Brilliant holiday facilities. Staff were very welcoming, caravan was modern , clean . and had a fantastic view. Sandymouth was always a nice camp, but increased investment has set the bar at a different level.
John from Eccles (16 December 2017)

Staff very efficient. especially the lady on reception. lovely touch of bubbly on arrival and drink and snacks for trip home. Lovely caravan, have recommended and definitely would return
Alison from Kingsteignton (15 December 2017)

An excellent weekend, a great park, a lot of effort has gone into making it what it is today, and the results are spectacular. a great time in a great location.
Customer 3 from Devon (11 December 2017)

Only fault, stayed in lodge, would have loved fly screens to make full use of the decking and patio doors,..settees we're a little abrasive, but put duvets on them for comfort. Perfect place otherwise, everything is brand new, with high attention to detail and making your stay just perfect. Can't recommend this place high enough.
Steve from Gwent (09 December 2017)

Excellent experience
Richard (08 December 2017)

Amazing site, freshly refurbished. The caravan we had looked brand new. It was cozy and warm even though it was december. The reception team and bar staff (dan particularly) were so helpful. We needed a new battery for the smoke alarm as it started beeping at it was sorted before we got back to the site that afternoon. Facilities were also brand new, definitely try this place!
Hannah from Oswestry (06 December 2017)

Had a very relaxing time. Views where amazing and the park was clean and tidy felt very safe when out walking my dog at night
Margaret from Plymouth Devon (02 December 2017)

Excellent holiday as always. . need a decent shop instead of shelf in bar. No lights after exit barrier towards accom. 53. Very dark returning from bar.
David from Shrewsbury (02 December 2017)

Despite extremely wet and windy weather we had a nice relaxing weekend at the park. The mobile home was extremely well equipped and clean. thee central heating was much appreciated with the adverse conditions. Whilst we didn't use the restaurant the menu looked varied and reasonably priced. the bar area was nice, only criticism being no local real ales, possibly because of it being low season. Pool area was great and offered various activities during the day. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly. Overall would recommend this a park to visit.
Michael from Chepstow (27 November 2017)

The park has been very well re-furbished. they have chosen to leave the original pool though which is a shame as for the size of the park this would need to be bigger when the park is at capacity. the changing rooms have been revamped and are very good. . there is no direct footpath to the beach which would be a bonus. . I do consider that an additional cleaning fee of £50.00 is a little extortionate for a weekend break. . that said the park is very dog friendly ( and not just tolerant which is not the same ! )
Katrina (27 November 2017)

Perfect!
Anne from Cornwall (24 November 2017)

Spot on perfect not one bad thing to say
Robert from Dorset (24 November 2017)

Lovely place with the most helpful and sociable staff shame we had such awful weather otherwise it would have been perfect
Emma from Brampton Bryan (23 November 2017)

We had such an amazing time away! our caravan was absolutely amazing and the staff were too. We can’t wait to come back and visit again soon! . only down side, the pool is very small and not really for adults.
Bonnie from Hatfield (20 November 2017)

Excellent caravan, kitted out with all one would need. Very well heated. Only issue was the rubbish bins disappeared for the last couple of days and we had to leave it where the bins stood.
Janet from Dartford (18 November 2017)

Fabulous holiday. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely for a chill out swim. Restaurant was clean and good selection of meals to save from cooking and reasonably priced.
Patricia from Coventry (17 November 2017)

I took my 2 yr old son here with the grandparents mid week in november 2017 and it is a lovely place staff are very helpful and friendly. Pool is nice and the lodge we stayed in had everything we needed and was very modern and clean we had a sea view lodge so would recommend but you do need to walk up a hill to get to club house. Most of the entertainment was still on and connor one of the reps was very good . and on the rainy days my son had the soft play area to play in which he loved. Prices for food in the restaurant are reasonable and the little shop is to. Food was also nice .we are definitely going to come back in the summer. Mrs o'keeffe
Tina (17 November 2017)

Couldn't of asked for a better holiday, absolutely fantastic place. Definitely going again!
Chris from Nottingham (17 November 2017)

Even though we went at a quieter time of year we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The lodge we stayed in was lovely and clean and very modern and had everything we could possibly need! . even though we were at the other end of the park it wasn’t too far to walk to the facilities and the view along the way was just stunning!
Zoe from Somerset (13 November 2017)

