Super spacious cottage in great location, close to amenities shops, pub and beach. There are good local walks exploring the picturesque coastline right on your doorstep. This was our 3rd visit to Cemaes Bay and our 1st at this cottage which met with great expectations, super garden for the dog. The owners next door gave a warm greeting and very helpful Mrs Mapes from Solihull (October 2016)
Super spacious cottage in great location, close to amenities shops, pub and beach. Mrs Mapes (October 2016)
Lovely warm welcome from owners, included home made brownies which were delicious. Good sized garden and property was local to amenities. Clean sandy beach. Owners provided lots of information on places to visit. We enjoyed our stay in Anglesey and look forward to returning. Mrs Armstrong from Prescot (August 2016)

We really loved the house, Cemaes bay and Anglesey. Village and beach short stroll away and 3 pubs available for eating out. We will be back!!! ALD D (July 2016)
Lovely house 5 mins from beach pubs shops and beach.secure dog proof garden down quiet cul de sac.. House has 3 beds ,2 double and one single fully equipped and very homely.owners live next door and could not be more friendly and helpful.garden great for kids and dogs and bbq provided if required.weather too wet for us to use it but when we return which we will look forward to getting out in the garden.cemaes bay great village has 3 pubs ,grocery store, bakers chemist and lovely beach although with dog restrictions in summer ALD20 (July 2016)
The house was immaculately clean and although utilised mainly by dog owners throughout the summer we couldn't find a single dog hair from the previous hirers occupancy, so no complaints there. The garden was fully dog proof which was a bonus, so we had no worries about the dogs escaping. All mod cons were provided so it made self catering a pleasure. We would highly recommend this property and we will probably revisit the island and this house in the future. Mr Davies from Sale (June 2016)
We had a relaxing chilled holiday and the dogs loved the garden. It was a short walk to the beaches and the owner is friendly and very helpful. A lovely holiday, hope to be back. Mrs Mcintyre from Greenock (June 2016)
The garden was immaculate and great for the children to play in safely. The owner was helpful and friendly. Very comfortable beds and very clean property throughout. Easy parking and access. Mr Albans from Stoke-On-Trent (May 2016)
It was very suitable for our 3 generation family group. Our granddaughter appreciated the games and DVD's as well as the big garden to play in. The spacious accommodation meant we could all enjoy time together and have personal space. Mrs Higgs from Manchester (April 2016)
Where do I start with this amazing house, garden, owners, friendliness and beautiful island of Anglesey. Firstly the owners were so kind and friendly and the welcome pack was a beautiful touch. The cottage was spotless and equipped with everything. We were there for 2 weeks and at the start of week 2 fresh bedding, towels, tea towels and bath mats were delivered. The location was great just a 4 minute walk from the beach. The garden was beautiful and large and as we had Bailey our English Springer with us it was wonderful knowing that he was safe and secure at all times he loved it. The locals were so friendly and the island itself is beautiful with so many hidden coves and bays. For people travelling with dogs it is the best place we have been that allows you to take your pets out with you. Tyddyn Gyrfa we will be back. gcarey123 (October 2015)
The Cottage was perfect. 5 minutes walk to the beach. The Cottage was spacious, owners very friendly and helpful. My dog loved the huge enclosed garden, I cannot think of any faults. Mrs Brooks from Newport (September 2015)
The Cottage is a 'home from home' - everything was there that you could possibly need. Everything was very comfortable - very comfy beds! All very clean and tidy, it was great to be able to go somewhere nice when you have a dog. The owners are lovely people, really friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant; a very short walk to the village high street, two lovely beaches, 3 pubs, award winning fish 'n' chip shop and lovely walks from the doorstep. The garden is lovely and secure for your dog with plenty of space to run around, it was also a lovely little sun trap. Would definitely recommend. Mrs Taylor from Sheffield (June 2015)
Such a lovely and comfortable holiday home, cannot find one fault. Had lovely owners who went out of their way to make you feel at home. Would highly recommend this holiday home. Had a lovely garden which our dog Jimi really enjoyed. Could walk easily down to the beach from the property which was a bonus first thing in the morning, and the local shops and chip shop were again only a short walk away. Will be going back as soon as we can arrange another stay. Mrs Denley from Newcastle Emlyn (March 2015)
The farmhouse was amazing. Everything about it exuded quality. Seldom in my experience do holiday lets meet up with the advertising blurb but in this case it exceeded it. Presentation was excellent, especially the small final touches like the arrangement of the towels in the bedrooms with a small chocolate on. All in all everything was done to make our stay most enjoyable. Mr Phillips from Liverpool (February 2015)
In an unspoilt area and the owners were very friendly and helpful. A quiet peaceful holiday break. In a great area for walking and they love dogs. This was our second visit but will not be our last. Mrs Gradon from Hexham (February 2015)
An exceptional cottage. It is obvious to see why it is so popular, everything and more was contained within. Had extremely friendly and helpful owners with lots of extras included. In the perfect location. Will definitely recommend and certainly would love to return. Mrs Freeman from Leicester (February 2015)
the cottage was lovely and so was the owner its the first holiday we've had that had a welcome pack of a loaf of bread,butter,t-bags,sugar,coffee,cake and milk. The garden was enclosed so the dogs had the run of it whilst still being secure. it was a short walk into the village and beach didn't want to come home. It was home from home and we will definately being going again. julie b (February 2015)

