Excellent value, super caravan all very well kept
Julie from Barry, Vale Of Glamorgan (14 October 2017)

We have stayed at quay west on a number of occasions and enjoyed each time. Staff are friendly and helpful, caravan was clean and facilities on site were lovely. I do think though that the swimming pool needs updating as it still looks the same as it did 8 years ago when I stayed last. The pool isn't very clean and the fact that the shower is in the swimming pool area rather than in cubicles in the changing area, is a real let down. I didn't let my children shower there as the public viewing gallery is to the side of the changing area. Apart from that I was happy with our caravan break!
Leanne from South Wales (02 October 2017)

Lovely.
David from Leyland (25 September 2017)

Fantastic holiday, even if it did rain all week.lovely caravan, clean very happy with all aspects of our stay, and will return next year.
Mark from Shropshire (15 September 2017)

We really enjoyed our family holiday at quay west, the facilities were as you would expect and when we had a problem late at night with the gas, somebody came out to see us within 15 minutes.
Leanne from Liverpool (01 September 2017)

I took my 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren for 4 nights and we had a great time, lots to do and lovely position near to a beautiful beach.
Gail from Telford (01 September 2017)

Very good with the accommodation only issue was no bathroom blind for the window. We had phoned the reception but the blind never came. the pool would do well if it was a lot bigger and more suitable for older children. all in all lovely park beech and surrounding areas. Thanks
Darren (01 September 2017)

This was a great location and staff were great, but the arcade was a rip-off for the kids, as you know arcades are like magnets to kids so we spent more on this holiday that we do if we went abroad, this was supposed to be for the families to get together but because of the arcade we may as well stayed at home and let them be on thier gadgets all day.
Merle (25 August 2017)

Good time nice location
Angela from Hereford (25 August 2017)

Very little facilities on site in terms of places to eat, very small swimming pool, some activities were closed.
Fouzia (25 August 2017)

My 6 yr old son, loves haven holidays especially for the pool facilities and to arrive at quay west and be told that we have to get dressed to go out to the outside heated pool, then to be asked to produce our tickets once outside viable lifeguard. No signs to explain the process of using both pools, no staff to help inside to direct me and my son to the outside pool. Not a nice place to come to. Need signs and posters explaining how to go outside pool before we get changed in the inside pool please
Kay (21 August 2017)

Excellent location. caravan was ready and of a very high standard when we arrived. Lots of things for the kids to do. Very short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this caravan site.
Dave from Widnes (18 August 2017)

Had a great holiday one of the best ive stayed at. Location is excellent and would definitely return again. . facilities are excellent and the staff are so helpful. My family had a great stay and are missing it dearly.
Zahira from London (14 August 2017)

Firstly, the customer service at reception was fantastic, they could not have been more helpful. The caravan was clean and tidy but uncomfortable seating and beds for the price paid for a deluxe caravan. 1 pillow per person and some were damp. Absolutely stunning view and position and just a short walk from a beautiful beach, well worth it if you have the weather. . nice small park with extras like bunjee and mini golf and the outdoor pool was the biggest pull for the kids. The indoor pool was a disappointment and has actually stopped me booking in again next year. Swimming impossible as it was too packed and just one small slide. Tiny pool and changing facilities for the amount of caravans on site. The restaurant was a nice big spacious area plenty of tables and food and service was ok but they were short on coffee! arcade was a big hit with the kids loads to keep them entertained all evening.fab.but the live lounge was dissapointing entertainment wise. Expensive launderette! really handy convenience store with pretty much everything you needed without leaving the site. All in all a good holiday thanks to the amazing beach, outdoor pool, and the amusement arcade. We had good weather so would have struggled with a week of rain! if I was to go again I would not be prepared to pay as much as I did for that holiday but would be prepared to check out deals for a few nights away during a warm, dry spell :-)
Hannah (11 August 2017)

Perfect family break
Nikki from Dudley (07 August 2017)

Had a lovely week except our caravan was located near the bins so wasps were a problem.
Charlotte from Newtown (04 August 2017)

Lovely holiday park in a beautiful part of the country, would highly recommended it.
Jon from Bristol (04 August 2017)

First time at a caravan park. Quay west was excellent. Although we did not use the facilities they appeared to be first class.
Michael from Newcastle Under Lyme (31 July 2017)

Fabulous location of caravan overlooking the bay. Not ideal having to queue up for 25 mins to use outdoor swimming pool due to a restriction on numbers, especially when once we'd managed to get in my 8 year old needed the toilet, and then had to queue up by himself again! we only had 3 days of hot weather too, so a lot of people. Outdoor pool attendants/life guards not very helpful, but obviously frustrated having to cope with all the complaints being received! they said they were only doing what they had been told to by head office!
Amanda (28 July 2017)

