was frosted glass, but still )Camp site bar was not dog friendly inside, and due to weather we didn’t use it Double bed was really hard for us, but obviously a matter of opinion Location very good to explore area with a car

Don’t waste your money visiting here worst place I have ever booked for a holiday in my life! Our car was damaged as result of careless staff and building contractors which resulted in a badly punctured tyre. Being disabled this is far from ideal! Had to have an emergency new tyre fitted as I needed to get to a hospital half an hour away to collect an emergency prescription for my disability.Staff were rude and uncontactable for 2 days and unwilling deal with or resolve the situation and now I’m stuck with an almost £300 bill from the tyre company due to the fault and carelessness of the staff working on site. Staff aren’t interested in anything but money. Weekend reception office hours are supposedly 10-2pm but doors were locked and closed and nobody would answer the phones despite someone always being on site to help as stated in the welcome pack.Worst experience I have ever come across from a business most rude and unprofessional company ever.Even when provided with the evidence they’ve tried to fob it off as someone else’s problem becuase it couldn’t possibly have happened on their site despite the fact there are actively builders and contractors on site currently making improvementsyou’d be far better off staying on narberth or Tenby. This place is cheap for a reason. Cheap prices & cheap standards! Avoid avoid avoid.

We booked for a lodge and got a jazzed up Izzo container , we got there Friday booked up until Monday but left Saturday , there was a horrible noice every couple of minutes throughout the whole lodge and there was no bbq which was stated in the booking. The noice was so bad it kept our entire family up all of the Friday night so we left Saturday morning

We loved Pant glas farm . It is very quiet but that’s what we wanted . It had a childrens play park , small arcade and bar/restaurant.
The lodge was of exceptional standard and extremely sound proof . So even tho they face the play park no noise can be heard indoors .
There were still building works going on but we didn’t even hear that .
