For those of you looking for a quiet lodge break in the Kent countryside, might we be so bold as to recommend "Woodlands Park" near Ashford. Woodlands Park has a selection of holiday lodges for you to choose from, which sleep up to 4 people. From your base at Woodlands Park you can visit the cathedral city of Canterbury; or head to the old Cinque Port towns of Rye and Winchelsea. You may even want to pop over to France for the day - Woodlands Park is very close to the various terminals.
Woodlands Park hasn't got much in the way of amenities; but that's its charm. If you want children's entertainment, amusements and swimming pools, you probably won't want to visit Woodlands Park; if, however, you're after somewhere peaceful to spend your time, Woodlands Park could well be right up your street. Woodlands Park does have a shop though, so you don't need to head far for a pint of milk. There's Wi-Fi here too, so you can spend an evening sitting on the porch, watching the sun going down and checking your all-important Facebook news feed.

Beauport Holiday Park in Sussex
is a great holiday park is on the south coast and, like
is a peaceful park. although the main accommodation at Beauport Holiday Park is static caravans, rather than lodges.
This park is ideal for those looking for a quieter holiday in the south of England.
Another great park for you to try is Crowhurst Holiday Park in Sussex, This quiet park consists of lodges, and makes a lovely family holiday. We went a couple of years a go with our two children, and had a fantastic time. There is a leisure centre with a large swimming pool at its heart, which the whole family can enjoy.
