The weather was cold and rainy Mrs Mahan (March 2019)
The location is perfect to visit the neighbouring megalithic and historic sites or a walk along the beach. We loved the homely kitchen, with everything necessary, and more, at our disposal. A cosy room to get together in the evening, to go through the impressions of that day, have a drink and make plans for the next day. Mrs Sloots (May 2018)
Everything one could require was there. We lacked nothing. Beautiful area. Very quiet. I would highly recommend to anyone. Brian Sandom Mr Sandom (May 2018)

Excellent value for money. This cottage is just marvellous ! Mr Christian from Paris (August 2016)
An excellent cottage which has everything you need. The garden was great, totally enclosed and very safe for young children. The kids loved the swing and slide set. We spent a lot of time outdoors. It is in a very peaceful location but was handy for the beach, water park and shopping etc. The owners were lovely and really helpful. We had a great time and will definitely book to go again. Ms McAllister from Ballymena (July 2016)
We all enjoyed the accommodation, with it spacious and airy feel and the great garden for the children. It is perfectly safe to allow children to play outside as it is very secure. The accommodation is very well equipped with all the necessary equipment, crockery, cutlery and more. The lady of the house was very pleasant upon arrival and made us feel very welcome. The property is also a good location. We would definitely return to the house and would highly recommend to family and friends. Mrs Regan from Dungannon (July 2016)
We loved the fact that we were completely enclosed within the large property and even though the cottage is very suitable for family holidays, it was completely perfect for us as a couple to escape our everyday stressful lives and jobs and completely unwind. We found the cottage to be within a perfect and easy driving distance from Dublin (25 mins) and even used the very good bus service (75 mins) to access Dublin on the day we did not wish to drive. The property was also in really good range of many local historical sites in Southern Ireland as well as attractions for the younger age group, but we also enjoyed the drive up to Northern Ireland taking in the beautiful scenery to visit attractions such as the Giants Causeway which took us approx 3.5 hours each way. Mrs Arbon from Bury St Edmunds (June 2016)
This property was in a rural setting and was quiet and peaceful. Mrs Sheline from Woodland (May 2016)
A well equipped holiday property which was excellent value. Mr Wood from Kingswinford (April 2016)
A lovely cottage with an excellent private secure garden. Our three children enjoyed playing on the swing set and running through the orchard. The cottage is in a central location, with lots to see and do around it. Mr Adair from Carrickfergus (July 2015)
The owner greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. The cottage was old with a more modern addition and was furnished in a traditional style, with a few quirks. We felt very much at home as it was so well equipped and cosy. We loved being able to light the sitting room fire on the one or two evenings which were cool. Everything and everywhere was very clean. Mrs Parker from Barton Upon Humber (June 2015)
This is a gem of a property. Set in beautiful peaceful surroundings but so convenient for Dublin, Drogheda and even Belfast. It was so well equipped and we immediately felt at home and so did our 3 young children. It has a fabulous safe garden and there is lots to do fairly close by and a little further afield. We had a great week and would definitely recommend it for homeliness and super location. Mrs Foster (May 2015)
This lovely traditional cottage, surrounded by apple orchards, is so peaceful and quiet but only 30-40 minutes away from Dublin centre, the airport and ferry terminals. The kitchen was very well equipped and we appreciated the childrens toys and outside slide and swing. The owners were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed buying free range eggs from the farm next door and visited Drogheda, the beach at Bettystown, Newgrange neolithic burial sites, Castletown House as well as Dublin centre. All were within easy driving distance. The cottage was especially cosy in the evening with a fire. Dr Bradbury from Nottingham (September 2014)