We loved our weekend away. Very impressed with the resort and staff. Bit disappointed that we couldn't order any chips in the restaurant on sunday. We were told only what's on the menu eg. Pizzas my girls wanted chips like they had in the restaurant on saturday. we ended up driving 20 minutes to find a chip shop. We ended up back in the caravan then so the bar lost out on sales too.
Paul from Gilfach (13 November 2017)

We had a lovely time. Everything is so well kept and clean and the staff friendly.
John from Basingstoke (11 November 2017)

Very nice accommodation friendly staff peaceful would always recommend
Mark (11 November 2017)

Loved the lodge we stayed in.
Alistair from Walsall (11 November 2017)

Camp was very clean. accommodation very good and had ever think you need.staff was very helpful and friendly.would recommend it to anyone .
Roy from Banbury (10 November 2017)

We were given a very warm welcome on arrival, the staff worked constantly to maintain the park, our grandson loved the pirate ship and indoor play area, we used the swimming pool twice during our 4 night stay and would have used it more but the site was waiting for a part that would have made the pool warmer. The accommodation was lovely, spacious warm and new, and spotlessly clean on arrival. A big thankyou to all concerned for a very pleasant break.
Ann from Swansea, South Wales. (10 November 2017)

We can't wait to go back.
Alice from Doncaster (06 November 2017)

Perfect
Leanne from Cardiff (05 November 2017)

Lovely place. Site was lovely and clean. Staff were very helpful and cheery.
Clare from Rotherham (04 November 2017)

10/10
Sarah from Abertysswg (04 November 2017)

Good time, lovely caravans
Roy from Leyland (04 November 2017)

Beautiful location, holiday park was spotlessly clean & caravan well appointed. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Only bug bears for us were the shop which was a bit small & breakfast wasn't served on site (not sure if this was because we went out of season) which isn't good when you've got a 6 hour drive ahead of you. There is a great farm shop nearby that does fantastic breakfasts though. . can't wait to go back.
Jonathan from Doncaster (04 November 2017)

Great holiday really friendly staff the manager was so nice and helpful. Good value for money we stayed an extra 2 nights too. Loads to do around the area if you have a car. Amazing view of the sea when you wake up everyday. Will be coming back in the . summer:)
Kirsty (04 November 2017)

Will definitely return. Staff, accommodation, food were fantastic.
David from Bridgend (04 November 2017)

Had a wonderful stay in one of the tintagel beach shacks for a week with my partner. It was one of the best weeks away i’ve had in years. The accommodation was perfect, had everything we needed and we were lucky enough to get one right on the end with the most amazing sea view! really love how close it is to the beautiful sandymouth bay as well. Will definitely be coming back in future and have already recommended to everyone i’ve spoken to since!
Hannah from Nottingham (04 November 2017)

Wonderful holiday, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Excellent, well maintained facilities and helpful staff
Bryan from Preston (04 November 2017)

Had a great time during our stay. Only downside was that the pool was closed for 24 hours. Staff great and helpful. Accommodation brilliant - despite being a bit tight in the bathroom and bedrooms
Julie (04 November 2017)

Fantastic site! . staff are lovely, warm welcome with a glass of bubbly to start our break. Very well presented holiday park with caravans updated to a high standard. a large tv for a cosy evening and a washer/dryer making the stay easier with kids. dog friendly restaurant which was an added bonus. entertainment was good and a good choice of music being played. our two boys especially loved the activities on site, taking part in bodyzorbs and pool activities. . . would visit again.
Martin (04 November 2017)

An ideal location for visiting the local beaches and walking the coastal paths. The soft play and pirate ship playground were great (although the playground could do with a few more things for under 4s). the most disappointing thing was the temperature of the pool -it was always freezing and therefore wasn't very enjoyable. The caravan (prideaux 2 plus) was great and very clean, the living space was relatively roomy but the bedrooms are tiny and lack storage space. Overall a great stay and we were very lucky with the weather.
Suzanne (04 November 2017)

Loved the welcome with prosecco! friendly lovely staff, amazing accommodation 5 star luxury with everything u could ever need !kids club could have been free in days & more organisation needs for nightly kids club disco and activities not very well planned or run with adult bingo in the middle. Swimming pool was freezing a cold 25 degrees which is a shame. Otherwise amazing holiday will be back !
Nicola from Barry (03 November 2017)

