With a mix of age groups, 6 months up to 70 years of age the accommodation and facilities worked well.
Lloyd from Birmingham (27 October 2017)

Fab time. Clean and tidy site. Kids loved it. Caravan was very basic however we is book bronze as it was a weekend break.
Lynne from Wallasey Wirral (02 October 2017)

Enjoyed the site lovely pool entertainment ifu wanted it good meals thr site was betterthan expected .
Amanda from Wolverhampton (29 September 2017)

Very nice holiday park lots to do and staff very helpful liked the gold caravan very much and a lot of places to go to
Steven from Northwich Cheshire (25 September 2017)

Had a great time here, rhyl is very nice, great beach and loads to do, really enjoyed our stay.
Robert (22 September 2017)

We had a fantastic time everyone was helpfully and friendly the staff at child's activity section pulled out all the stops to cater for my dairy allergy son we even made crispies with his chocolate very impressed . I would definitely stay again . my two sons are 1 and 2 1/2. Great site for kids
Lisa from Manchester (15 September 2017)

The state of the caravan we were to stay in was terrible and was dirty. We had to be moved to another one.but the staff were nice
Sharon (15 September 2017)

As it was out of season it was very quiet, few children and a good base for going off and visiting places in north wales. The price for the 4 days was excellent and the only down side was I forgot to pack a tea towel.
Amy from Grimsby (15 September 2017)

Caravan was spotless camp was clean staff were lovely bars were good especially the over 18 bar :) xx
Julie from Stockport (15 September 2017)

Great location. Very enjoyable mid week holiday.
Daz from Essex (15 September 2017)

Never again. So many things not working in the caravan, fire, cooker etc. To name just a couple. Awful!
Mr. X from Derbyshire. (15 September 2017)

My wife and I found it a little bit quiet but would come back at the first chance.
Terence from Wilenhall (09 September 2017)

Good facilities but a fair distance from the beach. Made to feel welcome by all staff.
Sean from Grimsby (09 September 2017)

We would highly recommend this holiday park it was fantastic and it is excellent for children of all ages, the kids entertainment clubhouse was really good and they really do get the children involved in the activities, the caravan was so much better than what we expected even for a bronze plus. The pool was lovely and warm and is suitable for all ages. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves that much that we have even booked the same sight for next year.
David from Leicester (09 September 2017)

The chalet we were in was dated and in need of a refurbishment but still comfortable.
Julie from Shrewsbury (09 September 2017)

Fabulous caravan - state of the art! entertainers worked hard in clubhouse - credit due. Rhyl itself very run down but hey ho. Enjoyed llandudno, enjoyed holiday overall !
David from Leicester (08 September 2017)

Great for youngsters and grown ups alike!
Debbie (04 September 2017)

The beach is lovely. Long sweeping golden sands. Beautiful surrounding hilly scenery. However rhyl itself is a bit of a dump. There are some tatty rides along the sea front which are quite expensive for what they are. Not much else other than amusements. The robin hood site is unattractive with litter strewn around. Caravans are situated close together.
Robert from Bridgwater (04 September 2017)

Had a fab time at robin hood rhyl. Lots to do and we wish we had booked to stay longer. Great location and everyone was so kind. The only slight thing to mention is that the speed in which people drive around the site. Should be 5mph but this is not stuck to. Even the staff in their vans drove faster than this and at times it was quite fast. Baring in mind people also use the road to walk along
Helen (04 September 2017)

We had a good time, the fridge isn't cold enough. the fire in the seating area didn't work. there were no bedside tables in the double bedroom. no ironing board. the windows were very dirty. The bed sheets hadn't been changed. We only stayed a few days and the bed sheets were changed promptly when we told reception about it. would stay again the grandkids loved it. be good if the caravans were checked properly. big patches of bird muck on the windows that had been there when I stayed in the same caravan in june. dirty finger marks and smears on the inside that weren't there when I stayed in june.
Frances from St Helens (04 September 2017)

Absolutely brilliant this place ticked all the boxes for us xx didn't have to go off the site for anything. Kids enjoyed it there's so much to do on this site even the swimping pools were fantastic the babies and toddlers had their own we will definitely be going back .
Angela from Southport (04 September 2017)

