Really good, entertainment was fab! things going on all day too so we never left the camp site, nice little break away!
Vicky from Wigan (20 November 2017)

Lovely, quiet caravan site and very safe for the children. Caravan was very nice.
Stephanie from Bolton (28 October 2017)

Site was a little run down and could do with updating.
Michael from Keighley (28 October 2017)

Really, really enjoyed this holiday, have stayed in a few of these sites, we even took friends with us who would love to join us again next year. Our children were aged 6-1 and found all children's activities engaging and fun for all. Local amenities were close by and easy to get to. Would highly recommend this site to anyone wanting a quick fun get away with your kids.
Terry from Warrington (27 October 2017)

Very close to other caravans. Space for only one car. Caravans could do with some tlc. Poorly lit outside to get to facilities. Poor signage/information
Allison (27 October 2017)

Reception staff, pool staff excellent. Have never seen as many caravans crammed in like sardines with no. room between for cars to park. On the first night we visited the bar/ restaurant, which was needing updated, carpets and chairs filthy dirty a stale smell hung in the air. The function suite tired and worn smelled of dampness, dark ,dingy , and uninviting. This is a real shame as the entertainment staff were very good for the younger children unfortunately we never stayed for one drink. In between both the bar and function suite is a horrendous amusement arcade obviously there to capture all the children's pocket money. The playpark with green matting had holes in it, was filthy and inadequate drainage totally run down.if only owners would put quality over greed and reinvest instead of profiting from hard working family's.
Lynne from Kirkcaldy (16 October 2017)

We having been coming to sundrum for over 12 years and it's our home from home. I recommend it to everyone
Deborah from Dunoon (13 October 2017)

We had a lovely time staff brilliant food in restaurant good caravan basic new that before arrival as it was low cost and budget caravan could of done with a good clean apart from that it was fine
Patricia from Portglasgow (06 October 2017)

Standard holiday park a bit rough around the edges.
James from Fife (02 October 2017)

Drinks far too expensive, need a happy hour to entice people into entertainment complex.
Deborah from East Kilbride (29 September 2017)

Enjoyed the stay but would prefer a lodge.
Theresa from Hawick (11 September 2017)

Good break
Alexander from Kilwinning (04 September 2017)

Lack of things to do at the park
Helen from Northumberland (04 September 2017)

Not so bad
Hani (04 September 2017)

Caravan was clean and tidy. Huge thanks to the wonderful entertainment team who took the time to make sure my son had a lovely 4th birthday while we were there. The on site chippy was revolting - do not bother going, you will be wasting your money. There was plenty to keep the kids happy in ayr and the surrounding areas, would love to visit again sometime.
Ann from Lancashire (02 September 2017)

Excellent holiday with great staff that engage all the kids
Mark from Congleton (01 September 2017)

Was very impressed with van every thing from needle to anchor was there was the ideal peacful and quiet very relaxingholiday brilliant check in and out thanks to very efficient and friendly staff i,ve booked again for same time next year
Peter from Pontefract (01 September 2017)

Damp mouldy caravan.
Charlotte from Bury (01 September 2017)

Lovely caravans. facilities aged in parts and lacking. restaurant great, children's play area could do with a bit of investment.karoke
Louise from Bolton (01 September 2017)

Getting there was quite a nightmare, the postcode for the park takes you down a dirt track with a bump the size of the moon which ended up ripping the bottom of my car off, the more people I spoke to about this the more I found out it had happened to them too. Ended up having to call the aa out to sort this out. We arrived at the caravan which was meant to be a 6 birth and we were only provided with enough bedding for 5 people, and as we arrived late due to traffic reception was closed so we unable to get anymore. The swimming opening hours aren't great, it's open for an hour at a time which means by the time it's opened and you've got there got changed and ready for the pool you hardly have anytime to play/swim and being with 2 older children (13 and 10) they wanted to spend the day in the pool like most children do on holiday but this wasn't possible. The entertainment in the evening wasn't really child friendly at all. I also had my 2 year old with me who I found it very difficult to entertain as the play park was too big for him and most of the smaller arcade things for his age group were broken, luckily we took a wide selection of his toys with him and ended up spending our days on the beach in ayr, which was lovely, probably the highlight of the holiday and just across from the beach there's a really great park suitable for children of all ages. There was a takeaway on the camp so we decided to go for a snack on the way back to the caravan in the evening, we ordered some chips, and my word I have never seen and tasted anything like it in my life, they were raw and greasy, we ended up taking them back and they kindly replaced them for some which were just as terrible, £6.90 down the drain. The woman in the take away informed me they have had many of complaints that evening about the chips, i'd definitely avoid. Overall I can safety say we won't be returning to sundrum again.
Natalie (28 August 2017)

