Great family holiday. Caravan clean, modern and felt spacious for a family with 2 toddlers. To be 1min from the beach was great and the kids enjoyed beach combing a lot. The pool facilities were fantastic. An excellent venue for an out of season holiday.
Joe (03 November 2017)

Lovely site. Caravan was clean and very well equipped. The facilities were great and the food in the club house was very nice. We've had a lovely holiday and will definitely be back.
Sarah (03 November 2017)

Good location close to sea/beach with several places if interest in the area.
Alan from Trefriw (30 October 2017)

Wonderful stay at sunbeach. the caravan was spotless and well equipped with a sea view. the site, swimming pool etc also very clean and the meals in the restaurant very nice and reasonably priced. all in all a wonderful holiday and would definitely stay again.
Lydia from St. Helens (27 October 2017)

Very happy with the caravan park, clean and tidy, very nice caravan. Would stay here again. Only little thing was that there was a lot of older children on the soft play so put our younger children off playing in there.
Robert from Uttoxeter (27 October 2017)

My partner & I had a fabulous time at sunbeach staff very friendly & helpful our caravan was lovely & very clean we have no complaints whatsoever would be more than happy to stay again at sunbeach & we will at some point again
David from Margate Kent (21 October 2017)

Very nice stay good value for money would recommend.
Anthony from Telford (20 October 2017)

The holiday park is lovely and the accommodation is of a very high standard. The swimming pool, restaurant and bar are also excellent. The downside is that it is remote from anything else. The restaurant does not open monday or tuesday so we drove to the nearest pub to find that they do not serve food on mondays, either. This meant quite a drive to find another place to eat.
Melanie (20 October 2017)

Had a lovely long weekend away but should have a part of bar inside to be able to take pets in
Lesley from Wirral (16 October 2017)

We were welcomed on arrival , we got there before the 4 pm check in but our caravan was ready. The caravan was really nice and clean. The restaurant had really nice food and reasonably priced. The swimming pool we used most days.
Daniel (13 October 2017)

The park caravan and pool is great. I wouldn't rate the restaurant much it's expensive and they wouldn't even do me a jacket potato meal as I wasn't feel to like it would of took much to do and they only have 4 people in anyway so not busy.
Michelle (13 October 2017)

Perfect place for exploring this area of wales. lovely site with very good quality accommodation. Will definitely be returning to sunbeach next year.
Philip from Weston-Super-Mare (07 October 2017)

Every thing was great, good holiday a1 site a1 staff 100%
Pat from Swansea (03 October 2017)

I thoroughly enjoyed my week there. I can't really think of any faults. I visited the club area for drinks and the beer was great, staff friendly and it was very clean. A week wasn't long enough to enjoy the area.
Mike from Stafford (02 October 2017)

Enjoyable break with my two children. Pool great. I will be back.
Paul from Chester (02 October 2017)

Overall a good holiday, our caravan was spotless as was the whole site and it was well lit at night. The location is in a beautiful area with the [mainly pebble ] beach just a short stroll from the caravans. Although the site does cater for children with a few amusements and an indoor pool we would suggest that it is more suited to the older person who want a relaxing holiday. The facilities are good [ laundrette, shop etc ] but we did not use them all. The restaurant was not available every day but when it was the meals were very good and reasonably priced. We had a problem with the electricity in the caravan out of hours but within a few minutes of leaving a voicemail on the emergency number a member of staff arrived to repair it [ excellent ]. our only disappointment was the bar staff who need much more training in customer service, we were not happy to be kept waiting whilst grumbles of being called in due to sickness ,and boyfriends reactions to it, as well as " well i've come but I am going soon as " were discussed right in front of us at the bar. However we hasten to add that the waitresses, shop and reception staff were more than helpful and very pleasant and from what we observed generally we are confident that that once the management become aware of any problem it is dealt with promptly.
Elizabeth from Daventry (30 September 2017)

Very clean, quiet and beautiful scenery but would have been good to be able to walk to nearby village rather than using the car all the time.
Marion from Warrington (29 September 2017)

Local shops are 7 to 8 miles far from the holiday park..
Mohammad from London (22 September 2017)