The site is great, really good facilities around. We did have a bit of an issue on our last night, as my 18 year old brother was with us. When he tried to order a pint, he was rightfully asked for id. When he provided it, there were lengthy discussions about whether to accept it because it's an isle of man license which they did not recognise. Even after taking it away and looking it up online, they decided not to serve him. I understand this is a requirement and should definitely be requested however there was no consistency as he had ordered and been served in the other bar with the same staff all weekend so this ruined his last night and we returned to our caravan early to drink there.
Leanne from Douglas Isle Of Man (04 September 2017)

Great value for money. Lovely location and loads to do on site and surrounding area
Natalie from Chesterfield (04 September 2017)

The accommodation was dirty inside& out. We couldn't get into the evening entertainment as it was over crowded. Paid £17 to play crazy golf & there was lots of rubbish on the ground.
Tracey from Derby (02 September 2017)

Chalet good size with open space at back for children to play albeit facing a busy road but that's all as you've got to cross this road then then go through a golf course to reach the beach, prestatyn and ryhl in between the park if your looking for shops nearby all you've got is a couple plus some takeaways and that's a good walk to get to . but as for the park itself the staff upon arrival at reception were rude and sent me all over the place upon check in to get my keys then sent us in the wrong direction for our chalet they cocked up with my booking had me down as 1 adult and 2 children when in fact it was 2 adults and three children then they failed to inform me the chalet had a pay as you go electric meter with no electric at 5 in the morning and reception not opening till 9 to pay for the top up cards but all in all bad location poor beach unless you go down as far as you can away from all the rocks and stones poor park not even a children's play park with swings and slides just some climbing frames not suitable for young children rude staff to car from shops the only good thing was the size of the chalet with open space at back which unfortunately faces a busy road
David from Bromsgrove (02 September 2017)

Unfortunately we had no hot water for 4 out of the 7 days holiday, although the reception sent someone out within the hour to sort this twice it meant we had to wait until 9am for reception to open and stay in the chalet until someone came to fix the boiler. This was an inconvenience as we want to be up early showered and out the door before 9am to go sight seeing. Speaking with families staying nearby, they also were having issues with hot water and even making trips to the swimming pools to use the hot showers. The entertainment kept the kids occupied at night but 3 of out of the 7 night we were unable to sit at a table due to there being so many people and not enough tables to accommodate. The kids enjoyed the swimming pools though we're hoping there might have been a slide? on a more positive note, the room was more spacious than it appeared on the online pics, two single beds in one room, double bed in another and two double sofa beds, which would be ideal if friends or family wanted to stay for a night. Overall we would stay again so long as we had guaranteed hot water and we would probably look to see what other entainment is available nearby for at least a couple nights out of the week.
Colette (02 September 2017)

I enjoyed my stay other than the issue of noise from nearby guests who were rowdy in the early hours without regard for others. Good location and facilities, staff very helpful and courteous.
Evelyn from Bebington (01 September 2017)

Lovely clean site in a fantastic location. caravan was clean and comfortable. a little disappointed that the coffee bar in the swimming pool was closed. children (and adults) enjoyed the mini golf! good value meals in the sports bar.
Janis from Coventry (01 September 2017)

The caravan was supposed to be gold standard, holes in walls, light fitting missing it's cover, the oven didn't work properly, chewing gum stuck to the carpet, no pillowcases on the beds, quilt was ripped, generally needed a deep clean, the list goes on. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was for free.
Dawn from Worcestershire (01 September 2017)

I payed for a gold a caravan was definitely not a gold a caravan toilet was dirty wasn't much on site makes out there is online but wasn't very over priced in the bar
Jenny (01 September 2017)

Caravan lovely and clean, great facilities, will definitely book again
Jayne from Wallasey (01 September 2017)

We all had a really nice break and the caravan was beautiful
Julie from Liverpool (01 September 2017)

Way too many people and not enough space for the evening entertainment. Having to queue at 6.30 to get a seat when you don't open the room till 7 is a joke as it was so hot in the arcade and that's when you managed to open the room on time. The pool was good but main pool was too cold to stay in it for more than half hour and there's a serious lack of facilities to keep the kids entertained during the day
Kelly from Milton Keynes (01 September 2017)