Excellent site. Staff very helpful. Good pool area with slide. Outside play area a bit dated.
William from Ahoghill (28 August 2017)

The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. It could be more beneficial to have more laundry facilities as the washing machines generally had a couple of hours wait, when they were free they was full of other holidaymakers washing or cloths from the cleaners with no baskets to put them in to free the machine. . even though the site was four miles from ayr there was plenty to do and everything you needed. However, the shop closes quite early compared to the rest of the site. . we did have an issue with neighbours at v58 playing loud music and smoking cannabis but staff in reception always busy with other holidaymakers to mention it without postponing our day.
Chris from Chipping Norton (28 August 2017)

Nice site. Desperately needs wifi across it as zero coverage in the caravan.
Peter (28 August 2017)

Very clean resort. Caravan was lovely and clean (first time i've ever had central heating in a caravan). I love the swimming pool, we spent quite a lot of time there. The staff were very friendly and efficient.
Tracey from Lincoln (26 August 2017)

Myself my wife and two daughters had a great time lovely site great staff good food and not too expensive also a great base if you want to go exploring round scotland will definitely be back
Tony from Stanley (26 August 2017)

We booked last minute and had never been to sundrum before. The static caravans are quite tightly packed together, we arrived to find fag ends still outside our caravan from the previous guest and the caravan needed a clean before I would put anything in cupboards. Not the cleanest i've stayed in!! the staff there were really friendly and helpful and the food is very good value for money. On our departure we stripped the beds to find our double bed mattress was covered in dog hairs. I never thought to check them as they were already made up on our arrival. Ayr was not far away so if you're looking for something basic and not that bothered about how clean it is, this is your park!
Jayne from Lincoln (25 August 2017)

Good location for kids not so good for adults.
James (25 August 2017)

Very happy with stay
Douglas from Leeds (25 August 2017)

The facilities were very good the entertainment was excellent and very good food.
William from Kirkham (21 August 2017)

We all had a fantastic time at sundrum castle plenty to do and very good entertainment staff were very frendly and were always helpfull made everyone feel welcome and had plenty of time to chat with us and were fantastic with the kids loved it
Patricia from Blackburn Lancashire (21 August 2017)

Caravan could have been cleaner . had to polish hoover and dust.
Catherine from Galston (21 August 2017)

Very nice site, caravan very comfortable and clean, staff very helpful. Kids loved it.
Steve from Liverpool (19 August 2017)

Had a great time here with my other half, 5 year old and a 20 month old. Great chip shop and restaurant on site. Kids enjoyed the entertainment
Faye from Hinckley (18 August 2017)

Lovely holiday. Caravan lovely and clean. Onsite chippy was amazing. Kids entertainment was good. Only gripe was no warning when our time in the pool was up. They blew the whistle and we had to leave. Ideally a 10 minute warning so one of us could get out and get ready would have been great. Then when it is time to get out, the one who's dressed can get the toddler dressed and other person can get dressed. Rather than everyone climb out at the same time and try to get toddler dressed whilst dripping water everywhere, then they have to wait 10-20 minutes for the other person to get ready. Other than that, no problems!
Ellen from Dorset (18 August 2017)

Got lucky with a private caravan, although paid for standard. Caravan was beautiful, could easily live there! . staff very friendly and helpful. Kids entertainers were amazing and our kids thoroughly enjoyed the club house! georgia and the man (name escapes me) we're fabulous and loved by the kids. . facilities were ok, a little expensive for food but drinks were reasonable. The small was adaquate and affordable. . pool was fun for the kids although basic, the kids loved it. Warm enough for the adults! . drove to glasgow (roughly 1 hour away) and ayr beach (20 mins) which were a great couple of days out. Closest supermarket we found was tesco about 15 mins drive. . . we had a fabulous holiday with no problems, lots of safe fun and memories made. Thanks hoseasons.
Helen from Warrington (18 August 2017)

Great place to stay in a beautiful location
Jeremy (12 August 2017)

We love this park and have stayed before, the only issue I had this time was with the caravan. We stayed six nights and four mornings we had no hot water or heating, which meant getting someone around to fix the boiler, which they did, but it was annoying to say the least, shower also needed updating i'd say, but it is a lovely park, great for kids
Jacquie from Edinburgh (12 August 2017)