Excellent place to stay and will definitely be back
Darren from Accrington (22 September 2017)

A spotless holiday park in a great picturesque location would definitely recommend.
Nigel from Wednesbury (22 September 2017)

Very quiet site, very easy access to the rocky beach, and we enjoyed a meal at the on site reasturant,. the mattress on our bed was uncomfortable, we informed the staff of this problem, but all that could be done was to turn it around, as no spare mattress was available,. overall a very good holiday.
David from Forest Of Dean Gloucestershire. (18 September 2017)

Nice site with good clubhouse. Reasonably priced, value for money meals in the restaurant, lovely pool. Caravan close to beach.
Gillian from Birmingham (18 September 2017)

Excellent caravan very clean & of a high standard.
Stuart from Sutton Coldfield (18 September 2017)

Lovely week at sunbeach. Beautiful surroundings and beach (at low tide), caravan was great, really impressed. Pool was perfect for our 3 year old, had to drag him out!!
David (16 September 2017)

Nice peaceful location, with the beach on the doorstep, will definitely be returning.
Gaynor from Wirral (16 September 2017)

Great as a base for touring the area. Clean, and restful as we went late in the season.
Charles from Sheffield (15 September 2017)

Nice and comfy stay for a short break. Good facilities and short walk away from the beach.
Diane (11 September 2017)

Sunbeach holiday park is really well kept and clean. The caravan we stayed in was modern and clean. It had a full fridge freezer which was really handy. The kitchen was well equipped with toaster, microwave etc. The beach was a 2 minute walk and was pebble and sand. The swimming pool was good, with hairdryers in the changing rooms and even polythene bags were provided to put wet swim clothes in. The bar area was lovely with sea views and the restaurant looked good even though we didn't eat there. There is a village not too far away from the site with a good co-op for provisions. There is a lot of activities and things to do near the caravan site, the only gripe we had was that the site was bigger than we would normally go on but overall very happy!
Amanda from Alfreton (09 September 2017)

We booked to go again as soon as we returned! lovely, clean, modern caravan on the beach, perfect!
Kate from Wirral (04 September 2017)

We had a good relaxing week with good weather. the site is lovely and the clubhouse. Staff very helpful
Mark (02 September 2017)

We really enjoyed are stay in the sunbeach holiday park. The views that we had from our house was outstanding. Overall it we had a very positive experience there.<3
Tomasz (02 September 2017)

Great location if you want to be away from the crowds but still have all facilities on site
Peter from Knaresborough (01 September 2017)

Lovely park. Quiet and beautiful. Lovely beach. Great base for the area.
Catherine (28 August 2017)

Lovely place. Brilliant beach for rock pooling. Caravan was really comfortable, extremely clean with everything you needed .except for a corkscrew!
Lisa from Solihull (28 August 2017)

I am very satisfied, just family with kids need to plan before hand for where to go. Thank you
Bassam from Manchester (26 August 2017)

We had such a lovely week, just relaxing and taking it easy. The caravan was stunning & well looked after, all the children had a great time, mainly in the pool & on the beach if we didn't venture out
Clare from Wirral (26 August 2017)

The caravan was excellent and the site was very well maintained and very clean.
Robert from Unstone (26 August 2017)

Stayed 3 times , caravan starting to show some interior wear ! sofas and shower mainly. . . think a number of caravans should be pet free ! I don't cherish the thought of using a caravan where dogs have been ! . . welcome addition of patio furniture.
Suzanne from Chester (25 August 2017)

Lovely holiday park we had a superior caravan and it was amazing best caravan we've stayed in. Kids loved all the rock pools on the beach the only negative is having to drive everywhere as there's nothing around the park to walk to.
Joanne from Barnsley (25 August 2017)

Great holiday, lovely caravan.
Emma from Tividale (21 August 2017)

Very friendly, clean caravans. Enjoyed the stay and the places nearby.
Shakti from London (18 August 2017)

