Excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Caravan the best we have ever stayed in. Holiday park very well kept. We was also warned of the pending storm by the bar staff which I thought was over and above. Reception staff also very good with a nice greeting on arrival.
Robin from Liskeard Cornwall (21 October 2017)

It was a good holiday ,have been before and will go again
Ian from Maidstone (16 September 2017)

Caravan was spacious and comfortable. As weather was not very good we spent a lot of time in it ! as we have been to this site before the beach is nice and close when its sunny to have a paddle.
Pamela from London (11 September 2017)

Enjoyed our caravan holiday very much. Found the park very attractive and well placed. facilities good.were surprised to find no recycling bins for plastic, paper etc. Surely a missed opportunity to recycle large quantities of items
Customer 4 from Amersham (09 September 2017)

A nice quiet time
Shani (09 September 2017)

This was our first time staying in a caravan and we loved it, they are very spacious and the over feel of the place was very pleasant.
Darren from Crawley (09 September 2017)

Not too big but with a lovely indoor pool which never got crowded. Entertainment some evenings. Bar and restaurant serving good quality food at reasonable prices. I am not a beer drinker but my son was a little disappointed that there were no real ales, just the usual big names. Campsite is right next to the sea with a huge pebble beach, so not ideal for swimming.
Allan (26 August 2017)

Lovely place to stay, lovely lodge, included few extras not advertised (dishwasher, washing machine, sun loungers etc). and great weather which always makes a good holiday better.
Heather from Chesterfield (19 August 2017)

We had a great time. Our accommodation was excellent and very well equipped. The pool was great and lovely and clean. With two 5 year olds there was enough to do on site coupled with going to nearby eastbourne (treasure island was a real hit thete) and to paradise park. Would have been great to perhaps have one more permanent activity on the site such as crazy golf on the bottom field. Not sure there would be enough otherwise for older kids. Not having a shop on the site is not a problem as long as you have a car- asda is a 7 minute drive away. Great to have had a terrace for even more space. Overall a great stay.
Rachel from Leics (19 August 2017)

Wifi could be better
John from Belgium (18 August 2017)

This was the second time we have been there and my self my son who is autistic had a great time. The caravan we stayed in this time was not a nice as the first time but still nice would come back.
Therasa (12 August 2017)

We come here year after year, usually staying at a relatives caravan but this year we rented. We've already started saving for next year and absolutely love martello, and so to the children. We had a couple of minor issues with the van but still had the best time. See you next year pevensey.
Charlie from Surrey (12 August 2017)

We had a fantastic stay. The caravan was clean and felt brand new. The park was quiet and well-kept and the location was excellent.
Laura from Stevenage (11 August 2017)

The park was nice but we were disappointed with the swimming pool. We missed that you didn't provide adult time for swimming in the morning. Other park did it.
Csaba (05 August 2017)

Excellent family holiday
Ann (05 August 2017)

Caravan was lovely and spacious. Park was in a lovely setting and not too noisy. We enjoyed daily use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant. Little disappointed with kids soft play area as it was really just a ballpit and the lack of entertainment during the week was also disappointing. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably book again.
James (28 July 2017)

Pevensey bay camp was also good. The restaurant was much better than expected. Food was good and well presented. There was a swimming pool, sauna and small fitness room. Beach was too pebbly to walk on. You will need a car here! staff were very helpful in all aspects.
Janis from London (15 July 2017)

We did have a very relaxing time but having visited this area before feral it is now for a change of venue
Valerie (01 July 2017)

Better descriptions of the available property on your website would be helpful also full pictorial layouts. We were disappointed our accomodation did not have an ensuite shower room. A hairdryer would be a useful addition.
Valerie from Margate (24 June 2017)

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. great location. we had a great break.
Debbie (03 June 2017)

Lovely site but was surprised to find there was no shop on site for essentials. other than that, my 3 year old grandchildren loved it.
Karen (02 June 2017)

We picked a good week to go down for the weather, the week before half term. peaceful and relaxing. hoping to come back in september.
Elizabeth from Tonbridge (26 May 2017)

Lovely clean caravan, bar not open all day
Arthur from Sheringham, Norfolk (12 May 2017)