Stunning great place for kids
Helen from Rhyl (28 August 2017)

Just recently stayed at lyons, robin hood for a second time with my partner and 2 kid's, already booked for next year. Loved the location and had great amenities. Only improvement I could suggest is better outdoor play area or bigger arcade, but the ones on site are quite adequate. We all had a brilliant week away and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
Margaret from Manchester (28 August 2017)

Good stay.
Julian (28 August 2017)

We had a great time can't wait until next year
Amanda from Shrewsbury (28 August 2017)

We all enjoyed theholidayfood was nice but club house wasto small
Tracy from Manchester (26 August 2017)

Both sofa's were very uncomfortable and had to go out and buy cushions. No remote for tv again had to go out and buy one. Kitchen really needs a good size fridge freezer.
John from Liverpool (26 August 2017)

Had a fab holiday
Linda from Staffordshire (26 August 2017)

Had a wonderful week. Gold caravan was superb. Entertainment staff absolutely fantastic. Bar staff and arcade staff also brilliant. My kids absolutely love it here will most definitely be booking again
Kirsty from Preston (26 August 2017)

Accommodation great all you needed
Johanne (25 August 2017)

Caravan was generally ok, however found an old cheese package on a shelf. . the family evening entertainment felt like a cattle market in that unless you queued you wouldn't get a seat. It seemed that you were selling more holidays than there was seats, which doesn't put the holiday maker first!! only able to get a seat for one night - missed the rest, and ended up going off site - so didn't get value for money. . adventure golf was unaffordable!
Alan from Wigan (25 August 2017)

When I booked this I was initially worried about the accommodation, as most of the reviews were bad (i didn't check before I booked!) anyway, the caravan we stayed in, at robin hood bay (silver a) was like new. It was the larger type with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets which was more than enough for us as we were only 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 9. I was very happy with the accommodation. Rhyl isn't the nicest of towns but the beach is outstanding. We spent most of our time away from rhyl and went out to other places like, greenwood forest park and llandudno. We did use the on site swimming pool which was fine. North wales is a beautiful part of the uk and we could have stayed longer than the 4 nights we booked as there is plenty to do.
Andrew from King'S Lynn (25 August 2017)

Filthy dirty and full of unmanaged children and drunks! . the caravan carpets were stained and dirty, including the sofas, left a day early. Had to wait in a long line for the entertainment room to be open, then children's entertainment till gone 10pm! dreadful.
Yasmin (25 August 2017)

The caravan was awful it was not wot I paid for the cupards were falling apart an the was a smell cumin from bath room the van was not what it showed on the pictures when booking but had to make the most of it for my little girl.
Pamela from Wirral (21 August 2017)

The children's entertainment was outstanding, swimming pool superb
Susan from Amlwch (21 August 2017)

The location of robin hood was good, beach just across the road, close to both prestatyn and rhyl and easy to find. The facilities were ok, pool fairly small and busy but clean, arcade ok but not so clean and the bars were adequate. Our caravan was supposed to be gold but it was worn and and tired looking and not very clean to be honest, the beds were appallingly uncomfortable, my mother actually got bruises on her stomach from the springs in the double bed and the toilet seat was broken. The site itself was good in that you could park right outside your caravan with enough room for two cars but the people surrounding us were a bit unsavoury and rowdy, with teenagers drinking, smoking and yelling and leaving rubbish which didn't get picked up. We saw cleaners on turnaround day just discard half full milk bottles underneath the caravan and leave them there. Throughout our stay there was an old boot and a flip flop living under ours.
Emma from Hull (19 August 2017)

Good site. Huge site. Some of the other guests ruined it as young kids were using the side of buildings as a toilet. People also seemed to forget what a bin looked like as there was litter everywhere. . caravan we had (r28) was clean, comfortable, good size. Occasionally felt cold in the bedrooms as there was no heating. . my only concern was the hygiene levels in the chip shop on site as the staff didn't wear hair nets etc. . the arcade was a let down, most the machines were blocked with coins and tickets didn't come out of particular machines. . the new £1 coins were not accepted by the change machines in the arcade. . I didn't feel like I was in wales, felt more like I was in liverpool. . will visit again for a weekend rather than a week in a few years.
Lia from Tamworth (19 August 2017)

