There was just me and my wife we felt great at this location every place we visited was very near to where we were located would recommend this holiday site to anyone
Peter from Co Durham (10 September 2016)

Had a wonderful time at st minver. The lodge was beautiful. My son enjoyed the swimming pool and the children's disco each night. He loved meeting sid and lizzie. . . it was a great base for day trips. We enjoyed lappa valley, newquay beach, padstow, camel trail. . . the one real complaint I have is the state of the duvets and pillows. I was really disappointed to find that every single duvet was lumpy and I could only find one pillow in the whole lodge that wasn't lumpy and I felt I could sleep on. Luckily my husband brought his own memory foam pillow. The bed wasn't comfy either. When you pay so much for a lodge and you spend half the time sleeping I hoped that more attention would be given to this area. As a slight minor complaint all the cushion covers on the sofa was stained and dirty and I don't think they had ever been washed. . . a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and st minver offered so much entertainment for my son. I just didn't sleep that well while I was there.
Rachel from Mountsorrel (10 September 2016)

Lodge was beyond fantastic we loved it!! food in the restaurant was horrendous but lovely food around the area. Swimming pool was lovely and warm and staff very polite
Kayleigh from Hampshire (09 September 2016)

Lovely settings and near to 3 beaches
Hayley from Burlescombe (03 September 2016)

Great park as a base for seeing cornwall
Karen (03 September 2016)

Our chalet was damp decor was 80s style not enough cupboard space or shelfs for clothes and toiletries. Surroundings were beautiful. Bar was expensive. Staff were very friendly. if money was put into revamping the chalets it could be lovely. just because we are dog lovers and wanted a holiday with our dog does not mean we want to live in a damp dingey place for two weeks. entertainment was very good.
Helen from Halifax (02 September 2016)

The accomadation was fantastic and a very high standard but the on site facilities looked a little tired.
Suzanne from Exeter (02 September 2016)

We stayed there during the last week of august. We needed a pet friendly accommodation and unfortunately there was only a 4 day break available for pets. . the lodge completely surpassed our expectations and was beautiful and spacious inside. . it was so peaceful too which was just what we wanted. None of us were ready to leave and all love to come back. . we didn't venture into the clubhouse preferring to spend our days on the beaches and spent quiet evenings in the lodge but it looked ok although in need of modernisation. . the crazy golf looked a little unloved but the kids love the play area. . the pool and shop close for lunch which we thought was a little odd and there was no slide in the pool. But the shop was well stocked and the staff friendly. . the park is in an excellent location and meant we travelled to different beaches every day. You definitely need a car here. . the wifi was poor but that's what we loved as it was a complete break! . lodge was the highlight! beautiful and tranquil!
Emma from Kent (02 September 2016)

Campsite was cramped but the park was great for younger children.
Hannah from Bolton (27 August 2016)

Nice and clean park. Lacking sports activities for children. 12 year end up swimming throughout the week.
Samuel from Loughborough/Leicestershire (13 August 2016)

Nice location but poor caravan quality but as we were not there much it didnt overly bother us. However paying 3x more a week due to school holidays is scandelous.
David from Yeovil (12 August 2016)

This is a lovely quiet site in a good location for visiting the surrounding area. if anyone wants more entertainment this this isn't for them. good for dog walks.
Liz from Bristol (12 August 2016)

Great location .caravan clean.clubhouse was repetative with same stuff every night
Steve (06 August 2016)

Lovely clean site and the caravan was clean and well equipt. very weak or non existent phone signal on the site. the manor house could be really nice but is in need of a lick of paint. lots to do near by, would have liked a local area guide in the welcome pack.
Martin from Croxley Green (06 August 2016)

The entertainment staff were extremely friendly. Lots of things to keep children occupied especially on wet days. The evening entertainment was varied and catered for everyone. The food onsite is a little overpriced. The park itself is very pleasant with plenty of walking trails. Pet friendly.
Paulette from Worcester (05 August 2016)

