Lodge very basic and mostly clean.. (some items in kitchen had dried good on them and dirty tissues behind bed)
Eveline (18 December 2017)

Great value for money
Peter from Uxbridge (11 December 2017)

I came for my 26th birthday with 5 other girls and I had the best time. The heating was on for us for our arrival which was so nice with it being so cold out. The lodge was so spacious and clean. They have all the kitchen utensils that you need. The hot tub was the perfect touch for relaxing in the evening. The pool and spa area was also lovely and clean. I will 100% be going back there for my next lodge long weekend away :) thank you for making my birthday extra special! there isn't one thing that I could fault with the complex.
Kyomi from London (04 December 2017)

My only moan would be that the hot tub maintenance or should I say the hot tub man attended to check the ph levels at very inconvenient times which meant we had to get out of the hot tub which in turn needed to filled again resulting in a long wait to use it! after complaining it was agreed that he attend in the morning and evening not when we were using it
Catherine (04 December 2017)

6th time we have been and every trip has been brilliant! the food in restaurant gets better and better! will be back again soon!!
Dan from London (04 December 2017)

I wasn't happy when we arrived. Caravan wasn't prepared enough for my arrival. Temperature was about 0 outside and inside wasn't warmer. It was freezing cold inside. We had to spend more then one hour in coats covered by blankets to warm up. I was with kids. Apart from this next day was comfortable warm inside.
Sylwia from Southampton (27 November 2017)

Great swimming pool. location next to a main road was not ideal for us as we like walking & cycling.
Susan (27 November 2017)

Booked 3 night stay at oakdene, was expecting a bog standard caravan being portrayed as a lodge but we couldn't have been more wrong. It was spacious, cosy and warm. The staff were friendly and the entertainment was great for our 3 year old. Will definitely book and stay at oakdene again.
Danielle from Nuneaton (27 November 2017)

Very cramped bedrooms and bath rooms, had to wash all cutlery as too dirty to use
Mike from Bath (27 November 2017)

Near the new forest
Teresa from Brisbane Australia (25 November 2017)

Wifi didn’t work any where at all which meant we were unable to stream videos due to the tele only being freeview.
Eren (24 November 2017)

Dirty caravan. Loud music till 2am from cluphouse what we was not alond in there wish we wood of told before booking as just in little bar food was not nice at all nuffink to do and order a pizza and was hard in the middle
Matthew (20 November 2017)

We found the accommodation was very tired and all of the wood in the lodges was worn and needed refurbishment. If i’d brought my family instead of my netball team I would have been very dissapointed with the quality. As the superior lodges just weren’t superior.the windows were absolutely covered in smears of all sorts and were filthy. Again because I was with my netball club we weren’t in our lodges much so didn’t complain. . . the staff in the bar were so friendly, there was a function on so we couldn’t find a seat in the bar. They went out of their way to help find 15 seats for us. . . the swimming pool was tired and a bit dirty. Your reps when I booked had told me to expect a smaller version of centre parcs, which I suggest they don’t tell anyone else. As there was no comparison. . . the event being held at the site was a motor cross private party, it was very busy and there was fights between men outside at 10pm. Again if i’d been there with my family I would have been more upset. . . we would come again at the netball club, as it was just a base. It was warm, the hot tub was great, and we had a laugh. Thanks
Sarah from Exeter (20 November 2017)

Great for kids. The staff were very entertaining!
Nicki (13 November 2017)

Brilliant break and the hot tub was awesome!!
Sara from Bracknell (13 November 2017)

Everything was nice, with the exception of an offduty female lifeguard who came to work out and just came in and changed channel to her preference without any regard to rest of us who were working out.
Ana from Bedford (13 November 2017)

What a fantastic weekend
Debbie (13 November 2017)

We only stay here to visit family in southampton but my children never want to leave the caravan site! they like the clean swimming pool & water slide & love eating in the restaurants
Latoya from Newcastle (13 November 2017)

Had a lovely stay will be booking up again next year
Leanna (13 November 2017)