What a lovely place!! . . first impressions were how well kept, clean and pretty the site was, with beautiful sea views. we were offered a glass of bubbly (oj for the children) on check-in where we were given our key in a lovely tin (which we got to keep), directions to our accommodation and our parking spot, and details of the activities and entertainment for the week. . . our accommodation was fabulous; very modern and sparkling clean. not huge, but doesn't need to be. we were in a bodmin sea view 2 which was quite far from the main facilities, but we like that! spectacular views - we could see all the way over to bude as well as the sea view. . . the accommodation was very well equipped, and we were left a few essentials like washing-up liquid, dishcloth, tea towel, as well as tea, coffee and biscuits, which was a nice touch. . beds were nice and comfy, and there was plenty of heating and hot water; ideal for an october ovember break. . the planned activities were fabulous, and not too expensive. My children enjoyed zorbing, archery and raft-building, to name a few. the instructors were brilliant - special thanks to amber and hunni, who my children adored!. . facilities were great, although the pool had some heating issues while we were there and was colder than I would have liked! the bar/restaurant was very nice and we had a few drinks inside while watching the children playing on the outdoor pirate ship playground. we had a meal in the restaurant one evening, and had clean plates all round!. . we didn't go to the evening family entertainment, but it appeared to be very popular. . . the beach is less than a mile down the road, and is stunning. beware of the uphill walk back though! . . bude is a few miles away, with a morrisons, lidl, b&m, etc. . all in all, we had a fabulous time, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this site to others. the only thing I would say is, some of the statics are packed in quite closely together, and i'd definitely pay extra for the sea view.
Lisa from Northwich, Cheshire (03 November 2017)

Our holiday was great value for money. We had a lovely time. We are a family of 5 with a baby and two young children of 6 and 8 the kids loved the activities and the pirate ship. Caravan was beautiful however the floor had not been swept on arrival I had to do this my self, the view from the caravan was amazing. A little far from local amenities.
Laura from South Yorkshire (03 November 2017)

Perfect holiday. Great facilities and shack to stay in and a beautiful location
Rachel from Bridgwater (03 November 2017)

Thoroughly enjoyed our first ever caravan holiday. Clean and modern facilities, plenty to do and was quiet the week we visited. Only complaint was the pool was freezing but I think they had a fault with the pump.
Nina from Cardiff (03 November 2017)

We received a warm welcome at sandymouth bay, the staff are amazing and work really hard to give you the best customer experience, nothing is too much trouble. . there were daily activities for the children on site and evening entertainment. we were there on halloween and the children went in a big group around the site trick or treating, I think a better idea would be to organise a lantern walk with them and let caravan owners know children will be expecting treats, to allow them to prepare. it is a lovely area to explore with bude and beaches nearby.
Deborah from Sheffield (03 November 2017)

This was the 4th time we have stayed here, we love the location and the play area for our boys (aged 6 & 8). we will return here, but a couple of comments to make, the tables need to be emptied when people have finished eating, it makes the restaurant look unpleasant. And 2. The bar staff need to be more observant as to who is next to be served..its very frustrating and annoying when people push in!!
Shirley from Sheffield (03 November 2017)

Fantastic site, would recommend. Lovely welcome, friendly staff all round. I think the pridaux plus vans are great in the lounge and kitchen areas but could do with more storage in bedrooms, no drawers athe all. Bar area nice and clean, only complaint was its a bit pricey, at nearly £8 for a glass of wine it's similar to quality hotel prices.
Anita (03 November 2017)

First we met the reception staff, very pleasant and informative. Then we got to the 'van, I don't know if it was brand new or what but what a brilliant surprise. This van was absolutely immaculate and all the little touches like the plug-in torch, shower floor towel, too many other things to mention. The central heating was very good and the bed was so comfortable and felt like it had an electric blanket on.! one little thing, the tv kept pixelating and losing picture, but we watched tv on our pc so no worries. The site is so clean and well laid out. Overall, a first class holiday..thank you very much.
Terence from Bridport, Dorset (03 November 2017)

Lovely caravan beautiful views staff lovely whole place immaculate, only downfall is its a bit hilly coming up from the beach otherwise yes would stay again .
Debbie from Cardiff (03 November 2017)

Fantastic,will be back next year!
Matthew from Cardiff (03 November 2017)

