We found Ann Doyle to be very friendly and helpful. Fairly Lane Studio is a delightful place to stay and Ann made every effort to make our holiday enjoyable. Many thanks to her. Mr Kerr (May 2017)
Fairy lane studio was a perfect place to stay for us, it was very peaceful and the scenery amazing. It was very well looked after and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. The location was ideal for our visit and we will definitely return. Miss Haley from Stevenage (May 2016)
The owner was a charming and very friendly lady who looked after all our needs in her charming cottage. We could not have wished for a more enjoyable two weeks in Fairy Lane Studio, would certainly return in the future. Mr Rogers from Sleaford (June 2015)
A lovely setting and wonderful owner. It was within easy reach of all the amenities we require of a holiday cottage. Mr O'neill from Sheffield (April 2015)
We arrived at Fairy Lane on a wet and windy night to be greeted by a blazing fire. This is a little gem of a place. The cottage itself is within arms reach of the main house if we needed help yet positioned well for privacy. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating and the cottage itself couldn't have been cosier. The perfect setting for a well needed romantic break. Mr Delaney from Stillorgan (January 2015)
The Owner of Fairy Lane Studio was without a doubt the most friendly and helpful person I have ever the had the fortune to meet, during my stay when I asked for assistance or had any questions then the owner was very helpful and really went out of her way to be of assistance. The studio is ideal for short or long stays, good internet, TV, Kitchen, bedroom, I can fault nothing. Mr Rogers from Lincoln (October 2014)
The cottage is designed with love by the owner and she gave us such a warm welcome. We are happy that we found this cottage. Ms Röhr from Offenbach (June 2014)
We liked everything. Mrs Kirk from Liverpool (April 2014)
Perfect little place, nice hot shower. Friendly animals on the property that visit us. Quiet and peaceful. Good scenery. Great decor and open space. Cozy. Mrs Barth from Gorey (February 2014)
Wonderfully charming romantic getaway. Mr Thomas from Ballyroan (February 2014)
We recently spent a wonderful Valentine's weekend in Fairy Lane Studio and couldn't have been happier with our stay. From our first conversation with Ann about directions, through the warm scones and jam to welcome us, right up until our extremely reluctant departure we truly fell in love with the place. The studio is a perfect for a couple. A mezzanine bedroom overlooks a cosy living area which adjoins the well-equipped kitchen. We were provided with a starter pack for the wood burning stove on arrival and used the excuse that it was February to have it almost permanently lit while we were in the cottage. To be honest, this was more for a cosy effect than any need for warmth as the central heating was already more than adequate to banish any chills. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was top quality and I can honestly say that there was nothing we could think of, of any description, that hadn't been provided. Ann, the owner, whose striking paintings adorn the walls of the cottage, was also extremely helpful in providing directions for beach and woodland walks nearby. Gorey, quite a busy town, is only a few minutes drive away for shopping. I can highly recommend Fairy Cottage and can say with some certainty that we shall be revisiting sooner rather than later. Paul T (February 2014)
Had a lovely welcome with scone. Well equipped with lovely kitchen and fireplace. Enjoyed the DVD's and books. We'll worth a visit. DalenevJaarsveld (February 2014)
Very relaxing with a super host and lovely surroundings. Excellent all round! Mr Carrett from Newton Abbot (May 2013)
We were given a lovely warm greeting and fresh scones! What a great start to our mini break. The cottage really is as gorgeous as the photos depict. The place was spotless, and equipped with everything you need. It is a very good location, with the lovely beach of Courtown just a few minutes drive away. There was a very good range of restaurants/cafes and supermarkets in Gorey which was also close. We had a fantastic break away and really cannot speak highly enough of Anne, who gave a such a lovely welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage is stunning. I would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to all my friends. Perfect for couples. Janeh123Dublin (August 2012)
Lovely cottage and extremely friendly owners, could not have been more welcoming or helpful. A little out of the way, but that makes it all the more attractive. Mrs White from Harwich (April 2012)
