Always a great place to go for a holiday, very clean a short walk from the beach and with in reach. of all the great places uo the island.
Ian from Basingstoke (08 September 2018)

You will need a car, but the location is lovely. Beachnis walkable and is amazing. . accommodation in a chalet was basic but everything you need. Playground and swimming pool were great. Food was not brilliant in the on site restaurant. Kids entertainers were amazing but kids disco playlist could do with a refresh!
Crystal from Accommodation In A Chalet Was Basic But Everything (07 September 2018)

Very friendly and clean environment
John from Brighton (03 September 2018)

Good base for our holiday. Didn't spend a lot of time on park, but had no issues. I had forgotten that hoseseasons don't provide towels, so that was a bit of a pain, but otherwise caravan had all you needed and lovely powerful shower
Helen (03 September 2018)

Apart form a group of very loud and drunk floul mouthed biker fighting in the van behind us it was a great site
Warren from Aldershot (01 September 2018)

Nice stay and location. Sham swimming pool times where not earlier.
Mark from Canterbury (31 August 2018)

Great holiday friendly staff very helpful especially the lady who worked in the arcade extremely helpful! great entertainment for kids and finished at a great time. Very clean accommodation and very quiet at night. Beach on site a few minutes walk and park right in front of where we stayed which was brill!
Karen from Chorley (25 August 2018)

Unclean and smelly accommodation. Entertain was very average. Never stay again.
James (25 August 2018)

Beautiful; clean & friendly holiday park brilliant for kids so much to do & see. Would highly recommend this holiday park especially if you going as family
Jervis from Leicester (24 August 2018)

We were dealt with quickly at reception on check in when we first arrived. We were a little disappointed with the outside of chalet as the grass outside needed cutting and generally the look of the outside wasnt too appealing!! inside though was clean and looked like it had been repainted etc fairly recently. The twin beds were not made up but the double was. It was more spacious tham expected so that was good. The double bed could have been more comfy. The twin room beds were much more comfortable though. Once we settled in we soon realised the actual position of the chalet was ideal. Not too far from any of the facilities and we had a view of the beach. We were also near the pool which we visited twice which was well run and clean and good fun. The shop was very well equipped, the restaurant menu was varied and food was a very good quality and we only had one long wait on our last night but it was very busy. Prices reasonable. Entertainment every night and a good size arcade. Beautiful beach a few minutes walk. Quiet respectful place we were impressed with the tranquillity. There was a leaflet in the pack about ants which you can expect in summer however a lid on the bin would have helped as you couldn't help it being open! overall the park is very good and the position of the facilities are very good. We had a really lovely week
Janine from Clevedon (18 August 2018)

Excellent holiday! despite what people say, the chalets were quite nice! very clean! basic but quite modern and spacious! everything you could need!. the park is very tidy and clean! surroundings are lovely with beautiful views and a lovely beach!. staff are very friendly!. the facilities are good, again clean! doesn't have as much as some parks, but in walking distance to beach and has horse riding! something iv not seen on a park before!. the club house/restaurant were lovely and modern, food is good value and very nice! the entertainment team are excellent. My kids loved it, as did we!. my only faults would be, that the club house, is joint with the restaurant, and although lovely, it was very small, (although the restaurant is quite big). so, hard to get seated to watch the children during show time! also, the entertainment team were brilliant, but they repeated alot, same kids games most evenings, each time the games had the same questions and answeres! they had the same show on monday and wednesday night, with 2 funstars singing. Quiz night on the tuesday and thursday! it was very good, just very repetitive. First time we have seen things repeated over the course of a week! but the funstars are very energetic. Very funny. And very friendly!
Chris (18 August 2018)

Great holiday great location very friendly staff great entertainment would definitely book again
Dawn from Newhaven (17 August 2018)

Lovely holiday.
Kim from Colchester (13 August 2018)

A great place to stay in a beautiful part of the iow. We stayed in a small 2 bed chalet which was perfect for our family of 3 for a long w\end. Good in the restaurant was good and fairly priced although i'd avoid the seafood basket main course; the portion size was so small we thought we'd mistakenly been brought a starter! . easy access to all parts of the island; we will definitely return.
Karen from Southampton (13 August 2018)

Brilliant location. Friendly staff. Good shop and somewhere to eat on premises. Could do with something else ie take away pizza? clean and tidy. shame pool wasn't up to standard.. too much chlorine in the pool made us ill..never went back in it again
Francis from Taunton (10 August 2018)

