Beautiful place. Our lodge was lovely we had a small problem but we phoned reception and it was fixed within 10 minutes. Prosecco in the fridge on arrival was a lovely touch. Staff were so nice and friendly.
Stacey from Sunderland (31 August 2018)

Our second time to raywell we stayed in the panoramic lodge first which was a 9/10 this lodge the sunrise lodge was still fantastic however it was a 2017 model still very nice it had everything you need and more, great staff, hot-tube was also great lodge was lovely set out, spacious great for a family holiday.

Emma from Darlington (31 August 2018)

Nice accomadation but not enough crockery or utensils. A little tired and could of done with a bit of tlc. Very exspensive and not really up to standard.
Janine (27 August 2018)

Absolutely brilliant- everything about the lodge and the park was outstanding. . . would highly recommend

Janice from Durham (24 August 2018)

We had a peaceful relaxing weekend
Ian from Grimsby (20 August 2018)

Lodge refurbished but a few tweaks neede - shower would be useful in bathroom, carpet needed refitting in lounge, gripper showing, ensuite bathroom needs new floor & skirting & lodge could do with white panel doors like all the other new lodges. I would rate this lodge with as 3/4 * because of finishing touches. Very clean though.
Fiona from Suffolk (17 August 2018)

Fantastic lodge, very clean, tidy and modern only thing we found was that on site and local to lodge there isn’t much to do to entertain young children
Hayley from West Midlands (17 August 2018)

The lodges are in a beautification for peace and tranquillity, we asked them to top up our hot tub they said they did it any way however it wasn't.
Sarah (17 August 2018)

Love going to raywell always a pleasurable experience top quality site and lodges very lovely helpful staff will be back
Valerie (17 August 2018)

Robert from Louth (17 August 2018)

Fantastic lodge with hot tub, very high standard. Enjoyed this as a relaxing family break.
Dawn from Grimsby (17 August 2018)

The staff were very friendly. Especially carl who was extremely helpful. Lovely lodge, nice quality and quiet pleasant surroundings. The hot tub was great too. Nice chilled bottle on arrival. Only 2 small criticisms the freezer needed defrosting and there are no curtains in the kitchen part . so every time we went in the overlooking neighbours could see in. We was in lodge 17b. Lovely view over the fields. We also went for afternoon tea . it was nice but felt ket down as we were put on a small table so could hardly move, this was disappointing as we did book at the beginning of the week and could be had been put on a bigger table. Other than that we had a lovely time.
Chris from Doncaster (17 August 2018)

Absolutely loved it here. very peaceful. Lodge was so clean and tidy. Would recommend 100%

Lynne from York (13 August 2018)

Very lovely lodge and peaceful resort.
Efia from London (10 August 2018)

Fabulous lodge in lovely surroundings. Visited several autograph lodges but this was the best. Very well equipped with everything (except kitchen tongs) that you need. We had the sunset spa lodge which worked perfectly with two teenagers. Used the games den to play in the xbox they’d brought with them. The site was beautiful, spotless and so peaceful. Looking forward to a return visit soon.
Jenny (10 August 2018)

Potty nothing for the kids to do on site e.g. Play ground or pool but do compensate with dvd and games
Edward (10 August 2018)

We stayed in the spa castaway lodge which was lovely and very spacious. although it was well kitted out there are few things which would have made it even better - a dust pan and brush would've been very useful, hooks on the back of the bedroom doors and some drawers in the bedrooms; there was ample space for these. the hot tub was amazing and was checked every day by the on site staff. the park itself is very quiet and has nice tea rooms. we would definitely return.
Lisa from Manchester (10 August 2018)

Lovely peaceful retreat
Elaine from Wigan (06 August 2018)

We had a wonderful time, the lodge was modern clean and had everything we needed. We hired a bbq stand and used the hot tub, idyllic break in lovely surroundings, walked through nut wood and waudby scrogs, had a day out in beverley, used miller's cafe that sold delicious food in a homely friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend anyone to stay to enjoy a relaxing weekend. The staff at reception are lovely and very helpful.
Carole from Yorkshire (06 August 2018)

Booked 2 of the latest lodges for a week's stay in august for 10 and the standard of accommodation was excellent. the site and surrounding area is very green and peaceful but well located for day trips out and plenty to do for a week. we had three children with us ranging from 3 to 7 and without an area or field for the children to play in they felt a little restricted but found plenty of parks within 25 minute drive. the bbq wasn't a great success - we have used disposables before but having paid £25 for the lodge bbq ours were not particularly good, but could have been just us.
Mark from Manchester (06 August 2018)

