Couldn't fault the lodge,
Dianne (07 September 2018)

Had a wonderful relaxing holiday
Toni from Devon (07 September 2018)

The park was nice and clean and tidy the log cabin we stayed in was clean and tidy to.
Kevin from Aylesbury (03 September 2018)

Park and facilities very good, our lodge was old and in need of refirbishment. Visited last week of school holidays so cost of lodge expensive and not worth the money paid.
Michael from Coulsdon (01 September 2018)

The only good thing about this holiday was the wildlife on our door step
Nicole (01 September 2018)

Loved our holiday in warmwell. How many people can say they had deer wandering around their villa. Ringo ride down the ski slope was fabulous. Our 10 year old grandson loved it. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Elaine from Bishop Auckland (31 August 2018)

Nice place just very run down, needs updating. Also seen a few rats running around..
Rebecca from Hemel (31 August 2018)

I read the reviews and I would agree with most of them both positive and negative. We did stay in the budget lodge which, for the price, was fine and had a quite modern kitchen. However what drastically let it down was the musty smell in one of the bedrooms which my daughter had to sleep on. I could see an attempt to clean the wooden ceiling had been made because the varnish was off but the mould must have been the other side, this really needs replacing. Also all the amenities lacked lustre and so did the staff. The setting is fine and the lodges, the amenities need an urgent overall.
Loretta from Wolverhampton (31 August 2018)

Nice site, good accommodation and excellent location. Will definitely visit again.
Stephen from Hockley/Essex (31 August 2018)

Fantastic really would recommend it
Nicole from Oxford (27 August 2018)

Good size lodge, comfortable beds, lots to do is raining, restaurant was good, had lots of tasty meals there and from the chip shop. Ski slopes were fun. Overall we all had a lovely time.
Sandra from Bexleyheath (27 August 2018)

We had a lakeside lodge which was comfortable clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable . the pool is nice although the shower and changing rooms get a little messy. The gym works but is rather small. There were never any towels left to wipe down equipment. The site is well located near to durdle door where there are some nice walks. . they have plenty of activities including a football cage, bingo, pool tables and machines. Lots to do for all generations. . the restaurant food is good and they have a costa . recommended
Dawn from Hertford (27 August 2018)

Excellent week in lovely location.
Gaynor (25 August 2018)

Had a great time, lovely setting, local to all amenities, great for children and it was nearby to some lovely places to visit, the only negatives was that the swimming pool was a bit dated, also we took dogs with us so were given a lodge specifically that catered for dogs but it had a horrible smell and I feel that the carpets should be cleaned regularly as some of the pets that had stayed there we’re clearly not house trained.
Rebecca from Welwyn Garden City (25 August 2018)

Lovley and clean plenty of walks for th dog
Valerie from Tamworth (25 August 2018)

Generally a lovely holiday. Totally understand that due to location there will be some rats but all the outside areas seemed unnecessarily overrun with them which was very odd putting and the one thing that would stop me returning.
Robert from Bath (25 August 2018)

Fantastic place to stay, brilliant location with superb staff
Karl from Great Cornard (25 August 2018)

Never again
Jill from Tamworth (24 August 2018)

Very goodwatching the deerthe deer and the natual habitat
Jacqueline from New Malden Surrey (24 August 2018)

A lot of the facilities such as the wave pool were closed due to under stafging issues. We also had to wait every evening for meals from the resturant for over 40minutes. A lot of the features advertised were more catered for very toddlers not teenagers which is not how the holiday was represented in both print and thru sales staff on the phone. Very dissapointed and considering we paid over £500 just for the lodge for 4 nights and passes were for the pool only it was very poor service indeed. Saving grace was the surroundings which was lovely and the lodge was very clean.
Lyndsey (24 August 2018)

Nice holiday let down by an awful lodge. Outrageously priced for what we got.
Michael from Harpenden (24 August 2018)

Great place, nice relaxed surroundings. Great facilities and entertainment program. The only thing that let it down was the restaurant. Long waiting times and food served cold. The lodge we stayed in needed updating but I understand this is underway already.overall a great place and good base for surrounding places to visit. Monkey word just 15 mins away which my children loved and of course the lovely dorset coast.
Kelly from Hertfordshire (20 August 2018)

We had a wonderful long weekend at warmwell. Especially the children enjoyed all the facilities, not only in the entertainment area, but also outside and in the swimming pool. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The live entertainment was enjoyable as well.
Barend (20 August 2018)