Lovely area, children loved the pool and the beach
Anita (10 August 2018)

It was very basic and not a lot to do nearby.
Brenda (06 August 2018)

Excellent entertainment facilities and things to do (horse riding, kayaking, arcade, indoor swimming pool etc). . great in-house restaurant with lots of food options- for vegetarians too. . easy and quick access to beach
Himanshu (06 August 2018)

We had a wonderful time, the caravan was lovely, the surrounds are picturesque. The evening entertainment is varied and very good. Kids are treated with respect, and have plenty to do. We love the isle of wight, and are planning our next visit. Of course we will be staying at nodes point
Jesse (04 August 2018)

Chalet was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. We would book a caravan with decking next time only because we prefer more outside space.
Lisa (04 August 2018)

This is a very good location to explore the island, particularly the east coast with some great beaches. The local beach to nodes point is situated in a lovely little bay and is a mixture of sand and pebbles. The holiday park has a handy indoor pool and the on-site night time entertainment was well organised and our kids had a wonderful time, always looking forward to joining in and mixing with the other kids. On-site food was average quality and bar queue always seemed to take 15 minutes, but in general we had a good family holiday and without doubt the kids loved it.
Rob from Brighton (03 August 2018)

The accommodation wasn't brilliant but it was just a base to explore. The staff were brilliant especially the lady in the arcade, she was fantastic with our kids. Food was good and reasonably priced. Pool was good although a little chilly for my liking!
Lisa from Northamptonshire (28 July 2018)

Nodes point was an absolute delight. The park is relaxed, within beautiful surroundings and managed well. We will be back.
Paul (27 July 2018)

Nice site. Well maintained and clean. only downside was the swimming pool was very crowded.
Becky from Leicester (23 July 2018)

We had a great week, the accommodation was clean. The only complaint for the accommodation is the fridge was far to small, the caravan was for up to 8 people and the fridge was so small we couldn't fit enough food/milk in for one day. Which is very annoying when catering for a family.
Amy from Leicester (21 July 2018)

Such a shame that when we first arrived our caravan was over run by ants but luckily they moved us. The caravan was very basic but ok, loved the food and entertainment area as it wasn’t too big and the food was great. The pool was ok but nothing special, the distance to the beach made up for that though. Would happily return as we had a great time
Lynda (16 July 2018)

Relaxing and fun
Clive from Haywards Heath (14 July 2018)

Had a great time with our four year old. He loved the kids entertainment.
Peter from Cannock (30 June 2018)

There were a number of things wrong with the chalet, not worth moaning about. I found it value for money.
Mary from Grays (23 June 2018)

Brilliant staff from reception to bar and arcade staff to the entertainment staff. My daughter enjoyed every moment of the evening entertainment staff were great at making children and adults laugh. The chalet was very clean and the isle of wight is a lovely place, great value for money
Amie from Milton Keynes (23 June 2018)

Nodes has always been my favourite place to holiday over the years. My mother first took my sister and I there in 1963 and we had great holidays. I have been back a few times even with my own children. Unfortunatly for me now that park have taken over there are too many caravans and the view has been spoilt by them but saying that it still hold its charm for first timers. The only moan I have is the times of the pool opening it doesnt appear to be open for long during the day. The resturant was nice and food cooked well. I did wonder how busy it gets in high season and how they cope as the ballroom had been cut down to a quarter of its size to accomodate the resturant. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we had a good holiday.
Janet from Havant (15 June 2018)

Site looked beautiful but the chalets are in an area resembling a shanty town. no views, nowhere to sit outside, nowhere to park apart from right outside your window. I took my elderly parents who are not mobile with me and they struggled to walk to the cafe - they couldn’t possibly get to the beach under their own steam - which would have been fine if they could have sat outside and enjoyed the view.
Vc (01 June 2018)

We really enjoyed our time at nodes point. We found the site to be very clean and well-kept, and our caravan (an osborne caravan) was beautifully decorated, with a well stocked kitchen. Situated right opposite the small park which was great for the kids! the swimming pool was clean, warm and the kids enjoyed the slides. Boathouse restaurant staff were great, especially catering for food allergies.

