LPG and underfloor heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack and doggy extras. External utility room with coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site). Enclosed front garden with patio and garden furniture. Hot tub for 4 (private). 2 small dogs welcome. Carp fishing on-site. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Very welcoming and helpful nothing too much trouble. Well equipped accommodation. Clean and tidy. Very relaxing break with the hot tub. Very dog friendly Winnie our Patterdale terrier really settled well. Plenty to do around the area. Will definitely be back for another break. Many thanks to you all.

The cottage was lovely. Exceptionally clean with everything we needed. The rooms were large and comfy. The bedrooms did get extremely hot at night but to be expected in August. The hot tub was welcome after long days sight seeing. The garden was a nice size and had a large table and chairs for al fresco dining. We hired a boat for the day on the broads, visited Holt Country Park, North Norfolk Railway and the beaches at Cromer and Wells next the Sea - all within about 30-40 minute drive away. I would highly recommend this accommodation for a comfy, relaxing stay
