Great location and lovely view from caravan and balcony. Staff were very friendly and entertainment was good . caravan was nice and clean . would be happy to stay there again.
Robert from Kettering (01 October 2016)

On arrival apparently we had to book a table for our evening meal. Well that's a first for a holiday park. This would've been fine had we of been told.
Tanya (26 September 2016)

I recommend this place. Everything was perfect
Agnieszka from London (26 September 2016)

We, family of five with kids 7yrs, 4 yrs , 9months old , went there to enjoy sightseeing in cornwall and south west coast walks (with walks in lizard point and kynance cove) . it was brilliant stay. Our caravan poltesco was modern , beautiful , good size for family of five with nice sea views from cliff top. Beautifull walk on clifftop from the golf course side and a 15 minutes walk sandy beach. Manager was very friendly. We didn't have time to explore the park and its pool and other things as weather didn't allow and also the indoor things timings were early so when we will be back from our outdoor walks in evening the swimming pool and soft play areas will be closed ( a bit dissapointment) but it had quite a few kids swings and things outdoors but weather wasnt good in evening for outdoor activities.
Ayesha from Telford (26 September 2016)

The park is in a superb location for a peaceful, restful holiday. Staff very friendly and attentive. Good on-site food.
Customer 5 from Cheltenham (24 September 2016)

Lovely place would defo go back close to all places to visit
Charles from Kings Lynn (24 September 2016)

Will certainly go back, great views ,you do need a car to get about, caravan was nice clean and tidy, I thought the drinks in the bar were a bit pricey, the week before the sports bar was flooded due to weather, it smelt really bad, they changed the carpet but you could still smell the damp, so we spent most of the time in the club house, we played bingo won twice , ta muchly, nice friendly bar staff ,sainsbury's, tesco's only about 20 mins drive away,. so see you next year
Gary from Maidstone (23 September 2016)

Fabulous location, lovely scenery an altogether wonderful holiday and the weather was great too
Julie from Manchester (10 September 2016)

Lovely place, great location
Naomi (03 September 2016)

Booked last minute so saved quite a bit. have stayed at sea acres many years ago so knew the layout. stayed in an extra wide kennack caravan with a fantastic sea view. spent most mornings having breakfast on the veranda overlooking the sea and at night the stars in the sky were breathtaking as no light pollution. used the swimming pool but did not visit the reef bar/entertainment unless to use the free wi-fi . sainsburys was just up the road (next to flambards). would go back.
Ray (03 September 2016)

Lovely place as a base to explore. Caravan was lovely we had booked a portleven but when we arrived were given a polpoer which was lovely a real home from home and the french doors leading to the patio were a bonus
Sheila from Shrewsbury (03 September 2016)

Lovely site with very friendly staff in a beautiful area, evening entertainment is good but avoid the resturant and takeaway.
Joshua (03 September 2016)

Very nice place
Iwona from Reading (02 September 2016)

Lovely caravan, basic but very clean and modern. The views from the campsite are stunning and a great location to be close to the beach. . the facilities on the site let it down. we ordered take away fish and chips on our first night, very expensive for very poor quality food, worse than the cheapest freezer foods we've tasted. The swimming pool is in need of modernisation, however it was still adequate to please my three year old. However it was dirty (literally dirt floating in the baby pool), and really cold. The staff/life guards were less than helpful, in fact rude. We choose the site due to it having a pool, and didn't use it more than once.
Caroline from The Facilities On The Site Let It Down. We Ordere (29 August 2016)

Enjoyable three night stay. Beautiful views and a great location to explore.
Siobhan from Devon (29 August 2016)

Had partial seaview caravan it was so beautiful sitting on veranda each morning looking out at sea very peaceful too site very clean helpful in reception only one downfall was bed was bit unstable all week on last night leg broke but all in all really had lovely stay and have booked again for whitsun week but had full seaview
Michelle from Birmingham (29 August 2016)

I would never go again or recommend to anyone as the accommodation we stayed in was substandard
Robert from Huddersfield (27 August 2016)

Excellent. Beautiful site.
Stuart (26 August 2016)

Stayed her twice lovely park good entertainment for kids beach round corner greatbase to see cornwall only down side is onsite pool is very basic
Katarine (22 August 2016)

Nice location, 5 minute walk from the beach; a quiet site from familys with younger children.
Paul from Runcorn (13 August 2016)