We had a lovely stay at quay west. Unfortunately, our car broke down on the way and we had to get recovered, I called ahead and your lovely staff recommended a first class garage, very close to the park, so the aa were able to drop the car there before dropping us off. . the site itself is in a beautiful spot and very clean and well kept. The children loved the pools and mini golf and the arcade kept them well amused! the beach is easily accessed from the path in front of powys, which wasn't too steep. . . new quay isn't far at all, we walked back to the park along the beach one evening, after sampling some gorgeous fish and chips at the lime crab and the ice cream at the creme pen cei is fantastic! we also ate at the hungrytrout, slightly pricey, but good food. Crabbing off the quayside is another must and the grandkids managed to catch a couple of beauties!. . I think we saw dolphins swimming in the bay almost every evening, we took a boat trip and spotted a seal too. It was interesting to learn a little about the surrounding area from the very informative skipper!. . all in all a very laid back holiday, which the grandkids thoroughly enjoyed and I have no hesitation in recommending the park and would certainly consider returning again.
Neil from Ellesmere Port (28 July 2017)

Amazing place for holiday with pets
Monika from Wolverhampton (21 July 2017)

I love this park, there's plenty to keep the children occupied, in beautiful surroundings. The staff were really helpful and it's very well kept.
Rachel from Swansea (10 July 2017)

We didn't use the restaurant, apart from making use of the wifi facilities. But the swimming pools and general location were fabulous. The staff were very helpful and hardworking. Great holiday!
Richard from Banbury (16 June 2017)

Excellent park, facilities and friendly staff. Brilliant for children. We loved it that much we started an extra night and are looking to go back.
Shaun from Stoke On Trent (09 June 2017)

Great site in a fantastic location
Anthony (03 June 2017)

Really nice time great location and very friendly staff
Robert (26 May 2017)

Fab great time
Kathleen from Pentre Rct (22 May 2017)

Great place, but pool was cold.. new quay town is small and good, great dolphin watching trip around the bay.
Martyn (22 May 2017)

Very clean site. Good location and excellent for children.
Elizabeth from Wales (22 May 2017)

No outdoor seating with caravan, onsite store extremely overpriced with limited stock, purchased bread was mouldy, of site amenities too far away. View onsite beautiful.
Beryl from Deeside (13 May 2017)

Exceeded expectations. Great value for money for 4 nights in may. The staff were thoughtful and helpful. The location was great for exploring the coast and the beautiful beach was only a five minute walk. The caravan was well equipped and very clean and modern. Will definitely be returning at some point.
Tom (12 May 2017)

Very enjoyable break, excellent accommodation , lovely sea view from decking, only one complaint the double bed was not comfortable,
Pauline from Stourbridge (28 April 2017)

Lovely quiet place right on the beach with a short walk to new quay to see the dolphins. Definitely recommended for a family with young children
Helen from Hoddlesden (21 April 2017)

Fantastic place to stay. Nice views and helpful staff. Accomodation absolutly superb, clean and comfy.
Justyna from Huddersfield (17 April 2017)

Great holiday, lovely clean site and helpful staff, in particular the manager at the swimming pool was great.
Jennifer from Bolton (14 April 2017)

The caravan was well equipped and warm with plenty of bedding. Great facilities especially for younger children. The play park was not really suitable for children over 8 in my opinion and is quite small. the meals were well priced and good quality. The drinks were expensive.
Catriona from Pontypridd (14 April 2017)

Maria in the leisure centre is an absolute credit to the site. Nothing too much trouble.
Wendy from Bolton (14 April 2017)

Well kept site in good location. Staff generally v helpful.
Peter from New Quay Wales (24 September 2016)

Lovely site, very clean and helpful staff. Immaculate caravan with great facilities. Would def stay again.
Rachel from Sidcup (16 September 2016)

We had a wonderful holiday! beautiful area, great site with good facilities. Caravan was modern and reasonably equipped. For the price it was fantastic!
Steve (16 September 2016)

Lovely place
Julie from Llandudno (12 September 2016)

We all enjoyed our holiday and found there was plenty to do on site. Good access to the beach, although not the most exotic in the world!
Jason from Ipswich (10 September 2016)

Caravan was beautiful. Everyone was friendly. Very chilled few days.
Victoria from Cheshire (26 August 2016)

Majority of staff were pleasant. Outdoor pool system needs to be revised as female staff were becoming short tempered when they were losing count of the 'one in- one out'system. Also led to one child in family being left outside the facility as they had been to toilet so lost their space!. site was immaculate at all times.
Helen from Newport (26 August 2016)

We loved the location but didn't use any of the site entertainment facilities other than the range shooting and football academy (anton, the sports coach, was great). we spent our time on the beach or doing other off site activities. We would return to ceredigion but probably choose a self catering cottage over the caravan site.
Matthew (12 August 2016)

The most fantastic break in beautiful surroundings. Quay west is spotlessly clean, well run and a great place for all the family. Great value for money. Thoroughly recommend it. . thank-you haven.
Laura from Lichfield (29 July 2016)

Lovely holiday first time and won't be the last
Mark from Wrexham (01 July 2016)

We enjoyed our holiday to quay west would definitely recommend it to friends and family, we will be back soon for another holiday.
James (17 June 2016)

The site is well situated for exploring the area, lots of lovely places to see and nice small towns and villages to explore.
John from Cambridge (17 June 2016)