Beautiful park- clean swimming pool, nice bar and restaurant, lovely staff. . caravan was beautiful! clean, tidy, modern, well stocked. Take a tea towel with you though!!. . downside- outside of the park closest town/shops are a 10 minute drive away. . . would highly recommend, kids loved the fact that they were a 2 minute walk from the beach.
Helena from Southport (18 August 2017)

Lovely place , we all loved it !!
Sarah from Cheshire (14 August 2017)

A lovely, quiet park. The caravan was spotless, beds comfy and bedlinen fresh and pretty. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and the staff were really nice. Food in the restaurant was ok, nothing special but again the staff were nice.
Judith from Liverpool (14 August 2017)

Had a lovely peacefull holiday.
Sue from Rhyl (12 August 2017)

Perfect location , great setting! right on the beach
Louise (12 August 2017)

Very well kept site. Nice area of wales. Excellent swimming pool and bar area. The caravan was very nice and modern. The only negative was the internet. Little internet in caravan would have been better to have no internet so that would end the frustration of trying to get internet. . you must be able to provide good internet now even if it was payable.
Philip from East Wales (11 August 2017)

Fantastic location and facilities. We have already booked our return trip.
Dawn from Connah'S Quay (11 August 2017)

The site is in a beautiful location. However, last entry to the pool is 5pm which is no good if you've been out for the day and fancy a relaxing dip later. Apart from one member of staff who had only started that week, we did not receive what we consider to be good customer service. This could be because the site appeared to us to be mainly private owners. Apart from that we had a great holiday.
David (05 August 2017)

We were really happy with caravan, with us able to park car near it we could help my disabled husband up and down the stairs, would have liked caravan nearer the reception for him but all went well.
June from Holyhead, Anglesey (05 August 2017)

A lovely small site, the indoor swimming pool immaculate, outdoor play areas for younger children clean and nicely done
Jeanette from Oswestry (04 August 2017)

Great site, very clean and has everything you need. Swimming pool and children's area was lovely, has a great outside area for the little ones. Decking area at club has some lovely views to watch the sunset. Restaurant and small shop on site which sells essentials.
Claire from Runcorn, Cheshire (29 July 2017)

A beautiful caravan in a beautiful location. The caravan was spotlessly clean and ever so close to the beach. The surrounding area was stunning. . the pool was quite small but the children loved it. . sometimes the staff came across as unhelpful but a lot of them were quite young so maybe just inexperienced. I would definitely reccommend this park and we will be going back again in the future.
Emma from Carlisle (28 July 2017)

I've been holidaying in this area for the past 50yrs and still love it. . the site is clean and very well maintained and will definitely be booking again.
Clare from West Haddon (28 July 2017)

Good holiday, pity about your policy of giving mail addressed to your customers straight back to the postman. If it is not collected at reception I suggest you keep it until your guests have gone and then return it.
Anthony from Birmingham (24 July 2017)

Would definitely stay here again. Lovely caravan. modern and spacious. Warm and draft free even on the night of a big a storm. . only small criticism - the caravans were too close together. Needed some shrubs to divide up the open space for more privacy. food in the restaurant was lovely and fresh and good value.
Sue from Grays (22 July 2017)

Nice clean roomy caravan with everything you needed.we had a disabled person with us so the steps to the van did cause a problem but apart from that everything was fine.the only real problem was that if you wanted to park next to the van the space on the middle van was very tight . that though did not affect the enjoyment of my holiday.
James from Birmingham (22 July 2017)

Week break with the kids. Beach stones thro away and swiming pool all too our selves.
Keith from Liverpool (22 July 2017)

We enjoyed it very much caravan was very clean
Jack from Nelson (22 July 2017)

We had a great time. A family of four, with a 10 month old. On site there was a swimming pool for raining days. The beach was a minute away (mostly rocks but enough sand for us to enjoy) and the caravan itself was beautifully clean and had more space than we expected.
Danny from Leicester (21 July 2017)

If you are looking for a relaxing week away then I would recommend sunbeach. our stay was the beginning of july so not sure what the main season would be like, but as a couple we really enjoy the quietness of the site.
Linda from Walsall (21 July 2017)

Stuart from Derbyshire (17 July 2017)