Park was clean & well kept but pool was small & outdated. Our caravan was clean & comfortable but the shop on site closed quite early, the takeaway was horrible & very expensive & the restaurant so small & unaccommodating that if you hadn't booked early in the day then there was no where to eat! they only served about 5 tables at a time & people with children were being turned away. It's so quiet & quite boring, the beach is down a steep road which is not particularly safe & the dog friendly beach is even more of a hike. Our kids enjoyed the table tennis but that was about it. We have visited lots of parks but we won't be going back, it cost a lot more than our holiday in devon last year but with less facilities.
Helen from Leighton Buzzard (13 August 2016)

Enjoyed the park (second visit). dive centre and golf particularly good. swimming pool entertainment was promised but not delivered with poor excuses being offered.
Alastair from Stockport (12 August 2016)

Didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back'
Jill from Alfeton (12 August 2016)

Caravan was lovely. Excellent views to the beach and cliffs. Only a short walk to the beach down a steep slope. Entertainment could be longer for the kids. The arcade needs to be bigger not enough for the kids to play on. The whole place needs a refit. Loved our holiday there would definitely go back.
Zoe from Hull (05 August 2016)

Well equipped, spacious and comfortable caravan with a balcony and amazing sea view. . . quiet campsite and yet child friendly, seemed to contain all the facilities we needed.
Jeremy from Bedford (05 August 2016)

We had a lovely time here and would definitely book again. The area is beautiful. The children loved the entertainment although y we only used it a couple of times as was out and about so much.
Arabella from Louth (30 July 2016)

Nice quiet park. Caravans clean and spacious with a lovely verandah looking out to sea views (kennack). third time staying here. Would recommend.
Julia from Coventry (29 July 2016)

Great location lovely surrounding and incredibly relaxing. Facilities for children are poor compared to other parks and entertainment was short and lacked imagination.
Ashley from Warrington (18 July 2016)

Second time staying at sea acres and it surpassed the first time. Excellent location for all we needed, clean and tidy site and very friendly and helpful staff.
Andrew from Shrewsbury (15 July 2016)

Excellent holiday
Darren from Romford (09 July 2016)

Lovely park, fantastic location, very relaxing holiday. This is our third visit to sea acres and we will definitely stay again.
Lesley from Worksop (24 June 2016)

I know it's not resorts fault but the wifi was dreadful, paying an additional fee for this and then to find out the signal was so weak I couldn't load googlebwas very frustrating.
Luke from Bury St Edmunds (17 June 2016)

Lovely holiday in a lovely location being able to walk down the beach in the evening was fantastic. Our caravan was next to the children's play park which was perfect for my boys. The only downside was the opening times of the swimming pool - it opened at 9 but for the first hour was adults only which wasn't taken up by the adults the most we saw were 2 in the pool and was empty on one acassion but families were being turned away. It shut at 6 but we had to be out of the pool at 5.45. Considering one of main points for booking our holiday was the swimming pool it almost ruined it for my children.
Catherine from Taunton (04 June 2016)

Lovely stay; 2 adults and 2 teenagers, close to the beach, sea views from caravan window.. staff welcoming, happy and chatty, great stay.
Edyta from Swindon (03 June 2016)

Reception and shop were on a hill, with no disabled parking options were the only negatives, everything else was fantastic! staff were friendly, welcoming, and seemed happy to be there. Park was clean and tidy. Views were stunning. Will definitely be returning!

A lovely park with great views across the sea. Though the caravan we were in could have done with some updating and the bed was in need of a new mattress.

Great weather in early may, a short holiday with our new baby, the van was superb, great views and setting, peaceful, sea acres facilities are very good. It is a good base for exploring the lizard peninsula and beyond. Really enjoyed it and a great price at that time of year. It did the trick.

Absolutely wonderful. This was a trip just before easter for my family, sister and our children. The children loved the facilities, they are aged between 3 and 7 years old. We were pleased it was a small site, it was quiet, food was great in the restaurant, the view from our caravan was perfect, staff friendly and helpful. Pool was a tad chilly, but we would visit again, not sure I would visit over the busy times, easter, summer holidays, but I prefer a less busy holiday and less traffic! enjoy and definitely get a caravan with a view if you can, it is beautiful.

Some of the facilities are beginning to look a little tired like the play park, swimming pool and changing rooms but my children still love coming here year after year. Reception staff are always very helpful, from rectifying problems in caravans quickly to maps and general knowledge of cycle routes and places to visit. We will be visiting again at least twice next year.