Great family holiday. Lovely surroundings. Close to tourist places nearby and fabulous beaches.
Julia from Folkestone (18 August 2018)

Disappointed overall with our holiday. We had several issues with cleanliness which had to address with staff. The shower broke twice though to be fair the maintenance engineer reacted promptly to fix it. Our lodge slept 8 and we were 7 but still found it cramped and pokey for a week. I would say 6 is a maximum. we really enjoyed the area, the coast is beautiful and luckily we had good weather. All in all the resort is a little dated and tired now so I wouldn't stay again but would definitely revisit this part if the uk.
Michelle from Sheffield (18 August 2018)

Wonderful setting children loved the wildlife, nice clean accommodation, very helpful, polite staff, very amenable takeaway services available. the only downside I would say is because of the high price paid in the summer holidays I feel we should have priority over people coming in for the day so found waiting to use the pool unacceptable. However I must commend your staff over their swift support when my grandson fell over in the skating ring and broke his wrist. They were very quick on the scene, very assuring and couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitely like to come back and would recommend this site for people of all ages.
Irene from Chichester (17 August 2018)

Good holiday friendly reception staff
Natasha from Walton On Thames (17 August 2018)

Very clean and comfortable lodge, nice surroundings wild life very friendly.
Jan from Worcester Park (17 August 2018)

Great holiday loads to do with kids but the basic lodges need updating and better decor. Comfortable beds and amazing beaches within reach.
Shantel from Kent (11 August 2018)

Fantastic last minute holiday. Perfect for our four children under the age of 7 in a wooded area exploring nature, being so close to deers.
Kathryn from Witney (10 August 2018)

Lots of things to do on site. . prices for the extra activities on the park could be better, as I feel i'd already paid a premium to stay there then had to hand over even more money to keep the kids entertained, . . there needs to be a half day session for junior fishing, £3.50?. . £2 for roller skate hire, is reasonable however the skates are all worn out - tongues falling off, miss matched laces, need to reinvest some money in new skates. . accommodation and one member of reception staff let the place down, . . paid a lot of money for a lodge that smells like a wet dog. . with dodgy electrics, . (see below)
Dan from Nottingham (04 August 2018)

The lodge was fantastic and the surroundings were picturesque. Ideally situated for exploring the delights of dorset. It was great to have the option of skiing, roller skating, crazy golf, basketball, football and swimming on site. Only (slight) drawback was that the entrance to the park could be made more inviting as it is a little drab and also a lot of the lodges and associated decking needed a good lick of paint. Evening entertainment was a little hit and miss.
Andrew (04 August 2018)

Well done as usual
Brian from Canterbury Kent (04 August 2018)

Loved the friendly deer and wandering ducks and rabbits. . didn't like the rats by the bins near our cabin. . allocated cabin was in a great location as less than 5 mins walk to main complex. . cabin was spacious but in need of updating & cleanliness not up to scratch in all places. . missing bedroom lamps and loo brush and hand towel hook and bathroom cup and toothbrush holder but nice touch with hair dryer in bedroom and heated towel rail in bathroom
Gemma from Somerset (03 August 2018)

Warmwell is good for a family holiday. There are deer onsite, which was exciting for the children. There are a variety of activities to do onsite, although most days we went to the beach. It was a good 15 minutes drive to the weymouth beachfront. I thought the site would be good to explore on our bikes, but it's quite hilly and not as big as i'd thought for exploring. The food in the restaurant was good. The children enjoyed the outside play area. It was handy having a laundromat onsite for the week-long holiday. Close to a number of tourist attractions/sites. Overall a good holiday.
Audrey from Caterham (28 July 2018)

Brilliant holiday in beautiful surroundings, lodge was large and well equipped. Lots to do on site especially for kids and the evening entertainment was good too. Food in restaurant was bit expensive and not the best which is the only criticism I have.
Tracy from Enfield (28 July 2018)

Lovely break with grandchildren however think the adventure playground not enough equipment needs to be 2x the size, children’s evening entertainment very poor quality, ski slope very enjoyable . the soft play was good but the building was too hot for the children to play . the restaurant was fairly priced and the standard of food ok
Susan from Newbury (27 July 2018)

Grat place lovely clean cabin fresh bedding .
Michelle from Tidworth (27 July 2018)

Set in beautiful woodlands, where dear and rabbits roam free. several different lakes for those who like to fish. entertainment a little poor, but I no longer have young children. . the log cabins are clean and comfy, staff all very helpful and friendly. Well worth a visit, lots of things to do on site and off.
Marie (27 July 2018)