Overall a nice holiday, caravan could of been cleaner, were next to a stream and had lots of flies, location for sight seeing perfect, food and entertainment were average, so glad we were located away from the main facilities as very noisy at night.
Karen from Hertfordshire (05 August 2016)

Excellent location in cornwall for exploring man wonderful places. The park is set in a beautiful setting and maintained to a high standard. The lodges are really lovely and well equipped. We gave been twice now with our family.
James from Biggleswade (05 August 2016)

Poor accommodation . damp and cold. Directly out of sunlight under trees
Darren from Manchester (05 August 2016)

Had a lively stay at st minvers, will look to come back soon. Although would not pay the peak season/school holiday prices , glad we snuck in the week before and paid several hundred pounds less which made it good value for money.
Tobias from Bristol (30 July 2016)

We are regular visitors to cornwall but usually stay in a large house in st. Kew with lots of family. However this year we decided to go on our own and try the holiday park at st minver as that is close to all the places we love to visit!. we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the park and the elder caravan we stayed in was really lovely. Clean, comfortable and with all the necessary kitchen equipment. . the facilities on site were always in great condition and the indoor pool was a great addition for the rainy days! . the restaurant food was ok, but nothing to shout about. We enjoyed their takeaway option as the food was much cheaper but same as you'd be served in the restaurant. . we found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. One tip I would offer is to use the laundry room to dry towels as they take ages in the limited space of the caravan.
Laura from Beccles (29 July 2016)

Fantastic time had by us all. everything we needed was there. Food could have been better in the restaurant, particularly the quality of the meat.
Gill from Marlborough (29 July 2016)

Lovely caravan. Site has plenty of facilities.
Rosalind from Fife (25 July 2016)

Lovely park, very convenient for most locations in cornwall. Clean, tidy and friendly with lovely walk into rock.
Teresa (25 July 2016)

It is not the best maintained site but it suited our needs perfectly. We just wanted a base to travel the area from that was clean. The shop on site is surprisingly well stocked with really good variety of foods. The takeaway was alright, nothing special. The evening entertainment was what I remember from when I was a child, my kids enjoyed it. The wifi was not available in the caravan, but maybe that was just the location as it was available up at the 'clubhouse'. if I was to return to the area, I would come back to this site.
Katrina from Stockport (23 July 2016)

St minver is a nice park but a little too isolated for us. we stayed in one of the lodges which was nice with plenty of space for the two of us plus 3 children. it could have been a bit cleaner though and I was surprised to find that the mattresses had no mattress covers. we went to the children's show which the children liked, and won prizes, and used the restaurant twice. the restaurant was okay but not fantastic, the food was as expected and priced about right. the whole of the manor house could do with a major face lift. the arcade room and the table tennis room were particularly shabby.
Samantha from Didcot (23 July 2016)

Lovely peaceful place to stay. The luxury lodge was amazing and had everything you could want in a home from home. the situation of the camp is near lots of different places so it's a good place to tour around from. We only went in the clubhouse one night and didn't like the entertainment at all. But apart from that everything was good.
Pauline from Colne (15 July 2016)

Perfect location. Plenty of places to visit in the car. Lovely lodge plenty of room. staff friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
Happy (08 July 2016)

Nice quiet, peaceful location, with plenty of interesting places around to visit. Staff very friendly and attentive.
Jeffrey from Cheltenham (01 July 2016)

Had a wonderful week . the lodge was very clean and spacious we will definitely be back next year
Robert from Keswick (17 June 2016)

Arrived a bit early. Shattered, so went to bar as couldn't book in, we had a glass of wine each, was bloody awful, so never went back to the club house for the rest of our stay, found a little pub just up the road so went there each night, I don't often drink expensive wine but even I know rubbish, please, just upgrade it a little and make people feel they are not being ripped off because there is nowhere else to go, we found somewhere! the site is lovely, but the bar needs a bit of thinking about ( I am not an alcoholic, but I was on holiday!!!!)
Corinne from Ashford (Kent) (17 June 2016)