On one occasion the shop wasn't open when it should have been and there seemed to be only one person able to change the barrels in the bar resulting in no local draft ale on two occasions. Small problems in the two weeks we were there. The surrounding area is beautiful and shops about ten miles away which was perfectly acceptable. two miles away from lizard point, so all in all a good holiday.

Our stay at sea acres was very good. The site was very clean and the staff were friendly. The only problem for us was the availability of food on site as the restaurant was quite small and needed to be booked in advance and the take away wasn't open long enough. When we ate in the restaurant the food was excellent and the staff were very attentive.

Lovely caravan park with great views. Also a great base to visit the many outstanding places cornwall has to offer. Site was clean & quite peaceful, not overcrowded like some parks. Only issue is that the lounge were entertainment takes place is too small. The bar area (restricted to under 18's after 6pm) is wasted. Why not open this up & make into one lounge area? other families were having to walk away due to no seating yet the bar area would be virtually empty.apart from that would recommend this park & will return.
Adrian from Wrexham, North Wales (31 July 2015)

Lovely small caravan park with hardworking, friendly staff. Dog friendly! nice food onsite and good varied entertainment for a small site. Great location with lots of great beaches nearby. A great place for a family holiday. Only downside was that our caravan was across the road from the main site. This in itself was not an issue but there was a stray cat that would follow people into their caravans and was always around the car park. As I have a huge fear of cats I did find it difficult to relax when walking to and from my caravan and found it uncomfortable to sit outside. Although, there were other holiday makers that didn't seem bothered by the cat.

Very helpful and friendly. comfortable. Well managed pool. only downside is it was not made clear the single beds not suitable for adults so son had to sleepon sofa. if we had known before would have brought matress topper so single beds could have been pushed together which we will do in future
Jacky from Salters Lode Norfolk (20 July 2015)

Fantastic location, picturesque views of the beautiful beach at kennack sands.
Janine from Worcestershire (18 July 2015)

Too remote for me but a very beautiful place. Staff where brilliant no complaints.

The caravan we were in was across the lane in a field with about another 12 caravans .we didn't feel as though we were part of thecampsite .also we were farther from helston than expected.

Already booked for next year. We took our dog and it was very pet friendly. The accommodation had a gate making it much easier. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were unable to have a meal in the restaurant due to having the dog but they accommodated us in the bar making it a lovely evening. The only fault we can think off is the staff in the shop never seemed to want to say hello to anybody. The receptionists were lovely too. Overall really enjoyed our first stay and looking forward to next year.

Fantastic holiday! the kids really enjoyed the pool and the play areas.
Emma from Ely (13 June 2015)

Great staff very helpful my mum needed a wheelchair and we had the wwheelchair first thing on the monday morning was very happy
Myra from Milton Keynes (06 June 2015)

Very quiet park think it's needs a bit more to do on a rainy day .caravan was very clean and tidy overall a nice place to go
Lesley from Bedford (06 June 2015)

Nice quite park not over crowded beach a 10 min walk away nice polite staff with a can do attitude nice clean site as well, but a car is a must if you visit this site.
Terry (30 May 2015)

Fantastic setting, great beaches nearby. Lots of activities for the children to do without leaving the park.
Claire from Falmouth (29 May 2015)

Icannot fault this park.wonderful staff.the only problem we had was the area.a little far out for sightseeing.saying that we would still return the staff made a hols.thankyou to all.
Pauline from Stourport-On Severn (23 May 2015)

The holiday park itself was well kept & staff were friendly & helpful. The only improvement I would say was needed was in the swimming pool. The changing rooms were old but did the job. . will defiantly be back again.
Katie from Ilminster (18 May 2015)

To be honest, we didn't really use the facilities but what we saw of them, they looked very good. staff were very helpful, and friendly. will be going back next year.
Ruth (16 May 2015)

Not a particularly child friendly park, with few activities and amenities closing early. However, peaceful surroundings. . chosen due to the kennack dive centre.
Chris from Reading (16 May 2015)

The park was very nice and clean, and the location was superb. nice views of the coast from the carravan and a lovely beach / cove is just a short walk down the road.
James (15 May 2015)

We started going to sea acres when our son was 2; now he is 13, and we are still visiting!. its a beautifully positioned site with stunning views and a spectacular beach just a walk away. The caravans are kept updated and the park is always clean, tidy and welcoming. Many happy times spent here and a treasure of memories.
Verity from Worthing, West Sussex (13 April 2015)