Really nice and quiet place. Beautiful surrounding. The cabins very well equipped. Just the swimming pool is extremely basic with too many no rules. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable ( had a back ache the next morning so do my husband). but overall pleased with our stay.
Sylvia (23 July 2018)

Stayed for a long weekend, lovely surroundings and easy walk to facilities. Son enjoyed the wet n wild session in the pool and snow tubing. Only let down was waiting 45 minutes for breakfast on last day, when the restaurant wasn't even busy.
Kevin from Plymouth (23 July 2018)

We stayed in cabin 115 its in a fantastic lake side location. However the cabin is desperate need of modernism and updating. . most of the staff are really friendly and helpful but a few mostly around the pool and roller boot area let them down.
John from Bristol (23 July 2018)

Had a lovely holiday great fishing lakes.
Jacqueline from Bedfordshire (21 July 2018)

Lovely site, friendly staff, lodges could do with a revamp. But all in all great fun for the whole family
Jack from Portsmouth (21 July 2018)

Evening entertainment was very dated
Jacquie from Biggin Hill (20 July 2018)

We stayed in the dorchester lodge and although a little tired it was clean and very comfortable for our weekend stay. All the staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. The setting is great and was safe for the children to have some independence to go and play football.
Suzanne from Bournemouth (16 July 2018)

Great
George (16 July 2018)

Beautiful lodges in a beautiful environment! plenty to do around
Mihai from Northampton (16 July 2018)

A lovely setting very relaxing.anybody who likes fishing excellent.
Helen from Bristol (16 July 2018)

We were looking forward to warmwell for our third visit. it offers easy access to a lot of facilities in the area, and pleasant surroundings to stay in. this time, however, we were disappointed with the chalet we stayed in. it was one of the cheaper cabins on offer for the dates we wanted but while comfortable was obviously maintained to the absolute minimum. a piece fell off the bottom of the outside door, the outside furniture was distinctly unsafe and the table not level, the shower drained very slowly, and some of the window catches were very flimsy. also the hot water was very hot, with no warning signs. we felt that this was not good value for money.
Catherine from West Molesey (14 July 2018)

Not as good as the videos make out, it is much smaller than expected. Our 4 bed hot tub lodge (130) was great however the location was the worst out of the ‘premium stetch’ as it doesn’t have a lake view like the others and no patch of grass (we brought swing ball with us). hot tub was overlooked so felt self conscious using it - should cost less than lodge 135. . amusement arcade was great, pool ok but fairly small and slide wasnt really in use. Outside play area needs updating. Food ok. Ski slope doesn’t have a cafe anymore.
Hannah from London (14 July 2018)

We had a great holiday! we were close to the park and lake which was perfect for the children. the pool was great and the children loved the wave machine. We didn't access the entertainment as that isn't really our thing. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, particularly kevin from security who replaced our tv at the drop of a hat when it wouldn't work on the evening of the world cup semi-final match that england were playing in. The children loved hiring bikes and meeting the deer and ducks. We would definitely return.
Helen from Henfield (14 July 2018)

We had a wonderful time. We were visited by deers I real experience for 3 year old twins. we enjoyed the swimming pool and it was so good to get to weymouth beach.
Valerie (09 July 2018)

Brilliant already booked for next year
Sharon from Thundersley Village Benfleet Essex (07 July 2018)

Beautiful setting and location. Great site and facilities downside for us no outdoor pool and lodges were very close to one another.
Charlotte from Littlehampton (07 July 2018)

Very pleased with the dorchester lodge and the park - lots of things to do in the surrounding areas also!
Shelley (06 July 2018)

It was so quiet and peaceful. The site was clean and in a lovely location.
Shelley from Bristol (06 July 2018)

Lovely and clean accommodation, in great surroundings. Would highly recommend.
Claire from Andover (02 July 2018)

Fabulous lodge with everything we could possibly need - will definitely come again.
Susan from Bournemouth (02 July 2018)

Very basic but clean
Sally from Bristol (29 June 2018)

Parts of the park are looking a bit run down
Gayle (29 June 2018)

Fantastic holiday this is our second family holiday to warmwell and we will be returning again next year we love everything about it, my highlight was stroking the deer, being able to park outside the cabin and winning the link bingo!! the facilities were brilliant the only bug bare we had was the food in the restaurant, the staff were lovely and sorted issues out but it wasn’t very well organised.
Louise from Havant (29 June 2018)

