We were in Anglesey to compete in the Sandman Triathlon at Newborough and the Meadows was a great base for us. The owner was very responsive to messages and gaining access to the property was straightforward. The area was lovely and quiet but also easy to find. The pub at the end of the street was very friendly with good food. After the race a soak in the lovely hot tub was just what we needed! The house itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room on the driveway ... Dr Johnstone (September 2018)
Very spacious and adequate for the 11 guests. Very well equipped kitchen. Mrs Bladon (August 2018)
The house is clean and comfortable, and the owners friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and stay again. Mrs Wigley (May 2018)
Would highly recommend and we are looking at staying here again some time! Great communication with Sykes making it easy to get there and detailed everything we needed in the emails. Mrs Fellows (May 2018)
The house was warm and cosy, with a well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds, efficient showers, and best of all, the hot tub. We did question the decision to take the grandchildren to stay in someone else's house, but we need not have worried, they loved it. The beach was close enough for them to walk to the beach. The week went by too quickly. Would highly recommend The Meadows for a large family gathering, plenty of places to eat, would rate The Boat House at Red Warf Bay very highly, they accommodated our large party cheerfully and efficiently, and the food was fantastic. Beware the delicious and very large ice creams. The weather was chilly and at times overcast, but that did not stop us having a super holiday. Thank you Mrs Thomson. Mrs Jacobs (March 2018)
Really good property, spacious for our party of 10, hot tub, bbq, nice walks, pub down the road and short drive to Beaumaris. Had a great stay despite the disappointing Welsh weather! Mrs Cobbold (June 2017)

The facilities quoted and provided were very good! Would have loved a proper fire but understand not always easy in a big place! All the girls loved and expressed definite thoughts of going back! Miss Rollason from Wrexham (January 2017)
We had direct contact with the owners and they couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend this property. Superb service. Miss Goodwin from Newport (December 2016)
Unfortunately the hot tub was not working which was a big draw for this property so we were disappointed but this has now been resolved with your fabulous customer service Mrs Schroder from Chester (November 2016)
Lovely house! Table tennis table and hot tub thoroughly enjoyed by children aged 13,11,6,5 & 3! Pub at the end of the road and Chinese take away round the corner! Mrs Minton from Leominster (August 2016)
We had an amazing holiday in the meadows. Kids loved it and was great for all the family. Hot tub was magic and table tennis topped it off. If heading back this way again we will try to book here. Mrs Britton from Fort William (July 2016)
This is a lovely large holiday house! We were an extended family, ranging from grandparents right down to a one year old, and even though we had a few rainy days, there was plenty to do in the house. The teenagers took over the table tennis, the younger ones, there were many board games played! Lots of room in the lounge for the babies to run around too. The hot tub was well used, even in the rain! One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in! Mrs Makings from Poulton-Le-Fylde (July 2016)
With grown up children and my own Mum we needed somewhere with at least 4 bedrooms and The Meadows was ideal. It's a modern well furnished property in the heart of Pentraeth. The rooms are spacious and the 2 largest bedrooms upstairs get their own larger than normal en suite's. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs and the main bathroom are a good size too with bathroom having both a bath and shower cubicle. We all enjoyed the Table Tennis in the garage and the hot tub just outside the back door. The owners obviously look after the place and make sure you get to have a restful holiday. The key handover was very easy just a quick text as we got near to the property. Would highly recommend this property if you are looking for an idea base in Anglesey for a larger family group. David C (July 2016)
The Meadows is a lovely house, great size for a family celebration. Plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone. Mrs Jones from Llandudno (March 2016)

Beautiful house with plenty of space and the hot tub was a very pleasant bonus. There was plenty of everything, it was a very pleasant stay. Mr Turner from Frodsham (October 2015)
We fell in love with the property. Perfect for large families or get togethers with friends. Plenty of space, clean, fresh décor and furnishings. The beds were very comfyand the bedroom storage was very sufficient so no tripping over suitcases. To top it off a lovely welcome from the owner. We can't wait to stay again. Miss Walsh from Deeside (October 2015)
The house was large and there was lots of crockery and cutlery for the amount of people. It was lovely and we liked the fresh décor. Mrs Linley from Lymm (August 2015)
The property location was fabulous for so many attractions. The hot tub & table tennis were great! Miss Roberts from Wrexham (June 2015)