We came over for a long weekend for the isle of wight beer and buses. Having never stayed at nodes point before we were very impressed with the chalet. The bed was extremely comfortable. The facilities were fine and the location was very scenic. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

We wanted cheap and cheerful and that is exactly what we got. Chalet was very basic and run down but it was comfortable and my 2 children (4 and 1) loved it. Beds comfy. . . entertainment for the kids was brilliant. The team really made my little girl feel very welcome. Will and lucy were amazing. . . location perfect for visiting all over the island. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Felt safe walking around. . . swimming pool was clean and tidy. . . restaurant was quite expensive and we chose a bad night to eat there as everything was going wrong for them. The staff were very polite and professional though, even when getting grief from every angle

Overall very disappointed and missold. . "luxury lodge" (dimbola) was actually just a large (rather dirty) caravan. Picture on the site not represtitive. Adventure playground was just a small playground. . whilst the site is in a nice location, we found it crowded, disappointing and very overpriced. . could have stayed somewhere lovely for the price we paid. Sad that our first visit to the isle of wight was tainted by where we stayed.

Disappointing, great location but wouldn't stay at this site again with young children
Rachel (01 September 2017)

The mattresses of the room were in really bad condition. Bathroom fitting were rusty and furnishing was sub-standard. Won't recommend the place for hamlets. But good location for camping and lot of activities on campus for children and adults.

Not impressed with the swimming pool. The opening hours needed to be longer as it was only open during the day when we went out. It is also more of a kids pool than anything else, it's not deep enough. The evening meals in the restaurant were expensive and not the best quality. . the breakfast was excellent though. Seemed a little strange that the shop sold postcards but not stamps to go on them!
Natasha from Eastbourne (25 August 2017)

Lovely peaceful place. had to change caravans though as first one wasn't fit for my dog to stay in let alone a family of four. however staff very quickly sorted us a better one without any fuss. our stay after that was fab especially as the beach was so close and we had great weather.
Mark from Essex (19 August 2017)

Do not book a chalet. To sum up in three words; ugly, smelly, dirty. Park resorts really ought to be ashamed of themselves renting these units as holiday accommodation, they are easily the worst we have ever stayed in. We stayed in a silver chalet so god only knows what a bronze could be like. The park itself is a reasonable size however facilities are poor. There is only one tiny childrens playground on the whole site and the swimming pool is far to small for the number of guests on site. You get an armband when you enter the pool and they throw you out after 25 minutes to make room for the next lot of people waiting to swim. I found this site to be poor value for money, for the amount we paid we could have stayed in a nice hotel.
Laura from Newport (18 August 2017)

Caravan was showing it's age a bit shabby and dirty. Park was good as were staff.

Very nice holiday park. Fantastic and very helpful staff. Could look at getting better mattresses as we had to use a memory foam topper. Could also look at placement of guests especially 3 adults placed next to the park and a family with kids placed far away..!!!!

Beautiful location, close to nice beach. Entertainment good for the kids. Although the pool and pool area could do with updating.

Shawn from Godalming (21 July 2017)

"lodge" not what we were expecting, bathroom sink leaked, toilet dripped filled all the time. holes in walls. bed indescribable and uncomfortable. Shabby deco. Certainly not suitable for families coming on foot with cases and buggies. We were told bus's were a few mins away, a good 15 mins more like it. Very disappointed

We loved the park and our caravan was lovely and clean. The only downside was the cost of drinks in the evening and the kids entertainment was the same most nights. We had one meal in the restaurant and it wasn't great, my pie was dry, barely any filling and the crust was really hard, my husband's curry was bland too. I have anxiety issues so I don't have the confidence to complain about this at the time. We would certainly return to the park but we most definitely wouldn't eat at the restaurant again.

Great place to stay, would and have recommended to friends and family, of which most have now stayed too and enjoyed
Andrew from Suffolk (26 June 2017)

If staying here you will need a car to travel around. A 2min walk down to the beach all stones though. And nothing else there. Camp swimming pool and entertainment is really good. My daughter split her mouth in the club and the staff where amazing. The whole place is really clean and tidy was a lovely week away.
Sophie from Rhyl (24 June 2017)

Caravan was a bit dated with a musty smell, it was in harbour view section. All you could see was trees. Access road leaves a lot to be desired
Daphne from Devon (17 June 2017)

My shower rail was hanging off the wall/ceiling. Grass was cut outside that lodge the day we left and was mess everywhere. Entertainment was poor, I grow up coming to nodes point, told my husband how amazing it was so he agreed to come, turned up and could see improvements made on restaurant, dance floor was half the size, food very over priced for what you got. Mother and husband got food poisoning on the first day, pool staff very rude and messed up appointments made for my daughter to do water walking. Did tell the general manager this. My mother completed a complaints form to then find the bar staff reading it behind the bar. How unprofessional.
Ade from Bristol (10 June 2017)