My second visit and my children love it. Stayed in a different part this time which was fine. The caravan was nice and spacious and generally happy but compared to my first visit when the caravan was immaculate I did notice the caravan wasn't hoovered as well as it could of been with crumbs etc in certain corners so I did mention it to reception. None the less the pool is great and the park nice and relaxed and I will be returning but please keep up your high standards!!
Paul from Chester (17 July 2017)

Very pleased with almost everything,my only comment is poor access to the beach with the slippery stones . I know this is sea barrier but a small opening for the less able . would be ideal.
George from Stoke On Trent (17 July 2017)

Not enough amenities ,shop poor, restaurant closed three days, nice place and area.
Alfred from Wednesbury (15 July 2017)

A really nice part of wales, not so crowded as the main snowdonia area but still with good scenery.
Chris from Bournemouth (15 July 2017)

Our accommodation was superb and the park itself clean and quiet. The pool is great, food in the restaurant/bar was fine. The views are wonderful and the location is gorgeous however you do have to make an effort to get somewhere with any real amenities like shops or restaurants. The fact that the restaurant is closed several nights and the pool opening hours etc are a bit limited (closes at 4 every day) were a little annoying. There was only entertainment one night a week but it was at least not too loud and there's a large outdoor area at the clubhouse.
Pamela from Suffolk (15 July 2017)

The caravan was spacious and very clean and we was lucky that the position ours was in we had a great view of the sea, the new clubhouse was beautifully done as was the restaurant. One small niggle was that the frying pan was dirty and tiny and food had been left in the microwave so obviously had not been checked by cleaning staff, but overall a lovely stay the site is kept immaculate
Angela from London (14 July 2017)

More guidance needed for when you book in as you couldn't arrive before 4pm and they didn't tell you the reception shut at 4.30pm. So when we arrived at 5pm we couldn't get into the park. . caravan clean and tidy. Site was were we needed to be for seeing family members and we would stay again
Tracy from Devon (10 July 2017)

A very lovely sight very clean beautiful location we stayed in seascape and it was amazing very clean very spacious very comfy beds really was a brilliant holiday
Laura from Lincoln (08 July 2017)

Fantastic peaceful restful break. Caravan spotless n so was the site. Would go again
Karen from Shrewsbury (01 July 2017)

Fantastic area, lovely caravan and great beach
Svatopluk (30 June 2017)

Lovely caravan at quiet end of site, only lacking oven glove and more suitable sized fruit/cereal bowls!
Pamela from Bromsgrove, Worcs., (30 June 2017)

Nice caravan and nice new pool. Site is basic. Limited entertainment, and lots of old residential caravans on site.
Catherine (26 June 2017)

One of my favourite places to go. usually stay in a caravan and have never been disappointed, however, this time decided on seascape which has beautiful elevated views of the coastline, wonderful coastal scenery and stunning sunsets. . . modern lodge that is light, spacious and very well equipped. Lovely, large decking area with seating. . . the lodge is sited next to a train line, ( early one around 6.00 am, last one around 10.00 ish) but the hourly trains go by at speed so it really wasn't a problem, quite exciting in fact. . . staff were great, very friendly and helpful. no shop on site but basic provisions on sale in reception area, went to co-op in tywyn for bigger shop, although there is a nice little deli in fairbourne. . . fantastically hot sunny weather throughout our stay, but I just love this place rain or shine. . . i'll be back.
Lynette from West Midlands (24 June 2017)

Overall very satisfied. Two minor disappointments. The double bed was very lumpy, the springs being felt very obviously. The best solution suggested by the site management was reversal of the mattress but this did not improve the situation. The food and service in the restaurant was very good but unfortunately it was only open four evenings of the week. The comment about the bed might only relate to one caravan and the restaurant may be open more extensively at other times of the year. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.
Mervyn (17 June 2017)

Great caravan, pool clean and modern and in general the site was relaxing and clean. Not a great deal around the area but the site it self was everything you would want if happy to relax and do your own thing. Standard of caravan in terms of clean and tidy was very good. Beach limited but still a great adventure for my children.
Paul from Chester (05 June 2017)

