Paul from Bromley (11 August 2012)

Excellent location with amazing view. Other half took up a little river fishing. Something he hadn't done since he was a young. Weather you just want to sit and watch life on the river go by or explore the surrounding villages and towns. This is an excellent base. The whole complex of cottages was like a little community with many people staying year after year. Our immediate neighbours were lovely and very helpful with allsorts, as we arrived late on the sat so no staff available. We took our german shepherd dog,and there were enough places to walk him. with a fantastic (all year round) dog friendly beech at winterton on sea this was approximately half an hours drive away and had a lovely, café that did great breakfasts and lovely home made cakes and sandwiches. There is a pub on site which seemed busy although we never actually went in. We were much happier with a glass of wine or beer on the veranda or at the rivers edge at night.

Sonia from Clacton On Sea (02 June 2012)

Good location for exploring the broads.
Laura from London (13 April 2012)

The accommodation was excellent, and for anyone interested in fishing this cottage was ideal. Imagine fishing off the veranda. One of the important things to us was off the main river and reasonably quiet. Handy for all the shops and boat trips. There was an information centre nearby. Just one small item, it would be nice to have a little coffee table for drinks while watching tv etc. We hope to return next year.
Mr P from Wolverhampton (24 September 2011)

Accommodation was perfect. . . boats outside the front and back of the house. . . a heron that visited the veranda every day who we decided to call Henry. . . Wroxham only a short walk away. . .a lovely relaxing holiday had by all :-)