The caravan was. Lovely and warm especially as I had my 80yr old mother with me and she feels the cold. I'm hopefully going to bring my grandchildren dow in the summer so we will use the facilities this time. Thank you .
Deana from Washington Tyne And Wear (11 November 2017)

Great site to take my dogs for a break. Caravan was lovely
Patricia from Staines (10 November 2017)

Accomodation cleanliness very poor.
Jonathan from Surrey (06 November 2017)

Second time here at this time of year, already booked for our third stay next year! we come here out of high season in the autumn with our four young children aged 18 months, 3yrs, 6yrs, and 8yrs in a lodge with a hot tub. The kids absolutely love it here; the indoor pool (outdoor is closed this time of year), the forest with a gate from the site for instant access, and the fact that it only a short drive to many other places like paulton's park and bournemouth. The accomodation is spotless and comfortable, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I can thouroughly recommend the hot tub lodges as somewhere to unwind at the end of the day. Can't wait to come back next november!
David from Herne Bay (06 November 2017)

One of the best parks we have stayed in and we have been staying in caravan parks for nearly 40 years
Steven from Teddington (06 November 2017)

We had a lovely time staying in a caravan with a hot tub. the caravan was very clean and with new décor, and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. the pool and slide were great fun for the kids, and as adults we enjoyed the sauna and steam room. the evening entertainment was great to keep the kids amused ( 2 and 5 years old). the food in the restaurant food was tasty, although perhaps a few more interesting dishes on the menu would have been nice! overall, a lovely holiday.
Laura from Pembrokeshire (03 November 2017)

Lodge was excellent very spacious and brand new. Park in great position to explore many beautiful local places. Park itself looking a bit dated and in need of a facelift!
Rachel from Brighouse (03 November 2017)

The hot tub was lovely but the light didn't work in it. I informed reception but it stayed unfixed throughout our stay which was a shame as we had our children with us .
Peter from Bexleyheath (03 November 2017)

Brilliant short break, 3rd visit, loved every minute.
Christopher (03 November 2017)

Holiday was really good, if I had one complaint it is that in half term they still had swimming lessons on, the pool had been closed in the afternoon and then only half the pool was open due to the lessons, leaving it overcrowded. Also allowing balls etc into the pool should not be allowed. The pool is t big enough, lifeguards need to possibly put their foot down.
Angela from Mirfield, West Yorks (30 October 2017)

Stayed in ro3 lodge, clean and well equipped lovely hot tub, good relaxing wk end, shall be booking again soon.
Stuart from Fareham (30 October 2017)

Immaculately clean unit, lovely staff. Kids had a great time in the pool and brilliant value for money.
Laura (30 October 2017)

Nice break with our grandchildren, we had a nice time, and if it’s affordable we would stay there again, it’s just that we normally stay near the coast, and felt we were a little far from it, but that’s just a personal choice, nothing wrong with holiday park.
Alison from Bridgnorth (30 October 2017)

Unhelpful staff let this place down
Clair from Buckinghamshire (27 October 2017)

We were so very very pleased with the caravan. Although one of the super savers, it was spotless, and very warm. We could not have asked for better, thank you.
Marilyn (27 October 2017)

Great
Ruth from Oxfordshire (20 October 2017)

Great family for all
Evelyn from Southampton (20 October 2017)

Lovely weekend and the caravan was absolutely spot less. Thank you
Tabi from Cambridge (16 October 2017)

Lovely relaxing week
Christine from Christchurch (16 October 2017)

Had a great time. We always come back as the kids love cyril and cybil (and my youngest especially likes pat the pony).
Mark from Caterham (16 October 2017)

We had a short break at oakdene with my 2 children and my mum. Our caravan was ideally located close to all amenities. The vr room was fab, as well as the other facilities on site including a well stocked shop. Only disappointment was that the boys couldn't do one of the pool activities because of a private party. All the staff were very friendly
Tina from Berkshire (16 October 2017)

