Over the moon with the quality of the property! Myself and my partner had the best time over 4 nights. A well needed break and the hosts made the whole weekend so easy. Everything was incredibly clean and up to standard, bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with the utensils we needed. Recommendations for local places to eat out were amazing and we had a great time :)

Lovely barn for the week with our dog. Great hosts with good information. Many local beaches. Barn was beautiful with everything could need hot tub powerful for size. Overall great break away!

Lovely relaxing place. Owner's are chilled. Modern. Warm. Cosy but roomy. Nice area. Plenty to do. Very large bed.

The cottage is really lovely and has everything you might need for a short stay. We loved the small garden and the hot tub. The owners have pretty much thought of everything for human and dog guests and were very kind and accommodating! We appreciated the milk, wine, cereals and pastries we found on arrival. We didn't find the road noise particularly loud, you can hear it but it didn't bother us. We enjoyed a long walk with our dog along the seafront from Frinton to Walton and then went to the beach at Jaywick the next day. We visited in November so there wasn't much open in terms of beach amenities but the beaches themselves were very nice for a winter stroll.

We had a lovely relaxing break at Lamb barn. The hot tub was great, the bed was very comfy and the kitchen had everything you needed. The bathroom was large and had enough shelves to put your own things. The barn is overall cosy and well decorated , a great choice !

Beautiful barn with the best bed. Short walk to pubs and shop. It’s on a busy road which didn’t bother us as we live on one but I can see how it could be an issue if not warned before.Sylvia was lovely and in hand if you had any problems.Only slight issue for us was the Wi-Fi being very intermittent. Just meant we had to talk to each other ud83dude02Would definitely recommend.

What a little gem of a find. Lovely converted barn and very comfortable. If I had to nitpick I’d say the following. 1) it felt like the owner was reluctant to allow me to use her EV charger, but that was one of the reasons for booking. Luckily there is an amazing charger array about 10mins away at Morrisons. 2) it was a bit noisy being right on a main road and only single glazed. But the location for getting to various beaches was great and overall we loved staying for 2 nights.

Just returned from a lovely few days in St Osyth. Lamb Barn 1 is in a fantastic location to access the area, is lovely and clean inside, and has all the facilities we needed. Great accommodation for the dogs too who loved their walks on Clacton-On-Sea beach and Seawick. The owner, Sylvia, is super friendly and stayed in contact through the week. We will definitely be booking again.

As this property was called lamb barn, we rather thought we might be near some fields, not on a busy main road.
the traffic was incessant for 24 hours ,along the Colchester to Clacton road.
The property was very dark inside and although comfortable, there was not enough kitchen items ,to be helpful when cooking or serving.
no washing machine or dishwasher.

The garden was very fumey from the oil store on the side, and was unpleasant to sit in.

Had a lovely week here at lamb barn . Everything we needed was here very modern and stylish. We were greeted by Sylvia who showed us around the property. A lovely welcome hamper and bottle of wine were left for us. Walking distance to the village of saint osyth . There was a park there to let our dog run . Lot of village amenities pubs, shops, plenty of beaches close by nearest been 2 mile. The enclosed garden was great for us and the dog couldn't get out . There is a busy road next to Lamb barn but didn't put us off as the cottage was so lovely and relaxing . 2 man hot tub was a bonus we squeezed 3 of us in . It is only 1 bedroomed with bunk beds in a separate part but no door between. But we were ok with it. The owners Mark and Sylvia never bothered us all week but they were at the end of the phone if needed. Would definitely recommend this lovely barn conversion and its lovely hosts Mark and Sylvia

Lamb Cottage is a lovely place to stay, very clean and spacious with amazing decor. Had everything we could possibly need, breakfast hamper and bottle of wine which was very much appreciated. Even our dog was looked after with her own bed and towell!
Most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, lovely thick carpet throughout, fabulous big bathroom and ample sized garden that gets plenty of sun.
Has a very relaxing feel and the perfect place to unwind.
St.Osyth is a pretty village easy to walk into for groceries, nice Chinese that we used a couple of times and a couple of nice pubs.
Plenty of good walks nearby, Martins Farm country park just up the road where we went most days and met lots of friendly dog walkers or drove to St.Osyth beach for some good seafront walks while my husband did some fishing off the beach.
Would definitely like to come and stay again

Fantastic location to explore coast and countryside, we stayed for several weeks with our 2 dogs, very comfortable and owners extremely helpful, complete privacy, we enjoyed it here very much