Nice caravan cannot fault it. the park was very quite and obviously meant for people who own their own caravan. food was very good but it is a shame is closes early on a sunday. my grandchildren loved the fact that they could ride their bikes in very quite roads.
Barry from Epsom (08 May 2017)

Great site
Jayne from Verwood Dorset (05 May 2017)

Booked for daughter with 11-year-old son and twin autistic 7-year-olds. Very convenient and well maintained, with plenty of room and very secure for the twins. Good break and refreshing time.
Barry from Eastbourne (21 April 2017)

Lovely park with an excellent location. Would definitely stay there again !
James from Surrey (17 April 2017)

Great holiday park and holiday home was immaculate. Park is very well kept
Neil from Ashford (15 April 2017)

It's nice holiday pack, very clean and well maintained. It's very good place for family holiday
Anna from New Barnet Is (14 April 2017)

Nice park but lacking amenities. No onsite shop for break, milk or morning paper. . . van location not so nice, balcony overlooking and quite close to others.
Claire from Wanatge (14 April 2017)

Well presented caravan, with all required facilities. The site is well maintained. . pleasant bar/restaurant.
Peter from Peterborough (08 April 2017)

Excellent site, caravan was spotless. Facilities etc all clean and well looked after. Will definitely return.
Customer 32 (07 April 2017)

Lovely relaxing break
Josephine from London (13 March 2017)

Great caravan and very welcoming staff. Would definitely stay again. A shop on site would be useful as it saves getting in the car anytime you need to get milk/bread etc
Richard (06 March 2017)

We had a lovely short break. The caravan was excellent. Clean and comfortable with good facilities. You could feel the springs a bit through the mattresses though which is my only criticism.
Sarah from Benenden (06 March 2017)

Great short stay will be booking again soon. next time for a longer stay.
Frances from Rochester (10 October 2016)

Excellent place to stay. caravan was nice and clean, it suited my needs. . the site has great facilities, including pool and sauna.
Robert from Harrow (03 October 2016)

Excellent holiday!!
Emilie from Essex (01 October 2016)

The accommodation was excellent, lots of space. On-site swimming pool, bar & children's playground and direct access onto pebble beach. We will definitely be re-booking again.
Samantha (24 September 2016)

Lovely peaceful break beautiful caravan. Helpful plesant staff
Sue from Warlingham Surrey (23 September 2016)

We had owned a holiday home there for 12 years until about 5 years ago so are very familiar with the park and area.
David from Herne Bay (17 September 2016)

Very peaceful site, right on the beach. Great caravan.
Gemma (16 September 2016)

Loved the site so quite and clean. Accommodation was excellent.
Maureen from Croydon (16 September 2016)

Enjoyable family holiday in lovely area.
Paul from Derby (10 September 2016)

We enjoyed out stay at pevensey bank in september. I marked the facilities down due to no shop on site. otherwise would recommend staying at pevensey bay.
Shirley from Essex (10 September 2016)

The holiday accommodation was very comfortable, and mostly peaceful. great to be right on the beach. there needs to be a shop on site if only selling newspapers, milk and bread - to be told it is a 5 minute walk to the shops which are at least 20 minutes walk away is not very helpful. felt this to be more of a holiday home owners park rather than a general holiday park.
Marion (13 August 2016)

We had a brilliant time! there wasn't a great deal to do on site, but we planned to head out most days anyway and managed to see camden sands, brighton, eastbourne and drusillas park. the site is well maintained and the staff were really friendly. . . asda and other shops/restaurants were a few mins drive away, so it's very close for a shop.
Michael from Chester (23 July 2016)

We realy enjoy are stay and so did the dog we are coming back
Lyndsey from Lingfield Surrey (18 July 2016)

Quality accommodation. Quiet. No hassles and helpful staff. Good base for touring the area.
Roy from Ayr (08 July 2016)

The caravan and park was excellent. the downside was no shop to sell essentials eg milk. yes there was an asda up the road but looking at 30 mins all round trip. also asked to borrow a hairdryer - didn't have one???
Trudy from Broadstairs (04 July 2016)

Fantastic location, enjoyed the onsite facilities. Only downside was sunday lunch not to as high a standard as I would hope. Loved the easy access to the beach and closeness to shopping. Would go again
Gillian from Solihull (27 June 2016)

Maybe the bad weather contributed to the low scores. Felt all to close to other caravans and very disappointed that no staff were on duty when we booked out at 09.30 am.
Terance (18 June 2016)

Nice quiet site, caravan was spotless and very comfortable.
Brenda from Cheshire (18 June 2016)

Lovely place and very friendly, helpful staff. My only complaint is that the swimming pool changing room was dirty - but this did not spoil a great holiday.
Amanda (03 June 2016)

Weather was terrible but had a great time, staff helpfull, food nice, park clean and good location.

