Clean and well equipped in a beautiful location. Nice to be able to garage the car which we used only once during our stay. Mr Foord (September 2017)
The view from the apartment was stunning. We spent a lot of time sat on the balcony enjoying the view and watching people (and their dogs) walking by. Mrs Rosevear (August 2017)
The view from the apartment is amazing overlooking the exe estuary, The most relaxing holiday you can possibly have. Mr Smith (July 2017)
This apartment was everything and more than we could have wished for. From first entering until we left the view drew our attention. We spent many hours just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. It was exactly the chilled relaxed holiday that we needed. Mrs Morgan (April 2017)
Great little studio apartment with stunning views. Nice quiet location and well equipped / spotless accommodation. The only let-down were the two sofas which were too soft and therefore not comfortable after a few minutes. Otherwise very good. Mr Young (March 2017)
Had a lovely week at Madison Wharf. Great location in easy reach of Quay, seafront and Exmouth town centre. The view was lovely across the Estuary. We will return at some point soon! Mr Knott (February 2017)
I joined the Christmas Day swim on Exmouth Beach. We travelled by train and didn't miss the car. Mrs Croucher from Bristol (December 2016)
We stayed here for our first Christmas alone together in 37 years. Exmouth has everything you need for a car free break. Great apartment, lovely views, warm and comfortable. Lots going on in the area. Crojan (December 2016)
Throughly enjoyed our holiday in exmouth, fantastic location and the apartment was lovely. The owners were really thoughtful even down to leaving tea bags and milk for us and flowers on the table. Couldn't of asked for anything more. Miss Turton from Wigan (November 2016)
this lovely apartment was absolutely perfect, there was everything a holiday maker needs to have a great time. the view over the estuary was amazing and the location on the marina is perfect... we will be booking this again 100%.. Thankyou Mrs Garlick for all the little extras like milk tea sugar and toiletries ... all very much appreciated Mr Crowley from Tamworth (August 2016)
We were very pleased when we arrived the property and views were excellent. We were surprised by the quality of everything. Mr O'sullivan from Bolton (July 2016)
Loved it, it was a very comfortable apartment with a beautiful outlook, we will definitely be going back again, hopefully later this year. It is perfectly positioned for the beach and the town, and there is a lovely pub nearby serving great food. Ms Furmenger from Newbury (March 2016)
20 Madison Wharf is an excellent property in anexcellent location for a few days by the sea. Can't be faulted. Mr Kernek (January 2016)
It was the perfect spot to sit and watch the estuary, even in January. The apartment was ample size for two people and the garage to park in was a real bonus. Exmouth town was only a few minutes walk away. Overall a very relaxing break and I would definitely stay there again. Mr Tucker from Bridport (January 2016)
This is a very relaxing place to stay and good to have a garage to park. Exactly as described and pleasantly spacious with lovely views from the balcony. Mrs Mizen from Romford (August 2015)
My wife and I have just returned from a 2 week stay in this lovely apartment overlooking the River Exe Estuary. Having been abroad year after year, we wanted something more relaxing and this place was the perfect answer. The Apartment was really comfortable, very spacious, spotlessly clean, and although it was in a quiet spot, it was near enough to everything you needed without all the noise. As we don't own a car, we were a little concerned as to how far it was from the town centre, and the bus and train stations. Not that we wanted to go shopping, just needed a few essentials, but it was only 10 minutes into town, and the bus and train stations were within easy reach as well. The views across the Estuary to Dawlish were spectacular, and we spent a couple of days just relaxing on the Balcony on the sun loungers. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. George L (July 2015)
The position of the apartment was excellent and the view was stunning! Mrs Weeden from Marlborough (March 2015)
Hubby and I stayed here in March. We wanted somewhere relaxing with views over the sea. This place was perfect. Easy to book, easy to make arrangements to collect the keys, and there is your own garage parking space. The flat is on the first floor, but there is a lift for when you are carrying stuff (or even when you're not!). Everything we needed was there - the owners had left us milk in the fridge so we could have that cuppa on arrival if we didn't have our own. It is one long through studio - with a bathroom (with Jacuzzi bath and shower in the middle) and portioned behind that was a very comfy double bed and a wardrobe and drawers. There is even a washing machine if you want to catch up with your washing while you are there. There are double patio doors onto the balcony which has a small table and two chairs, and there are two sunloungers out there. As it was March we got to have tea and breakfast out there, but a bit too cold for sunloungers! The flat is light and airy, and central heating kept it adequately warm for us, even with the patio doors open. The views over the estuary of the River Exe are amazing. You can see over to Dawlish Warren the other side of the water. The tide has an amazing tidal surge as it comes in and out and is wonderful to watch. There is a patch of beach/sand opposite the flat that can be accessed at low tide. A few minutes walk away and you have the marina to wander around, and another few minutes you are on the front itself a Exmouth. There are several pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Driving into Exeter itself is about 25 minutes - and in the summer there is a ferry over to Starcross. We met the owner on our last day, and he was delightful. This place is a real find, and we loved it. Very relaxing, no quibbles over parking spaces as everyone has their own, you don't think you are in a block of flats, we saw one neighbour, once, while we were there and he was pleasant and just said hi to us. Everything we needed was there, hair dryer, microwave, cleaning products, towels, even some shampoo if I had forgotten mine. We can't wait to go back again. Julie D (March 2015)
The view is fantastic, very comfortable accommodation. Great time was had and we will book again. Mrs Thompson from Bristol (November 2014)
The accommodation was excellent. Mr Atkins from Cardigan (November 2014)
To sit on the balcony and see the view of the harbour was a delight. One of the best holiday places we have stayed in. Mr Clark from Lichfield (September 2014)
An excellent location with a superb view of the bay - a definite wow factor upon entering the property. Enjoyed touring around visiting the lovely places in this area. The superb weather an added bonus! Mrs Coppard from Hyde (September 2014)
Particularly liked the location, superb views across the Exe estuary and within easy walking distance of the beach and town centre. Mr Mcdermott from Colne (August 2014)
this rental was an ideal place to stay in Exmouth as it is close to the beach, town ,train and bus stations. A FlipKey verified reviewer (August 2014)
Very comfortable and splendid views overlooking the estuary. Our 2nd visit and hope to visit again. Mrs Ballinger from Redruth (June 2014)
The apartment is perfectly located for the town centre, beach, harbour and railway station. Mr Jones from Fareham (May 2014)
The flat is well appointed with everything you need. It is well designed and has a spacious feel. This was perfect for us. My husband can't get about much but there was a great view from the window as well as the balcony and a lift so we didn't have the problem of the stairs. It says the garage isn't too big but my Skoda Octavia estate fitted easily in it. The only downside for us was the shower over the bath, difficult for my husband but achievable and no problem for anyone able bodied. The owner was very kind and went out of her way to be helpful. She helped my daughter arrange for a flower arrangement for my birthday to be in the flat when we arrived and this was much appreciated. We had a lovely stay. A FlipKey verified reviewer (April 2014)
Wonderful views, very comfortable. Mrs Emmel from Ilkley (October 2013)