Entertainment staff were amazing an d very at tentative for our sons birthday..everyone was smiley and helpful!. we will defiantly return!
Gemma from East Lothian (11 August 2017)

When we arrived we had issue with our caravan but staff rectified it straight away and we here very happy with the outcome. Park is great, good facilities and staff from bar, takeaway, office were all very pleasant and helpful. Entertainment staff for kids were absolutely fab highly recommend
Nicola from Glasgow (08 August 2017)

Small but nicely laid out site.
Julie from Wirral (07 August 2017)

On the first night we went to pull out the sofa bed and there was food and rubbish underneath the cushions, I went to bed in the double bedroom and woke up at 5 in the morning in agony as the mattress had started to sag in the bed I lifted the mattress to find that there was 2 broken slats lying on the floor due to this I had backache for most of the week. obviously these areas of the caravan had not been checked before we checked in which I think should be standard. also the park doesn't seem to cater for older teenagers. on the plus side I must give 10/10 to georgia and the entertainment team who go above and beyond to make sure that you have an enjoyable stay.
Robert from Airdrie (05 August 2017)

A great base for exploring and the caravan was spacious and comfortable. The site itself was quite basic and I was expecting some more activities for the kids, but they really enjoyed the pool and crazy golf.
Shelley from Hull (04 August 2017)

The van itself was very comfortable and well equipped. The park and pool are 1980s relics which are in dire need of refurbishing. The kids entertainment was half hearted in the extreme and the bar/restaurant an overpriced version of wetherspoons. Wifi should not be advertised as a feature as it is only available in a tiny area of the bar and is slower than dial up.
Sean from Derry (04 August 2017)

We had a lovely time, was all booked last minute and the caravan was ready and waiting for us. Great place for kids and nice to see security on the doors.
Heather from Prestwick (31 July 2017)

Holiday was that bad we left a day early !! took the cushions off the caravan seats to make bed up and there was sauce all over u set the cushions. We had a power cut could t get anyone to sort it for a while. eventually got it sort d then had no heating. Total disaster i'm now one for complaining. So just left early. Worst holiday ever
Linda (31 July 2017)

Been about 20 years ago and not a lot of changes in this time we felt the entertainment programme was poor sorry
Lizzie from Newtyle Perthshire Ph12 8Uj (28 July 2017)

We had a great week again, we visit this park every year and we always have a great time, the caravans are great, spacious and clean and the staff would help you with anything. the facilities are clean and great for the kids and adults. we will be coming here for many years to come.
Deborah from Coatbridge (14 July 2017)

Expensive to use facilities
Julie (10 July 2017)

We had a great time at sundrum, plenty to do, great location, kids aged 4,7 and 8 thoroughly enjoyed swimming pool.
Linda from Wigtownshire (07 July 2017)

Very disappointed with facilities and accomodation. Was down to stay for 7 days but only stayed one night. As refused to stay longer.complained about quite a few problems with caravan. Furniture was old damaged and dangerous especially for young children playing around in it. the facilities were not what we expected. As we arrived after reception was closed we were given a number to call whicg was out of office ie security if we had any problems. I left three messages and a text message with the problems we had aseed them to call us urgently, but got no reply.
Michelle from Midlothian (26 June 2017)

Is a nice place to relax and have a few days away . please note no ware to take dog out must be on lead at all times no park or area for them to play or run around .
Stuart from Dundee (09 June 2017)

By chance we were in the same caravan as the year before. To be honest the caravan was a bit tired and could have done with a refurbish. The children were totally oblivious to this and had a good time.
Phyllis from Glasgow (05 June 2017)

Nice park, looked a bit run down in places and could use a lick of paint. Caravan we stayed in was excellent condition lots of space inside and very clean, not a lot of parking as not allowed to park on grass, only thing we didn't like was the open space for walking there wasn't much of it.
Eilidh from Fort William (02 June 2017)

Beautiful well kept park, caravan clean and well appointed. Did not use entertainment passes due to having a dog and not wanting to leave him alone in the caravan so can't comment on entertainment. Overall I would definitely return to sundrum castle, location perfect for commuting either north or south of ayr town , big thumbs up!
Alison from Glasgow (26 May 2017)

Great few days, expensive in club and shops
Fiona from Glasgow (12 May 2017)