We stayed in a cedar 2 bed lodge and we were very pleased with our accommodation. It was large and comfortable and very clean. We had plenty of space, it was nice to have more space than we do at home. The park had everything we could possibly need. The shop was a little expensive but there are several supermarkets only a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.
Rebecca from Northampton (11 June 2016)

Excellent quality accommodation as always. Lodge very clean on arrival and one item missing from the inventory was replaced straight away after contacting reception. . . quiet location but only a couple of miles from rock, some great pubs and restaurants nearby, pityme inn and rock inn especially recommended. . overall, a very relaxing park with accommodation provided by the lodges of a very high standard.
David from Nottingham (11 June 2016)

Come back most years, absolutely beautiful place!
Bryony from Evesham (10 June 2016)

We booked a chalet and a caravan. For our family. . we were happy with our accommodation. . the two staff members who ran the entertainment were very enthusiastic and worked hard to please. . the pool staff were very considerate as we had a child a health issues.
Michael from Dursley Glos (10 June 2016)

Great location and clean lodge. would definitely go again.
Gary from Bristol (03 June 2016)

David from Portsmouth (20 May 2016)

Upon arrival we found it very hard to find reception at first. This was due to 4/5 large caravans blocking the main reception and shope areas. We arrived at approximately 1.30pm and were told to come back at 4 as this was the minimum check in time. Absolutely absurd due to the camp being very quiet this time of year. A 4pm check in was not communicated to ourselves prior to arrival via email or otherwise. . the park itself was set in a lovely location and was clearly well maintained. The same could not be said for the caravan however. . the shop was well priced and the manager was lovely, always happy and willing to chat. . the main clubhouse from the outside looked terrible. In fact it didn't even look open. . we took our 2 year old daughter with us and she enjoyed the soft play, but the size of the building, surely it could be made much bigger. . the arcade machines were pretty basic and a few were broken. . the pool tables, dart board and table tennis table are in urgent need of replacing. Very old and battered. The room they were situated in was quite frankly disgusting. . the pool was way too cold for ourselves and although there was a children's pool, our daughter spent all of 5 minutes in there and wanted to get out as she was cold. . the food however was very good and the restaurant was clean and tidy. . the outdoor children's play area was ok but again needed some cleaning and maintenance. . shame really, as the park is set in a lovely area, though the club let it down majorly in a fair amount of aspects.

Although we went at the end of the season in november & all the facilitites were close, we loved the lodge we stayed in & to come home to in the evening. the area around padstow was fabulous, beaches were stunning. would certainly visit there again.

A beautiful place to stay in comfortable accommodation. The pool was great and it was nice to have a soft play area and activities for the children. Wifi coverage was not great and finding a quiet hot spot to use not possible. I would go again though as it's such a wonderful part of the world to go on holiday.

Mostly "things" went well. However, the explanation sheet for the central heating boiler, was for a different boiler than the one that was fitted, a trip switch was in a bedroom, not mentioned on the sheet. Without the use of this switch, the heating would not work. When I went to the reception to sort this matter out, I found that it didn't open until 9.00 am; and the only method of contacting the staff, was by mobile 'phone. This was of no use, as the area has very poor coverage, which prevented me from using this system. a simple exterior 'phone at reception would seem to answer this problem. . we only used the accommodation as a base so we did not use any of the facilities.
David from Blaina (23 October 2015)

It is a lovely park & is in an ideal base to visit the surrounding areas
Ivan from Merseyside (17 October 2015)

Trehawk lodge was really nice and comfortable. . would use again in the future.
Tim from Burton-On-Trent (16 October 2015)

Accommodation and facilities where great except for one thing. Because we where asked not to leave dogs alone in our accommodation we where unable to use the manor house or any of the resturants and bars because animals where not allowed inside.
Graham from Witheridge (16 October 2015)

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a week, we thought it was lovely. Not much on site facilities but would definitely go back for the lodge because it was gorgeous!
Leah from Nottinghamshire (16 October 2015)

