We had the best long weekend away. The house was amazing, very clean, spacious and exactly what we needed. The garden, hot tub and kitchen/diner areas are the perfect place for entertaining friends. Easy to get too and lots of things to do nearby. Shops and pubs close by. Contact with owners were great. We’ll definitely be back. Lauren from Stockton-On-Tees (12 June 2024)
Fabulous house in a great location. The open kitchen area was well used by our family, and it was much appreciated to have household items provided by the host. There were some good walks nearby, and it was a lovely walk onto Bridlington promenade, and Sewerby Park. The 149 Fish & Chip shop nearby is well recommended.A family of 7 and 2 dogs enjoyed a great week staying here, and we will definitely return! Great house super cleanGreat communication with owner also Jacob White (01 May 2024)
We had a fantastic stay at linden manor, it’s a great location, a wonderful place the overall experience was amazing, they had everything we needed for our sons and grandsons birthday celebrations.Loved the beautifully decorated house 5 stars, master bedroom was especially beautiful and comfortable, hot tub was a great experience everyone in our group enjoyed it.A couple of minor things, perhaps a small shower shelf or caddy in the master bathroom would help as I needed something to put my shampoo etc on, the other 2 double mattress’s less comfortable than the master bedroom but I understand bed comfort is very personal.Would recommend this fantastic house. Ray from Manchester (01 May 2024)
Well furnished, ideal for families they made an extra effort of the owner to provide an extra high chair helped with our packing.Hot tub was a bonus .Plenty of room for everyone. Customer 9 (17 April 2024)
We had a fabulous Easter weekend to celebrate a 60th Birthday with the family. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, beautiful house. Hot tub was a big thumbs up from our 6 year old Grandson - he loved it! A gentle stroll into town takes around 20 mins. Co-op & pub across the road. Highly recommended. Sue Hobson from Barnoldswick (06 April 2024)
WOWThis house is simply amazing. Has everything you could need. Spacious, modern, spotlessly clean. This is the 4th of Richards houses and can’t fault them. We would not stay with anyone else.Handy for shops, pub, chippy, bus stop etc Would highly recommend but be careful as these houses will raise the bar on what to expect and spoil you ud83dude1c Customer 11 (25 March 2024)
A really good and well equipped base for exploring the local area, bonuses of a hot tub when you get back Kevin Hargreaves from S74 9Pq (25 March 2024)
Amazing weekend away, the house is perfect in every way. All the family enjoyed themselves plus the hot tub was a bonus Mandy White from North Ferriby (25 March 2024)
A lovely family break in this wonderful property. The house is extremely comfortable, well equipped and beautifully furnished. Everything in the house has been carefully considered to enhance your stay, including the addition of the hot tub.The house is also ideally placed for visiting the Yorkshire coast and other attractions both locally and further afield.Thank you so much, we will certainly be visiting again. Absolutely beautiful home from home - would definitely recommend and will be booking again. Customer 15 (15 November 2023)
Just returned from a great weekend away with friends. Lovely house, well equipped and immaculately clean. Hottub a hit wilth all. Hosts easily contactable and responded promptly. Would definitely return again Customer 16 (08 November 2023)
Superb holiday house, clean and well equipped. Customer 17 (01 November 2023)
We were asked prior to arrival if we wanted the beds changed to twins, we did not but upon arrival two of the rooms were still twins. No mirrors at all in 3 of the bedrooms which is very poor as there is plenty of room for them. Ladies need mirrors! Not enough comfortable seating in the Lounge area and again plenty of room for a further settee. But the place was large, airy and clean with parking for the 3 cars off road which is a bonus. The towels were plentiful and of a very good quality. Considering it has been built as a holiday let some things have not been thought through enough. The free standing bath was a no no for all of us and the couple in that bedroom felt as if they’d got the ‘short straw’ - why would anyone think this is a good idea when the wardrobe doors won’t even open fully? The couples in the double rooms did not sleep well, they said the mattresses were not comfortable at all, ridging around the edge and they could feel the springs. But on the whole a good stay. Katari from Leicester (01 November 2023)
We absolutely loved our stay at Linden Manor. It was everything we thought it would be and more. Hot tub was used and enjoyed a lot by our teenage children. Kitchen was a pleasure to work in and very well equipped. The lounge was a lovely escape from everyone. The small compact garden with established trees was a pleasure to look out onto. We had non stop rain whilst in Bridlington, so our beautiful accommodation was a welcome retreat to return back to after a full day out. We managed to visit Flamingo Land just 1 hour drive away. We used Bridlingtons new leisure centre, just 5 minutes drive away. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool with its water slides.Great walks to Sewerby park. We will definitely be returning to Linden Manor. Zoe from North Nottinghamshire (31 October 2023)
Amazing holiday home completed to the highest standard and no expense spared absolutely beautiful Has everything you could possible need for a comfortable stay. Not far from north beach a 15 minute walk close to shop and lovely pub with lovely meals. Will definitely be staying here again Trusted Customer from Rotherham (31 October 2023)
I booked this holiday home for my husbands 60th birthday a get together for our small family and we had a fantastic stay the property is stunning would stay again but unfortunately it is fully booked but there is no wonder it is. Michelle from Barnsley (31 October 2023)
Lovely house, we all went wow when we arrived!