Perfect holiday, caravan amazing we even extended our stay. Staff were brilliant especially sharon who was very helpful. And location was lovely, stunning beach just a short walk down the lane. Thank you.
James from Redditch (03 November 2017)

A beautifully kept park in a lovely setting close to bude. Great for kids with lots of activities on offer. Lots of extra touches which put this park above the rest and the accommodation was fabulously modern and clean. Would have liked a small shop although you can buy essentials like milk in the bar/restaurant. As a family with children under 10 we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more
Heulwen (03 November 2017)

Best caravan we have ever stayed in.
Janet from Newport (03 November 2017)

A great place to stay with top of the range accomadation with fantastic views.
Lee from Sheffield (03 November 2017)

Brilliant
Martin from Pembroke Dock (03 November 2017)

We own a motorhome, but wanted to see cornwall and our van is quite big, so we thought this would be a good alternative. we arrived at a very busy time, but were offered a glass of champagne and were dealt with very efficiently and swiftly. The place was immaculate, and well equipped for a short stay. The food and drinks were fine and well priced. the staff, all of them, were cheerful, helpful and friendly. I smoke, so I take my own ash tray. I left it outside on the picnic table - it was emptied each morning by the man who keeps the place tidy. nice touch. The day we were leaving, I noticed that when you pull the plug on the sink that the water was not going down the drain. I reported this and was impressed that a man went to attend to it immediately. I would recommend this site to everyone. Just great.
Patricia from Gainsborough (03 November 2017)

Staff make the resort when your on holiday best caravan in the best spot overlooking the sea, activity organisers exceptional at their job, pool could
Judith (03 November 2017)

Caravan was extremely clean and well equipped, it was like home from home. Fantastic views on a wonderful, immaculate site. Only downfall is they were having issues with the swimming pool.
Catherine from Bodmin (30 October 2017)

The pool was disgusting I think the filter was broken, it was halloween weekend and there was only one member of staff on he bar in the evening, the sweets for the children’s trick or treat event were loose, unwrapped sweets thrown out to the children who were then picking them up off of the floor, and they amounted to approx 1 single sweet per child, the floors were disgusting and unclean in the entertainment areas, there was a kitchen ‘fire’ on the sunday morning so we had no access to the building or pool, the caravan was filthy with dust around the beds which transferred onto the bed linen, the staff there were extremely helpful there just wasn’t enough of them, but then you paid goodness knows how much for a cabaret singer to entertain a small amount of adults, money would’ve been better spent on more staff and more for the children who were there but not allowed on the dance floor because of the cabaret singer, and much, much better sweets and prizes for the children’s events that were on. really disappointed.
Katie from Somerset (30 October 2017)

We had a brilliant time at sandymouth. It was a shame about the fire in the kitchen as we were very much looking forward to having a night off cooking and having a meal in the restaurant on the sunday afternoon but unfortunately it was closed but totally understandable. Only one negative was that our daughter won a prize in the halloween fancydress which turned out to be a 10% discount voucher off an activity which was a little disappointing, think she would have been happier if it had been a bag of sweets or even a resort t shirt. That aside we had a lovely time and have told all of our friends about you
Faith from Hampshire (30 October 2017)

Third visit in as many months.. ideal for families with children under 10.. excellent facilities and entertainment
Katey from Taunton (30 October 2017)

Beautiful sight loved it! fantastic views!!
Claire (30 October 2017)

Lovely place but tricky lanes to get to, good entertainment for kids at the clubhouse. The swimming pool was out of use for most of our long weekend break due to excessive chlorine levels, which was a big disappointment for the kids. On sunday evening, the kitchen closed due to an 'incident' which meant we had to venture out to find somewhere that was still open for food. We were looking to stay on site for a easy evening before a long trip home the next day.
Carly (30 October 2017)

So our car broke down and went to use the pool but it was shut, then we booked sunday lunch but it was cancelled due to the fire alarm going off. Despite all this the staff were always polite and explained what was going on clearly. . . we have to go back only to see if something can go right this time!
Kirsty from Frome (30 October 2017)

The caravan we booked was excellent. Clean and spacious and lots of lovely features. The restaurant t though is an issue. From order to delivery of food it took an hour. Some of the food was good but others liked me the day and chips were aweful. Clearly all frozen and precooked were possible. Fish came out with anaemic and undercooked batter. Could do with a proper shop to purchase supplies and newspapers on sale . entertainment wasn't that great either
Chriso from Middlesex (30 October 2017)

