The holiday cottage "Gloster House" can be found in Amble, near Alnmouth - Northumberland. Gloster House is about 6 miles from Alnmouth; you can get to Alnmouth in 14 minutes. Gloster House can sleep 4 people with 2 bedrooms to sleep your holiday party. Gloster House has a bedroom makeup of: Bedroom 1 - With double bed; Bedroom 2 - With ¾ double bed. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Small enclosed sitting-out area with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Gloster House is located within easy walking distance of all the shops, pubs, cafés and harbour in this small friendly seaside town. An ideal size for couples or a small family with a small enclosed private sitting area to the rear for a morning cup of tea. The living/dining room has two sofas for watching the smart TV on an evening. The kitchen is separate with enough space for cooking a family meal within a bright modern space. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a modern shower room.

Gloster House is a good size for a family holiday.

The beach is about 1 mile from the cottage.

An excellent base in the small market town of Amble-By-The-Sea.The cottage remained cool even though the British Summer finally arrived. The kitchen provided all the tools required for preparing basic meals and the cottage was spotless upon arrival.

The house was spotless location and parking superb , only thing was my Wife is registered disabled and the stairs was steep so think on !! Also the yard was bit need of make up .. the Town of Amble was 10/10. Shops , Harbour. Locals

This is an nice little house located in a very quiet area, a short walk from the high street which is full of shops, restaurants and pubs, a little further walk is the harbour and marina with some small independent stalls, more restaurants and pubs. The house is an excellent base to tour the area, with Berwick upon Tweed and hour or so to the North, Holy Island, Bamborough Castle, Alnwick Castle, Blyth Warkworth Castle Seahouses are all easily accessible and Whitley Bay is about an hour South.

Property is located just a 5 minute walk to Amble High Street and also a few different pubs. The welcome gift was really a lovely surprise. A very spacious property which had everything you needed. The only criticism would be the mattress in both bedrooms which were very uncomfortable, apart from that property is lovely

Comfortable house very clean and well presented in good location with most things needed for a holiday home. If I'm.being picky could have done with better beds wardrobe and mirror and cooking pots in kitchen otherwise everything OK for the price we paid .

Could do with small table in the lounge. The Masonic hall was a nightmare on a number of nights with continuous banging! Maybe some mixing bowls as well and the traffic very noisy.