I had to go home early because my mother was ill, but I found the site lovely, and the caravan homely, the only down side was I didn't know how to put the central heating on, as that night I was there tempratures plummet to 3 degrees! and it was freezing in the caravan! that's my only complaint!
Brenda from Ayr (12 May 2017)

We had a great time on our holiday. The caravan was in good condition and very clean.
Marscha from Livingston (05 May 2017)

Lovely settings as been b4 only down side my caravan stated heating throughout ! but only had a gas fire was pretty cold !! disappointing to say the least !
Susan from Glasgow (05 May 2017)

The site is a great little thing only problem we had on the weekend at nite with the noise from the clubhouse was kept awake till late so next time will ask for a caravan further away from the club house
Carl from Holmfirth (22 April 2017)

We had a great time at the park, we regularly visit caravan parks and this one was quite nice. the caravan was nice and close to the facilities. my only complaint would be that some of the activities did not go ahead for my child who was quite excited about it, especially the basketball. I do understand that it was a quieter time after the main school holidays but our schools were still off and I think they could of easily still done something for it, there were other children waiting for it to happen aswell so it could of went ahead. we were told that it was supposed to be on another day but it was clearly marked on the activities sheet that day and we had organised our day around it. it is one of the main reasons we book holiday parks is so that the children can do the activities so it was quite upsetting to find that they were not on.
Jenna from Fort William (21 April 2017)

Awful! staff are scruffy, miserable and unprofessional. No customer service skills!
Darren from Worcester (17 April 2017)

Used it mainly as a base so good for what we needed it for.
Julie (15 April 2017)

Spent 30 mins looking for van only to find out we had been given wrong key good job we were honest could have burgled an occupied caravan!. when we stripped bed found out we had been lying on a very stained mattress advised reception when l handed key in all she said was sorry about that. It shouldn't have had stained mattress in first place disgusting. Lots of dog muck on grass even with properly placed bins and bags should be more strict about rules. Caravan was nice staff were fine but disappointed with the things l have already mentioned.
Joan from Newcastle Upon Tyne (15 April 2017)

Gas heater was not working best advice from maintenance was to leave it on a low heat at all times. not only is this unsafe my son has asthma and the dry heat made this worse so he suffered all week. The facilities were not what was expected from the misleading pictures on the site. Caravan was adequate with room for us but I was disappointed with the level of cleanliness in the caravan.
Agnes from Lanarkshire (14 April 2017)

This is a good holiday park ,clean, tidy and well looked after, the shop is a bit expensive but quiet well stocked, the pool lovely and very busy at times, the restaurant after a full tray off drinks was spilt over the table and my self the food fair staff training required, the caravan was clean and was exactly what I was expected but no towels supplied and nowhere to rent or buy on site,i would go back any time ,
John from Lochgelly Fife (07 April 2017)

Had a fab time.
Dave from Bradford (10 October 2016)

Holiday park small but nice and the restaurant was a little expensive but food was nice, however on second night got something from the carry out side and the food ended up in the bucket so would definitely not recommend the chip shop on site. However the little town along from the campsite has a carry out place which is a lot better.
Ann-Marie from Whitburn (19 September 2016)

Nice clean caravan and park got upgraded so more than happy
Gordon from Stenhousmuir (10 September 2016)

We all [3 children aged 4 -12 and wife] enjoyed our break at sundrum castle, caravan and park was clean and tidy and all the staff were very helpful. Overall very good, the only down side was the roast dinner from the onsite restaurant looked nothing like the pictures advertising it.
Russell (02 September 2016)

Wonderfull scenery and touring
Norman from Newton Aycliffe Co. Durham (02 September 2016)

Great place. Has everything just on a small scale but a really great site for us we loved it
Pauline from Kendal (02 September 2016)

Nice and cheap. The caravan is big and the facilities in the park was helpful to entertain the kids.
Immanuel (29 August 2016)

Holiday camp in need of up dating..simply not good enough for a holiday park..loose paving slabs .toilets really smelly ..reception and arcade area in need of a update..we had ants in our caravan all week which I reported but nothing else got done apart from ant powder put near doorway outside.
Colin from Great Sutton (27 August 2016)

Friendly staff and great experience.
Mugunthan from London (27 August 2016)

Overall really nice time. Issues included strong dig smell in livingroom carpet, sheets smelled of smoke. Club door staff were quite aggressive, one tried to manhandle me accusing me of drinking alcohol in the games room ( mistaken identity, but still unacceptable). . bar staff very friendly and helpfull, food and service very good. In particular the sunday roast dinnet. it was a bit remote, a fair drive to ayr. Pool, mini golf and football pitch all very good.
Steven (15 August 2016)