Lovely caravan everything you needed better than any I have been to before, good beach has some sand not just pebbles and stones, great swimming pool close to fairbourne which we spent quite a bit of time in, going up to blue lake quarry, there is also a bridge to walk over to barmouth, path starts near the golf centre. Trains to ride on so quite a good village.
Tracy (03 June 2017)

Still enjoy visiting this park after 26 years
Simon from Halesowen (03 June 2017)

Great place we will be back again
Susan from Atherstone (02 June 2017)

Had accident on stoney beach.staff where fantastic.i will be back as I have been many times before.darren the manager was fantastic.
Alan from Seaton (27 May 2017)

The static was very well appointed. the staff were friendly and helpful. the only reason that I have marked down the location a little was because the beach was rocky and you could not walk into the village safely. but as a base for visiting the surrounding area, it was brilliant.
John from Beaconsfield (27 May 2017)

The mattress could do with being of better quality. saying that we have already booked for september.
Ben from Coalville (27 May 2017)

We were extremely impressed with the location, facilities and the helpfulness of the staff. a short walk took us to the (rocky) beach where we were treated to wonderful sunsets most evenings. Within easy reach were tywyn (and the talyllyn railway), fairbourne and barmouth ( accessible by road or on the train from llwyngwril station just down the road). a little further afield were harlech (with the llanfair slate mine), shell island, cregennan lakes, dollgellau and machynlleth.
Anthony from Birmingham (22 May 2017)

Lovely holiday park in a beautiful location right next to the beach. we went in may so the park was quiet. Caravan was nice and clean with plenty of space for the four of us. Had the pool to ourselves for the most part which was a great bonus. would recommend!
Rebecca from Manchester (19 May 2017)

Lovely resort and excellent stay
John from Bulwell Nottingham (13 May 2017)

Good park some helpful staff
James from Gl569sq (12 May 2017)

We had a lovely relaxing holiday but we're very surprised that the majority of the park was residential. Although there was a bar and restaurant these were very quiet as no entertainment. A beautiful caravan. . would go back if just wanted a get away from it all holiday.
Judi from Brierley Hill (06 May 2017)

The site was very clean , people where polite a great location right onto the beach, excellent wifi, couldn't fault it at all.
Lesley from Oldbury (05 May 2017)

An excellent caravan in a lovely location. considering the wind was very cold when we arrived the caravan was warm and snug and very clean. a nice touch was there was enough tea, and milk to make a cuppa on arrival if we needed it. would recommend to friends.
Robert from Birmingham (28 April 2017)

Caravan was perfect, modern and spotlessly clean. . lovely camp site well thought out. Enclosed exercise area so dogs can be let off the lead, which was safe and well maintained. . we will definitely stay at sunbeach holiday park again.
Elizabeth from Chester (28 April 2017)

We enjoyed our stay the caravan and site were lovely and clean. unfortunately I shall not be returning because of the size of the bolders leading down to the beach, this is not the sites fault.
Joan from Reading (28 April 2017)

Just back from a very nice and chilled week at sunbeach holiday park. Was our first caravan holiday in a good few years. Park is really nice with good facilities. We stayed in a superior 2 caravan which is clean and tidy. The location is fairly remote but was a great base to explore this lovely stretch of coastline.
Paul from Liverpool (22 April 2017)

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. It was quite clear that residents come before paying guests. The list goes on....too much to put in the review. This was our 4th holiday with hoseasons and its definitely put us off booking our 5th.
Stephanie (21 April 2017)

Stay at sunbeach a lot. Highly recommend for a quiet break in fantastic surroundings.
Rachael from Stratford Upon Avon (21 April 2017)

Great site thats not to big. Lovely swimming pool that is great for the little ones. We had a cracking caravan and was impressed with cleanliness
James from Warrington (21 April 2017)

The worst staff I have ever dealt with before . never again
Matthew from Birmingham (21 April 2017)

Great place
James from Telford (21 April 2017)

Brilliant week!! loads for the grandson to do highly recommended
Donna from Wolverhampton (21 April 2017)

Spotless facilities..clean comfortable and warm van.. stunning scenery.. . polite and helpful staff ..100% recommend this site..
Kerry from Essex (21 April 2017)

