Absolutely delighted when I arrived at lodge ,cleanliness was 10 out of 10,lodge was absolutely beautiful. Spotless. Bed where so comfortable. Had a great sleep .everything you would ever need in a lodge .great value for money .hottub was out of this world .will definitely be back and would recommend this to everyone .

Nice location, quiet site, caravan clean and tidy, however the mattresses on the beds were terrible, you can feel every spring, so very uncomfortable to the extent that I slept on the seating in the lounge area, also left a day early just to get home and have a decent sleep.

The park was in good location for visiting surrounding area.The caravan itself was very clean and comfortable with everything you need for short stay.The only criticism is the outside decking and furniture could do with upgrading to improve outside appearance.

Exceptionally clean and well set out for our short visit. Dog friendly but no sign that a dog had been in there before. Walking the dog (cocker spaniel) needed a bit of a ride in the car to woodland area first as busy roads nearby. Well resourced and comfortable. Thank you.

We have always shied away from holiday parks, liking peace and quiet. We passed the beeches many times and now wish we'd gone there sooner. It's perfect if you like peace and quiet and definitely don't want entertainment. The accommodation is spotless and the surroundings are beautiful. We can't wait for next year.

The unit we stayed was reasonable comfortable but for 2 adults sleeping in the small bedroom it was very cramped. Site in a good location to explore the area and although over an hour away, good links to get to Edinburgh.

A very quiet peaceful break. Hot tub was an added bonus. Beautiful scenery no amenities on site so perfect if you want a complete break with nearby Blairgowrie perfect for supplies or dinner out.

Brilliant stay at beech hedge. The park is in a great location and is extremely peaceful and relaxing. The caravan was clean and spacious with a decent size decking area. Have only marked down on facilities as there wasn't anything on-site but to be honest that was the main appeal for us so as long as you are aware of this before you go it's not a negative.

A lovely holiday park, nice and quiet. Only little niggle was the cutlery, it was those with plastic see through handles, I just don't think they're hygienic, but that's just me. Lovely little cottage clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend this for a holiday for couples only . Would go again

Beech Hedge was a lovely base to explore Perthshire from. We loved relaxing in the hot tub which was looked after for us. The Lodge was well kitted out and clean and comfortable. We had a brilliant time!

We had another lovely weekend at beech hedge. We fell in love with aspen Lodge the first time we visited. The location is great for getting in to both perth and blairgowerie and the lodge itself feels very private as its on the end of the road. The inside of the lodge is always very clean, and having both a fridge and freezer is helpful. The hot tub is a great size and is checked everyday. The only things we felt was missing was small things like a few blankets for the couches , washing facilities are a bit of a pain as only one washing machine and tumble dryer for the whole place would be better having one in the lodge. The bin was also still broken from the last time we were there. However all very small things and the lodge is such a great place for a break.

Great spot in a rural setting but close enough to main road routes for exploring this part of Scotland. It is a gorgeous area. Just over an hour's drive to Edinburgh, and same to Cairngorms. Nearby lots of lovely historic towns such as Perth and Dunkeld. The location is on a bus route so car not essential. Blairgowrie is only five mliles away with a big Tesco and lots of nice little shops. The caravan we had was spotless inside, really clean and cosy, and had a decent gas cooker with oven, a microwave, and a good hot shower. Plenty of hot water (and heating too but we did not use it). The beds were comfy. The caravan outside has a little decked area and table and chairs. All in all I would return with no hesitation! Great value. Small things to note, the saucepans were small, so suggest bringing a couple of larger ones! Tea towel and loo roll and washing up liquid all also provided, but bring towels and soap. From the window of the caravan, looking across the landscape is a wonderful view, but if the hedge was lowered by around a foot or so it would be possible to see it while sitting down!

Spent a week at Beech Hedge at the end of March and felt at home straight away. Loved the cabin, very homely and felt relaxed straight away. The hot tub was a welcomed addition and was used each night of our stay. It was in a good location to travel to various places, with local amenities only a five minute drive away. For the out of season price that we paid, we were very happy with our stay.

Absolutely 5 stars without a doubt. The lodge was extremely clean, and had everything you would need for a stay. Owner was very helpful on arrival, and assured they’d be on hand if we needed any help or assistance. An ideal location as towns at either side. Hot tub was checked every day and has a big parasol over top just incase of rain, there’s an outdoor fridge which made it ideal for storing drinks and there’s even a bbq on the decking to enjoy. It was perfect and we’ll definitely be returning! Only thing to comment on was the bedroom door gets caught on the flooring which made it slightly inconvenient for our sleeping child, however this doesn’t change our view on the lodge!

Great little place to stay Lidl’s 5 mins along the road by car. Hot tub was nice. Kettle wasn’t clean had to boil pans of water for cups of tea and the iron and board were broken and wires fraying.

Fab lodge! First little holiday with our baby and enjoyed it so much! Only little things really like no loo brush in the toilet that would have been helpful, also no tea or coffees like other places I have been but not an issue brought my own! Plenty of space in the lodge and out on the decking!

The lodge was lovely and cute. I slept so well in the bed. Really comfy and quiet rooms! The recliner chairs were lovely to relax on after all the treks.The kitchen was fine. The only thing I would say is that I’m surprised you only provide one toilet roll and the kitchen utilities are poor. Surprised you didn’t provide bin bags either. Other than that it was brilliant for the price. Thank you!

Our fully equipped cabin was clean and well cared for as was the hot tub. The setting is tranquil in woodlands but near to local amenities if you have a car. Just the relaxing break we were looking for. Owners were attentive and helpful. Would go again !

Fantastic spot and lovely cabin. Staff were super helpful. Only negative is super picky but something you’d expect and that’s a lot of small things. No bathroom brush, only 1 toilet roll (usually I find 2/3), no soap in bathroom, no sugar/teabags in kitchen, you get an iron board but no iron. Only the double bed was made up with bedding the twins left bare. None of these broke our weekend but did mean we had to go out and buy a lot of it, while I’ve stayed in many self accommodations in the past on aviemore, fort William and elsewhere, they generally all come with those small things. Also bring a dvd, tv signal is non existent but that may have been because of the weather.

We had booked 4 cottages for our stay during the Easter break. It was a nice accommodation and situated right in the middle of all the places that we wanted to cover during our trip to Scotland. During our stay we found the area nice and tidy. Arrangements before our arrival were really nicely done and communicated effectively.

Had a perfect long weekend in the willow lodge. A beautiful location with a perfect view and wonderful hot tub. Very well equipped accommodation, spotless and comfortable with lovely lighting and even a walk in wardrobe!!! We would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful lodge. We found the location perfect for exploring the area and the hot tub perfect for relaxing and recharging.

Facilities were excellent and located in a lovely place. About 20 minutes from Perth City Centre and about 30 minutes from the M90 which gives you close access to everywhere in Scotland. Quiet site with no problems at all.

Not the best of lodges. Awful smell when first arrived. Lots of black mould on window frames. Roller blinds on most windows chain's broken so if you close the blinds you have to roll them up by hand..shower water temperature poor. Walls marked. Bedcovers not the best. Can't comment on staff as didn't see anyone. Just a phone call when we arrived and a phone call to tell them we were leaving a day earlier than intended . We were in the kinclaven lodge