A few issues:. sick left on fold up mattress. Toys, old food and dust left around fold up mattress. Previous tenants food left in biscuit tin. Wasps swarming around large outside bins, so couldn't open any windows- husband allergic to wasps!. mold in caravan and wet bedding as we couldn't open windows. No dustbins and a lot of other things missing on arrival. . caravan under a tree so when wet and windy, constantly woken up at night with bits of wood or rain off tree hitting roof along with mr fox and family screeching! . we are a reasonably tolerant family and made do. Drew the line though at the sick on the matress so got that replaced. Luckily we were out a lot in the day so put up with the rest. Kept missing reception to sort the other stuff, thought they might have followed up the dirty bed area though, as that wasn't nice. Liked the area. Think if you had a caravan away from a tree and the bins it would be ok. Staff we came across were nice.
Customer 76 from Oswestry (12 August 2016)

Was enjoyable thanks to staff from the site
Linda (12 August 2016)

Not happy with the swimming pool time allocation was ridiculous no wifi
Tina (08 August 2016)

Sundrum castle was just a base for our holiday i'm just glad there was lots to do in the ayrshire area as there was not a lot onsite you had to queue to get into the pool and then it was an hour slot which at best you got half an hour by the time you (and the kids ) got changed . and then the pool was small and no shallow end for small children . entertainment was good for the kids but repeated every few nights. There is a chip shop on site and we did check it out but were left disappointed with the pizza we ordered it was basically a pizza from asda then we ate in the restaurant on our last day the service was terrible and the food was not the best and not value for our money .this was a last minute booking and next year when we go on holiday sundrum will not be on our list .
Mark (01 August 2016)

Brilliant swimming pool and play area / football pitch for the kids. . lovely quiet site.
Aileen from Huntly (29 July 2016)

Great caravan nice, park not to busy was great
Michelle (25 July 2016)

I would highly recommended sundrum castle to others, it is a great park with lots to do for the kids, we come here every year as the caravans and facilities are great and the staff are great with the kids and do everything they can to help you enjoy your holiday and leave the whole family with great memories of their holiday, we will definitely be returning again next year
Deborah from Coatbridge (23 July 2016)

The holiday was absolutely dreadful we booked a two bedroom and tried to upgrade to a 3 bedroom but it was dirty and definitely not upgraded no double glazing or heating, the two bedroom was small but we left a day early because it was a boring holiday
Fraser from Stirling (11 July 2016)

Bad smell in bedroom as if dogs had been sleeping on bedding. Staff had no single mattresses to replace so fitted double making the room tiny. Could not walk into or around the room. Washing machine/tumble dryer not drying
Edwin (09 July 2016)

Lovely site with lovely staff. Drink a bit pricey though.
Michael from Perth (01 July 2016)

My holiday would have received all 10s but fell at the last hurdle,. the fire and the toilet both needed repairing. unfortunatlly as soon as I turned the fire off it wouldnt light again leaving me in cold accommodation. . paid for a 3 night stay but sunday night was poor. A game of bingo and 1 karaoke song.. not good. I have to say the food in the resteraunt was excellent and the staff great. . would I stay again.. yes
Tom from Stockton On Tees (13 June 2016)

Loved our stay brought our granddaughter she loved too (2years old) especially the pool. The area was quiet it was nice to see lots of others with pets with them. no rowdiness felt safe
Pauline from Denny (10 June 2016)

Terrible cow dung smells 24/7. You will feel vomiting when take food. Can’t open window because of the smell. Very less kids activity. Pool is ok. Their restaurant service is fantastic and very helpful. Caravan also spacious and good decoration. Nothing to do much on that area apart from smelling cow dung.
Sarwar from London (03 June 2016)

The cost of the holiday was reasonable but food and drinks were overpriced. We turned up to take our children to the pool party on our final evening to find there was a charge. It also had to be pre-booked, but the literature hadn't made this clear. It ruined our final evening. I also found the pool and bar area/outdoor bar area quite unclean.
Suzanne from Matlock (03 June 2016)

The caravan had a few issues..hard to close the doors,.., swimming pool was excelent though :-)
Sarka (03 June 2016)

Lovely little park, great location
Kirsty from Sheffield (03 June 2016)

It was very clean and so close to the seaside a wonderful location. Facilities would have been 10 if we had a vacuum cleaner available also a child gate on the decking so we could allow little one out to play on it would have been great. Other than that couldn't find a fault. Also having a washer dryer available was a lovely surprise.
Samantha from Chesterfield (30 May 2016)

