Well equipped and maintained comfortable property in very pleasant surroundings. Close to Inverness centre but retaining a rural charm. Only a 10 min drive from Dores beach and Loch Ness. Had a nice day out at Chanonry Point a short drive away, watching the dolphins. We would certainly recommend it and would definitely return

My family and I spent 3 weeks at Ladybird cottage, while we visited family in Inverness. We loved it and we’re all sad to leave. It’s a beautiful, well appointed house, set on lovely grounds. Our kids had a great time running around and it was all very peaceful and relaxing.

Lovely cottage, excellently situated just outside Inverness - great for touring north & south of the Moray Firth. Large supermarket within 2 miles. Local pub 3 miles away. Easy access from the main road.

What a beautiful find!! Arrived to glorious sunshine and lovely welcome pack with bread milk and butter!!
Location was just perfect, so much to see around the area and only a short drive to an amazing pub in Dorres, just on the edge of Loch Ness.
Cottage had everything you needed, including a washing line.
Boys (age 9 & 10) had plenty of space to run around and could borrow the bikes that were left to use also!