Upgraded this year and our cabin was really like a home from home. comfortable very clean. the only thing we could grumble about was bugs squished into the blinds but that could have happened at any time. we loved walking about and bumping into the friendly dear.
Jennie from Kent (23 June 2018)

We enjoyed the holiday, but there was a few niggly things such as the first log cabin smelt really badly of damp, we were then upgraded to a much nicer lodge but the shower didn't work, but it was fixed quite promptly. The swimming pool was cold and the slide wasn't open as they didn't have enough life guards! the main outdoor play area (which my boys loved) was closed half way through the week for maintenance and then the one evening we decided to use the fish and chip shop takeaway it was closed!
Christina from Clevedon (22 June 2018)

Great place to stay been several times
Joyce from Brighton (16 June 2018)

It was a great holiday, staff were very helpful, pleasant and went the extra mile to make sure we were looked after
Cathy from Camelford (16 June 2018)

Cathy from Camelford (16 June 2018)

Very relaxing holiday, very clean nice wildlife. Reasonable food in the restaurant. If you have children there’s lots for them to do ,l would love to go back again
Julian (15 June 2018)

Nice relaxing stay. Receptionist was a bit sharp and no set times for flume in pool. Grandson asked several times about when it would be open and got different answers. Lodge was roomy but basic.
Janet (15 June 2018)

This was possibly the nicest holiday park we have stayed at. The cabin was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The holiday park is beautiful - on our first morning there was a deer right outside our window! I would recommend warmwell to anyone - the location is central to many of the best places to visit in dorset. We would definitely stay there again.
Sindonia from Deal (15 June 2018)

Janet (15 June 2018)

Everything great, good location, excellent for young children, only one problem very poor service in the bar & restaurant, you need at least 20 mind to get served, hint go to tesco’s buy some booze & keep it under your pram
Mark from Radstock (11 June 2018)

Mark from Radstock (11 June 2018)

Nice place need up grading for kids indoor play
Jim from Loughborough (09 June 2018)

Great location and entertaining staff were brilliant. Slightly disappointed with a member of staff when on the first day we advised of a bees nest in bedroom wall at reception and got told ‘it’s nothing to do with me so I can’t do anything as i’m housekeeping and maintenance’
Danielle from Lancashire (08 June 2018)

Fantastic site love the balance between nature and activities had something for everyone lots of lovely memories made.
Amanda (08 June 2018)

Came back for the 2nd time as really liked our cabin and location but this time we were put up high and unfortunately we had rats running across our veranda and all over the outside table we couldn't leave the door open for fear of them coming inside. This has put me off returning to this resort.
Sarah from Ringwood (08 June 2018)

Very hilly but a good place to go.
Chris from Basildon (02 June 2018)

Great park and lodge fab facilities especially the skiing! ll114uq be the deer in the park too we will definitely be back
Paula from Wrexham (02 June 2018)

Very hilly but a good place to go.
Chris from Basildon (02 June 2018)

We had a lovely holiday at warmwell. my only comment is that our lodge didn't have level access and parking beside it. this was not easy for some of our party and it should have been pointed out beforehand. it isn't possible it seems to choose your lodge location etc in advance, which is a pity. we celebrated a family birthday, got out to durdle door and used the ski slope whilst on a short break. we will be returning in september.
Phil from Weybridge (01 June 2018)

Excellent value for money. The accommodation is excellent, although some of the facilities are in need of a bit of tlc such as the changing rooms for the pool, but the pool itself and staff were lovely. We enjoyed the surroundings of the park and lots to do. The ski slope was fantastic. Will definitely go back in the future.
Robert from Ashford (01 June 2018)

The accommodation was better than expected but we did not use the park facilities apart from the swimming pool once.
Richard from Cambridgeshire (01 June 2018)

Lovely lodges.settees abit worn.but spacious.plenty of amenities.pub food basic.
Penny from London (01 June 2018)

We were extremely disappointed with the standard of accommodation, the swimming pool opening hours, the state of facilities and the staff.