We had a fab time here. Perfect for young family. Our wee one loved the kids entertainment. Something different everyday.
Danielle (21 May 2016)

Great value for money . we had such a good time can't wait to book it again . the caravan is a good size . the on site chip shop was a great treat
Emma from Motherwell (09 May 2016)

Holiday was great value for money, and at a good location, it was just too cold, we booked a week and managed to stay two nights .. might be fine in the warmer months but no good in april.
Margaret from Motherwell (29 April 2016)

Caravan was lovley , nothing to do during the day at park , pool was closed one of the days
Donna (25 April 2016)

It's was so good we booked for next year before we left
Dorothy from Morecambe (23 April 2016)

Great for a quiet few days away. Cycling, swimming and just chilling with the kids.
Michael from Preston (22 April 2016)

As a small holiday park we felt the swimming pool should stay open all day as was restricted as and when you could go , and was on a time limit . . not much to do , as needed to spend more time out of the camp to entertain the children . . caravan was lovely and comfortable .
Natalie from Winsford Cheshire (11 April 2016)

1st stay here, caravan very clean, staff polite and very helpful, kids, wife and I enjoyed the entertainment and food was good at restaurant with good variety for kids. We all really enjoyed our holiday and would stay again.
Craig (08 April 2016)

Sundrum castle was great, lovely and piece full, definetly would go back.
Jackie (04 April 2016)

Poor facilities. Very poor entertainment
Rose (28 March 2016)

Great resort that was really well located for some great attractions nearby. Glasgow is about a 50 minute drive away and attractions such as culzean castle are right on your doorstep. The park itself was very clean and we'll maintained and our caravan was also well equipped with everything that we needed. I would visit the site again in the future for a holiday as we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here. The only things that were a little disappointing were the on site shop was not fully stocked (i'm guessing due to us visiting in october) and the chip shop on site was also closed. This didn't bother us too much as there are a number of supermarkets nearby and we found a lot of great places to eat out. The country corner coffee shop just down the road does excellent food for a lunchtime snack. All in all a great vacation in a great location
Mark from Liverpool (31 October 2015)

Not much going on abit boring for children alot of the events weren't on and the pool party was £3 per person advertised as there would be music and a drink none of those things!!!!!

Camp was clean and tidy. The complex was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. The first night in the entertainment bar was dull the 2 girls looked as if they were more interested in waving their arms around behind dj box rather than interacting with guests, however when lindsay and johnny were on the other nights it was much better. A girl lifeguard in the pool was miserable refusing to acknowledge children when they were speaking to her and just giving them dirty looks, the flume in pool was mainly for kids not what I would say fun just basic. The resturant well what can I say went on thurs for breakfast it took 15 minutes to get served then 40 minutes passed for me ask where food was to be told it had been given to someone else by mistake, which was sorted out. Went for sunday roast it was luke warm and chicken was very dry even with gravy on. Seemed odd that we got it literally 10 minnutes after ordering it (why so quick) the caravan was great we did enjoy it and may go back but a few things need looking at.

Adrian from Truro (17 August 2015)

The overall holiday was excellent. However the maintenance side could be better as I didn't see the play equipment checked considering its frequent use and at one point it broke and had to be reported. also the football court had several nails sticking out that could cause serious injury. Finally the health and safety behaviour of some staff was dangerous to themselves as well as others around them.
Ruth from Kettering (15 August 2015)

Had a great holiday looking forward to going again maybe next year

Caravan must have had dog in previously ==lot of dog hair on benches. Fan heater and vacuum did not have electrical test tags. While staff in dining area were helpful==seemed disorganised, unsure of menus . gas fire in caravan difficult to light==had to purchase gas lighter as no ignition

Had a nice time with the family but wasn't adviced checkin at 4pm we arrived at 12 so had to buy food and drinks from restraunt which I felt was a bit expensive I paid either £3.20 or 40 for 1pint of draught coke and no vending machine for drinks so you have to buy from the bar and they don't sell cans of coke only tiny bottles which are expensive and also check out is 10am which I find a bit unfair as you loose a day with such a late check in but apart from the financial side it's a very nice site and the caravan was beautiful and clean
Angela from Bridge Of Weir (20 July 2015)

Although the area was beautiful our accommodation was very basic even though we had paid for better accommodation. We had several issues with the caravan all of which were promptly reported but took a while to get sorted