Lovely park. Caravan was modern and comfortable. Restaurant food was good but not great. Pool facilities are spacious and warm but dated and the changing rooms were cramped. Location was spectacular however with the great sandy beach close by and views from the caravan deck.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (10 April 2015)

We had a lovely week at sea acres blessed with great views and weather. We would definitely stay again. the only issue we had was with the changing rooms in the swimming pool and the lack of lockers for storing personal items, although lockers were available they were soaking wet, also only one toilet in the ladies changing room, at busy times this was not sufficient. Service in the bar and restaurant was superb and quality excellent.
Sue from Bradley Stoke, Bristol (10 April 2015)

Children loved our holiday and can't wait to go back. We have been going here for the last 13 years and we always think when shall we book again.
Angela from Exeter (10 April 2015)

Great, have stayed before and would do again.
Jane from Oxford (06 April 2015)

Awsome experience, loved it
Confirmed Holidaymaker (06 April 2015)

Can't praise this place enough. Went with my son and although the weather wasn't great we still walked down to the beach most days or went to the pool. Very clean and well maintained park. The staff are excellent and the customer service was fantastic. We went to the seal sanctuary which was a nice day out and not far away. Beautiful views and a nice week away.
Hayley from Birmingham (03 April 2015)

Nice place,
Mike (27 March 2015)

The decking and the rails on the caravans need desperately upgrading nails showing wood rotten in places dangerous. Caravans are well worn, the seating is padded but I found uncomfortable
Tania from Exmouth (31 October 2014)

Accommodation is good in the higher specification caravans.
Nathan from Leeds (31 October 2014)

See above.
Rogenia from Devon (24 October 2014)

Great place for weekend but not for weekday. Everything close after 6pm and this place is 8-10 miles from main town, don't forget to buy main thing before hand, or you will regret. . loved the view and environment. Its like heaven around evening.
Vipin from Reading (10 October 2014)

Accommodation was great, the walls are thin and we were worried about our baby waking up other people in the morning, but actually surprisingly you couldn't hear him outside! the accommodation was perfect - having a veranda was a real bonus to sit out and have breakfast looking at the sea!
Jane from Oxford (03 October 2014)

Caravan not as clean as it should have been this is what let it down van looking a little tired now
Peter from Goole (26 September 2014)

We have always found sea acres a great place to stay and we would go again.
Chritine from Reigate (06 September 2014)

Second holiday at the park, which is in an amazing location! peaceful site which suited our needs well. Limited opening times of shop and eating options were minimal. Accommodation was a pet friendly caravan and whilst was satisfactory for one week, was in need of an upgrade. Many of the other caravans did look lovely however.
Joanne from Derbyshire (06 September 2014)

Although the accommodation was not very clean when we arrived this was very quickly put right when we reported it to the staff. The caravan was a little tatty, but the breathtaking views made up for it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Tracy from Bridgwater (30 August 2014)

Great location, facilities and caravan should be better quality for the price. facilities need a update.
Chris from Hull (30 August 2014)

We had a lovely relaxing time. The only problem we had was that as our caravan was across the road from the main site we got a lot of noise at night from the club as this was just inside the main entrance.
Sandra from Rainham (30 August 2014)

It was an amazing holiday.
Ida from London (25 August 2014)

All really enjoyed site & our holiday in general. However, the handles in caravan didn't match, weren't the original ones leaving exposed holes. Some coats hooks mssing so it could have been better. Having said that when kettle broke maintenance were very quick to replace. Overall very impressed.
Clare from Essex (23 August 2014)

Very dissapointing
Jackie from Sandhurst (23 August 2014)

My only complaint about the whole holiday was that the life guards at the pool were to young , their were boys bombing in the baby pool whilst my daughter was trying to swim and they didn't do anything about it .
Alison from Milton Keynes (23 August 2014)

I was lead to believe the caravans were only a few years old but they seemed well used did ask to upgrade but nothing available
Valerie from Chelmsford (16 August 2014)

The overall holiday was good. A couple of things let it down. in the advertising the restaurant looked big! it wasn't which meant you had to book to guarantee a place, which was quite hard because we had plans and didn't really know if we were eating or not. the other option was the takeaway which we used twice. The first time they got our order wrong but that didn't matter because the food was awful. the second time we tried pizza, which was cold and not cooked in the middle! it let the holiday down a bit because we had to cook ourselves, bbq's and things because the nearest pub to eat was a couple of miles away.
Benjamin from New Malden (11 August 2014)
