Location, facilities and accommodation were fantastic. Check in staff were very helpful but the restaurant staff let the site down.
Carly from Dumfries (27 October 2017)

Fab holiday
Debbie (20 October 2017)

Everything nearby for trips near the resort but still plenty for children to do on site
William from Perth (13 October 2017)

Very clean park enjoyed my stay staff might have been more helpful with booking activity s they didn't let you see the sheet for times when activity s started and I don't think they bothered either bar and restaurant was always clean and tidy lovely caravan and clean park pity about the rain but we had a great time
Charles from Dundee (13 October 2017)

The best campsite we've been on and we've been on about 15 in britain. Clean and with an excellent restaurant [and chippy!].
Carole from Manchester (07 October 2017)

Loads to do but felt it was a bit too far out of the city.
Tracy from Inverness (07 October 2017)

Great location. Very helpfull staff.
Donna from Staffordshire (06 October 2017)

We had a fantastic time. Our caravan was lovely & clean, the staff were very helpful & friendly. We loved it so much we're going back next year.
Dayle from Rotherham (29 September 2017)

Very clean good spot close to sea good bus service to local places
Michael from Chepstow (23 September 2017)

Spent a few days here as a older couple as we were having work done in house. We were very impressed with pool and other facilities[our grandchildren came to visit and thought it was gr.eat] we didn't eat at the restaurant but used cooks couple of times and rated food very good. We enjoyed walk up to golf course and thought the park was very well kept. Luved the water features. We were also lucky to be in caravan facing the front overlooking the sea and enjoyed decking around caravan. Would definitely recommend,
Norma from Penicuik Midlothian (22 September 2017)

Had a great stay at the park. Good location and would stay again. We had paid for a travel cot which wasn't there when we arrived. Had to call 3 times before it was delivered but staff very helpful. No further issues.
Allison from Inverness (11 September 2017)

Caravan was very clean and tidy and the site is very neat and clean. The facilities were very good and overall a really nice holiday. Would definitely go again.
Debra from Bolton, Greater Manchester (01 September 2017)

I feel that the caravan was very basic considering it was supposed to be a presitage as they upgraded us from a dulux 3 to a presitage there was no decking on it there wasnt much room in the twin rooms, we could even push the beds together as they where weren't even side by side, the kitchen was not full equipped for 8 people, the sofa was uncomfortable to sit on as well as sleep on, there was no sheet or cover on the pillows or duvet for the sofa bed, the tv was only a 22" which was no good for all 8 people to sit round, we were also not happy that the caravan was at the furtherest part of the park away from the entrainment building and the shop, as I was sure I had said there was a disabled person with us. When mentioned they said they could move us but we would have to go back to a dulux graded caravan. I feel that I have been let down by seton sands as the quality of the accommodation is nothing like the pictures on there website or urs.
Maria from Hindley (01 September 2017)

1st time staying at seton sands, took both grandchildren 1year&4years both had a ball so much to do my 4 year old even went home and told her mum and dad she wants to go back longer and mummy and daddy too
Graham (28 August 2017)

Great holiday and granddaughter loved the swimming pool food was good value for money and we enjoyed the stay
Simon from Keighley West Yorkshire (25 August 2017)

Little to do with in walking distance
Colin from Northwich (21 August 2017)

Brilliant location, great choice of activities
Claire from Inverness (14 August 2017)

We have mixed thoughts about our stay. the lodge was absolutely fine (apart from the cigarette butts everywhere on the grass outside). the kids loved the play park and the pool. however, the pool was so unclean it made me uncomfortable. The food was ok but charging £2 for a cup of tea and not providing fresh milk is not ok!
Elaine from Knutsford (14 August 2017)

Clean and tidy cottage with well mentained grounds . entertainment was good for the kids food was also good
Margaret from Droitwich (11 August 2017)

Probably the worst haven camp I have stayed on. The boa tie and blest need to sort out the staff and perhaps train them into the jobs they have been allocated. Didn't think show bar was big enough for the amount of caravans on site. Also the microphones need tiurning down I don't mind loud music etc but they were far too loud it bounced off the low ceiling.
Pauline from Birmingham (11 August 2017)

We had a lovely week at seton sands we will be going back next time two weeks.
Margaret (04 August 2017)

Absolutely fantastic time, next year already booked - same time for the third year running!!!
Anna from Chesterfield (04 August 2017)

Loved our time at seton sands . relaxing comfortable caravan and lots to do and close enough to other attractions. Will be back
Janette from Ollaberry Shetland (31 July 2017)

Clean park with lots to keep kids and adults entertained
George from Huntly (29 July 2017)

