We've chosen "Woodlands" to be on our selected cottage page, even though, technically, Woodlands isn't a cottage. Woodlands is actually a holiday lodge, and is positioned on a small holiday park near Gunnislake in Cornwall. Sleeping 6 people in 3 bedrooms, Woodlands makes a good place to spend a family holiday, and is close to many of the attractions in this part of the country: for some culture you can try the National Trust property of Cotehele House; or you can head for the beach for a day - both the north and south beaches are within an easy drive; you can easily get to the city of Plymouth too. Closer to the lodge, the pub, restaurant and shop are all about 1 mile from Woodlands.
There are 3 bedrooms in "Woodlands" - 1 double and 2 twins. With a sitting out area to drink in some of that tranquillity what this small park provides.
You can take weekly bookings starting on a Saturday, or winter short-breaks.
And, one final thing from me, Woodlands allows pets, so should you have a dog as part of the family, you can all holiday together.