Excellent holiday
Andrew (14 October 2017)

Lovely unit we stay in dog friendly 2 bedroom 2 on suit just so good
Joan from Watford (13 October 2017)

Overall we had a great break away. The staff were so nice and helpful and still put on good entertainment when it was just 4 of us in there! we will be back next year!
Chelsea from Bognor Regis (13 October 2017)

We spent a long weekend at oakdene forest and would definitely go back. the lodge was clean, cosy and well equipped, including a pint of milk and teabags to get us started! plenty of room for 5 adults, a baby and 2 dogs! loved the hot tub which was maintained daily and was lovely and warm. The park is right on the edge of the forest which was great for early morning walks with the dogs. My grandson loved the swimming pool which was warm and not too crowded.
Hilary from Bexhill On Sea (09 October 2017)

We have stayed here many times love the area the site itself is spotless clean as was the van it's dog friendly which is great for us as can walk in hurn forest for hours we like the bar area at night and the food is not bad either there is a big sainsbury store a mile down the road pubs and restaurants also close by we are elderly it suits us maybe a big family might think differently but bournemouth is just down the road so oakdene is a great place to stay with many attractions for the kid's close by
Reggie from Uxbridge Middx (09 October 2017)

Was a peaceful short break but glad we weren’t staying any longer as beds were very uncomfortable - you could feel every spring in the mattresses and the pillows were pretty much completely flat. Location was quiet but there’s not a lot around without involving at least an hour of driving really. Pool was very cold but they did have go active activities that you pay extra for that could keep kids 5-8+ amused. Kids entertainment was very basic. Cleanliness of facilities was ok but in general things were looking very tired/well used.
Iain from Innerleithen (09 October 2017)

Caravan was very nice and had heating that was very good because it was chilly weather. Can’t wait to go back again next year.
Maureen from Essex (08 October 2017)

First I must state that we were not on holiday:- eight of us were down from manchester for the worst possible reason - my mother's funeral, and our major concern was affordable accommodation within striking distance of shaftesbury and blandford forum. Secondly, it was now "out of season", with all the "reductions" that that implies. . . all the staff that we had dealings with were friendly and helpful - my daughter and grandchildren became firm friends with the entertainment staff - apparently they were almost the only children that needed to be entertained!. . we did not "eat out" on-site. . the males were a little upset that the handpumped beer was undrinkable, and then the 1664 ran out, but we managed with strongbow and vodka.
Keith from Manchester (06 October 2017)

I had a very pleasant and lovely holiday and looking forward to next year .
Marie from Glasgow (06 October 2017)

Love the hot tub, although location around side of accommodation and with the outside furniture around the front, makes it difficult for everyone to be together.
Maureen from Fareham (02 October 2017)

Came late in the season but found it relaxing. will be looking to come in the summer months
Alan from Stevenage (30 September 2017)

A quiet restful time in a central location, met all our needs.
Roy from Cold Norton (30 September 2017)

Lovely and modern superior caravan and we loved using our hot tub with the beautiful forest to look out on! great location by a31 to explore loads of places!
Zoe from Eastbourne (29 September 2017)

Wonderful site, with lovely facilities, clean and well looked after. Friendly staff. The restaurant was good value for money, great pie! . site is near to lots of shops and other restaurants as well as loads of activities for kids. Would highly recommend moors valley park and farmer parmers farm park.
Alexandra from Sittingbourne (29 September 2017)

Had to change caravan, as original one cooker didn't work. Was also dirty, with cobwebs & beds falling apart. . 2nd caravan much better.
Jo from Long Crendon (25 September 2017)

Lovely park in a central location providing you have transport.
Theresa from Watford (25 September 2017)

We thoroughly enjoyed our week, the caravan was really clean and comfortable, the park is in a lovely setting and only 15 mins drive into bournemouth.
Linda from Stoke On Trent (23 September 2017)

Great place to stay with a dog lovely wooded area to take your dog,
Christine from Ramsgate (22 September 2017)

