The price was too expensive for what we got. Wi-fi did not reach our lodge and was slow, but I did combat this with a booster. I couldn’t park my vehicle outside the lodge because it’s liveried - what a joke.
John (31 August 2018)

Good location for blackpool area with clean well equipped lodge's at reams hill.
Yin (27 August 2018)

Relaxing time
Paul (27 August 2018)

We were booked to stay in the lakeview 6 lodge but when we arrived we were allocated lodge number 2 which was also overlooking the lake. a great position for watching the activities on the water. the lodge was lovely and quite spacious. it's approx 8 miles from blackpool and a bit further for other places on this coastline, great if you don't want the hustle and bustle of blackpool center. it had a lovely hot tub on the large decking. watch out for the ducks, lots of them about which tend to make a mess outside the lodges so you have to watch where you walk, but other than that, a lovely place to stay. blackpool zoo is not far away if you fancy a day out and there is a carvery at the end of the road for somewhere to eat. there is also a cafe at the side of the lake but we didn't use that so cannot comment about this.
Melanie from Huddersfield (24 August 2018)

Absolutely brillant stay for my partners birthday weekend. . both the helicopter and site are really well equipped and very clean. The camp wardens were brillant, explained everything when we got there and gave our little girl a certificate on check out!. ideally situated just outside blackpool; it’s a great location if you are wanting to visit but stay away from the busy town centre. We will definitely be back
Laura from Leeds (12 August 2018)

Lovely location overlooking the lake. Very quiet. Staff very helpful. Clean and tidy accommodation. If you go in the summer I would take a fan as it was hot inside the lodge, but we did go in the heat wave.

We stayed here in a lakeview 6 lodge for easter half term. Lodge was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Even with bad weather we still enjoyed our stay here. The hot tub on the large well maintained deck with great views was fab. We used it several times and was big enough for all 5 of us together. . . the lady on reception was very welcoming, friendly and professional and was happy to help whenever asked. . we were close enough to blackpool seafront to be able to enjoy the facilities there such as, madame taussads, sealife centre and the blackpool pleasure beach. There are two local supermarkets (morrisons and aldi) a short drive away which is handy. We cooked meals several times during our stay as the kitchen was well equiped for us to be able to do so. They even provided a welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar, cleaning cloth, sponge, dishwasher tabs, bin liners, kitchen and toilet roll which was great to get you settled. They even provided all the towels, hot tub towels and a hairdryer. . we would recommend this lodge and will be returning. Will be even better in the summer when the watersports are happening.

This holiday park is situated about 15 min drive from blackpool, so is ideally located for that coast line. . we stayed in a 6 berth lodge which was plenty big enough for 6 adults. It was clean and very modern. Good central heating system in place.the hot tub was lovely and warm when we arrived,so was good to use straight away.it overlooked the lake where there are water sports in the summer season, but due to us going in january these wher not available.which we knew when booking.there is a small amount of construction work (building new lodges) but this made no difference to our stay.this is a small quiet site which was exactly what we wanted.

The lodge it's self was beautiful, television didn't work, hot tub was great the first night then was cold, staff where horrendous, ended up staying for one day and went home 8pm on new years eve after being spoke to like rubbish off the staff, we spend one night of a four night break, wish I would have read the reviews on tripadvisor as it seems that we arnt the only ones who have had a problem with the staff

The on site wardens were very helpful, cleaning of the lodges does need some attention especially around the toilet and shower areas. We booked the lodge for 6 people and in the kitchen 6 of everthing (cups, spoons dishes etc) was there, however, it would be good to have more of everything as we had to wash dishes and cutlery to reuse at the same meal. . very quite, just what we wanted. . tv and wifi reception very poor.

The location of the park was great, and we really loved the view of the lake. Our lodge was lovely and cosy, but wasn't as private as we'd have liked. Getting into the hot tub meant being in view of every other lodge, as well as the car park we were next to.

