The host was very nice. The location is perfect if you come with a car, we explored Devon and Cornwall from there. We had a lovely time in there and we would repeat.

Peartree Cottage is a homely, well equipped holiday home on a working farm. The hosts are lovely and when we had a problem with the accommodation they got it resolved as soon as possible.It is a little remote which was fine by us, but it is located down some very narrow roads. There is a Tesco in the nearest town and a couple of pubs within a 10 minute drive. From the cottage we explored locally but also Tintagel, Mevagissey, Looe and Polperro within an hours drive. We will definitely stay again.

An absolute treasure of a place. Beautiful peaceful out of the way location. So very quiet. Cottage very well equipped and comfortable. Internet not reliable but did not bother us - nice to have a complete break. Great pub/restaurant in local village. Perfect hosts.

Pear Tree Cottage was a delightful barn conversion on a working farm. There was everything that we needed although there was a problem with the central heating boiler; this we understand is about to be replaced. The location was peaceful and quiet.
