Located near the south coast of Devon, Sunnyside is a large holiday cottage sleeping 10 people in 4 bedrooms. This recently refurbished holiday cottage is ideally placed for friends who wish to holiday together - and the pub next door means no one has to be a driver for the night!
Sunnyside is located in the centre of the village of East Prawle, with the pub next door to the cottage. There is a shop close by too, which is open from March to October; although you'll need to head the 5 miles to East Charleton for a larger shop. Kingsbridge is a 9 mile drive, and has all amenities.
The South West Coastal Path runs along the coast in this part of the world, so Sunnyside makes a lovely base to spend your days walking (and the wood burning stove at the cottage makes a great place to spend a winters' evening after those long walks). Salcombe is a couple of miles from Sunnyside, and can be reached via the passenger ferry.
Dartmouth is a 15 mile drive up the coast, and has a plethora of pubs, restaurants and shop - and a steam railway running along the coast.
It's worth looking at some National Trust locations while you are on holiday at Sunnyside, with Bolberry Down ("Dramatic clifftop with far-reaching views") and South Milton Sands ("Long sandy beach, rock pools and dunes with beautiful sunsets") being a couple of examples.