Would never go there again
Brian from Wigan (19 August 2017)

1st time here & loved it. . I cant wait to come back next year
Caroline from Stockport (19 August 2017)

Extremely disappointed with the complex. Chalet wasn't clean. Entertainment room was far to small to accommodate everyone on the site, very crowded
Toni from Leeds (19 August 2017)

Asked staff to sort problems out still was not sorted at the end of the holiday
Stacey (19 August 2017)

My 2 sons had a brilliant time the entertainers for the children was great and will defo be back
Jillian from Bury (12 August 2017)

Kids thoroughly enjoyed the holiday which meant we did as well
Morag from Chorley, Lancashire (12 August 2017)

This is a great holiday park which has improved greatly over the last few years. One thing it could benefit from is an improved outdoor play area and an indoor play area for 5 to 12 age range for rainy days like they used to have where the chippy currently is.
Gary from Frodsham Cheshire (12 August 2017)

Broken table. No batteries in the smoke alarm. No toilet brush to clean the toilet.stained mattress in the double room. Burn marks in the spare quilt in the double bedroom. Dirty pillowcases.
Diane from Neebury (12 August 2017)

What an amazing stay - we had 3 children with us & they were not bored! so much to do - we even brought our bicycles & didn't get time to use them as we were so happy with the entertainment. Would definitely recommend.
Scott from Preston (12 August 2017)

Good week away
Helen (11 August 2017)

Throughly enjoyed our holiday. It was perfect for the children. Would love to visit again
Lindsey from St Helens (11 August 2017)

Been here 5 times with family and friends and have never been treated like we were this time!!! the security there made our holiday horrendous they were rude they upset my children and they terrorised my partner all week..definitely will no be returning!!!!
Nigel from Lancaster (11 August 2017)

We had a 7 night holiday in august which was great, we were lucky with the weather so were able to get out and about. The shop on site is good but does not sell any alchohol, however there are a couple of shops on the main road to rhyl (about a 10 minute walk). the only thing we felt was there was not enough info given on our arrival about bus times , routes etc into rhyl. We found out the bus times and were told by another holidaymaker that you could buy a family pass for 4 on arriva buses and literally travel any where in wales during that day. We travelled to llandudno, fantastic, went to the summit of the great orme. it is a shame the site does not run any excursions, overall fantastic holiday, enjoy.
John from Steepleview (07 August 2017)

3 adults and 5 children, we had a wonderful long weekend. Loads to do on the site, lovely clean and modern caravan. Kids loved the pool, very clean and warm. Shop and diner were really useful and good value for money. Kids loved the arcades.
Jessica (07 August 2017)

Enjoyed our holiday just a little bit far from the beach you would need a car to get there, also would be better if there were more places to eat on site.
Vicky from Stoke On Trent (07 August 2017)

Had a great week and cnt wait to book to come again
Ian from Liverpool (05 August 2017)

As a family we all enjoyed ourselves but the whole site needs to be updated.
Peter from Stacksteads (05 August 2017)

We stayed for 2 weeks, my . 2 children and myself didn't want to go home. We want to come back again xx
Katy from Liverpool (05 August 2017)

A good holiday.clean and tidy park. Plenty for kids to do.swimming pool ok but only 2 cubicles to get changed.could do with more. Good takeaway and bars.
Paul from Rochdale (04 August 2017)

Not the best, unfortunately we stayed in a standard plus chalet, next door to us was a family who from 10am till midnight sat outside their chalet drinking and smoking cannabis, which left us on edge all holiday. The chalet had a few problems, the bedroom window was broke, so was constantly open, there was a hole in the bedroom door, the light in the bathroom didn't work and the toilet was tiny, there was about 4 inches from the toilet bowl to the door, which gave me personally at 6ft 3 a few problems. The location wasn't great either being 2 miles from rhyl and 2 miles from prestatyn and absolutely nothing in between, overall not a very good holiday, and we definitely won't be returning.
Steven from Walsall (04 August 2017)

