You'll find The Garth at the northern fringes of the Lake District National Park, a couple of miles away from Cumbria. The Garth sleeps 7 people in 3 bedrooms, and is in the village of Stainton - which means the local pub and restaurant are within walking distance; as is the farm shop.
You can visit the towns of Penrith, Ullswater, Keswick or Ambleside during your holiday. And, of course, see what the Lake District National Park has to offer you. There are a few National Trust properties around here too, with Townend ("Atmospheric farmhouse full of quirky objects and fascinating stories") and Wray Castle ("Mock-Gothic castle sitting on the shores of Lake Windermere with turrets, towers and informal grounds") being couple of examples.
There are 3 bedrooms at The Garth, which are made up of 2 doubles and a family room consisting of a bunk bed and single bed. All of which means that The Garth sleeps 7 people.
You have a TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer. There is a range cooker (as seen in the photo above), a microwave and a fridge/freezer. Heating is provided by oil central heating; with a wood burning stove in the second lounge too. Your towels and bed linen are provided.
Outside you have a lawned garden with furniture; there is parking for a couple of cars. Holidays at The Garth start on a Saturday.