TYDDYN GYRFA was beautifully equipped and furnished with very friendly owners and an excellent welcome pack including scrumptious cake and a bottle of wine. Cemaes Bay has very good beaches, excellent walks and breath taking scenery. We would recommend the Cottage and the area to any one. A FlipKey verified reviewer (August 2014)
Firstly the standard of the cottage was excellent, a home from home and very comfortable. Our hosts were extremely friendly and informative. There is nothing I can say other than this cottage is excellent. It is the thought that the host has put into it. The location is perfect for touring the island and only a short stroll to the shops and harbour. The garden to the property is large and secure for your dog, plus has a large table and chairs. This is one property I would gladly recommend to family and friends. It's just perfect. Mr Collins from Preston (July 2014)
Das Cottage ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche bestens ausgerüstet, der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein, die Vermieter jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. schwanal (July 2014)
Great location of Cottage, owners were lovely and provided us with a very nice welcome package. Great that we could walk our dog to two local beaches and there were also a few lovely coastal walks direct from the door. Fab garden - our dog loved it. Everything you need was in the cottage and it had a very comfy bed! Great central area to get around Anglesey with great beaches that are dog friendly. Mrs Taylor from Sheffield (June 2014)

The cottage was excellent in all respects, with an easy three minute walk to the beach. The owners of the cottage were very friendly and helpful, providing an excellent welcome pack. Cemaes Bay is a very beautiful place to stay with easy access to explore the rest of Anglesey from. A very enjoyable holiday and would recommend the cottage and the bay to anyone. Mrs Hubbard from Ludlow (April 2014)

Our first visit to Anglesey and it could not have been better. The property was first class with plenty of space but still remained cosy; the garden was great for the dogs. We will definitely look to return. Mr Gradon from Hexham (February 2014)

It was a great location for walking on the beach, and exploring the rest of Anglesey. We enjoyed sitting out in the garden and relaxing. The cottage is lovely and we had a very relaxing holiday. We found good food at pubs and restaurants ten minutes drive away in Amlwch (little Italy) and Bull Bay (Trecastell). Mrs Nolan from Bury (August 2013)
An excellent property in a beautiful location. A really friendly owner who lives next door. Mrs Symms from Newcastle (August 2013)