When we arrived we had a meal at the onsite restaurant my wife had scampi and was ill for most off the holiday I had half a roast chicken meal costing £10.50 which I complain about as was very small meal enough for a child when we complained to park manager her asked us to fill out questionair at the bar about the food complaint we then saw waiting staff take it out off the box and read it which she was not ment to do same entertainment five night out off seven very poor
Terry from Bristol (10 June 2017)

Staff were very friendly and helpful would recommend to other families
Jenna from Portsmouth (05 June 2017)

Unfortunately I scored the park a little lower due to our caravan being infested with ants and the caravan was so dirty that it set off our 4 year olds dust allergy. From this he coughed all night from tuesday night till we left and meant we all left more tired then when we arrived.
Lisa from South Ockendon (02 June 2017)

Very nice site, clean and tidy. caravan adequate for our needs. common areas nicely decorated and stylish. swimming pool a little disappointing as sessions were limited.
Janis from Kent (29 May 2017)

Beautiful location, clean and friendly, would definitely recommend.
Trudy from London (26 May 2017)

We had a lovely 4 night stay in a farringford chalet. As we stayed over easter, it was great value for money, however, we enquired about staying again in august but have been put off as the price more than triples! very expensive for the same experience, only 4 months later. Such a shame.
Heather from Stoke On Trent (21 April 2017)

Lovely site - clean and clearly well maintained. Polite staff who did their best to make our stay enjoyable. . . but, my lodge was over-priced and lacked any basic provisions I would expect for the price I paid (kitchen essentials). also the food in the main bar was hugely over-priced (£10 for 4 chicken wings) and service was poor. . . so overall not really value for money based on what I paid.
Paul from Berkshire (17 April 2017)

Really enjoyed our stay in week before easter. much preferred the chalet for size and comfort to last years stay in a static caravan though. Didn't use the swimming pool this time though as hours of use still not good for days out as you can't go first thing in am or late pm. All (14,12 & 6) really enjoyed food and ambience of clubhouse and beach walk after dinner was added bonus.
Geraldine from Chislehurst Kent (14 April 2017)

It's was a fantastic family break time for us.my children loved the swimming pool and the activity..highly recommended to people who love to be away from city side.
Treesa from Bournemouth (14 April 2017)

The staff were friendly and engaging, the accommodation was lovely and clean and the location was just right with the beach with a little cafe within walking distance. The only downside was the food was a little pricey. Fabulous holiday.
Louisa from Surrey (08 April 2017)

\paint spattered furniture in the accommodation-loose wood cladding on the chalet-clothes hooks and towel rail non-existent in the bathroom-p toaster set off the fire alarm at every use-on the last night there was a van with curtains parked to the rear of the chalet (in the car park) and individuals were sleeping there-in. Not what I would expect from a hoseasons holiday site. All these items were reported to the site office upon our departure
Rodney from Worthing (08 April 2017)

As we stayed in fairly budget accommodation we were pleasantly surprised. new bathroom had been fitted and very clean and the beds were comfortable.
Michael from Bracknell (07 April 2017)

The shop was very badly stocked . anyone arriving and relying on it for the ingredients of a simple starter meal would have been out of luck . tv reception poor. We made it clear at the time of booking we needed a bed in both rooms to have linen but despite two reminders by email this was ignored. The location was very good and the site tidy
Barbara from St Helens (25 March 2017)

Wonderful holiday in a very pleasant holiday centre.
Kenneth from Crickhowell (17 March 2017)

Loved it great for kid wonderful staff
David from Abertillery (13 March 2017)

The best lodge we ever been in, and the value for money we have ever had, would recammend to anybody.
Michael from Clevedon Somerset (10 March 2017)

Loved it. Was a pity the pool wasn't a slightly warmer temperature as that was main reason we chose this park. Staff were exceptionally helpful accommodation brilliantly clean.
Charlene from Reading (10 March 2017)

Lovely and peauful . very central to everything and close to the sea
Lisa from Camberley (10 September 2016)

Chalet clean but very old matresses chairs etc definitely needs money spent on new bedding !! outside chalets very tatty need a paint and windows need a good clean. Only slept there so can't comment further regarding facilities.