Great affordable holiday for a young family, didn't spend much time on site because of the great location so everything was nearby.
Gareth from Oakdene , Ringwood (22 September 2017)

Arrived on site & was given a caravan of a lower grade than expected due to a booking error, then had to pay an extra £40 to get the actual caravan I thought I was getting. No one would admit to the mistake although the staff member we spoke to said they could see exactly what we meant, I mean it was an obvious error. Also the camp entertainment wasn't very good & little to do on site.
Customer 60 from Witney (18 September 2017)

For a supersaver caravan was lovely, very clean. It was a break for me n my partner so facitlies weren't that important some bits where dated. But staff was all very helpful and friendly
Stephanie from Bracknell (18 September 2017)

We had a really lovely weekend break.
Julie from Andover (11 September 2017)

The holiday was very good - shame that our electricity was but for a couple of hours on 2 days of our holiday and the complex was shut for this time. Would have been better if they had contacted us prior to the holiday to advise of this issue.
Pamela from Oakdean (11 September 2017)

Caravan could have been cleaner.we had a good break though.
Lynn (08 September 2017)

Caravan wasn't that clean on arrival. Staff didn't seem keen to help much (apart from one lovely (older sorry) lady. Disappointing that lots of the facilities weren't in use when we were there considering we were only a week after the school holidays had ended. I phoned on arrival to find out price of upgrade was over £400 more!shocking esp considering nearly all of these accommodations were empty the whole time we were there. There were no activities which my 3year old could do all week apart from balance bike session which we had taken his own one so did not want to pay £5 to ride a hire. Pool was excellent apart from when heaving with swimming lessons. Felt like holiday makers were an after thought during this time.
Helen from Plymouth (08 September 2017)

Myself and my seven year old son enjoyed a late break in this beautiful setting. We spent much of the time in the pool - delightfully warm!. we enjoyed the evening entertainment and a nice carvery for sunday lunch.
Bryony from Bath, Somerset (08 September 2017)

The booking process was good but expensive due to school holidays. The reception staff was not flexible as we were 15 minutes early for checking in and they made us wait for those 15 mins (which became 22 mins due to queue) before giving the keys to the caravan. There was nothing happening at the caravan so why not be flexible and give us the keys instead of making us wait. There were a few things wrong in the caravan, like some items missing and the fridge/freezer door damaged but, I took pictures just in case they tried to make a claim on us.
Prakash from London (04 September 2017)

Absolutely no internet or phone reception in our caravan even with the wifi code, which meant no contact with family until we got outside to the main road and discovered there had been a family death.
Ben from London (04 September 2017)

Nice site, spacious caravan. Only complaint is that the beds were uncomfortable. Nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Lots to do in the area.
Claire (04 September 2017)

Caravans are very clean, well worth staying here.
Natalie from Kent (04 September 2017)

Lovely place, accommodation was brilliant! . if there were any critics say it would be that the crazy golf is in great need of a face lift!!
Pattie from Addlestone (04 September 2017)

My 11 year old daughter and I stayed in a select 2 mobile home which was lovely. all looked very new and had everything we needed with plenty of storage. . the only facility we used was the swimming pool which was surprisingly quiet considering the size of the park. the changing rooms could do with a revamp. . nice site with lots of facilities however a waste of money if you don't want to use any of them. I used tesco vouchers to stay here so got a good deal.
Suzanne (04 September 2017)

Stayed for weekend beginning september lovely clean caravan, great pools indoor and out very clean changing rooms, arcade not very big and would of. Reb nice to have a takeaway on site but would come again!
Charlotte from Fareham (04 September 2017)

Absolutely fantastic holiday here, stayed in a standard caravan with the dog and it was spotless, warm and even had an ensuite bathroom. Highly recommend as a base for exploring dorset, far too much to do in the area we need to return to see more of it.
Samantha from Uttoxeter (02 September 2017)