The holiday was great, the location and property were both excellent. Mr Roberts from Liverpool (July 2013)
The lovely Island of Anglesey and the coastal path walks. The cottage was really nice with a lovely big back garden and BBQ. I would go to that property again! Also the owner who lives next door was very friendly and very helpful. Mr Harding from Glossop (June 2013)
The cottage was comfortable and had everything one needed for a wonderful holiday. The owners were very helpful and the welcome pack was a lovely touch A FlipKey verified reviewer (December 2012)
the welcome pack left by the owners was much appreciated. Linda was very welcoming and was on hand should we need anything but was never intrusive. it was obvious the cottage was loved by the owners and has been in the family for generations. for those taking a dog the enclosed and incredibly spacious garden is fantastic, just leave the french window open in the knowledge that your pet is safe to roam. we loved it, the sign of a good break is the level of sadness when leaving. we were all sad to be leaving, even mollie the collie sulked all the way home. Customer 42
...friendly host...lovely location. Customer 43
Cottage was very comfortable, warm, well equipped and organised. Highly recommended. Customer 44
The cottage is lovely with log burners in both the dining and living rooms making this really cosy especially for a winter holiday. On arrival we were greeted by a warm fire, and a lovely welcome pack (the choc brownies were gorgeous!). Linda the owner (who lives next door) was a great host and came over when we arrived. This is the only cottage were I can honestly say that everything has been provided for guests including a starter pack for the fires (you can buy more wood from the shed in the garden - there is an honesty box in the kitchen), welcome pack, towels for dogs, loads of DVD's and books, umbrella's etc. There was even a walking stick which my Mum found helpful, as her knees do cause her problems with mobility. A lot of thought has clearly gone into what guests want and need whilst on a self catering holiday and I can't think of anything that has been missed. The kitchen is really well equipped, again with everything you need. The bedrooms are lovely, plenty of storage and mirrors. There are also wall heaters which kept the house warm and toasty throughout our stay. Plenty of parking, there is a drive but we parked on the roadside without any problems (its a dead end road). The secure garden is great for dogs, really good size and I imagine would be a suntrap in the summer months. The location is perfect, really quiet but only 2 mins walk to the village, the harbour and beaches. No hesitation in 100% recommending this property and we will definitely return next year. Customer 45
The cottage is very well furnished and equipped and the welcome pack, including the homemade chocolate brownies, was very much appreciated. The garden is enclosed making it very safe for Ziggy our greyhound, (some of the boundaries have walls etc. less than 4 feet high so may not be as secure for jumpers). The owners, Linda and Peter, live next door and we’re very helpful and friendly, without being imposing. There are 2 pubs in the village that are dog friendly and many more all over the island. One beach and a separate half a beach in the village are dog friendly, although at high tide there is barely enough sand to make a castle. Lots of great walking, including dog walks, and many stately homes and castles are at least partly dog friendly. The cottage is highly recommended and I am sure we will return. Customer 46
The cottage is located in a residential cul- de -sac which is used regularly by people walking down to the village and using the ginnel at the end, this was the only drawback for us as we are not used to sitting in our living room and having people walking past, also this resulted in having to close blinds in bedrooms for privacy, this is only our personnel feeling that may not be noticed by other people using this cottage, don't let it put you off, just being honest.Overall had a great week and would recommend this cottage for dog owners and families. Customer 47
Very clean and pet friendly garden. Highly recommended. Customer 48
Linda the owner lives next door and was very friendly and helpful. Welcome pack included delicious home made brownies which didnt last long! Cottage had everything we needed and is well situated a short walk from the beach , shops and pubs. Jess loved the river walk and the beach and many places allow dogs in. Linda was also happy for us to leave her for a few hours when we went to non dog friendly activities. We have been to Anglesey several times and thought Treaddur bay couldnt be beaten but we are now in love with the peaceful friendliness of Cemaes. We will definitely be back. Customer 49
Lovely third visit. Basically dry this week but cloudy till last day when we truely appreciated the large dog proof garden. We all chilled see picture. Beach and walks great, position ideal. Locals very friendly just like home but by the sea Customer 50