Surroundings lovely and facilities lovely and clean but caravan was not.
Elizabeth (28 July 2017)

Excellent caravan didnt need the staff so can't really fault them all well mannered
Vicki from Seaton Sands (28 July 2017)

Caravan was lovely, very clean and spacious. Restaurant/bar nicely refurbished and decent food served quickly. Show bar very tired looking and lack of general upkeep to rest of site - weeds and cigarette ends in playground and around vans. Swimming pool was enjoyed by our children but the cleanliness of this area was very poor.
Customer 27 from Angus (24 July 2017)

Absolutely fantastic site and the caravan was the best we have stayed in. . . only downside was the restaurant. Very messy. Tables lying stacked with previous diners dishes and the floors under and around the tables littered with dropped food. We only used the restaurant once because of this. Normally we eat in the site restaurant every night when on holiday.
Ally from Howwood (21 July 2017)

Perfect holiday destination for families. Great location with plenty of attractions close by.
Ellen from Dublin, Ireland (21 July 2017)

Didn't use the arcade or evening entertainment, but caravan was lovely, well equipped and in a nice quite spot which was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Loved being by the beach. Thankyou
Susan from Laurenc Kirk (17 July 2017)

Friendly staff, pleasant in every way. wish we had booked for longer stay, would return again.
Gwen (07 July 2017)

We were very pleased with our mobile home and the facilities on the site
Christine from Glasgow (03 July 2017)

Thank you for a lovely stay. Close to beech. We had great weather and we enjoyed the golf. Loved it all loads.
Nora from Solihull (24 June 2017)

The staff were either fabulous or awfully rude!
Nicola from Dundee (12 June 2017)

Amazing time! very friendly staff! very nice and clean acomodations!
Viviane from Castleford (02 June 2017)

Brilliant holiday, perfect locations for the edinburgh marathon but a little out for other things but we still had a fab time.
Kelly (29 May 2017)

Seton sands was a lovely experience: a clean, good looking park; modern, spacious & comfortable caravans & friendly, professional service. I would wholeheartedly recommend visiting!
David from Birkenhead (27 May 2017)

Really enjoyed my holiday to seaton sands great location easily to get to especially if you dont drive site is lovely with everything you would need weather you wanted a nice meal restaurant or a swim in the leisure facility's there is plenty of great entertainment and great walks you can go on also especially along the beach which is only across the road plenty of buses that come regular to take you into the town of edinburgh also I really could not fault the staff really nice would go out there way help you loved it that much i.booked for next year:)
Jordan from Dundee (26 May 2017)

A nice clean site, good value for money. Ideally located for access to edinburgh, the countryside and the beach. Highly recommended.
William from Lincoln (26 May 2017)

It was a very nice stay and good park and location . fantastic facilities and great staff.
David from Hexham (19 May 2017)

Had a lovely week staying here with my partner. So much on the site, especially if you have children and the beach is just across the road. Not much outside of the site within walking distance but there is a bus stop right outside with very regular buses, which goes into edinburgh. All the staff were very helpful, would definitely stay here again.
Katrina from Anglesey (12 May 2017)

Has got even bigger and better since I was last there
Edward from Dundee (12 May 2017)

Apart from the problem with not hot water or heating to start with,(that was fixed within the hour) we were very pleased with the site, its facilities and the staff
Richard from Milton Keynes (12 May 2017)

Caravan was brilliant! lovely and clean. Pool clean and well manned. Restaurant overpriced for quality. Not much near by if its raining. Entertainment not our cup of tea. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Natalie from Irvine (12 May 2017)

Everyone of us enjoyed our stay here place was beautiful caravan better than I expected can't fault the place will def return
Jemma (08 May 2017)

Enjoyed the site, area and facilities. the caravan was lovely with two exceptions it had no teapot and it was very cold, there was no central heating. I think the caravan was "premier range" and I had expected central heating. it was a nice holiday overall.
Marion from Glasgow (05 May 2017)

Very helpful and friendly staff!!! I highly recommend!
Katarzyna from Scunthorpe (01 May 2017)

The reason for the low score is that 5 out of eight got upset stomachs and sickness from the swimming pool
Mark from Glasgow (28 April 2017)

Weather was poor and as such we could not do to much. Disappointed with the beach which, although we could not go on due to the weather, was not as I envisaged it to be. Not my sort of holiday although I suppose if the weather is good and you go with a young family it can be enjoyable.
Christine from Stirling (28 April 2017)

Great holiday, superbly helpful staff , good entertainment, a thumbs up from me!
Chris from Stoke (28 April 2017)

We will definitely be returning for another holiday at seton sands, I cannot rate it highly enough, fantastic holiday resort.
Henry (28 April 2017)