Had a great family lunch holiday. Lots to do on site, beach is 20 mins away and lots of other attractions for the kids nearby (wonderland, tank museum etc). staff were brilliant and very understanding of our eldest son who has learning difficulties.
Richard from Bromsgrove (01 September 2017)

We had a really nice stay at oakdene. The caravan had everything we needed as a family of three, and served as a great base to explore the surrounding area during the week we stayed there. So definitely somewhere we might return to and that we can recommend to others!
Henrik from Brighton (01 September 2017)

Lack of activities considering it was school holidays. entertainment staff good and bar area clean. . reception staff not overly friendly. Restaurant service slow and inconsistent
Paul from Essex (01 September 2017)

Very expensive for what it is. we did not take our dog but we could smell the one that had stayed in there previously as well as a strong smell of damp.
Timothy (01 September 2017)

My wife and my 2 daughters aged 3 and 5 stopped the last week of august. They loved the indoor and outdoor pool and spent most days there. In the evening they loved the entertainment and couldnt wait to have a dance and play on the park. The entertainment team were brilliant with the children and they even went to the morning kids club. The food and drinks and also the shop where excellent value for money. the caravan was exceptional. Thankyou oakdene for a great week.
Ben (01 September 2017)

Great place to stay.
Joanne from Essex (01 September 2017)

Beds could be a little more comfy. Caravans wider
Hazel from Cambridge (01 September 2017)

Apart from use of the swimming pool every thing else you had to pay for
Penny (01 September 2017)

Great holiday park and lovely caravan. Just would have been useful to have take away options on site
Sarah (01 September 2017)

I have teenage children absolutely nothing for them to do on site. Entertainment appalling. Both indoor and outdoor pool far too small for size of park. Band system in place. If you go on holiday you should be able to stay round the pool area as long as you please not to be told you have to leave after a certain time. Lovely area and surrounding but so difficult to get anywhere unless you have a car cannot keep affording mini cabs will not be returning to this park again or any other owned by this company. Overall a complete waste of hard earned money.
Sandra from Kingswood Surrey (28 August 2017)

Excellent location
Gemma from Oxford (28 August 2017)

Our caravan was filthy we even found someone's old shorts behind bed. Stained carpet, sofa was dirty everywhere. Another person in our party had a lower class caravan and it was better than ours. Feel completely ripped off couldn't wait to get home.
Kerry from Swindon (28 August 2017)

Always enjoy staying here, the caravan was lovely, very clean and a great layout.. totally different to the normal layout with bedrooms at both ends and a really handy storage cupboard
Dave from Hook, Hampshire (28 August 2017)

Crazy golf needs updating and even though summer holidays some activities were only on once a week. Lovely pool and beautiful surroundings
Kevin from Portsmouth (28 August 2017)

Brilliant
Chris (28 August 2017)

We had a great holiday and will be booking again this year
Tracey from Middlesex (26 August 2017)

Site was just a bit dated, layout of caravans meant everything felt a little cramped. staff were friendly & helpful, it's just wasn't as good as other hoseason sites we have stayed on
Peter from Newcastle Upon Tyne (26 August 2017)

Great site, very clean carave on arrival. Staff alway happy and helpful. Would go again and recommend to others.
Lynda from Hastings (26 August 2017)

Was a lovely clean site. Staff very helpful at all times. The only problem I had with the cooker was dealt with in five minutes. Pool opening times till 8 were fab, meant when we came home for the day we could enjoy a swim. Only downside was poolside showers could be better.
Sarah from Stotfold (26 August 2017)

Just wonderful,clean ,quiet surroundings.
John from Milton Keynes (25 August 2017)

Oakdene is in a great location, close to bournmouth beach and poulton park, entertainment at night was good but wish the firedoors wernt left open as it was hard work keeping an eye on my kids with everyone going in and out so close to the dance floor, caravan was great
Matthew from Barrow In Furness (25 August 2017)

Great place to stay caravans clean kids loved the pools
Christopher from Bracknell (25 August 2017)