Nice quiet park 10 mins off motorway.
James from Doncaster (03 August 2018)

The park is very easy to locate and when we arrived the check in process was done very quickly. the surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful, there was no noise whatsoever from other lodges, and each has a good level of privacy. . the cafe on the park grounds served excellent tea, coffee, cake and food, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. a special mention has to go to des who pointed out a few 'local secrets' of where to eat and drink!
Darren from Telford (03 August 2018)

Beautiful peaceful will deffo go again really pleasant
Tim (03 August 2018)

Very clean and well maintained lodge and site.
Jason from Ipswich (30 July 2018)

We expected the same standard as other autograph collections we have stayed in and it wasn’t no were near that level. We left a day early as we were so dissatisfied with it
Sarah from Liverpool (30 July 2018)

We had an amazing stay, the lodge was beautiful and very spacious. The site was very quiet but within easy reach of amenities. We will definitely be back!
Leanne from Birmingham (30 July 2018)

Very nice lodge, quite noisy in the saturday night, didn’t bother us but others it may.
Paul from Durham (29 July 2018)

Lovely relaxing and peaceful.
Cheryl from Newcastle (27 July 2018)

This was our second time at raywell, and we had a fabulous time again, the lodges are lovely and cleaned to a very high standard, the hot tub was amazing, it's in a very good location, it's very easy to get to places, we used the nearby train station to visit hull, beverley, bridlington and filey, we would definitely go back to raywell, the staff are all very helpful and friendly
Angela (27 July 2018)

Fab time in a lovley clean spacious lodge loved the location and would return
Michaela from Pontefract (27 July 2018)

Beautiful lodges in beautiful surrounding s.perfection.
Mark from Barnsley (27 July 2018)

Overall we had a lovely time, the lodge is showing signs of wear, marks on settee, stains on carpet, stains on outside chairs. Lodges although private are quite close to each other so can hear neighbours. Lovely quiet location
Helen from Derbyshire (23 July 2018)

Beautiful
Joe from Newcastle (23 July 2018)

Brilliant holiday, the lodge itself was beautiful so clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. There wasnt alot of pubs, food places nearby which was abit of a downside for us.
Jessica from Newcastle (22 July 2018)

Beautiful lodges in a perfect location, close to many places to visit like beverley, bridlington, whitby for an example.
Diane from Mansfield. (20 July 2018)

Lovely break in beautiful surroundings. The lodge was a little tired in areas but this did not affect our enjoyment.
Trudy from Thornton Cleveleys (20 July 2018)

Amazing hot tub, beautiful lodge.very friendly and helpful staff.clean and tidy park.we have been here 3 times we love it,what a wonderful place.we will be back again.thankyou were pleased we found you raywell.xxx
Lesley from New Waltham,Grimsby (20 July 2018)

The best lodges we have stayed in yet. The setting, within open countryside, was stunning. The customer service was brilliant. On arrival, there was a slight mix up with the lodge we had been allocated, but this was quickly sorted and we were presented with a bottle of sparkling wine the next day, by way of apology. Fabulous holiday and we will definitely be returning soon.
Kelda from Huddersfield (20 July 2018)

Fabulous
Carol from Newcastle (20 July 2018)

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, although I don’t think many of the lodges are checked properly in between stays. . there were a couple of things I notified the staff about, but nothing got done ( a broken glass was left and I sliced my finger open on it). we were told on the first day that someone would come and check the loose shower taps - that didn’t happen. I don’t think there’s any communication between their staff at all.
Jessica from Leeds (16 July 2018)

Fantastic location, ideal setting lovely lodge, hot tub fab only issue were the abundance of flys but the reception did supply citronella candle and bands to help keep them at bay.
Kat (16 July 2018)

Had a lovely weekend for 40th birthday. Only downside was departure day. The office didn't open till 9am and we had to wait to hand keys in. Staff could see us outside.
Marie from Mansfield (16 July 2018)

Lovely lodge, clean, well laid out and fully equipped. Good to have two bedrooms with double beds and ensuite. Field at the back was full of wildlife and delightful to sit out and watch the barn owls hunting. Lots of lovely pubs nearby with excellent food.
Angela from Grantham (16 July 2018)

This is an excellent retreat for a few days break to just get away from it all. Nothing on the site other than reception and a farm shop cafe . the lodges are very close to each other however positioned in such a way to give you privacy. Will definitely return .
Shirley from Nottingham (13 July 2018)

Lovely romantic break, modern, private & spotlessly clean. Had an amazing time & will be back
Joanne from East Yorkshire (13 July 2018)