Had a great time. The staff were amazing and made our stay really welcome. The hot tub was they best we have ever used and the lodge was clean and tidy. . was a great base for exploring the blackpool area. Just wish we could have stayed longer. . only negative is we didn't realise how near the motorway it was and you can hear the cars passing. We went out of season so blackpool was quiet and the café on site was not open.

The location is hard to find if using satnav however it is very close to blackpool & was very tranquil during our stay. . . great view of blackpool tower at night when its all lit up ! & the lakeside location is also pretty. The wild life I consider to be a hazard. Duck mess & decking dont mix especially if its wet. The ducks are also constantly foraging for scraps of food which then leads to more mess !! . a small shop on site would be of use for milk, bread etc especially given the lodges are part of a larger caravan site.

Gemma (21 July 2017)

The accommodation it's self was fantastic, along with a great location but it was let down by very poor mattresses, the farmer cutting the grass at 7.30 in the morning outside of the cabin and no cushions being supplied for the outside chairs (which were some sort of hard wide gapped webbing)
Michele from Newcastle Upon Tyne (14 July 2017)

Suzanne from Oldham (01 May 2017)

We had a lovely time but there where a few things needed attention (no frying pan no egg cups no privacy without shutting the curtains no where to put toiletries in shower ) just a few things we feel important that we leave feed back when we left .
Ian from Normanton (28 April 2017)

Excellent lodge, well come pack excellent, hot tub perfect.
Lynda from Oldham (28 April 2017)

A quiet site ,good location ten mins from centre of blackpool, spotless modern accommodation, hot tub very nice on the evening overlooking the lake
Kevin from Carlisle (21 April 2017)

Great location. Brilliant welcoming pack with fresh bread. Would recommebd
Sarah from Hemel Hempstead (17 April 2017)

Fantastic place loved it!! will be booking again later in the year
Donna from Stoke On Trent (31 March 2017)

Absolutely beautiful an peaceful will defiantly be booking again
Keelie from Burnley (27 March 2017)

I did feel that the lodge was a lot smaller than I have had in my past lodge bookings especially the bedroom, it was very cramped and bed very hard. . the staff were excellent on this site and very helpful
Jeanette from Innerleithen (24 March 2017)

Great location, very close to other areas. Quiet and beautiful.
Lynne from Alva (17 March 2017)

We arrived to a small caravan park we were greeted in a polite professional manner. Our lodge was amazing everything was thought of. It was perfect for our gin weekend.
Jo from Crewe (13 March 2017)

Excellent, already booked again for december and will probably book for a short break before that. Primarily chose this location as convenient for visiting family and friends in blackpool and surrounding area. Park facilities not important for this stay.
Tracy from Wiltshire (10 March 2017)

Amazing! loved being so close to blackpool but none of the madness. . really loved the lodge such a high standard facility. . such a good holiday we booked again before we left!
Rosie from Cumbria (10 February 2017)

We loved the lodge especially the hot tub with the fab view of the lake. Shame there are no walking trails from the park, but we enjoyed the peace and tranquility. Blackpool is only 10 minute drive so good for facilities, supermarkets etc. Would definitely recommend for relaxing break.
Susan (10 February 2017)

Brilliant mid-week break. Just a shame about the ground works going on
Karen from Wigan (10 February 2017)

Lovely holiday park-very friendly and helpful staff! we felt very welcome.
Claire from Leeds (03 February 2017)

Lodge, hot tub and staff all 10 out of 10. The park itself at this time of year is quiet so nothing going on. We had an issue with our hob and within 8 hours had a new hob installed and a bottle of wine. Nothing was too much trouble. For a quiet family break to recharge it was excellent.
Emma from Glossop (23 January 2017)

We went out of season so really unable to comment on facilities as the club room etc was not open. however, we had a fantastic stay, chalet excellent and view outstanding
Customer 131 from North Devon (23 January 2017)

Really lovely place, hot tub was amazing, log cabin was spotless with a lovely little welcome pack on arrival.. only down side are you feel like your being watched all the time by the owners and get given a list of rules as soon as you get there which is a bit off putting
Helen (16 January 2017)