Good facilities, lovely indoor pool. Outdoor pools areas needs attention - broken stones concrete missing and one paddling pool out of action, closed in school hols.
Jennifer from Smallfield (25 August 2017)

Second time back and how things have gone down hill in a year! - no go active for kids - climbing wall gone etc - pool changing rooms tired and dirty , smelling of discarded nappies - son cut his toe by the pool slide because of broken tile - caravan we had which wasn't cheap - it was dirty, had previous occupants cards in and cooker splash back covered in oil - blood stain on my yougests mattress, stained quilt cover that smelt of wee - from what was a lovely little site it's gone to a bit of a you know what hole to be blunt - we won't be going back and would recommend you avoid as well
Craig (21 August 2017)

Loved it! perfect location, gorgeous log cabin and we loved the hot tub! would definitely recommend!
Linda from Bury St Edmunds (21 August 2017)

Really nice holiday - mobile home was lovely and spacious, kids enjoyed the disco and the park. Swimming pool and water slide was also great. Will be returning again next year.
Anna from Reading Berkshire (19 August 2017)

Not much to do for teenagers and no where in the area within walking distance from the site
Claire (19 August 2017)

Great holiday, really nice caravan & not far from anywhere. There is an aldi 5mins drive up the road along with a sainsbury's so if your self catering your all set. The entertainment and the activities for the kids is good. Haven't got a bad word to say about any of it, I had a well needed rest and a load of fun
Mark from Folkestone (19 August 2017)

Lovely place to stay, friendly staff, some things need updating like the pool shower pressure & the crazy golf course. Could've done with being put a bit further from the club house as that was quite loud most of the day
Rachael from Ashford (19 August 2017)

Loved it , first time we have stayed. Reception, gym and pool staff could be friendlier.
Nicola from Maidstone (19 August 2017)

The reception area is busy most of the day but the staff cope well. In particular, lin and lewis were always friendly and approachable no matter how many customers were demanding attention.
Michael from Watford (18 August 2017)

Very enjoyable
Heather from Felixstowe (18 August 2017)

Lovely ,clean and great for kids
Emily from Birkenhead (18 August 2017)

Spotlessly clean and well presented accommodation.
Kathleen from Buxton (18 August 2017)

Great place to stay. Great location, great facilities. Would definitely stay again
Marie from Kent (18 August 2017)

Caravan was lovely apart from horrible smell coming from sink which ment had to buy air freshener fir caravan and bleach and also I had a 5 month baby with me and I washed his bottles and left them on the draining board and the bottles absorbed the smell from the sink which ment I had to buy all new bottles and teats
Rebecca from Ashford Kent (18 August 2017)

We felt that the caravan wasn't fresh and that the sofas smelt of dog also the hoover smelt so bad
Denise (18 August 2017)

Lovely little resort, the cabins could do with some updating as the beds weren't very comfortable but the children loved it and that was all that mattered to us.
Tom from Cambridge (14 August 2017)

Great location perfect for trips to the beach, paultons park etc. My children love the swimming pool and slide there.
Andi from Buckinghamshire (14 August 2017)

Just back from oakdene last week the caravan was spotless & all mod cons so pleasantly pleased as had visions of child hood as hadn't stayed in one since then was ready with the flash wipes & worried as had 3 teenagers large dog me & hubby. the caravan had plenty room for all of us caravans have come a long way. The wood surrounding was great for walks though we didn't really use the amenities catered more for younger families but great location though not set in the actual new forest as we have stayed in past but 20 mins to bournemouth, easy to get to boscombe & sand banks where they have dog friendly part beach & the beautiful. New forest the other way only. 20 mins.
Caroline from Orpington (14 August 2017)

Beautiful location , lovely staff, would definitely stay there again
Julie from High Wycombe (14 August 2017)

Myself and my family had a fantastic time at oakdene perfect location and great facilities. Would recommend to anyone.
Mark from Would Recommend To Anyone. (12 August 2017)