The site had something for everyone we took our kids and they loved it. The facilities were well looked after and the place was lovely. We had good weather which probably helped but all in all it was a lovely family holiday
Jennifer (04 August 2017)

They had know booking for us when we got there and the campsite was really really dirty with rubbish bags everywhere, inside looked like it had never been cleaned won't go back again
Pamela from Nuneaton (04 August 2017)

Tk for a good holiday staff was very good to me
Emma from Bolton (04 August 2017)

I enjoyed it plenty to do at night and during day for the kids and would come again
Karen from Derbyshire (04 August 2017)

Great location. Lots to do for whole family. Sandy beach.
Lucy from Corby (04 August 2017)

Had a great time with the grandchildren everything you need on a site not to expencive to take the kids whould love to go back
Andrew (04 August 2017)

The only reason I gave facilities an 8 is because the main club house I think is to small 2 evenings in a row we couldn't get a seat so we gave up after that and stayed in caravan or played out with the grandsons over all I had a great holiday and my 5 grandsons won't to no when we r coming back and yes we will be returning next year
Kym from Burnley Lancs (31 July 2017)

Great holiday, clean chalet basic but useable. Swimming pool warm plenty of room to swim, separate kiddie pool even warmer. Crazy golf fun and 18 holes was good value compared to some seaside locations.
Sue from Chelmsford (31 July 2017)

Had a lovely holiday. The shop on the camp is basic and quite expensive but there are other local shops nearby. There seemed to be some litter around certain areas which is a shame and spoilt the look of the park a little.
Philomena from Cleveleys (31 July 2017)

We was without hot water for 3 days, all the maintenance guy did was reset the boiler! the lounge area carpet was not clean, there was dried noodles and other crumbs on it.
David from Newport (29 July 2017)

Area is lovely, site is lovely but the downfall is the size of the caravans, if the toilet is separated from the shower room as ours was the toilet was so small your nose is virtually touching the door, your elbow was in the sink. I am a large lady but my husband and children struggled and they are not big people. the kitchenware was basic not what I would expect for a gold standard caravan.
Anita from Stafford (29 July 2017)

Brilliant will be coming again
Natasha from Chester (28 July 2017)

Very good holiday kids loved every minute good entertainment for everyone . caravan clean ,and tidy arcade brill good food
Terence from Saint Helens (24 July 2017)

Absolutely fantastic week. Didn't have any issues whatsoever. Entertainment at the night for kids was brilliant even got my daughter on stage for the first time. Been coming here for years and will be coming for years to come. Staff even took our 3 booking references and put us all within doors of each other.
Ceri-Ann from Manchester (22 July 2017)

Booked this holiday for my sons 4th birthday booked for 7 days total waste of money left 3 days early because of drunken people banging on my door front office always closed so couldn't complaint about it will not be going there again !!!
Michael from Cardiff (15 July 2017)

Every thing was really good but I think the caravan could have been cleaner,
Beverley from Nottingham (15 July 2017)

Chalet was nice had every thing you needed cooker and fridge the only thing I did not like at the time was the tv as it was on constant subtitles which I could not remove but otherwise it was really nice comfy bed
Mary (15 July 2017)

Found rhyl a bit high up so did 800 miles driving down and back up. but the place is lovely. great park. one of best. Entertainment was not our cup of tea but good for young familys. I would reccomend if not planning on to much sight seeing.
Adrian from Ipswich (15 July 2017)

Great holiday kids had freedom but had plenty to do
Edward from Kelloholm Dumfriesshire (15 July 2017)

Had a fantastic time. The caravans were great, both clean and spacious. the staff were helpful and always polite. Would highly recommend. We went in low season so not too busy.
Donna from Hull (15 July 2017)

Took grandkids for a week mid july. caravan spacious but run down inside. Ripped carpet, stained sofa etc. Facilities onsite for the kids but again run down or broken. Staff fantastic and helpful. Beach across the road is beautiful and clean. Would definitely return if facilities were improved and repaired
Lesley from Kirriemuir (15 July 2017)

Loved it
Carol from Bolton (15 July 2017)

