The holiday cottage "High Farm Barn" can be found in Stanfield, near Fakenham, near Dereham - Norfolk. High Farm Barn is about 7 miles from Dereham; you can get to Dereham in 14 minutes. High Farm Barn can sleep 6 people with 2 bedrooms to sleep your holiday party. High Farm Barn has a bedroom makeup of: Bedroom 1 - With double bed; Bedroom 2 - With double bed, 2 single beds and en-suite with bath, shower cubicle and toilet. Electricity, bed linen and towels included. Oil central heating included (£20per week 2nd October – 29th April). Travel cot. Garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note - There is a pond in the grounds. Couples, families and holidaymakers only. Ideal for a relaxing break, this very spacious delightful property is ideally placed to explore a wealth of attractions. It sits in the grounds of the owner’s home in the pretty village of Stanfield just 11 miles from the market town of Fakenham famous for its races. Surrounded by quiet country lanes it is ideal for cyclists and walkers alike. The wonderful coast of north Norfolk, the glorious beaches at Holkham and Hunstanton for family fun, the Queen’s estate at Sandringham, Gressenhall Rural Life Museum, the charming Georgian town of Holt with it quaint shops, Wells-next-the-Sea where you can take a ride on the train to the beach or sample the local seafood stalls in the harbour and medieval Norwich with its castle, cathedral, fine shops and restaurants are all within an easy drive. Shop and pub within 1.5 miles.

Absolutely Brilliant Stay....We received such a warm welcome. Delighted & surprised with the extras provided of homemade cake, eggs, milk that really helped us settled in.Great access to north Norfolk coast and Fakenham races.House was spacious and had everything you could need for a stay. We had a lovely relaxing time enjoying the rural countryside. Was away fro everything but within 30 minute of numerous beaches and attractions. Highly recommend the property was cosy and clean with lovely views of the garden. The hosts were very welcoming made a lovely victoria sandwich for us with biscuits, eggs and milk was a nice touch .