Superb short break. definitely want to come again.
Sian from Bristol (30 October 2017)

Fantastic refurbished resort. The added extras really make a difference. . slight disappointment over the entertainment, they work really hard but the evening seems so drawn out waiting around we usually left out of boredom.
Natalie (30 October 2017)

Lovely park, stayed here several times. Great views, caravans in great condition, park is immaculate throughout. . plsy park area is more geared for the younger kids, not much for kids 10+ to do without spending on activities. . . pool is small and literally every time we stay here it is freezing cold! . . evening entertainment is the biggest let down, a few kids games early on, then some robo-bingo with an electronic voice calling the numbers, then half the room empties before some dire attempt at entertainment comes on, the two young kids trying to do party games, or the girl from behind the bar attempting to sing!!
Gareth from Cardiff (30 October 2017)

Happy with the resort, staff were excellent but not enough of them in the evening to manage both the entertainnent bar and the restaurant bar, also ran out of some drinks on our first night(friday) main disappointment was the swimming pool, which was clsed one day and then freezing when we went on the sunday. Would come back again but do expect the pool to be heated next time
Andrew from Manchester (30 October 2017)

This revamped holiday park is immaculate, beautiful surroundings and fabulous private caravans. The small blonde lady on reception (i'm so sorry I can't think of her name) was a welcome face after our drive, even offering a glass of bubbly - great touch! . the park is brand new, the coast walk from the park to bude is easy going (approx 3.8miles each way) - our 6 year old did it. The entertainment in the evening really needs to be looked at - it was the only thing that let it down. . other than that? fab-u-lous break - so much so i'm coming back for a week with my daughter before christmas. The scenery is magnificent
Louise (30 October 2017)

We stayed in a lovely new large lodge. it’s was dearer than many of their options but well worth it, very spacious. we only got chance to try lunch at restaurant during our stay as kitchen caught fire, but what we had was really nice. 20 mins walk down to beach, but you can drive if feeling lazy. yes we would return. friendly team and nice new facilities.
Nicola from Bristol (30 October 2017)

It was great to take our foster child with us.great for children.good indoor play area when raining.great pirate ship for kids to play on.swimming pool great for everyone. Caravan very clean and well equipped.great views. Staff very helpful. It would of been good if shop sold newspapers.
Mark from Gosport (28 October 2017)

Were very impressed with our caravan. The children loved the evening entertainment and the pirate ship. Overall we found little to complain about except the shortage of staff at busy times. Would recommend the park.
Sandra from Sevenoaks (28 October 2017)

Lovely location, facilities and staff however caravan itself was cramped
Deborah from Leighton Buzzard (28 October 2017)

Super
Stuart from Rochdale (28 October 2017)

Stayed here for a week in october and we're not disappointed. the resort is superb, everything on site was new at the start of the 2017 season. the staff were great, nothing was any trouble. the accommodation was spotless and lovely to have linin included too. we ate in the restaurant twice while there and found the food to be good value and well presented. our daughter loved the go active acitities, especially the sea scouters. will be definitely making a return visit next year
Simon from Rochester (28 October 2017)

Great locations and most building and facilities new. Caravan was very clean, with a small welcome pack consisting of washing up liquid, tea towel, dish cloth and bin bags. Usb sockets were required and wifi all over site (which was very good at the time of stay).
Mark (28 October 2017)

Immaculately presented. Everything feels very new. Restaurant decent value. Plenty of activities, shame not included though, but nice coastal walks. all caravans appeared new as well but ours lacked coasters, place mats & a few cushions would have been useful. Minor criticisms! overall we had a great week.
Simon from Halifax (28 October 2017)

We had a lovely week away. There was enough onsite to keep our 3 year old busy if we wanted to spend a day at the caravan. There wasn't a lot of go active activities for their age it was more for older children but had the soft play, swimming pool, and pirate ship climbing frame. Evening entertainment was entertaining. If you struggle for a seat go back after bingo has finished! parking was an issue as a lot of people parked where they wanted and not in allocated areas, reception sorted a staff area for us to park though. The restaurant was good, nice atmosphere, food was lovely, it did get very busy some evenings.
Sarah (28 October 2017)

Lovely accomodation, great setting, a bit out of the way . staff great and everything is spotless
Maria from Margate (28 October 2017)