Every time we tried to go to an arranged event it was cancelled and we were given a pathetic excuse as to why. The swimming pool statues were all broke bar one. won't be back again.
Colin (15 July 2017)

Not good
Kevin (15 July 2017)

We had a wonderful holiday that we think itself was a reasnable price but I think the holiday facilitys such as the chippy were very over priced a meal for 3 people was 15 pound the drinks also were very over priced and I think there should be other options for childrens drinks in the night club and at the time I wanted to take my pet but there were no available caravans
Becky (15 July 2017)

Adequate caravan for our group. Shop could possibly have more definite open /closing times as they seemed a bit haphazard.
Angela from Bucknall (15 July 2017)

Went with grandaughter. Lots to do. Very clean. Entertainment staff excellent with both kids and adults.
Kevin from Liverpool (14 July 2017)

Holiday was great. I only have two minor niggles:. . 1) the cleaning staff had missed a soiled nappy under one of the beds - not pleasant, but easily missed. . 2) I had hoped for decking outside of the caravan to allow the toddler with us to play outside safely - not a major issue, but given that my booking was the highest grade of accommodation available, I had expected a little more than the lower graded accommodation.
Rick from Wigan (14 July 2017)

We are very happy with our holiday we had a great time.
Birute from Romford (14 July 2017)

The facilities on camp were very good. The staff polite and friendly. The chalet was clean and comfortable. The shower was the only disappointment as when it was lifted above head height the water cut out due to lack of pressure. Otherwise my family and I enjoyed our stay.
Brian from Winsford (14 July 2017)

Booked a midweek break and wished we'd booked longer, caravan was brilliant, site was clean and tidy apart from an irresponsible dog owner not picking up dog poo outside our van !!! overall value for money, would defo stay here again
Tracy from Suffolk (14 July 2017)

Excellent holiday caravan spacious and clean .swimming pool good but the animal figures could do with repairing some not child friendlywhen touching .
Julie from Halifax (10 July 2017)

Lovely relaxing holiday very pleased with the accommodation would definitely recommend
Pauline from Hastings East Sussex (10 July 2017)

Caravan beds was like sleeping on car springs totally worn out entertainment main function was shut for a week forcing everyone into the small pub . no air con in the main complex . 20 seconds in the arcades felt like 20 minutes in the oven on full blast .
Colin (08 July 2017)

Staff were helpful and accommodation very clean. Found some disorganisation and not very punctual with start of kids activities.
Karen from Wexford, Ireland (08 July 2017)

The caravan was spacious and clean was happy with it an very reasonable we enjoyed it
Carole (07 July 2017)

Lovely clean site and lovely caravan but few things wrong table top was hanging off screws were on the floor, microwave was rusty inside, and there was a spill on the floor, informed reception they told me the carpet had been cleaned but to me it wasn't very good, took 3 days for them to sort table out by the time they came we'd done it ourselves maintenance did apologise said he'd been before but we were out, well if they'd informed me when they were coming we'd have stayed in, lifeguards need to be bit more helpful and explain to first time customers where everything is situated lockers only take old pound coins the signs for thes were in a broken locker didn't see the sign put a new pound coin in and it got stuck informed lifeguard he said nothing he can do about it. Overall few tweaks and it could be top class as it is a lovely campsite
Christine from Newport City (07 July 2017)

The chalet was damp but ok. But outside the door was a broken-down car which had been there for ages with a flat tyre, bins and cigarette ends all over the floor. The cafe didn't open till 10 am to hat had a lovely soft play area but you couldn't go in when cafe was closed. They needed some new toys for the kids as that was sadly lacking. Food wasn't very good in the chippy as half the menu wasn't available. The bar smelled of old beer but they put some of the children's entertainment on in there. . the outdoor park could have done with some swings and other things for kids to play on. . they had a spa which was great really good treatments at good prices but didn't seem to advertise it to much. The beach was lovely really made it worth going there
Adrienne from London (07 July 2017)

The holiday was good but last time I went it was better more entertaining and the caravan I was in last time was better and I paid less
Joanne from Wigan (07 July 2017)

Really nice clean site, would go again.
John from Bolton (07 July 2017)