Lovely park, very friendly and helpful staff, went during summer holiday time so lots of children around which made the pool full, but they do offer adult only swims at specific times of the day and evening. Plenty of activities available, and a central location for off site places to visit. Would definitely stay again, perhaps during school time.
Amy (12 August 2017)

The caravan was very good, lovely setting, good to have the pool and the vr room. The bar area was ok but the food was very disapointong.
Clive from Aylesbury (11 August 2017)

Great holiday.
Jane from Brackley (11 August 2017)

We loved our lodge with the hot-tub and enjoyed swimming in the swimming pool. we would of like to have booked go activities but unfortunately they were all booked up. apart from that we had a fantastic holiday!
Tania from Westbourne (11 August 2017)

I stayed at oakdene with my family in late july early august and we had a really good holiday! the caravan was beautiful. The facilities were brilliant as was the entertainment for both children and adults! the food in the restaurant was beautifully cooked and there was always plenty to choose from. I will definitely stay at oakdene again.
Felicity from Hertford (07 August 2017)

Stayed in supersaver 3 caravan, it was very clean. The park was clean and tidy. The staff were nice and helpful. Not far from shops and restaunts. Would come again. Only downsize was my husband who has trouble walking, had trouble getting up to the caravan as the stairs were very unstable as he almost fell a couple of times
Michelle from Eltham (07 August 2017)

Lots of activities for my 6 year old grandson..he enjoyed them very much.
Pauline from Oakham (07 August 2017)

Basic caravan no extra bedding. Allocated caravan within a group of families and children and adults walking and across grounds of our caravan. Family next to us very noisy till 11.30 at night. Children not happy with prizes from tickets saved in arcade.
Alison (05 August 2017)

Really really fun - I did body zorbing and it was fantastic - everything about it was amazing - I would happily go there again.. the best english holiday resort I have ever been too. It was great for the dog too.. there was a great forest to walk in. The only problem was that dogs were not allowed in the shop - or at least let in small dogs. I think the holiday park was great.
Steven (04 August 2017)

Fantastic caravan. All amenities you could want. Quiet location. Great activities including swimming pool and vr room. Clean and tidy. We were visiting friends and family and the site was really well located. We have never caravaned and this was a fantastic taster.
Tina from Gloucester (04 August 2017)

Stayed in a 6 berth signature lodge with a hot tub, accommodation was nice. We had 6 people in our party and the hot tub only seated 4 people so found this was very disappointing. The decking area was constantly covered from debris from the trees so having to sweep that every day, so a better location than under trees would be better.
Customer 127 from Redditch (04 August 2017)

Lovely clean park , unfortunately we didn't go to the club house as the music was far to loud for my youngest, much louder than any other park we've been to so felt we missed out a lot on this
Heather from Cheltenham (04 August 2017)

We had a great family holiday with something for everyone. The staff are so helpful. . the location is near a number of attractions and staff can help with booking and directions. . a wonderful place.
Elizabeth from A Wonderful Place. (04 August 2017)

The travel cot we hired did not fit in the bedroom therefore our baby had no bed so had to sleep in ours which ruined the holiday. No alternative offered.
Daniel (04 August 2017)

No fishing on site.
Julia (04 August 2017)

Stayed in willow 12 which is a super saver caravan, was very impressed with the size, the main bedroom had lots of floor space with built in wardrobes and an en suit. The other bedroom was quite small but adequate. very well equipped. The only thing you need to take are towels. It does not have an iron or ironing board which would have been nice but the launderette has one. . facilities are okay, great for kids but not much entertainment for adults but there is a gym and sauna. . site is very close to shops and eating places, there is a shop on site which is not too bad for prices, I never ate in the restaurant. . . the downsides are, 1) launderette does not have a washing powder dispensing machine so you have to buy a normal size pack from the shop. 2) not enough entertainment for adults I went in the summer holidays ( I have a 13yr old and 16 yr old) and everything seemed to be catered towards very young kids kids. If the children's entertainment finished by 7pm it would have been better but on the couple of times I went into the club it was after 9pm and there were still kids running around everywhere so I stayed in most evening or went to the local pub.
Julie from Richmondshire (31 July 2017)