A lovely large house with plenty of bedroom & bathroom options this was the perfect base for us to explore the local area. The hot tub & the table tennis added an extra dimension which we loved. The pub, Chinese & Spar (with costa coffee ) are all within a couple of minutes walk & were well used. We didn't drive for more than half hour & reached Caernarvon, Greenwood Forest Park & many beaches including Rhosneiger, Benllech, Trearddur & Red Wharf Bay. Just a fantastic cottage, location & trip!! Kelly R (June 2015)
A beautiful spacious, well equipped holiday home in an excellent location. We had an amazing holiday and the hot tub was an added bonus. We were a party of 8 people aged from 17 to 66 and everyone enjoyed our break in this beautiful house. I would recommend this house to anyone and would love to visit again. Mrs Close from Leeds (May 2015)
We booked this property for a girls weekend away! It was perfect and just what we needed! We were close enough to shops, pubs etc. But not too close and it was still secluded and relaxing. Plenty of room in the house, large bedrooms and dining room. The owners couldn't of been more helpful. Definitely recommend. Miss Hayes from Wrexham (April 2015)
We rented this house for a short break for 2 families, there were 10 of us and we did not feel crowded in this house as it is very spacious. All the rooms are of a good size and we really enjoyed being able to all sit together for our meals around a big table. The garage housed toys and a table tennis table which the children enjoyed. The hot tub was also a very hot favourite with everyone. The beds were very comfy and the bedding was good quality. All in all a good place to stay, we will definitely be going back again. Mrs Shrimpton from West Bromwich (February 2015)
We all had a great weekend at The Meadows. House was warm and welcoming and felt instantly relaxed on entering. Size of the property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms all added to the experience which of course was increased by the availability of the hot tub. Would most certainly recommend and we will be looking to book again. Mrs Read (January 2015)
A wonderful location and perfect for a group. The living room and kitchen were clean and spacious and the hot tub was great fun! Ms Buxton from London (November 2014)
We stayed In The Meadows for 3 nights as a short child- free break. The house was beautiful and there is so much space in all rooms which was perfect for the 8 adults that went. The owner met us there and showed us round and showed us the hot tub then left us to it which was great. We ate in the nearby pub which had gorgeous food and also ordered from the Chinese round the corner which was really nice too. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing quiet break with not wanting to do much, I would say perfect for both families and groups of friends. Miss Clarke from Manchester (October 2014)
We chose this house as a surprise for our mum's birthday and she loved it! In fact my son wanted to go and live there permanently. Fabulous location, 10 minutes to Beaumaris and 5 minutes to Red Wharf Bay. (Very easy to find) Beautiful house, very spacious and clean, fully equipped and lovely decor, very homely. Our group of children that are aged over 10 and above had the table tennis to play with in the garage and there was also bats/balls/badminton set to play with so they were happy. The spa pool was all set up ready and very easy to use. Pub 2 minutes walk away and local spar shop within walking distance that stored everything. Ms Cotton from Newcastle (September 2014)
The hot tub and table tennis was a good source of entertainment for the children. Shop and places to eat in walking distance. Mrs Veits from North Walsham (August 2014)
My husband and I have just returned from a holiday at the Meadows. We stayed there with our son, daughter, son-in-law and two young grandchildren. We enjoyed our holiday in this excellent accommodation. The house is lovely. Mrs Thomas, the owner, was very helpful. The house is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Games and DVDs had been provided for our entertainment. Unfortunately, we were only able to use the barbeque once, but we were able to eat at the wonderful Panton Arms which is two minutes walk from the house. The house is situated in a lovely spot, being close to beaches and areas for walking. We would have been happy to stay for longer and would certainly like to return. Paml0 (August 2014)
The cottage was very spacious, we had plenty of room. The games room was a hit with everyone and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. It was only a short drive to beaches and there is a handy shop at the petrol station in the village. Mrs Jacques from Lancaster (July 2014)
We stayed at The Meadows for my husbands 40th Birthday, there were 10 of us in total and we had a really good time. The house had lots of space and the Hot Tub especially went down really well. The local pub was really good and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Mr Bowyer from Manchester (May 2014)
Had a lovely birthday weekend with friends. 6 adults and 5 kids, plenty of space. Could have done with another tv but not a big deal as we took our own with an xbox for the kids. Jacuzzi was a bonus and was used by both adults and the kids, loved it! All in all would recommend the cottage, had everything you would need, nice and clean and decor was nice. Mrs Birss from Prenton (March 2014)
A group of six of us stayed for a long weekend for my fortieth birthday. This lovely house was spotlessly clean, spacious, and deliciously warm as it was mid winter. Two bedrooms have lovely en suites, with a third large bathroom upstairs and loo downstairs. Great with six women sharing! The house is well located for the beaches of North West Anglesey, though perhaps lacks a superb individual view. There are also laminated instructions attached to everything, from the importance of emptying bins, to not staying in the hot tub more than ten minutes, to not removing the tablecloth. Perhaps some guests would need to be reminded so fair enough. The outstanding factor was the wonderful hot tub seating six of us. After the bracing sea air of the coast, a dip in the tub, gazing up at the stars, was a wonderful end to the day. Altogether a highly recommended, excellent value retreat. Robzemma (February 2014)
A very pleasant holiday retreat. The home and the location excelled every expectation. We would definitely return. Mr Wilson from Halifax (December 2013)
Good size house in a good location. Great local walks. Good local pub. Mrs Winstanley from Manchester (November 2013)
The house was brilliant for all 10 of us including young children and the older ones! The hot tub was much appreciated, and the garden well used by all. It was lovely to be able to all sit together in the dining room which was plenty large enough for everyone. We would all very happily return to The Meadows. Mrs Smith from Newtown (August 2013)
We had a brilliant weekend, the cottage was very spacious and suited everyone. The hot tub was fantastic. A great cottage to stay with young children. The house was very clean and tidy. The huge dining room table was great too. A lovely place! Mrs Boam from Leek (August 2013)
The house was gorgeous, well equipped, well decorated and just lovely. The owners were friendly. The cottage was in a great location, the weather was great. The hot tub and table tennis was great. Everything was fantastic. Mrs Creeth from Lincoln (August 2013)