Great park and lodge will be returning next year.
Stephen from Bristol (09 October 2015)

Facilities were terrible, avoid the restaurant as food is awful and over priced. Entertainment lasted 15mins before we were asked to leave as they were closing, and the on site shop closes really early. Although we have raised our issues with the st mincer management team and they were very apologetic and assured us they will be making changes.
Deanna from Somerset (05 October 2015)

We booked a week at st minver caravan park back at the end of september. We arrived on saturday afternoon to check in and were handed the keys to our caravan. When we entered the caravan we were shocked by the state and smell of the interior. On the table was a card with the name of the person who supposedly cleaned the caravan. The carpet in the main bedroom was absolutely filthy and stained, there were cobwebs all over the ceilings, the area above the cooker was covered in grease and the vent above the area was full of cobwebs. My wife even found a newspaper dating back to the 24th of august under one of the cushions. The windows were absolutely filthy and every single one was covered in cobwebs. . we went straight back to reception to make them aware of the problems and were told that someone would be over shortly, I also asked if they had an alternative only to be told that they were fully booked. Within 10 minutes someone turned up with a roll of paper towels and some cleaning spray to try and correct the problems..scrubbing thick grease with paper towels . the following day the windows were cleaned. Why wasn't the accommodation cleaned thoroughly and properly before being handed over to the customer ??? . would definitely not recommend let alone return
David (03 October 2015)

The trehawk lodge was beautifully laud out and kept and felt like a home away from home. The grounds are well maintained to making the whole setting relaxing and enjoyable. . the resturant menu was mych like a pub menu and had a decent range of food which was well cooked, I would recommend the vegetarian curry. I enjoyed it so much I had it twice! . the lady that seemed to run the shop was so friendly and had great suggestions of where to go in the local area. . the swimming pool is an adequate size, we went there everyday of our holiday and our daughter enjoyed every time. The only slight low point to our whole holiday was on our last day when one of the female lifeguards blew up a huge pool inflatable which our daughter got very excited about being able to play on and then 10 minutes later the male lifeguard refused to put it in the pool and deflated it causing quite a few tears from our daughter. . on the whole we had a great time and felt completely relaxed when we got home.
Bernadette (03 October 2015)

Quiet location. Good location.
Danielle from Trowbridge (25 September 2015)

Lovely week spent at st minver. Stayed in a lodge which was very spacious and luxurious. Ate out in the restaurant a few times, food was good and reasonably priced. Entertainment for children was good and kept my son amused in the evenings. Nice quiet park, a good base for exploring cornwall.
Nicola from Westcliff On Sea (21 September 2015)

The park is clean and tidy but far too quiet for us.if you live in a city and yearn for peace and quiet then this is the place for you.the bar is very expensive and when we visited there was just a handful of people in there watching football. I will not visit or recommend this park.
Amy from Swindon (18 September 2015)

We enjoyed our short break at st. Minver the caravan was clean, comfortable and well equipped
Margaret (14 September 2015)

Very pleasant stay, staff were brilliant with our grandson (staying in different chalet) always polite. First morning visited by cleaning supervisor, who had one or two minor, ie light and bath seal fixed that day. Will be stay again next year but in a different location. Once again many thanks. Js.
John from Sheffield (12 September 2015)

We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. however, the caravan location was in a very bad spot as it was located near the staff quarters and we had issues on the night we arrived. staff were partying until 3am in the morning (5th sept 2015) which kept us awake all night and disturbed our peace. . I reported this to the staff and things quietened down thereafter. . the accommodation fittings weren't as good as we expected. we had no privacy as we were in an exposed spot with cars and other holidayers / staff passing regularly. the only way to be private would have been to close the curtains. the curtains had no restricters at each end so kept falling off when you opened or closed them. on the last night it rained and you couldn't sleep in the bedrooms because of the loud noise caused by rain dropping onto the roof which made a loud banging noise - it was impossible to sleep so we slept in the lounge. . also, we had no outside seating or place to sit out. there was not balcony and no grass area or chairs to sit out on. we had to borrow some chairs one lovely evening from staff to sit out and have a drink. . we discovered the first morning that the bedlining sheets were covering in blood from presumably a previous tenant. we reported this to the staff but we were disgusted with this - you shouldn't have to put up with this when you're paying almost £600 for 2 people - the caravan and fittings should have been pristine. . I would have to say having stayed at st minver in june where we had a lovely holiday and caravan the caravan park and attitude of some staff appeared to be less than what we received in june which put a dampner on our holiday. . . I would think twice about coming park to parkdean and may look around for other parks in the area with a higher standard of hygiene and attitude.
Jillian (12 September 2015)

