The Norfolk Broads are on your doorstep, with Wroxham the place to head for a day out on the Broads. Norfolk's county city of Norwich is a short drive, and has a wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants. The Norwich Castle museum is also well worth a visit.
BeWILDerwood is close to Dormers, and worth a day out for those with younger children. With Pleasurewood Hills in Lowestoft also a great day out.