Manager was first class. Helped us book a extra day, no problems.
Taylor from Smethwick (10 June 2016)

Fantastic site, was expensive during school holidays but we had a great time.
Heather from Shrewsbury (03 June 2016)

Long weekend break. It was acceptable for a few days, however the caravan was very cramped and quite old. It was just the 2 of us with our 2 dogs staying but considering it was a 6 berth I wouldn't have liked to experience a full house. Also I felt the caravans where very close to each other and noise in the evenings wasn't ideal. However the positives were a very pretty location and after navigating a very uneven path down to the beach (not for the elderly) a very lovely beach with access to new-quay walking at low tide. The bar terrace was very acceptable and a pleasant experience sitting out in the warm evenings and the local pub was good for a tasty meal out. The shop is worth a mention too as it was very well stocked and had most of what you needed.
Jeremy from Brownhills (30 May 2016)

Ideal park to stay for seeing dolphins at cardigan bay. Lovely caravan, shame they were moving caravan next to ours, left mess, noisy for two days.beautiful costal park.handy bus service near by. Shop good opening hours, . reasonable prices.
Tony from Newcastle Upon Tyne (27 May 2016)

Lovely we have booked to go next may for five days. caravan was clean and comfortable. site was amazing and my son loved the activities. nice walk along the beach to the town.
Jude from Oswestry (09 May 2016)

Great holiday
Clare from Lancashire (25 April 2016)

Second visit, this time with the in-laws and an 10 month old baby. We drive 4 hours to reach this particular holiday site, it's that good. The facilities, entertainment and quality of the caravan. All 10/10. The only down side this time was there isn't a pram friendly or disabled friendly access to the beach. Mother in law and baby couldn't visit the beach, however there's another access a 5 minute drive away.
Heather from Manchester (15 April 2016)

We had a fab time couldn't of asked for better views
Debbie from Hereford (30 October 2015)

Darren from Warrington (16 October 2015)

The caravan was spotless and very comfortable, one of the best we've stayed in. The view was magnificent. It was a shame that the walkway down to the beach was closed..obviously for safety reasons, but we did find an alternative path further along the park which gave us access to the beach from where we were able to walk straight to newquay. The park was kept beautifully clean and tidy and the food in the mash and barrell was delicious. You get a real plateful and very reasonably priced too. we will definitely be back

We all had a great weekend for my daughter's 15th birthday. Lovely beach that's easy to access and lots of running space for the dog. We tried the zip wire which was fantastic. Would have been happier if we where able to book friday-sunday and saved some cash instead of a long weekend which we had to cut short due to school.

The caravan, facilities and position were very good. however, I chose this site because it was on the beach, but access to the beach is not easy and too far away from our caravan! would not go again as this ruined our holiday, with the teenage boys not easily able to go on the beach when they wanted without supervision!
Julie from Shrewsbury (04 September 2015)

We had a brilliant time at quay west, we only stayed for 4 nights which flew by far too quickly. Plan to go again next year for a longer stay :) lots for both adults and kids to do, beautiful scenery. We didn't get to see any dolphins as the sea was too rough for any boat trips but hoping to next time. Fantastic place, can't wait to go back :)

A great park in a stunning location. we loved both the beach at the park and at new quay and spent a lot of time in the pool and playground. The woodland area was lovely too. we ate in the restaurant one evening and had the specials which were ok, think sticking to normal pub grub would have been better. Out kids loved the evening entertainment that was put on for children.

Our main party had an amazing view from a surprisingly modern, sleek caravan. . we had to ask for the bed linen we had paid for to be put in the caravan used by my son and it was not put on his bed. This was disappointing. The water in the indoor pool was too cold for my younger grandson to stay long in the water. The tomato sauce on my pasta bought in the restaurant on site was awful. It was just a tin of chopped tomatoes tipped over penne and was inedible. This sounds very negative but we had a fantastic time! perfect for a multi generational holiday. Sitting on our balcony watching the sun set was perfect. Some very happy memories.

It was just a tin of chopped tomatoes tipped over penne and was inedible. This sounds very negative but we had a fantastic time! perfect for a multi generational holiday. Sitting on our balcony watching the sun set was perfect. Some very happy memories.

Stayed in preseli this time and it was closer to walk to the pool, park, clubhouse etc. We go here every year and our 6 year old daughter loves it. We had a stunning caravan and will be back again next year.

Beautiful place but all attractions in area are at least 1hr away extremely hilly, so need strong legs just to get to beach and around the site
Micheal from Hampshire (02 August 2014)

Great family park - the largest we've stayed in but didn't feel noisy or overcrowded. easy access down onto the beach, good pool facilities and useful to have outdoor play area for the kids. didn't really make use of evening entertainment but the one show we went to certainly kept the children entertained. food in the on-site restaurant was standard pub fare but well done and given it;s a pretty captive market, not bad value.
Claire from Wolverhampton (01 August 2014)

Lovely holiday park but think your caravans could be updated feels like they are still in the 80s . because we have a dog you feel like you cant get a updated caravan .
Wayne from Oldham (07 July 2014)