Great holiday with the family. The resort appeared short staffed at the bar and restaurant, however the staff present worked tirelessly to help the week fantastic.
Lloyd from Gloucester (28 October 2017)

This was our first holiday park experience which turned out to be a really positive one! we were down the end of park and had great views of fields and sea. The park was well maintained, clean and safe to walk about. The park facilities were very good, children enjoyed the pirate ship, indoor zone and swimming pool. Food good. A great holiday all round.
Anita from West Dorset (28 October 2017)

We have been going to this holiday park for 12 years now and it has not let me down yet. . well done to all the staff
John from Mansfield (28 October 2017)

Had a lovely break away. Great facilities, go active staff great with my 4 year old. Food was lovely. My son loved the pirate ship! views were spectacular. Caravan was impeccable. Only niggle was the parking situation. Would definitely get a caravan with allocated parking next time. Would be better if those caravans without parking directly outside were allocated an individual spot in the group parking plots so that they were guaranteed a spot! other than that, can't wait to come back :) big thanks to the team.
Suzanne from Manchester (28 October 2017)

We had an excellent holiday. . however, although the swimming pool, showers, changing rooms were excellent standard, the number of changing rooms have been grossly underestimated. this was a great shame as we had to wait to get changed to go in the pool and wait to get changed after getting out of the pool and is a very cramped area.
Jane from Eastleigh (28 October 2017)

Great park. Fab location (walking distance to the beach and lovely views over surrounding area). neatly laid out and extremely clean and tidy. Home was excellent with some nice little touches that we didn't get at other parks.
Mark from Luton (28 October 2017)

Stayed here before the renovation and it's made such a difference. Such a lovely place to stay.
Alison from Newton Le Willows (27 October 2017)

Was very dispointed as we stayed at a few of there parks always be very happy . but accommadtion was not great . when you went to bar there seem to be no order to get served as I was told I need to go to other end of bar and queue but then other people got served who arrived after me
Michelle (27 October 2017)

Very nice break!
Laura (27 October 2017)

A great holiday for all of us. Relaxing, quiet and set in lovely surroundings.
Lucy (27 October 2017)

Very clean and modern.
Martin (27 October 2017)

Caravan living quarters a bit small for six of us. Staff very helpful, entertainer connor was brilliant
John from Weston Super Mare (27 October 2017)

Really enjoyed our week, absolutely fantastic! super clean which was what we were after and the play areas were really good. Pool was nice too.
Ayub from Sutton (27 October 2017)

We stayed in one of the beach shacks which had amazing views. It was ideal for our stay of 3 nights and had everything in it you would need. Would definitely go back there.
Mary from Rotherham (27 October 2017)

Lovely location, shame they didn’t have a plan for swimming pool going wrong in half term, and had to wait for parts to fix it...
Victoria from Wiltshire (27 October 2017)

Accommodation excellent. facilities excellent. a very pleasant experience
Jennifer from Wells, Somerset. (27 October 2017)

Excellent accommodation, good entertainment. Food served in the bistro was very good.
Kevin from Broxbourne Hertfordshire (27 October 2017)

We had a great time. Accommodation was amazing and the view spectacular
Marie from Essex (27 October 2017)

Wonderful resort fantastic staff great location will def be back but with a sea view next time! stunning!
Lindsey from Swindon (27 October 2017)

Stayed mon-fri oct half term, in a boscastle sea view caravan. The whole site was immaculate we were greeted with a glass of fizz on check in, food in the restaurant was really good and good value for money. . it's a trek to the beach and a steep hill back but worth it. . entertainment wasn't really our cup of tea but the kids enjoyed it. . would definitely go back.
Carla from Shropshire (27 October 2017)

It was a lovely family site with lots going on in a quiet location but close enough to drive to some really lovely places. Lovely pebble beach with waterfalls was a short walk down hill on a country road with a cafe also at the same location. It is possible, as we did to walk around the costal path in to bude which took us just short of 2 hours. . . evening entertainment was great for younger children, the entertainers did a good job of keeping the little ones entertained. The later adult acts were a bit ropey but ok with bingo taking up a large part of the evening. The entertainment room was bright and modern but did get extremely busy and unless there early you would not get a seat. On saying this, if you visited outside of the peak times there should not be an issue (we stayed over the october half term). great little on site shop for essentials and separate bar and restaurant area also really nice. . we did not use the pool as it was alway so busy and uninviting but it wasnt an issue for us as my youngest absolutely loved the huge pirate ship play area with zip wire which kept her more than happy. . . our biggest issue unfortunately was the lack of response and help from staff members. We reported a few problems with our accommodation on arrival and although prompted twice, these were not seen to throughout the whole duration of our stay. I got the impression that they have an 'ignore it and it will go away' policy over busy periods. This would not put us off visiting again as it was a great base to explore the wider local areas.
Nes from Birmingham (27 October 2017)

