Las Costas is in the resort of Playa de los Pocillos on the canary Island of Lanzarote. Although you'll often see Las Costas as being in Puerto Del Carman, that, strictly speaking isn't true. Puerto Del Carmen is only 200 metres down the coast from Las Costas; but Las Costas is in the quieter area of Playa de los Pocillos.
In front of Las Costas you have some wide open beaches which stretch for miles - the video below shows the setting for Las Costas, and the large beach. We were here in the Easter holidays, and things weren't too busy - with plenty of room on the beaches.
Head the 200 metres south into Puerto Del Carmen for a bunch of shops, bars and more restaurants than you can eat at during a two week holiday. You can hire a cycle nearby, and try cycling on Lanzarote with the cycle route running along the seafront.
The hotel of Las Costas makes a nice place to get away from it all for a few days; set in a quiet area, you can take to a sun lounger and recharge your batteries - the airport is only 10 minutes from Las Costas too.
Las Costas has Wi-Fi in the reception; a gym; swimming pool; table tennis; squash; pool table; aerobics; and a whirlpool.
The rooms at Las Costas sleep up to 3 people in a twin bedroom, with sofa-bed. There is air conditioning; a satellite TV; hairdryer; mini-fridge; microwave; balcony or terrace.