This is a really lovely holiday park. the staff are excellent, ready to help and friendly. the pool area, restaurant, bar, patio areas and children's play park are kept to a high standard and beautifully clean. . food is reasonably priced and portions generous - usual pub style fare offered.
Lisa (15 April 2017)

A lovely friendly well maintained park with a great beach and clubhouse, the staff were very helpful and freindly as were the other guests I woul highly recommend this park
David from Prescot (15 April 2017)

This is the thurd time we have stayed at sunbeach and have had a really good holiday each time. the caravans are lovely and its in a beautiful part if wakes.
Jayne from Cheshire (15 April 2017)

Best holiday park I have been to so far! only go if you are looking for a holiday with lots to do (must drive to), views to die for and a clean, peaceful (evenings) and relaxing holiday. 85% of caravans are owned with only the 15% let out to holiday makers which means there is a real welcome and sense of community here. I went with wife and two children (5 & 3) and they all loved the park. Perfect to use as a base for exploring as most of things snowdonia national park are within 60mins drive. We will be returning as we still have so many things to do!!! wales we love you!
Adam from Swindon (15 April 2017)

Lovely setting and scenery. clean and tidy site. caravan itself was almost brand new and actually had comfortable mattresses. however it was too far out from anything, not even a takeaway within walking distance. disappointed that the restaurant closed earlier than advertised on a thursday at the start of bank holiday because they didn't rota enough staff to cope. meant my kids had crisps for dinner that night as they were too tired to go back out for food some distance away. pool looked nice but only for younger kids. too small and simple for teenagers or adults really to have much fun in there. beach is rocky not sandy. ideal for a quiet relaxed getaway. not so good if you want things to do
Sarah from Southampton (14 April 2017)

Great holiday, great location and the staff were very helpful. The only downside for us was no food cooked at the restaurant untill wednesday , as we arrived on monday night quite hungry. Overall pleased though.
Justin from Stevenage (14 April 2017)

Great 3 bed caravan, modern and clean. Don't forget to take your own towels including hand and tea towels. Nearest supermarket is 15 minutes drive so take food with you. Full size fridge freezer which is great. . . the onsite facilities are modern and the pool waa good to have, especially for the children. Small games room with soft play. Bar area and restaurant. Small outside play area too. The beach is large pebbles and boulders so hard to walk along but sandy beaches just slightly north. . lots to do within an hours drive. Many steam trains, caves, horse riding, lakes and walks. . . really relaxing and beautiful part of wales.
Jennifer from Fareham (14 April 2017)

What a little gem of a place . pool and swimming area immaculate and caravan extremely clean . only let down was the restaurant being closed on a monday and tuesday night of easter holidays
Sarah (14 April 2017)

Fantastic location, lots of places to walk to, plenty of keep the children occupied - they loved the beach!
Clare from Loughborough (10 April 2017)

We have found an other place to stay that is less expencive for our purpace. The price is not reasonable anymore.
Jan from Evergem, Belgium (09 April 2017)

Great site , perfect location
Karen from Bradford (17 March 2017)

Really lovely, clean caravan with very easy access to the beach. Great, new pool and clean changing areas. A lovely place to stay (except for the plentiful, huge piles of dog poo outside our caravan would have been perfect).
Sophie from Sheffield (24 February 2017)

Excellent place to stay, very clean thou rally enjoyed our stay only concerns where nearest shops and cash machines where a 15 min drive away but can not fault sunbeach would definitely stay again.
Keeley from Sheffield (24 February 2017)

Simply superb. Brilliant caravan and amazing pool and facilities. I'll be back, the kids loved it.
Jonathan from Leek (24 February 2017)

The holiday was great. The food was not very good in the restaurant, and even though we mentioned it nothing was done about it. No apologies were made either. apart from that the holiday was fantastic.
Rachael from Henley-In-Arden (24 February 2017)

What a lovely quiet site, clean and tidy
Laura from Rossendale (18 February 2017)

We were very disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open during our stay, which we were not told about beforehand. However the new swimming pool was fantastic!
Nicola (18 February 2017)

