Clean comfortable cottage.Comfy bed,well equipped.Very quiet and rural ideal for walkers and cyclist's. Bathroom could use a shelf or cupboard for toiletries.No local shops or any amenities.The Fox Inn at Darsham worth a visit.Good food and friendly helpful staff.Didnt have to wait long for our order despite the pub been very busy.

A delightful Studio in a beautiful rural situation ideally located with all of the Suffolk coast and countryside within 45 minutes drive. Lots of very local walks right on the doorstep.Comfortable bed, furniture and lovely shower. Good kitchen but with lots of options to eat out not far away if desired. Would definitely recommend for a quiet week in a beautiful part of the country.

Silence is golden as they say and we struck gold! Quiet, comfortable surroundings ideal for nature lovers like ourselves, close to Dunwich Forest, Westleton heath and Minsmere.

Very good spot. Easy to get to lovely places without driving far. Lots of long dog walks. Lots of lovely pubs. Comfy bed. Really comfy. Comfy sofa. Nice little enclosed patio overlooking fields so Pooch could have a breather in safety. Warm. Well appointed and equipped kitchen. Quiet spot. Am looking to book again. Very many thanks to you.

Beautiful accommodation, bigger space than I was expecting with everything we needed. A welcome bottle of wine, and biscuits (for us and our dog) were a nice touch. Handy for the beaches and good local dog friendly pubs

Comfortable, warm in a lovely quiet farmland setting. Not too far to travel to see the area and it’s attractions. Think I now prefer Suffolk to Norfolk! We will definitely be back.

A quiet out of the way place to stay but well placed for touring the local area. Easy access to the coast and the A12. Very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Would stay there again.

Lovely rural and peaceful. Loved the bottle of wine that was left by the owners Robin and Liz.Plenty to see from the patio hare's, buzzards, lots of walks from the door, or a short drive away. Would love to come again next Yr.

The Studio came very close to perfect for us and our little dog on our first visit to Suffolk.
It is very well thought out and well-equipped.

This was my second visit, just love the place, and the local area. Lack of amenities is a draw for me! This is in the countryside but there are places 20 minutes drive away for shopping and petrol. Unfortunately internet was unavailable in the studio room but that was probably a good thing anyway. A perfect week, just what I hoped for, and I will return.

The Studio is small but perfect for the two of us plus dog. Lots of natural light and high ceiling gives a spacious feel. Fencing around patio high enough so the dog couldn't escape and he had a bit of space outside. Loved the area - heathland, forest and coast - with lots of walks and footpaths/rights of way.

I booked the Studio for a week of coastal photography. The location was ideal for visiting various locations. A well equipped and well decorated cottage. Only negative was lack of Wi-Fi, but I guess that’s not always a bad thing. Ignore emails and Social Media.

The Studio is well equipped in a great location. Its so peaceful, good walks from the cottage, RSPB Minsmere is very close. The seaside towns of Aldeburgh & Southwold are also nearby. We had concerts at Snape Maltings & this is one of the best venues we have visited. Suffolk is a beautiful county to visit.

This is the second time we have stayed and we have already booked again for November.
It’s a peaceful, beautiful location close to great beaches, dog walks and interesting visits.
The standard of the accommodation is exceptional and the hosts are marvellous.
Highly recommend a stay.

A cosy cottage in a delightful location with everything you need for a short stay. Although just one main room the accommodation is perfectly fine for two plus a dog. All the furnishings are of good quality and in perfect condition and the conversion from a barn has been sympathetically done to a high standard. An excellent shower in the wet room! Plenty to see within easy reach with lots of footpaths to explore the surrounding countryside. Altogether a lovely visit in beautiful, peaceful surroundings.

Lovely 3 night stay in a gorgeous location. Overlooking fields and so peaceful. Great walks from the premises to Walberswick via the Suffolk Coastal Path. Very close to the RSPB Minsmere and Southwold.
The cottage was very clean and appointed. All in all a great place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent long weekend away relaxing in a beautiful place, really enjoyed the area the studio was warm cosy and very well located. Be sure to do the Adnams brewery tour I can absolutely recommend it hic hic (make sure the wife drives back)

Small but plenty big enough for two. Very comfortable and no problem having just one room plus kitchen and bathroom. Equipped to a high standard, though could do with more plates and cutlery - and a pity there was no wifi, but not important for a 3-day holiday. Excellent location for keen bird-watchers.