A wonderful holiday. The facilities are fantastic and the staff extremely helpful. The brand new caravan catered for all our needs, however was slightly on the small side. The restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced. As were the drinks progress in the bar. a special mention for connor who made every evening a fun packed experience for the whole family. Thank you.
Paul from Bolton (27 October 2017)

The accommodation was very comfortable, I know it was out of season but I would have liked to beable to use the swimming pool but the times did not fit in with what we did during the day, would have liked to be able to have an early morning swim.
Melanie from Tadley Hampshire (21 October 2017)

Wonderful holiday resort. Clean and the staff are friendly. The pirate ship and play area fantastic entertainment for the children. Our lodge was clean and spacious. Highly recommend.
Sarah from Malmesbury (21 October 2017)

The best park in cornwall
James from Folkestone (21 October 2017)

Excellent site, facilities great, cleanliness superb overall a fantastic stay
Simon (20 October 2017)

We stayed from 16-20th october and the boscastle 3 caravan we stayed in was fantastic. Had all of the extras we could have needed :) would definitely stay again dependant on price.
Samantha from Midsomer Norton (20 October 2017)

Excellent customer service warm welcome great value for money amazing eye to detail clean well cared for site beautiful views peaceful amazing caravan home from home didn't want to leave glass of bubbly on arrival nice touch the little tin suitcase for a keepsake to the water cereal bars and sweets for the journey home this puts it into a new league will be back
Susan from Newton Abbot (20 October 2017)

We had a lovely time. Very good clean site. Very quiet as off peak but we got the pool to ourselves. Will go again x
Lucy from Congerstone (20 October 2017)

It was nice to arrive at resort and see how nicely it had been upgraded since our last visit. Staff very pleasant and helpful. place very neat and tidy.
Stuart from Somerset (20 October 2017)

Fantastic site , staff were so attentive and couldn't do enough for you
Amanda from Leicestershire (20 October 2017)

Perfect
Vivienne from Bicester (20 October 2017)

Fantastic clean and tidy place. Beautiful scenery. Gardens kept nice. Lovely to see wild flowers growing in the meadow. Couldn't fault the caravan. Everything we needed. Would definitely return.
Katie from Suffolk (18 October 2017)

Very nice accommodation and the revamp is good. The soft play area is separate from the main building, it is reasonable size and clean. . . note to potential guests, there is not a shop just a few shelves in the corner of the bar/restaurant stocking the bare essentials. . . the entertainment for children is extremely poor, (advertised as starting at 6.20 which it didn’t) 20-30mins of the entertainement staff member dancing/playing a game with the children which one evening included hide and seek so that took nearly all of that time up, then as bingo tickets are on sell the kids are given a ball some skittle pins and hula hoops and just do what they want whilst the same songs play each night. At 7.45 the one game of kids bingo starts.
Kate from Somerset (16 October 2017)

Fab holiday, ideal location for exploring cornwall. Caravans were very clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing especially sharon who was on reception, what a fab welcome we got and so helpful after a long journey to get there.
Debra from Gloucester (16 October 2017)

We had a great time, all very clean and food great in the resterant.we just wish they also did breakfast! the lady on reception was a absolutely brilliant, made us feel so welcome.give her a rise, shes so good at her job! also dan I think his name was behind the bar was great.very friendly and helpful.ive now booked for my sisters family to go there.
Andrea from Donyatt,Somerset (16 October 2017)

Lovely staff and clean and tidy
Tracy from Gloucester (16 October 2017)

This is by far one of the best places we have stayed. We were treated so well on this site and I was impressed by how clean and tidy the surrounding area was, for example the stone path goes right up to your caravan which you hardly ever get when staying in a static. We spent more time on this holiday actually in the caravan because it was comfortable and homely with a fantastic view of bude and the coast . the facilities on site are not something we would normally use but here we did , everyone , staff and other holiday makers, were so friendly and chatty. We are definitely going to book again, big thumbs up sandymouth resort..and thankyou for a fabulous week.
Alison from Cumbria (14 October 2017)