The lodge accommodation was fabulous. Far more impressive than the photos showed! the site was located centrally close to lots of attractions perfect for our children (5 and 8). the pool was lovely (although could have been open longer hours..but we did go february so this may be so in peak season) . staff were friendly and helpful and we had a great stay. We'll definitely be back!
Jude from Derby (18 February 2017)

Half term break away. lovely pool and changing rooms. restaurant was closed due to refurbishment which was as shame, but didn't affect our holiday. would recommend to friends.
Leigh from Darwen (17 February 2017)

Very nice park great setting. Just opened for the season. The restaurant was not finished for our stay and the nearest shop & petrol station is 8 miles away.
Roy from Gloucestershire (13 February 2017)

Very good quality caravans. loads of space & very warm. staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pauline from Worcester (30 December 2016)

Absolutely loved our stay at sunbeach. The caravan was spotlessly clean and in an amazing position overlooking the sea with mountains in the background. The park itself is spotless and the staff are all very friendly & helpful. The only negative point is the food in restaurant. We only ate in the restaurant one evening and we're quite disappointed.
Ali from Manchester (30 December 2016)

Very good for a short stay
Adrian (07 October 2016)

Lovely, friendly holiday park with views to die for.
Customer 124 from Verwood (30 September 2016)

Fab place to stay, relax and unwind.very peaceful and so fresh.despite the rain,it was the most pleasant stay we had-the staff were friendly&helpful, the neighbors were friendly and the whole place was refreshing.
Eden from London (30 September 2016)

Only there for 3 nights but the static van was clean and comfortable, and suitable for a solo traveller. Didn't really visit the amenities so cannot comment. Saw the staff briefly to get keys and return them, and they were quite friendly.
Tony from Sydney, Australia (26 September 2016)

Even though the pool etc is new it was a surprise to find damaged toilets. Changing room very cold. Also confusing signage on shower doors. Appears no showers for females.
John from Sheffield (24 September 2016)

Really enjoyed our stay here the pool and restaurant in the club house were very good. The food and drink was very good but not over priced.
Susan from Telford (24 September 2016)

The holiday was so bad we had to go out to barmouth for a drink and some where for the children in would not wish to go there again
Angela from Biringham (17 September 2016)

Great would be back again, great setting, close to the beach, pool was great, caravan really nice and clean cant complain about anything. Thanks
Sarah (16 September 2016)

A very pleasant place and a good centre for seeing the surrounding countryside
Georgina from Sandbach (13 September 2016)

It wasn't for us but it might suit others. very quiet and peaceful. we had a slight view of the sea from our caravan which was beautiful. we were on beach way. the shop had limited items and you had to book a table for the restaurant. you couldn't just walk in and sit down. staff friendly and helpful.
Heather from Corby (12 September 2016)

Enjoyed the whole holiday break very much.very clean accomodation and site.
Paul from Burton On Trent (09 September 2016)

The park is well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. The caravan was lovely and the facilities were excellent. We took a dog with us and there were plenty of walking opportunities both on site and in the surrounding area. The only drawback was that the local beach is very stony and we had to get over the stones to get to the sand - although there are very good beaches in barmouth which is only a few miles away by car.
Julie from Stafford (09 September 2016)

Excellent holiday in a great location. Will definitely return with the kids and dog
Michelle from Lancashire (03 September 2016)