Good layout for family friendly break, rooms must have soundproofing as we weren't disturbed by each other as on previous holidays.
We barely used the main lounge we spent most of time in garden and open plan kitchen diner, hot tub was a lovely bonus.
Good location with supermarket & pub on doorstep, need to book though as really busy during school holidays.
We will definitely return if there's availability I think it's going to be a really popular holiday home ud83dude0e The Dunn family - 3 generations from Durham (31 October 2023)
One of best holiday cottages we have ever stayed in. The property is very comfortable, spacious and cleanliness. The facilities are fab and bridlington is a fabulous location to enjoy the Yorkshire coast and surrounding areas. My hubby and eldest son even enjoyed a fabulous comedy night at the spa. We would not hesitate in recommending this property or visiting again. MELANIE from Newcastle (31 October 2023)
Amazing property in spectacular condition. Once inside the house there is nothing more you could ask for in modern luxury. The owner responded quickly to the one query we had and was very helpful. Truly a home from home (if my home was this posh and tidy) after a day out with the family. Katie from Cleckheaton (28 September 2023)
Outstanding property well equipped spotlessly clean in a very convenient location. It has to be one of the best properties we have stayed in. Liked it so much tried to book to return the same time next year but already booked up, not surprised. Ron Mineards from Northampton (21 August 2023)
This is by far the nicest house we have ever stayed in! As a group of 7 we could all enjoy our time together as a group, we weren’t having to split up or squeeze into a small room as we have done with previous properties we have stayed in, The lay out of this house is perfect with the open plan kitchen/dining and snug. We didn’t even need to use the additional sitting room but it’s there as an option and is of a very good size too. Very well equipped house and the hot tub was a lovely bonus! Also want to add the cleaners do a cracking job, the house was absolutely spotless. 20 - 25 minute walk into the town centre so it’s in a quiet area but within very easy reach of the local amenities etc. We would definitely recommend this property and we are already planning our next visit. Nicola from Leeds (21 August 2023)
Had a lovely weekend at Linden manor Bridlington. Could not fault this property spotlessly clean complimentary tea coffee and sugar, also red and white wine with chocolates Would definitely recommend this place! We didn’t want to leave!! Bridlington beach is literally a 20 minute walk from the house and was a lovely seaside resort and town! We go every year on a small break with family and this was by far the best place we have stayed so far!! 10 out of 10. Caroline from Leek Staffordshire (29 June 2023)
It was a great property with local amenities, large co-op for local shop and Restaurant next door to that. Really nice open plan kitchen diner that opens out to the sunny garden (luckily it was sunny for our stay!) Good quality and value for money. Libby from Hertfordshire (29 June 2023)
It's a great holiday house. We were a three generation family and really appreciated the spaciousness. A fabulous kitchen - I felt I should have been cooking more than I did but the area is good for eating and out and takeaways. In short - everything to like, nothing to not like! Mary from Penrith (06 June 2023)
Fantastic house. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Great location, 15/20 min walk to the beach. Celebrated a 65th birthday, great house for all ages from 1 to 65. Garden very spacious, hot tub a bonus. Would definitely recommend. Ashley from Carlisle (06 June 2023)

Excellent holiday home, for family gathering or friends. Customer 36 (20 March 2023)
Went for my 40th with my wife, kids and in-laws. What can I say. The house is absolutely beautiful. The hot tub was one reason why we booked but even if that wasn't there I would have still thoroughly enjoyed myself. The house is a gem! Local to Bridlington, some lovely nearby walks to be had. Co-op across the road and a lovely pub just past that (make sure you book a table though if you are going for something to eat) we will be back for certain! Thanks for having us! Pete from Sheffield (20 March 2023)
Our overall experience is extremely positive. Linden Manor is modern, has extensive facilities and and the host was engaging and responsive at all times.
It is conveniently located close to the main town (walking distance for the fit), the Old Town, the North Beach and surrounding villages and towns. Bus stop, supermarket and fish and chip shop on your doorstep. Phil from Warrington (20 March 2023)
Fantastic property. The house was beautiful. Very clean and finished to a very high spec. Beds was very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, showers was fantastic. We couldn’t fault anything.