Our second visit here and holiday was just as good
Lesley from Hampshire (21 April 2017)

Our second visit here, and both service and facilities have improved since our last stay 2 years ago. The extension to the swimming pool and additional water features have made a huge difference to the park. We had a lovely quiet caravan opposite the beach which was spotlessly clean. The park itself was immaculate too. Such a great location to get out exploring too. We will be returning.
Shelley from South Wales (21 April 2017)

We had a great time, our 8 year old thought it was brilliant and we especially liked the swimming pool.
Jemma from Sunderland (21 April 2017)

Overall the site was excellent and we really enjoyed our short break. In particular the pool was very good although I would say that the slide was not opened once during our entire stay. The location is great with a lot of things to visit and see nearby.
Robert from Liverpool (21 April 2017)

Great family holiday location.
Calum from Aberdeen (14 April 2017)

Enjoyed our 4 nights holiday, really clean site, gorgeous caravan, loads to do, will defo be back
Elaine from Glasgow (14 April 2017)

Anytime we tried to book an activity for our kids it was full and the caravan we paid for was supposed to be a prestige caravan and it was not. My kids did not enjoy the holiday and we even ended up leaving two days early the holiday was that bad.
Scott from Glasgow (10 April 2017)

We had a great holiday. The only bad thing I could say was we had a meal in the restaurant, I ordered the risotto however it was more like soup with raw vegetables. Think I would just eat somewhere else next time.
Emma from Bonnyrigg (10 April 2017)

Good and clean site but the entertainment could be much better and the entertainment hall does not accommodate all guests leaving people standing.
Ann (03 April 2017)

We were golfing locally, used the van as our base and was very pleased with the quality or the van and the high standards provided by all the staff. Would definitely use again.
Gary from Hawick (01 April 2017)

Second time at seton sands hopefully returning next year so need I say more.
Pamela from Huddersfield (31 March 2017)

It's a lovely place and I definitely will go back.
Amanda from Dunfermline (31 March 2017)

Had an amazing holiday, the caravan though standard was lovely and spotless, the park was nice and the pool was great.
Sharon from Newmains (31 March 2017)

We stayed the week before the local school holidays so was well priced
Karen from Perth (07 October 2016)

Caravan floor was not cleaned properly. Swimming room changing rooms were very dirty & of a poor standard. Need more baby & family facilities. Life guard seemed very hung over both times we visited pool. Show bar needed a good clean.
Lauren from East Kilbride (23 September 2016)

Great time thank you
Robert from Sheffield (09 September 2016)

We enjoyed our holiday very much. My grandchildren especially liked the den building, fencing and the boats in the swimming pool
Eunice from Ashington (22 August 2016)

We had a lovely time, the caravan was very clean and comfortable. the only issue we had was with the gas running out early on, but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently, with a friendly smile. this is the second time we have come and would recommend to everybody!
Julie from Oxfordshire (12 August 2016)

Better if they had more entertainment for adults family bar more seating rest was good
Andrew (12 August 2016)

Brilliant, exactly what I was expecting, but better.
Helena (08 August 2016)

It was amazing, I want to book and stay in the glof village again fabulous time
Anna from Chesterfield (05 August 2016)

Loved this little site x everything we needed for a relaxing holiday great bus service to edinburgh and surrounding areas staff were friendly. Very clean park was really impressed
Christine from Wigan (30 July 2016)

This is our 2nd year and enjoyed it as much as the first
Susan from Newton Stewart (22 July 2016)

We loved the caravan, the location and the site. . we have booked for next year, while we were still enjoying this holiday. We can't wait to come back
Karen from Aberdeen (22 July 2016)

Very disappointed with the swimming pool - in need of a refurbishment. the changing rooms were dirty and hardly large enough to accommodate everyone. only one shower would work at one time. when another shower was used, the water supply would dwindle - not the best when you are shampooing a child's hair and can't get water to rinse! the pool itself was dirty also, numerous debris floating around. we didn't use the pool again, once was enough.
Pauline (22 July 2016)

Loved our family hollie xxxx
Carol from Port Glasgow (22 July 2016)

When we arrived everything looked fine. The caravan we got was dirty, no water and quite disillutioned with the prospects of an adventure with the grandchildren. I complained and was assured that the caravan would be cleaned and water restored. This was to be done when we gave a time, however, before we got back to the caravan the cleaner was in. The difference was amazing, however, still no water.
Theresa from Dumfries (22 July 2016)

I would still go back
Thaomas (18 July 2016)

Park was very tidy. used the restaurant several times and the food was good value for money. swimming pool was very busy (school holidays) and it was a bit of a faff trying to get kids ready in a small locker room. other than that no complaints.
Customer 80 from Aberdeen (18 July 2016)

Great last minute break with family of 4 and 2 grandparents. caravan was practically brand new and plenty space for us. Beds really comfy and vertical quiet at night so good sleep for all. Didn't use facilities much ventured out the site to north berwick 15 mins away and edinburgh 30mins drive away.
Gavin from Glasgow (18 July 2016)

Fab time beautiful area and caravans are lovely. Nice and tidy site and staff are great. Pool changing a bit grotty !
Lauren from Leicester (15 July 2016)

Great place to holiday. We go as a family at least twice a year and on every occasion we have a fantastic holiday.