We absolutely loved our holiday here.. well worth the money. Well definitely go again and recommend to friends and family.
Angela from Stevenage (11 September 2015)

Wonderful place ,clean and comfortable caravan. Will be back next year!
Justinas from Ilford (05 September 2015)

An excellent week staying in a beech caravan, staff were brilliant, would definitely return, maybe not with the dog though as quite restrictive with the kids too!
Diane from Clacton (05 September 2015)

Great base to tour around north cornwall, lots of dog friendly beaches which was a bonus for our spaniel.
Diana from Farnham (05 September 2015)

This is a great place to stay if you want to be out and about exploring the cornish costaline. It is a beautiful part of the country. We stayed in a polzeath lodage which was lovely. My son enjoyed the playing football with the other children on the park and my daughters liked the park. The 'country house' is nothing much to look at but their bits of entertainment are useful if the weather goes against you. Great holiday for a family with primay school aged children.
Sarah from Derbyshire (29 August 2015)

We were very near the parks so after childrens' entertainment finished they would all go & play at the park while parents stayed in manor house. not parks fault agreed but chalet so close to park children playing woke my much younger son up.
Jude from Wokingham (29 August 2015)

The accommodation and general facilities are very good, my only problem was the food served at the club house it was horrible (twice)
David from Bristol (29 August 2015)

Lovely and peaceful place. We had a great time. Will recommend it to any one
Shazana from London (28 August 2015)

Site clean and welcoming chalet basic ( boiler noise in bedroom all night ) only eat in manor house restaurant once food turned up cold told the waiter they took it away and came back with same dinner a little warmer never went back to the manor house for rest of the week
Susan from Essex (28 August 2015)

Lovely little camp and the lodge we stayed in was beautiful, the only downside for me was the isolated location we had to drive everyday the beach wasn't a walkable distance with children. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. We had a lovely week
Corrina (22 August 2015)

Nice accommodation , very expensive, not much in the way of facilities.
Anthea (22 August 2015)

Is a great place. Just wish there was more for teenagers when the weather is bad x
Kelly from Wakefield (22 August 2015)

Very nice well kept park in a lovely location, my only slightly negative comment is that the pool area may benefit from an upgrade, although very clean but a little small and lacking some of the up to date attractions the kids now expect in swimming pools.
Lynn from Cheshunt Hertfordshire (17 August 2015)

The only problem we had was the washing machine and dryer wasn't working properly. Having a 5 year old with us we needed to wash a few times and the dryer didn't work, it heated but didn't spin and therefore clothes were warm but still very wet. We reported this to the office and someone must have called because the machine was open when we got back but clothes still soaking, no message and no one came back. We gave up as it was almost the end of the holiday. This service is not what we had received in the past.
Ann from Dudley (15 August 2015)

Excellent!!!!
Gill from Lincolnshire (14 August 2015)

We had a great holiday!! caravan was nice, although expensive for 1 week.
Julia from London (14 August 2015)

The setting is lovely; quiet and relaxing. there is not a great deal to do on site, but its adequate, there are so many things to do in the area. swimming pool was a little too cold for us. shop prices are reasonable and the staff very friendly and helpful. the same could be said for the bar and restaurant, all very hard working people. if I had one thing to complain about it would have been the beds, they were not very comfortable, but I have arthritis, so this would not be the same for everyone. we will be back without a doubt
Theresa (14 August 2015)