Cheap and cheerful but expected much more for a gold rated caravan. Hole in bedroom wall, stains on bedsheets and mattress, fridge door didn't close properly, light bulbs missing, no dvd player just the cable! radiator in living room in pieces. The coals in the fire were neatly all missing and what was left were a mixture of black coals and white pebbles. The settee had sunk and very tired. Hate to think what you get in a bronze or silver if this was gold! smelt very musty when we first checked in bought some air freshener
Steve from Wolverhampton (03 July 2017)

The site itself was very nice, the main issue that we had was on the saturday night (1st july) we weren't told that the entertainment bar was closed to non-owners so we had to have the evening entertainment in the small bar which was defiantly not the same atmosphere which means we didn't enjoy ourselves on the night.
Daniel from Barnsley (03 July 2017)

The chalet was very spacious, there's we're different bars on the complex and amusements plus swimming. We have been there before but was in caravan
Gillian from Wigan (03 July 2017)

I would like to confirm so issues we had during our stay with caravan when we first arrived we reported some issue we were not happy with first one was window would not close therefore draft was terrible and time scale to fix was unacceptable after four days. We also had a trip hazard with the carpet which me and wife fell over a few times as I have been tested for motor neurone decease and cannot afford to be falling and drew this to the staffs attention also took four days to sort and even then was fixed with black tape. Also found a sharp stanley blade on floor next to amusement area felt this was a danger to kids if they had to come into contact with this went to security didnt feel security were to helpfull although took off us and got no thanks fromthem
David from Motherwell (01 July 2017)

Really enjoyed was very helpful staff and really worth the money
Connor from Manchester (01 July 2017)

The caravan had no heating in it no where to sit out side by the road ???. had about 2 feet by the door??? had to park my car on the road .
Dennis from Stafford (01 July 2017)

Let down by the chalet bath was slippery shower did not work very well fire did not work very good start very good also it took half hour to get in our chalet there was a caravan blocking the road chalet was not very clean my wife suffers with parkinsons it was not very good no wear to hang your towels in bathroom
Donald from Telford (30 June 2017)

Our holiday was amazing, the staff were brilliant the chalet was lovely and clean, the swimming pool was warm. We will be visiting again :-)
Michelle from Telford (30 June 2017)

Shower was falling to pieces and would be quicker if you were pulling the water out of a well with a bucket with 50 holes in. Tiny and cramped although online when I booked said it was modern and spacious, mattress was ripped and uncomfortable as goes for the sofa bed. No mirror in the shower room front door did not lock properly and awful draft! had to be seen at local doctors due to my husband having both eyes infected with faeces after going in the pool and also slicing my foot open in the kiddies pool and getting a severe infection 3 lots of antibiotics and lots of medical assistance! still not right. No entertainment in the week for kids or in fact anyone we would of been bored stiff if we didn't have a car. Shop had hardly anything in the take away was disgusting and very overpriced and also the bar was overpriced but nice food, the beach is a walk away shame you can't get to it in the car so we spent most of our days at a different town, still enjoyed our time as we only slept at the chalet
Georgina from Leek (30 June 2017)

Enjoyed our holiday very much, staff are really nice, helpful and very welcoming. Thank you
Jennifer from Nantwich (26 June 2017)

Was fab!!! was a 14 of us staying in different apartments. Staff were fab they found characters for children to meet. Outside bouncy castle and show was brill, children loved it.
Leanne (26 June 2017)

We had a lovely time but I think there are a couple of maintenance issues, particularly the amount of litter around the camp. Our chalet was really spacious and clean, apart from some nasty stains on the carpet. I would also suggest mattress covers purely from a health perspective. There were unemptied ashtrays outside the front door and litter strewn in the lovely grassy area facing the sea front. On the plus side, the staff were really helpful and friendly and the location is excellent. There is also plenty to do for small people!. overall, it was value for money and we would certainly come again. It's just a shame that these relatively small issues tend to pull the place down
Christopher from Warringtin (26 June 2017)

Swimming pools were fantastic and children entertainers were lovely. Disappointed in outdoor play area as not suitable for younger children.
Angela from Stockport (24 June 2017)