Excellent relaxing break hut tub a must will be back
Susan from Raywell (13 July 2018)

Absolutely amazing. A beautiful lodge, in beautiful surroundings. Blissfully peaceful.
Elizabeth from Cambridge (13 July 2018)

Nice lodge all clean and well equiped
Colin (13 July 2018)

Our second stay. Love the surroundings and the tranquillity. Lots of animals and birds around. And the zero tolerance on noise between 11pm and 8am is brilliant especially when you have children in bed.
Joanne from Notts (09 July 2018)

Second time staying the spa castaway at raywell hall lodge park. chill, relaxed, amazing facilities. looking to book again.
Craig from Doncaster (09 July 2018)

Lovely clean and quiet park. think a bit expensive for what it is though. could have done with a couple of sun loungers for the decking and some of the tread was coming off the decking but otherwise the lodge itself very clean and comfortable. no view but completely private.
Amanda from Sheffield (09 July 2018)

We have stayed at raywell twice & in the same lodge, both times we have enjoyed it, lodges are clean & well equiped. the only disapointment is the tea room food wasn't as nice as previous visit, maybe changed hands as the shop was no longer there either.
Heather from Tyne &Amp; Wear (09 July 2018)

The tea rooms are brilliant. Great staff and food. It would however be better if they also did evening meals.
Nicola from Leeds (09 July 2018)

Was a wonderful relaxing break, surroundings peaceful, lodge immaculate and staff really friendly. Couldn’t ask for more.
Emma from Mansfield (09 July 2018)

Stephanie from Nottingham (29 June 2018)

Had a lovely 4 night stay. Would recommend and would also stay again. 1 mark off as our hot tub didn't get the sun in the evening. The only very slight fault of a great stay.
Steven from Falkirk (29 June 2018)

Beautiful lodge in a beautiful location. This lodge had everything we needed and more, including bedding, towels, dishwasher, coffee machine, plus complimentary fizz and milk! the little touches really go a long way and make you feel welcomed. The location was very pretty, and we enjoyed walking in the nearby countryside. The hot tub was lovely and clean and a nice way to relax! i'd definitely recommend!
Claire from Leeda (27 June 2018)

Spa panoramic, everything was just beautiful from the moment you walk in and open the patio doors looking into the horizon with the horses running around, it was very peaceful and quite with lots of privacy, everything was nice and clean inside and the shower and bath facilities where really modern.
Anjum from Bolton (25 June 2018)

We had an excellent stay, great value for money, beautiful scenery and friendly staff. We had a private hot tub which was just fab and everything you could need in the lodge for a two night stay. Would definitely recommend this place.
Aliya (24 June 2018)

Great lodge, went with a 4 month old baby, really high quality furniture. Only complaint id have is not that many areas to walk around. Rest was just perfect.

Stephanie from Hull (22 June 2018)

I go here when ever I can! it's so marvellous. The staff are very friendly. . however I did find this time and for the first time ever that the cabin wasn't as clean as it could be. They are normally totally spotless. Won't put me off tho as it's probably a one off. I've already booked to go again. . you come home feeling so relaxed.
Jane from Halifax (22 June 2018)

Absolutely brilliant holiday. totally relaxing, and the staff couldn't do more to help you. Our 4th visit to the park and it won't be our last.
Nicola from Peterborough (22 June 2018)

First time in a hot tub /lodge. Enjoyed the experience. Lovely lodge and it very well equipped. Lovely and quiet. The millers café was lovely, had breakfast and afternoon drinks there, was really enjoyable. Couldn't believe how busy the park was but heard very little noise.
Gina from Oldham (18 June 2018)

David &Amp;Grace from Airdrie (15 June 2018)

Brilliant lodge very helpful staff great location only downside no tv in bedroom millars tearoom lovely food reasonably priced
David &Amp;Grace from Airdrie (15 June 2018)

Really nice clean modern lodge with everything you could need in a peaceful location but near enough to shops and restaurants. I would love to go back.
Joanne from Boldon Colliery (10 June 2018)

Great lodge, beautiful location and lots of convenient stuff nearby such as places to visit and shops. Special mention for the amazing hot tub as well! . . our only gripe was that the manager could have been more friendly. We were due to arrive after the office hours and they said they would leave the key in the lock of the lodge which was fine. . . but when we got there the lodge wouldn't unlock and it was only because the patio door had been left unlocked that we got in. After a lot of muscle from my other half we managed to get it unlocked from the inside. But it was clear that the lock was quite stiff and pretty impossible to lock and unlock from the inside again. . the out of hours service number led us to a handyman who said he couldn't be there until the late evening but he eventually managed to get the manager to come and meet us, which we appreciated. . . however she was quite dismissive and we felt tried to force us into accepting a lodge with a faulty lock. It was only when I made it clear that I wouldn't feel safe sleeping in a lodge where the lock wasn't working properly and I asked if there was another lodge available, that she then agreed to move us. . after that point the whole stay was lovely but i'll admit it would've gone better if we'd had a friendlier reception to begin with. Maybe just make sure that you arrive during office hours!
Lizzie from Leeds (08 June 2018)

