Great location, close to the beach, perfect for dogs with great walks along the coast in either direction. Good local amenities within walking distance including a very dog friendly pub. Larger stores within 15 minutes drive. Paul Savill from Chesham (30 June 2024)
Really well equipped little cottage/chalet on a small, quiet site. The local fish and chip shop is highly recommended but we found the Sailors Home pub food very disappointing. The beach is a stone's throw away and you can walk for miles on the coastal path. We visited the Castle museum in Norwich, highly recommended. Steven Parker from Immingham (31 May 2024)
I booked what I thought was a cottage, turned out to be a chalet, however a lovely peaceful site but unfortunately for me I omitted to enquire about parking which is a long way from the chalet, for me with mobility issues. The beach was lovely with access a few yards away. I enjoyed the local facilities, the shops, supermarket and pubs serving food.I had a small issue which was resolved very quickly. Rosemary Hodgson from Luton (16 May 2024)
Cozy and warm cottage, very close to the beach. Nice loaction with walking distance to local pubs and restaurants. Emilia from London (07 May 2024)
A lovely chalet, well equipped and homely, close to beach and the pub, lots to visit in the area, fabulous beaches are nearby, Covehithe and Dunwich heath. Beccles is worth a visit too Customer 5 (07 May 2024)

My partner and I had a wonderful time in a very comfortable cottage in a beautiful area. It was fabulous value for money and I could not recommend it too highly as a place ti stay. Gregory Day from Biggleswade (17 March 2024)
Wonderful stay so nice pub was very friendly and beach was stunning. William Clark from Tunbridge Wells (07 March 2024)
We had a wonderful stay in Willow Cottage. It had everything you would need for a holiday. The welcome pack was really appreciated. A peaceful location, easy walk to the beach and lots of great places to visit, such as Southwold and the Benacre Nature Reserve. Hoping to come again in the summer. A really lovely place to stay x Marcia and family (14 November 2023)
Clean, warm and cosy great for walking the dogs with some Lovely coastal walks.will definitely come again Linda from Lanarkshire (25 October 2023)
Great cottage, great location, everything was amazing Caio Miranda from Ipswich (25 October 2023)
Some of the bedroom furniture could do with a little up date. Some of the rooms felt a little damp. Apart from the above the chalet was very comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. Customer 12 (28 September 2023)
Comfortable clean chalet, everything needed for a very pleasant stay. Near beach, pub, shop. Had a very relaxing week. Thoroughly recommend. Customer 13 (12 September 2023)
Lovely cottage well equipped and comfortable. Kessinland is not my favourite holiday destination but Willow Cottage is defiantly the best self catering place I have ever stayed and pulls me back! ( second holiday there). Jean from Chingford London (26 June 2023)
Bijou, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Close to lovely heathland walks at the back of the beach, albeit reached via steepish steps. Liz from Crawley (12 June 2023)
Wanted a relaxing weeks holiday and it did not disappoint. Lovely cosy holiday home with good beach and dunes area to walk the dog .. Terry from Luton (09 June 2023)
A very enjoyable w Stephen from Woburn Sands (31 May 2023)
This is more of a chalet than a cottage and is on an estate of similar buildings, some of which I think are lived in permanently. The chalet itself is small but very nice. We were warm and cosy, very comfortable beds and minute but well equipped kitchen. There is however a walk of some hundred yards or so from car to chalet. Trundling cases along a dodgy path is not easy for those in their seventies, and running from car to chalet in a downpour also not much fun. And there is not much space to dry wet clothes. The shower was excellent but a shower mat would have made it safer. The sea is very close, along a short path and down some steps, which are quite easy to negotiate. There is an expance of grass, then pebbles, then beach and sea. This goes on for miles and is a dog walkers paradise. Kessingland itself has a pub, and an excellent restaurant, The Waterfront. There is a fish and chip shop and beach shop, and a Spar about a mile and a half away. That's it. This would not suit very elderly or people with mobility issues. Customer 18 (15 May 2023)
Lovely clean, comfortable cottage. Location and facilities poor. Carol from Basildon (24 April 2023)
Would highly recommend Willow Cottage as a great place to stay. Very cosy cottage and spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Comfortable mattress to sleep on. In a great location near the beach which is perfect for the dogs. Lovely treats on arrival for us and the dogs. Lots of lovely places to visit close by. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will return at some point to enjoy it all again. Mandy from Doncaster (21 April 2023)
Nice little chalet on a quiet site. Very warm and comfortable, thankfully, as the weather was awful! Very cold, wet and windy! I'm sure it's a very beautiful area when the weather nice, so would like to return and see it in some sunshine. Linda from Gloucestershire (26 March 2023)