Julie from Bristol (20 April 2018)

Over priced for what it is. Most disappointing thing was the attitude of staff. We arrived early to use the pool at about 1.30 p.m. And as I walked into reception with my letter all I got was 'none of the 4 o'oclock lodges are ready'. not even a hello. The pool side staff couldn't be bothered to open the water slide into the pool we were in every day and I had ask to ask the life guard to open it. I asked him when it would be open 'when I walk over there' in a surly tone. He opened it for 10 minutes my kids had three rides. They didn’t open it again in the afternoon session from 2.00 p.m. To 4.00 p.m. All week. My daughter said during the week 'they really don't like their jobs here do they'. archery session had 12 people in packed and in an awful hall with poor lighting. Could hardly see the target. The only member of staff who was pleasant throughout the week was the ski instructor who did the rings. Although he was so short staffed that he had to close the ski centre/fishing shop to do the activity with my kids for half an hour and he had to keep shouting at the visitors that he would open again shortly. We ate in the restaurant 3 times. Once for coffee and cake. 3 families in the bar queue. Waitress was serving food from the kitchen and kept shouting for her manager to serve at the bar. She didn’t arrive and the waitress served us, needless to say was very slow. Ate dinner on two other occasions – they didn’t have what was advertised on the menu, they had run out, limited healthy options, I had a grilled chicken breast – overcooked - on some mashed new potatoes – no dressing topped with rocket and an 3 tomatoes. Dry and unappetising. Sub-standard pub food at best. Lodge was ok – supposed to be one of the better ones but the bathroom smelt of damp and mould. Been to a few of the park dean parks with the kids. Normally they are ok. This one wasn’t up to scratch. Penny pinching everywhere, especially with staff it seems. Give it a miss.

Been 4 times, park looking run down, park alowed agressive dog on site, mauled a smaller dog, caused large vet bills, would never go again

I was very disappointed on arriving as this was meant to be an upgrade from the sister park who had double booked my holiday. Myself and my family were put in a corner of the park where there were no parking facilities even though at reception I was told there was room for at least 1 car. The lodge was very dated and there were lots of very shabby furnishings and broken equipment. I id go to reception to complain but was met with hostility. We left early and would not go back and did not feel we had value for money nor the upgrade that we were told we were getting due to the companies incompetence
Margaret from Wales (16 April 2018)

I was very disappointed when I arrived at the lodge we were staying in. There was very steep stairs down which were very uneven. This area had no lighting and was very dark.the banisters were broken and in need of repair. I am disabled and found the stairs very difficult & frightening. The same for my elderly father & grandchildren. When I asked to be moved there wasn't any other lodges available. The staff at the park told me that the park isn't suitable for disabled people they didn't tell me this when I inquired before booking. I was very disappointed as this was my birthday treat to go away with my family. I ill never go back to the park again. I will return to other holidays resorts where they are much more helpful & I will feel a lot safer.
Liane from Bournemouth (16 April 2018)

Great location and facilities on the sitebut I was disappointed by the standard of accommodation as it was very dated scruffy but it dis have everything we needed.
Stephen from Stotfold (16 April 2018)

We had a fantastic holiday, we felt the holiday was great value for money. Lots to do and the kids were well entertained. The accommodation was a little basic, but we could see past that. . we would happily return and recommend to friends.

The park was fine. lodges were a little too close together which made parking difficult. the parking for our lodge and many others was on the road, which is not ideal.
Catherine from Middlewich Cheshire (13 April 2018)

Young staff friendly and helpful but poorly supported . not enough staff. Disorganization as a result. Reception staff surly and unhelpful. Pool great. Not enough life guards. Ski g staff excellent. Cabin very clean and well equipped. Bit dated looking for price tag.
Helen from Worthing (13 April 2018)

We throughly enjoyed our holiday but on the second night of our stay we went to the restaurant on site to celebrate my sons 5th birthday however, they didn't have enough staff due to being ill so we didn't have much choice on the menu and when we did order the food came out within 2 minutes. We didn't get an apology after my partner complained the reception the following day. I thought the park and facilities were fantastic but the swimming pool was very dated and the changing rooms a disgrace. Dorset is a beautiful place to venture out on day trips including lulworth cove, poole harbour and weymouth beach.

Great holiday on a great park - lodge was a little pricey considering it was a bit dated and could have done with a good spring clean. Plenty of activities.

A really great place to stay. As it was raining for a few days, it was a shame that the activities didn’t start until 10 as our children are up early!
Holly from Maidstone (06 April 2018)

Lovely setting but accommodation a little dated particularly given the increased cost for an easter break.
Diane from Stoke On Trent (06 April 2018)

Basic lodge ( our booking choice). plenty of room, very clean. Lovely fluffy towels. Good heating. Basic kitchen but still able to make dinner for 5. Lovely surroundings. Great fun at ski slope ( can be expensive if frequent visitor). entertainment ok. Good effort. Good service at bar. kids loved the skating. . good location. Plenty to visit.