Had a great time staff were very helpful every where was clean and tidy good value for money good facilities on the camp
Christine from Flintshire (23 June 2017)

Ten isn't high enough it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish the staff were all really lovely and helpful we can't wait to go again .
Samantha from Widnes (16 June 2017)

Food was horrendous that we purchased at the sports bar. staff didn't know what events were happening whilst we were there as the advertised shows were incorrect.
Stephen (12 June 2017)

A great stay from start to finish
Lisa from Kingswinford (05 June 2017)

Fantastic
Jason from Stafford (02 June 2017)

Would definately book again. the caravan was spotless clean and there are a lot of activities for the kids.
Angeline (02 June 2017)

Staff not very helpful on arrival, we couldn't get a table for evening entertainment even though we were queuing an hour before to get in and there were a few thefts because security were nowhere to be seen, my children 5 and 3 couldn't go in the bouncy castle because there were teenagers in it who were being rough and also on the park the same teenagers were shouting insults at everybody but staff and security didn't want to know
Angela from Oldham (02 June 2017)

Brilliant. Will definately return.
Caroline from Liverpool (29 May 2017)

Great holiday but the pool was unsafe and need urgent attention to fixed skirting toys had sharp edges and screws sticking out
Andrew (29 May 2017)

Nice site, chalet could be better needs upgrading and cleaned better.
Kevin from Wigan (29 May 2017)

Recommendable to friends

William from Oldham (27 May 2017)

Enjoyed my stay at the robin hood . there was plenty to do + staff helpful. Stayed in a chalet which was very basic but ok. Topside of the holiday was beautiful weather + was greatful for the coolness in the chalet as it was a very hot week.
Norma from Manchester (26 May 2017)

Brilliant
Customer 138 from St Helens (26 May 2017)

Enjoyed our stay. Staff could be more helpful (swimming centre staff were brilliant just arcade and reception need improvement) but overall enjoyed our short break would visit again
Bethany (22 May 2017)

Brilliant ty
Kevin from Telford Shropshire (19 May 2017)

Caravan seemed very old and tatty. Extremely cold, could not have brought children. Location was not nice but luckily close to other places. Good as a base to sleep. . evening entertainment was okay, karaoke popular.
Sally from Scarborough (08 May 2017)

My little boy loved it here there is loads to do and caravan was lovely and in a great location thank you x
Leanne from Liverpool (01 May 2017)

We loved it. Perfect little get away for a family.
Laura from Congleton (01 May 2017)

First time we've been here. Would definitely stop again. Booked again for october
Jane from Chorley (01 May 2017)

Amenities were always closed entertainment forget it never on staff response people not turning up it won't be on we did nothing on so in my mind staff are being paid for doing nothing
Michael from Wallasey (28 April 2017)

Fantastic weekend away. We were two families with children from 2 to 16. All 6 children had fun and there was something for everyone. . only issue was none of the water features were working in the pool
Michele from Widnes (24 April 2017)

Enjoyed my break but wasn't impressed by the caravan. One light didnt work in lounge. Blind in kitchen was broke and there was a big gap in door. Also not very clean lots of human hair of different colours in carpet. Apart from that all was ok.
Sophia from West Midlands (24 April 2017)

We were all so pleased with absolutely everything; (went with daughter and grandchildren). lovely welcome from very smart receptionist. Accommodation was very clean indeed, and contained everything you could need with plenty of hot water and excellent heating. The whole children's entertainment team were caring, encouraging, exciting and funny; 'peanut' is such an asset and 'tink' is super. They all work so hard. We enjoyed every minute of every day and we will return soon. A real seaside holiday. Sandy beach just moments away. Excellent value. thank you to all at robin hood, rhyl.
Jane from Newcastle Under Lyme (21 April 2017)

Got a last minute deal, caravan was clean and equipped well. Location easily accessible and a short drive to beaches and shopping. Didn't use the onsite entertainment venues or food outlets so can't comment on those. Would use again if we could get another deal.
Louise from Staffordshire (21 April 2017)

Overall it was a nice holiday, the kids enjoyed it.. swimming pools were good but the water was a bit cold. I think it's good for the price.
Hussein (21 April 2017)