Very quiet spot . perfect for a rest
Felicity from Leicester (14 August 2015)

We booked the holiday at a fairly last minute time due to family commitments, we were unsure of the site not having not been here before but knew the general area. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by the staff at the reception and handed our keys to the caravan. On entering the caravan we gave out a 'wow' as it was such a clean, modern and well stocked unit. Something like this will always be a winner as it starts the holiday off on a high. The site is just spectacular, set in woodland and within the grounds of a splendid country house. Facilities for all the family are here with plenty of outdoor activities too. As we had a dog with us there are no shortage of walks to go on without the need to drive. We were impressed at how 'dog friendly' the area is and some beaches allow dogs. Although the site is tucked away, almost hidden, it is within easy reach of all the main roads and access to nearby towns and villages is no problem. We took the parks' advice and walked to rock from there catching the ferry to padstow. Plenty of entertainment is available in the club and one thing that made us happy was that we did not have to scramble for a table two hours before the show starts that we have experienced at other holiday parks. A good bar with a reasonable selection of beers, always a winner!. overall the park has a very happy and family style of atmosphere, almost as if you are staying at a relatives house. We were very happy with our stay and hope to return another time.
David from Birmingham (07 August 2015)

Excellent facilities all round. Lodge was beautiful. Excellent amenities for everybody.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (07 August 2015)

We drove 5 hours with our 2 dogs to an awful damp and dirty chalet, took one look and the smell of damp and the condition of the accommodation and drove another 5 hours home. We must have been there 30 minutes tops, the worst £800 we have ever spent. The cattery where our cats stayed was cleaner!!!!!
Robert from Andover (02 August 2015)

I would for sure recommend this site. Nice location, nearby local pub too
Alan from Shrewsbury (01 August 2015)

Drinks to expensive and booking a table does not work we walked in but we could not sit in the restaurant because tables had booked so we had to sit in the bar but after our meal the tables was still reserved and no one had sat at them also get your food early at 5 because if you go later the standards drop greasy food
Mark from Warrington (01 August 2015)

Lovely lodge accommodation in beautiful woodland surroundings well kept grounds. We ate in the clubhouse one night which was very good also enjoyed coffee on more than one occasion. We thought that the evening entertainment was poor on the one night that we did go in. It was country style singing medley. We did not enjoy at all. location great with open countryside views and short drive to the beaches and local walks.
Bridget from Somerset (24 July 2015)

Area is very expensive and not good value for money. Very little to do but we have our dog so enjoyed walking on the beaches where dogs are allowed all year round. The park is also expensive and I felt the holiday was not good value. We could have hired a cottage for less money in the area. Although the accommodation was ready staff at reception stood around until the clock chimed 4 and then all the guests had to queue out of the door in the rain to get the keys. They were not particularly friendly. the park boasts good walking from the camp but most of it is on very busy roads with no path and it's dangerous. won't return but we did enjoy doing very little.
Cew from Coventry (18 July 2015)

Excellent location and our lodge was beautiful. Close by to excellent pub grub. Quieter than the larger holiday parks but that suited us.
Allison from Maltby, Rotherham (18 July 2015)

The chalet was good not enough coat hangers per person, take your own, the parking was really bad not enough car spaces, the last time we were at the park there was an adult only bar, this time we could not use the bar as there was never enough tables and we were there in june
Rosemary from Royston Herts (11 July 2015)

Very nice place , our chalet was excellent ,clean and had loads of space for a small family. My children loved the play ground ,soft play and the pool. . one small problem with the bath was fixed within the hour when I mentioned this to reception which was great. My only complaint is I would of liked a gym on site ,and the restaurant was a little pricey for what was on offer . overall a great place and we had a lovely holiday of which we would go back.
Alan from Bristol (10 July 2015)

The food in the restaurant wasn't very good, ours was burnt and there is no air con so it was very stuffy. Holiday park facilities seemed dated.
Robyn from Hampshire (03 July 2015)