The static caravan was in really good condition and all we needed for our weekend away and we really enjoyed our time in the caravan. The facilities in the central area was unfortunately not to the same quality. . when we ate at the restaurant the food was really good quality but service was unhelpful and atmosphere non-existent - so we didn't go back again. But the people at the shop were very friendly and helpful. The evening entertainment was not good at all. I had children aged between 5 and 14 and even the 5 year old asked to leave - we left after 40 minutes. The entertainers laughed among themselves but did not engage the children especially when they did the arrow shooting. I also found the drinks quite pricey considering the type of place we were in. The go active activities were for one limited age range at a time so not appealing to my children. Some events most of them could have done and were interested in (such as water walking) was only on the saturday and as we had booked to stay for 3 days we missed it. The arcades were not in a good condition. A number of the games were broken and there was no-one to help out (evening). the crazy golf was in a really bad condition so when hitting a ball it would not go in a straight line and we gave up half way. We really enjoyed the pool and the life guards were constantly watching - I like the fact that the pool was equal depth throughout and we spent a lot of enjoyable hours there. As a result of our disappointment with the entertainment facilities we went offsite when not in the pool.
Valerie from Yateley, Hampshire (31 July 2017)

Excellent site, helpful staff and very good entertainment team.
John from Bexley (31 July 2017)

Totally enjoyable, caravan was close to entertainment centre as requested because of wife's mobility needs.
Nigel from Chatham (31 July 2017)

Good location, nice spacious caravan, well equipped. shop was disappointing..only sold ready made meals. free activities for kids were good, but the ones you had to pay for were far too expensive. indoor pool and playground were good.
Ian from Ramsgate (29 July 2017)

Our second stay there and enjoyed even more than the first!
Aimee (28 July 2017)

Lovely caravan, beautiful location, park is nice and the swimming pool and entertainment were fab.
Kerry from Southampton (24 July 2017)

A lovely family location.
Jenny (24 July 2017)

Very good. The only thing wrong was there were no garden chairs for us.
Customer 140 (21 July 2017)

Had a great time. The only let down was the pool was closed for a day and the slide for 3. But clean and pleasant caravan.
Beckie from Ibstock (21 July 2017)

Good holiday
Peter from Maidstone (21 July 2017)

Fantastic holiday. Brilliant accommodation
Mark from Northampton (21 July 2017)

Could have had more kitchen equipment. Inside of lodge was very clean but outside could have done with a clean. Dirty windows and decking. I know that's harsh but when it costs over £2000 I expected it all to be 1st rate.
Stephen from Washington (17 July 2017)

Very good value. Helpful staff. Good location. Good amenities
John from Se9 (14 July 2017)

Caravan spotless and lovely. unfortunately trees overhung the decking and hot tub which restricted the sunshine. indoor pool very warm. crazy golf and table tennis didn't look cared for which was a shame (big tree depositing its debris). pathways from main road towards the park was a little overgrown. poor recycling options. great that a disposable bbq, milk and washing up items were complimentary, a lovely touch. On site shop friendly. only found out towards end of holiday there were 2 supermarkets close by.
Catherine (14 July 2017)

Lovely site. The caravan was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The whole site was very clean and tidy. Good location for dog walking in the forest. Friendly staff.
Joan from Princes Riaborough (14 July 2017)

Good company and their staff make us felt welcome. . and chefs was lovely and cooks well. . . they gave us advice about things to do etc.
Shelly (14 July 2017)

Amazing place
Ruslan from London (10 July 2017)

Well impressed again with oak dean but when I tried to book on line could not get a booking so went for forest edge instead, what a let down, van had not been cleaned and staff didn't seem to care, as in oak dean popped around to see if any space and the staff could not do enough to help which made the rest of our stay worth while, even though we ended with another van as shower control was broken.so all in all had a good break.
Stephen from Charlton On Otmoor (10 July 2017)