Excellent holiday! second holiday spent here but first with our newborn daughter. She loved her first time in the swimming pool but the baby changing facilities need changing. Can't use baby changing table due to it being red hot because its on top of a radiator! very dangerous, hopefully it will be changed by the next time we visit.

It is a very good place to stay caravans are very comfortable and well equipped
Judy from Retford (24 October 2015)

This has been our fourth visit to pevensey bay holiday park and as usual, the park was just as excellent as we have found it in the past, clean, tidy and well looked after by the staff. Although we did not take advantage of all the facilities on this occasion, everyone is well catered for with opportunities for most tastes on site with an excellent bar and restaurant, indoor swimming pool and the beach within a few yards walk.

Definitely the best laid out and organised site we visit. The staff are obviously well selected and trained, being both friendly and efficient. . we will be there again in 2016 and hope to book a two week holiday!

Although there was no on site store which is understandable as there is an asda very close by. . it was excellent that you could order a daily paper to be collected at the reception in the morning. A few additional items such as extra saucepans and crockery would be a bonus.

I booked this holiday on behalf of my brother and my disabled mother who stayed at this site (my brother is our mum's carer). the ratings and comments given are on behalf of my brother:. . I must say the site was good, the location was good and the staff were very helpful. My major concern which ruined it for my mother and myself was the condition of the caravan. I spent a lot of money on this break and feel very let down. The cleanliness was a very low standard. The blinds were all dusty, you ran your finger along them and your finger was covered and there was rotting food left in the bowls in the cupboard!!

The park was well cared for. Food was a good quality, swimming pool was good for a dip but no good for serious swimming. We did have a few issues which were sorted out promptly. The only thing that was a problem was the mattress . very hard, so much so we went and bought an air bed. No matter how good everything else may be, if you cant get a decent nights sleep its no good. The fact that the sovereign harbour was just round the corner with asda, boots, and a cinema was good and had several good eating places. Simply italian being my favorite.

We enjoyed our stay at pevensey bay very much . the accommodation was excellent, the staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant. The surrounding were very pleasant and very convenient for visiting many beautiful places.
Ross from Wendover (11 September 2015)

Fabulous - everything we needed from a caravan holiday park.
Paul from Derby (11 September 2015)

Sadly this holiday didn't get off to a good start simply because on arrival the barrier at the entrance was down and although I pressed the reception call button on several occasions. It was only after approx five minutes that another resident passing by suggested entering a certain code on the key pad,. which allowed allowed entry. Similarly, there was nobody on the reception desk on booking out. . as regards to facilities, although we only used the bar, what was on offer appeared more than adequate although a site shop would have been useful.
Colin from Gravesend (11 September 2015)

Very good clean site easy to get to eastbourne and right on the beach. Swimming pool lovely club house very good. Had small problem with hot water but fixed within 20 mins of reporting it. Will definitely go again

Beautiful clean and quiet, site well situated for access to very quiet shingle beach. The gym, pool and club/restaurant were very good. The cooked breakfasts were excellent and very good value for money. The static caravan we stayed in was brilliant, very modern, with ample facilities - the best we have ever stayed in. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus for a family of four.
Ann from Ossett (29 August 2015)

This was a really good holiday as there was something for everyone in the family to do,me and my husband could have a stroll along the beach which was not much of a walk away from our caravan, the children could go in the small park at the back of the boathouse. It was a very good location as we were also able to visit hastings and brighton which weren't too far away either. I would definitely recommend it to a relative or friend. It was a really memorable holiday.