The holiday park has a lovely indoor pool and spacious bar area. . . the restaurant is apparently always full so it's best to drive 15-20 to the nearest pub or restaurant. . . the bar doesn't serve snacks and the one time I wanted a hot drink, the machine was broken. Drinks are reasonably priced. . the indoor play and arcade area is fairly small so it's great for entertaining young children. Due to the size it only keeps them entertained for about half an hour. . . the outdoor playground is spacious and provides plenty of running space. . . . the pool is clean and looks quite new. There are some strange swimming rules that we were expected to follow although another group were not. We were told my husband and daughter could not swim unless another non swimming adult was waiting at the side of the pool. Fair enough, I was prepared to wait and went to the pool side. But when I went in, another man and a young boy was already in the pool with no other non swimming adult. I was confused why we were told a non swimmer had to be there yet the previous group hadn't. It wa confusing why there's one rule for us and another rule for someone else. As it was the last day, I did not feel the need to ask. I left the pool side once more adults arrived. . . I did wonder what if a single parent came on holiday with their child. Does that mean they aren't allowed to use the pool facilities? . . the location is 15 min drive away from the nearest town. Trips were needed for shopping supplies and meals out. Barmouth, a built up seaside resort, is half hr drive which has a sandy beach, plenty of restaurants and entertainment for the kids. I would recommend a day to portmeirion which is an hrs drive. There's plenty of things to do if you're willing to drive. . . as the phone and wifi signal is poor, it would have been nice to be provided with a list of nearby restaurants. It was a struggle to research online whilst we were there. We visited the ones that we drove by earlier so had no idea of quality or price. . . if you need a travel cot, call the holiday park and not ho seasons. I spoke to ho seasons who told me travel cots are not available. However the lady at sunbeach called the day before and informed we cld have requested one if they had known earlier. I could have waited till 10am on the day of arrival for confirmation but we had to leave home at 8am

Really enjoyed holiday , caravan clean and modern would recommend
Jane from Birmingham (29 August 2016)

Lovely break here the setting is superb & plenty of places to visit nearby. Our caravan was spotless throughout. The food in the restaurant was lovely. The on site shop was a little disappointing & also could have opened earlier. Overall excellent.
Mark from Dukinfield (26 August 2016)

This is by far the best place i've been in a long time, our caravan was beautiful infact a massive highlight of our break lol stunning views from our caravan and seconds from the beach, which was stony but if your children love rock pooling like mine then the beach is perfect. The meals there were perfect great prices for nice homemade meals and puddings. Wish we could have stayed here longer.
Hannah from Llwyngwril (15 August 2016)

Caravan gorgeous, lovely indoor pool, only thing that wasn't the best was the beach. It's not very good at all, but apart from that great place
Stephen from Coventry (13 August 2016)

Great holiday park. Lovely pool. It would be better if they opened for food every day.
Kerry from Preston (13 August 2016)

Caravan park well equipped. Dire located
Pru (12 August 2016)

Wow what a wonderful caravan. We have been to this site before and would recommend it to anyone. Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely location. Great
Michael from Staffordshire (12 August 2016)

Shame restaurant wasn't open on the first few nights we were there but overall a lovely and peaceful park
Alison from Solihull (12 August 2016)

Nice park, good base for exploring snowdonia, however having put a deposit down when arrived at the park, yet to see it returned after two months!having rang the park and been told it would be returned and having not seen any deposit returned as yet ,can not reccomend this park to anyone
Steven (06 August 2016)

Lovely quiet park with gorgeous sea views one way and countryside views the other way. Caravan was very clean, almost brand new and well equipped. Beautiful rock/pebble beach with rock pools at low tide. Couldn't really enjoy it that much as it's not very suitable for very small kiddies like our 19 month old, but gorgeous nonetheless. The only things we could comment on was the pool being very cold so we could only go in it for 20min before our girl started to shiver. We had quite wet weather so a nice warmer pool would have been brilliant. The laundrette has only got two machine and we had to try 3 times before we had an available one and it wasn't even busy in the park. The park could benefit from a proper shop too as the nearest one is miles away towards the bigger towns. But these are minor issues, we had a lovely week and being in the middle of snowdonia there's too much beauty around you to be put off by this. Defenitely recommend it!
Monique from Chorley (06 August 2016)

A really lovely time we had staying here. Very clean. Lovely pool. We would definitely stay here again. No problems with anything.
Timothy from Havant (30 July 2016)

We had an ok time, but the weather was poor, and the campsite seemed half empty, so not much holiday atmosphere. Campsite location was poor for reaching local attractions.
Jeremy from Attleborough (29 July 2016)

Lovely park, great for whole family. Fantastic caravan.we have a young daughter, and it was good that a,there were other families on the park and b,nice and quiet in the evenings even when there was entertainment in the clubhouse,we have stayed at other parks and been kept up all night, and any complaint has been met with abuse.thank-you for a lovely holiday.