Was a fantastic holiday would recommend to anyone
Craig from Tranmere (13 January 2017)

Really impressed with the accommodation and the hot tub.
Tom from Manchester (06 January 2017)

Loved it can't wait to go back x
Jane from Warrington (26 September 2016)

Fab.really relaxing ,lovely setting.
Margaret from Durham (23 September 2016)

Very relaxing clean and tidy great location
Keith from Brynmawr Wales (23 September 2016)

The location is beautiful, the lodge we stayed in was so modern and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Customer 138 from Preston (16 September 2016)

Amazing accommodation, amazing view! the only down side was that the on site park was closed but it was due to the slide being broken and was in the process of being fixed! will definitely recommend to friends and family and may even stay here again. Only 10 mins drive from blackpool centre
Dale from Rochdale (02 September 2016)

Great place !!
Richard (22 August 2016)

We stayed in the helicopter - my 8 year old son loved it and so did my partner.. I don't know who was the biggest kid! . lovely staff, lovely clean site and cafe and lake. . ideal location there's a pub and an aldi within a 5 min drive and blackpool is about 15 mins in the car, I would stay on the site again!
Jennifer (17 August 2016)

Had a great stay at reams hill.the lodge was absolutely perfect and spotless.couldnt fault the cleanliness and the lodge looked out onto a beautiful lake.the welcome pack was brilliant too.have only given a 6 for facilities as there werent really any at the site however I knew that when I booked.the only downside I have to say was the weather.we only managed to use the hot tub twice due to this.all in all I would definitely recommend
Tracey from Hastings (12 August 2016)

We had a fantastic 4 night stay here with our two children. The log cabins are set in a lovley relaxing surrounding, the welcome is so friendly. There is only a play park and lovley duck pond in the grounds for the children which our children loved and made lots of friends from children from the caravan/campsite. This allowed us to have quality family time. If youre looking for more variety blackpool is only 10 minute drive away. The log cabin was immaculate the same as the bedding and towels provided. We also received a handy welcome pack with youre basics which was a nice touch. Will definetley return and would recommend for a chilled out family break.
Joanna (05 August 2016)

Excellent first visit here with my wife and 2 sons (16&11) . would highly recommend a stay here. Great to come back to the lodge at night to chill in the hot tub.
Gerald from Airdrie (05 August 2016)

We are a family of 5 2adult 3 kids 1st time we have stayed in a lodge we had a fab time . ream hills holiday park was simply the best staff was lovely the kids had a play park that you can see from the lodge hot tub was amazing lodge in sied and out was stunning & relaxing can't wait to come back
Angie from Lochgelly (25 July 2016)

We had. Great time here so relaxing
David from Dewsbury (18 July 2016)

We had read mixed reviews about the property before we booked but thought some people were being picky. the lodge itself was great, clean and in superb condition. the staff we ok on arrival but very unhelpful when you asked a question. the man that did the hot tub every morning struggled to smile and never made conversation. we had noisey neighbours in their hot tub til 3am one morning and I got a telling off for not letting the staff know at that time, telling them the next morning is seemingly not good enough!! if you can put up with 2 large dogs barking from 11pm til well after 5am in the morning, then this place is for you. these dogs are less than 100 yards away. according to the staff, they are not on the park, they only belong to the owners so there is nothing we can do about it!! unfortunately they are building new lodges so there are workmen there from 7.30 - 5.30 on weekdays. lots of noise from nailguns etc. there is no walking, running, biking from the park as it is onto a very busy main road. these lodges in a better location with better staff would be the bees knees!!
Angus (18 July 2016)

Brilliant holiday, peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely go back!
Mary from East Kilbride (18 July 2016)

Lovely place with helpful people
Amy from Ashbourne (18 July 2016)

I stayed in a lodge for the weekend from 8th july 16, the lodge was spacious and spotlessly clean. The hot tub was amazing with a view of blackpool tower. I would recommend this park.
Janet from Billinge, Wigan (11 July 2016)