Nice quiet park to stay at, facilities somewhat limited and no free wifi.
Stephen from Hereford (29 August 2015)

Park was ok, could do with an on site shop for groceries etc.
Michael from Willenhall (29 August 2015)

Beautiful clean and quiet, site well situated for access to very quiet shingle beach. The gym, pool and club/restaurant were very good. The cooked breakfasts were excellent and very good value for money. The static caravan we stayed in was brilliant, very modern, with ample facilities - the best we have ever stayed in. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus for a family of four.

I had a fantastic time at prevensey bay. outstanding staff. Very helpful, and friendly. I was in a party of six, of my family. I did not want hundreds of arcade machines, I did not want less then satisfactory accomodation. but I needed to have worried. prevensey bay was a delightful holiday. the accomodation was more then I asked for. we paid for a top class caravan and got the best. we arrived early, it was not too much trouble for the staff, which had the accomodation ready for us!. the beach is a stone throw from the park, shingle, but when tide is out some sand. the boathouse on site, had delicious food, lovely coffee's. some entertainment, sat, wed, extra edition fri. I like the singer on friday before I left. I could of stayed longer. carboot opposite this site. on sun, wed. I like this site because it is stress free. ideal for my parents. my children enjoyed the swimming, bubble tub. downside is entertainment needs a little work. lack of a shop on site. need to walk 15-20 mins. plently of shops, and pubs. But I really think the staff done a fantastic job. well done.!

The park is lovely, it's quiet which is what we wanted. . however our holiday was somewhat spoilt when my wife was publicly berated. For taking photos of our disabled daughter in the swimming poll.. . at the time it seemed as though nothing was done about it. It took the park management nearly a week to get back to me after we made a complaint. . so beware. You can't take photos in public of your child in this complex, as if our experience is anything to go by, you get humiliated.
Karl from Kingston Upon Hull (14 August 2015)

Excellent caravan park, peaceful, great pool. top quality clean caravans. would stay again.

Very clean site but caravans very close to each other and positioned so that you had no privacy from any angle. Bed very uncomfortable, could feel the springs through the mattress. Saw this mentioned on another review but obviously has not been deemed a problem by management.

We love staying here, its a lovely clean park with a great pool. The access to the beach is so easy. A great family park that has everything we need for a relaxing holiday.

We were dubious but it really was as quiet as other reviews said - hardly saw anyone. Beautifully maintained site, with the beach right at the end - where we also hardly saw anyone. Don't usually do caravan parks because past experiences were the exact opposite so we were very happy with it. High site standards, guys were out doing maintenance all the time, sweeping and cleaning. Laundrette was immaculate and the two teenagers using the pool gave it a good review - although they weren't allowed in before 10am. Didn't use the bar or the restaurant so can't say but it seemed pretty low key. Walked into pevensey bay a few times - nice 10/15 minute walk with a decent coffee shop/bakery, a few pubs to choose from and takeaway. Nice bit of beach there too. Very pleasant place all in. We were actually using the caravan as a base for going into brighton to visit family, bit further away than we thought but nice enough drive (as long as it wasn't dark) taking about 45 mins. If we'd had more time would have relaxed at the site and beach a bit more and gone to more local attractions - lots of historic places and nice views. . could do with reviewing the wi-fi charges, which we decided were just too much especially as it only covered 1 item. . also no sky tv or dvd in the van but in the end that didn't bother us anyway. . . we're quite fussy but would go back if down that way again.

Pevensey bay is a quiet site, which I like, really nicely laidout, great caravans ever time I have stopped, and really close to the beach.

A lovely caravan but with a few snags. 1) badly fitted patio doors. 2) the basin tap in the shower room did not allow you to wash properly. 3) no end stops on the curtain track so they were forever coming off the track. 4) the duvet on the double bed was not big enough for 2 persons. Despite these minor faults a nice holiday.

Park was very clean and tidy. we were allowed our keys earlier than the specified check in time. holiday home clean and with decent gas fired central heating and shower. enjoyed having the garden furniture on the decking. a few small shops in the village, but eastbourne is only 10 minutes away, with a large shopping centre and pleasant seafront. on the park my children and I enjoyed the swimming pool and we used the bar once. reception staff friendly. plenty to do in the area and would return.