We had a fantastic stay at sandymouth bay. very good location being only a few miles into cornwall so giving you the advantage of trips to both devon and cornwall. site was immaculate as was the very modern caravan we stayed in. lovely finishing touches such as tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival. glad we took beach towels as no towels were supplied in the caravan. all in all a very enjoyable stay with excellent weather for october
Paula from Manchester (14 October 2017)

The park was lovely and the staff very helpful and the view stunning. after having stayed at piran meadows we were very disappointed with the size of the caravan which was only specified as new and 12 ft wide not that it was only 28ft long not the usual full size around 37ft or more. this made the bedrooms very cramped with not much storage. if we had known the size we would have chosen a different caravan or gone to piran meadows again. also no towels supplied which we didn’t expect after staying at the other site.
Noel from Solihull (14 October 2017)

Quality accommodation with wonderful views and close to beach and places of interest.
Shane from Newbury (14 October 2017)

We had a wonderful week. It was the little things that made it special. Staff were brilliant.
Anne from Birmingham (14 October 2017)

Lovely site, beautifully kept grounds. only gripe is no vanity space in bedroom, excess of storage space in lounge!
Peter from Redditch (14 October 2017)

We had a wonderful holiday in a beautiful caravan and will be returning as soon as we can
Janice from Leicester (13 October 2017)

Peaceful and quite. Loved the views from the decking. Staff very helpful and polite. Well done everyone.

Lovely park, ideal for families. Children thoroughly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor play areas. Accommodation was beautiful.
Helena from Telford (13 October 2017)

Excellent last minute break as we were cancelled on the day of departure by monarch airlines. . . everybody at sandymouth bay were really helpful and the caravan was just superb.

A superb location and layout of site.caravans are all new with the latest fixtures and fittings.nice little extras, such as miniature toiletries,tea/coffee and little milks.washing up cloth, tesco towel and washing up liquid.all little things that you wouldn't normally expect in a caravan.
Barbara from Billericay (07 October 2017)

An excellent refurbished site with really friendly staff and excellent food.
Adam from Wrexham (07 October 2017)

We have been to sandymouth bay many times over the years but we think it now has the wow factor. The views from our caravan were breathtaking, looking over the sea towards bude and over glorious countryside. The site is immaculate, all surrounded by wild flower beds. It was very quiet when we went a couple of weeks ago but that suited us to a tee. We loved the little touches of the free mini suitcase tin and all the little extras like tea, ground coffee, suger, milk left in the kitchen and also in the bathroom there were complimentary shower and shampoo bottles, just like in a top class hotel. Brilliant!!
Jeanette from Dronfield, Derbyshire (06 October 2017)

Fantastic from day 1.
Richard from Kidderminster (06 October 2017)

Fabulous accommodation.we upgraded and received £10 back great start .we normally go abroad so for us this was different but the resort won us over .we had fantastic views of the sea and over to bude .extremely clean resort ,accommodation, bar ,restaurant and swimming pool .
Gary from Sheffield (06 October 2017)

Had a perfect time from start to finish. Glass of bubbly on arrival, great helpful staff and really good facilities including the swimming pool. We stayed in a ‘beach shack’ which was lovely. Great view and all the necessities like kitchen, shower and heating were great. We walked down the hill (about 1 mile) to the beach which was stunning. We didn’t want to come home.
Ed (06 October 2017)

Can’t believe the transformation from 2 years ago! we had a short break, monday to friday at the beginning of october and the caravan with seaviw was amazing newly furnished, bed sooo comfy and free wifi, fab tv, just home from home. We will definitely return. The views so lovely and the grounds have been landscaped beautifully, especially the wildflower meadows with surrounding walks. Our grandchildren will love it.
Margaret from Frome (06 October 2017)

Excellent break throughally enjoyed.
Valerie from Crawley,Sussex (06 October 2017)

Fabulous location, gorgeous caravan, loved the fire and big tv, comfy big bed. kitchen had everything. . staff on poolside were helpful and kept the pool area clean. loved the dog trail area with the pretty wildflower beds. Cant wait to come again.
Carol from Barnstaple (06 October 2017)