I have stayed before in the log cabins and it was fantastic this time I was in the concrete chalets and they are in need of a referb the manor and staff were again great no complaints about them at all

Lovely site, very clean. Staff, especially the lovely scottish lady on reception, were really helpful and friendly. We stayed in the glades lodges, which I highly recommend. They were large and had all the necessities you would expect with a great verandah. Outside furniture could have done with being cleaned, we had to do this ourselves before we could use it. Fab pool, good food, my children enjoyed the evening entertainment. Only issue I had was that we paid a premium for our 4 night break because of half term, and we were asked to put all the bins out, strip all the bedding on the last day. At that price I wasn't chuffed about doing the housekeeping before I left. Couldn't see that the cleaners actually had much left to do. Otherwise great park and we would return.

Enjoyed our stay, thought chalet was well thought out and plenty of space and couldn't hear anything from next door which is a bonus. Our chalet was by the children's playground so did get quite a lot of noise, there was no parking by the chalet and very limited by the corner so sometimes had to park by the club house. Overall a lovely site and had a lovely time, but wouldn't necessary stay again.

Lovely park in a nice setting with plenty to do in the local area. Pool was a bit chilly but nice and quiet, play area was fab for the little ones. . . evening entertainment for the kids was nice, didn't try the adult entertainment but there seemed to be plenty going on through the week. . . did try some chips one evening.. they were gross, so didn't eat anything else. The coffee shop was nice though.

Perfect location, would recommend a sat nav. . great holiday park. Location is not to far from great locations, if you're confident with a satnav it's perfect. Visited rock, padstow, weybridge, and travelled to st austall to the eden project and clovelly all in a weekend. . would thouroughly recommend all of the above. Padstow the highlight! . the holiday park was great had lots to do. My 18month boy loved it! . the only negative was the swimming pool - very cold so he wanted to get out and usually loves swimming! overall loved our short break!
Chloe from Bristol (15 September 2014)

Excellent accommodation, restaurant decent quality but pool needs to open for longer. Great setting and a clean and tidy park.
David (13 September 2014)

We had a great time.
Barry from Galashiels (08 September 2014)

The cabin we stayed in was absolutely fantastic. very comfortable and well looked after. we had a great week in it. What let the site down a bit was some of the staff were not really very welcoming or friendly. the girl in the shop could barely raise a smile and some of the lifeguards were not interested in lifeguarding and spent most of the time talking.
James from Newton Abbot (06 September 2014)

Lovely location nr to rock. Lodge was great, well equipped, clean and nicely furnished & decorated. good facilities on site; ideal for us, quiet surroundings but plenty going on it you wanted to participate. Nice children's play area and swimming pool. Friendly staff. No complaints at all and we will return.
Claire from Bristol (06 September 2014)

This was our first experience of a caravan holiday and we couldn't have been more delighted with the whole package! so much better than staying in a boring old hotel. Loads more space, loads more facilities and all the freedom you could have wished for. We will definitely return next summer to st miniver.
Carolyn from Paignton (01 September 2014)

Stayed in 3 bed lodge. Lodge was great, great kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, 2 showers no bath, but we managed (have 3 children aged 1, 4 and 8). a little bit dusty, bit more attention to detail when cleaning needed. Children enjoyed disco, very cheesy, but in fairness they loved it! drinks in bar where expensive! wine and lager about £8-9. Food in restaurant very poor and slow to serve. Ineffective and argumentative staff! would go again for accommodation, but wouldn't eat there again. Staff in reception where very helpful and friendly though.
Sarah from Warwickshire (30 August 2014)

Such a shame, our lodge was lovely in a beautiful area. the main 'clubhouse' is looking very tired and in need of updating. I researched this park so it would be able to accommodate our puppy and keep my 2 children (15 and 12) entertained. however we generally avoided it and they only used the swimming pool once - something they had been looking forward to but again, something that needs work on it.
Lynne from Warwick (30 August 2014)