Staff weren’t friendly on arrival we arrived an our early and the woman behind the desk said come back at 4 which is fair enough it’s a 4 o clock check in so me and the husband walked around with the 3 kids for an hour to pass time (no problem really) but did think the lady wasn’t as friendly about it as she could have been. The lodge was more like a posh caravan with curtains that don’t even do there job! was so bright in the rooms till well gone 10 because the sun was beaming, wouldn’t do any harm to get some proper black out curtains so family’s can put kids to bed and relax instead the rooms we so bright doing bed time and from 4am the sun was beaming in again so didn’t get good sleep. Something as simple as thicker curtains would have sorted this problem, I image i’m not the only parent to have thought of this. Hot tub was the highlight. We have stayed in better lodges so probably felt spoilt with the previous ones compared to this one, the plot in which the lodges are on seem to have residence on so I would say only a handful are rented the rest are owned. The road around the lodges is stones so every time a car drive past you would hear it in the lodge late at night. Wouldn’t stay again, was ok, location was good an hour drive to where ever we wanted to go. Did mention to the not so friendly lady (old lady) behind the desk and she shrugged and said that’s just how they are last place we went to the reception staff we are in uniform and very professional and lovely didn’t they it at this one. Over all ok
Micaela from Rossendale (08 June 2018)

Poor kitchen equipment. shower problems - one with fixed head poured over the floor and the quadrant cubicle was so tiny I couldn’t turn round and i’m only nine stone!. . the roads around the park were shale which made walking round the site difficult.
Karen from Shropshire (08 June 2018)

This was the perfect getaway location. The cabin was beautiful and spotless. It is clearly well cared for. The hot tub was amazing and we spent most of our holiday in it. They came every morning to clean it which is really reassuring. I would highly recommend this holiday. the kitchen was stocked with all the equipment you would need. The rooms were spacious and light and the surrounding area was so quiet and peaceful.
Laura from Leeds (08 June 2018)

Gorgeous break away very modern ,nice ,clean and secluded lodge. . the staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.
Amy (04 June 2018)

Lovely place and accomodation. . however thought hot tub was too hot to be enjoyable. We have a hot tub at home and ours is usually set at 38 degrees. This felt over degrees. Also we have a toddler who we keep an eye on very closely but the lack of a gate on veranda was a concern. Therefore, we had to make a makeshift one especially with the lake right in front.

Wonderful lodges, spacious, well equipped and everything you could possibly need, really lovely site and very private. Only down side is you need to drive everywhere, would have liked a pub/ village in walking distance , but if you plan on staying put this really is a beautiful place

Kayleigh (25 May 2018)

Stayed at raywell lodges for my husbands 30th. We stayed in larchwood spa (33) and it was lovely. Not a bad word to say about it. Clean lodge, plenty room, hot tub cleaned daily :) our hot tub over looked fields which saw a nice sunset. We travelled with a 5month old & we easily got a travel cot in the master bedroom. Lovely lodge, will definately recommend and return one day :)

No where for children to play. . bins a long walk away. . cafe served very dry cake.
Susan (21 May 2018)

I took my girlfriend to raywell for her birthday and I must say I was impressed. The staff on the front desk were brilliant, I asked for help locating where best to take her on the saturday for drinks and a birthday meal and the lady on the desk really went the extra mile printing maps off the internet and showing me exactly where the best bars and restaurants where in beverley which was a lot closer than york where I was going to take her. . . the lodge itself and hot tub were stunning, very modern and clean with comfort of the highest level. My only small gripe was no blind in the small bathroom window meaning when you got out the shower the other visitors might get an eye full. . . the location just needed slightly more in walking distance but to be honest its rare there's a pub or town so close to this style of lodge. . . on the whole a great weekend and a fantastic place would visit again.

We stayed in evogue spa and it was lovely, view was amazing from the hot tub. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly but a massive thanks needs to be said for dez who is looks after the site. There was a problem with the hot tub, when it was reported dez came out straight away and sorted it for us, he was brilliant and nothing was a problem for him. The whole site was so clean and tidy with a really nice cafe right on site that has delicious cake.