Garry from Oban (22 April 2016)

From arrival to departure this was a very good experience. Very efficient & friendly staff & a well presented park. . entertainment & facilities just right for the park. . only possible downside was the quality of the fish & chips from the site shop, however, the food in the bar was excellent.

We paid a lot of money for nothing really spectacular. although a good location right next to the beach it's pointless if it's raining. Seton sands offered a few things for the kids, but nothing at all for the adults but to eat and drink. The entertainment was cheesy and cringeworthy and boring and dull, the amusements meant you spent even more money. . I wasn't impressed, I didn't think it was value for money at all, I could have spent less money and had a better time spending the day on portobello promenade. I won't be back a second time.

We had a really nice holiday. swimming pool was good but showers were poor. club house was good but dance floor far too small for lots of children. restaurant was good, food enjoyable. crazy golf not very good but complex itself very nice and clean. my children had a ball.
Lorna from Glasgow (12 October 2015)

Great place to explore edinburgh and locality
Carol from Briton Ferry (03 October 2015)

Everything was great, our caravan was lovely and staff were nice throughout our stay. Only bad thing was the sunday carvery, it was awful with not a lot to offer and extremely soggy veg but we will just steer clear of that when we return. All other food from the restaraunt was lovely!
Ashleigh from East Kilbride (28 September 2015)

The caravan we stayed in was amazing.
Sharon from Stockport (25 September 2015)

The site was smaller than expected and the facilities were limited compared to craig tara
Mary (25 September 2015)

The caravan site has everything you need, bus is right at the entrance so good transport links, soft play was clean, a little small, arcade good selection of machines, restaurant nice food
Kevin (18 September 2015)

Recetion quick with key handout caravan spotless the site clean and tidy we had two meals in complex servive quick meals good and reasanable priced good base for edinburgh bus serice at gate no problem with going back
Marion (14 September 2015)

Caravan superior did not have central heating which was disappointing. Swimming facilities difficult to utilise due to very restrictive times of use. I would hope I could I have used early morning or late evening but limited to9.30 to 4.30 so did not use. . only one table tennis table would have been nice to had more.
Confirmed Holidaymaker from Newcastle (04 September 2015)

Great park and location.clean comfortable caravan.we will return
Mary from Glasgow (04 September 2015)

Caravan smelt like wet dog and not enough bedding for everyone and we waited nearly 45 minutes after our time to check in

We came as a 3 generational family to be near our son who was working nearby. we were impresssed with the site and the caravan which was immaculate. when we told reception that one light was not working and there was no tray in the oven, they came within five minutes to deal with both. The pool, although small, was warm and ideal for us although it did close very early - could have done with longer hours. there was plenty of things for us to do, especially our 3 and 4 year olds. we loved the social cycles which we hired - good exercise as well as fun!! it was a very successful weekend and better than expected after reading some of the negative comments.

Wonderful location. Swimming pool quite small and annoying you have to book a time slot. Never had to pay for football coaching before.

The caravan wasn't clean when we arrive. I had to ask for it to be cleaned but it was just in the last day of our trip. The changing facilities in the pool was very dirty as well.

Found it very noisy at night when the entertainment was finished. Complained to the staff. But weren't very helpful. Everything else was very good.

Have holidayed here before absolutely love it bring grandchildren and they love it as well there is plenty to do and the beach is straight across the road from seton sands park. we also go on the bus which is straight outside the park to go to edinburgh.

It is very convenient for us to come to seton sands for a weekend or a few days. we wish we had booked again already for next year when we were there, but we don't think it will be long before we are back. . . we especially like the boatie blest restaurant and the outside courtyard with the big screen tv (for the footie!!) and the fact that you can always just have a sit and a cup of tea or a drink there at most times of the day and just relax. the swimming pool was good, although a little shallow, but that is understandable as there are a lot of young children there. . overall a very good stay both at the end of june and earlier this month.
Kenneth from Arbroath (07 August 2015)

Had an excellent week.
