A perfect location for a short break
Michael from Great Harwood (16 December 2017)

What a fantastic site, I only had a long weekend. The staff from the off were great friendly and helpful. A very clean well looked after site. Only down side were the caravans are close together. But apart from that I enjoyed the time out
Derek from Wolverhampton (11 December 2017)

Fantastic site, made welcom the caravan was first class and clean too. Kids loved the activities and pool area.
David from Norfolk (02 December 2017)

Lovely caravan, looks exactly like the photos with all mod cons. Spacious and very cosy at the same time. Would definitely return
Jasmin (01 December 2017)

Was. Great you just need to replace double mattress it was very uncomfortable .
Lesley from Birkenhead (20 November 2017)

Our second time here and although we had a few concerns they got sorted. We will be back to the best park we've stayed at.
Dave from Skelmersdale (20 November 2017)

Lovely park. Plenty to do with young children but still lovely and peaceful. The accommodation was clean and well presented and the staff were very polite and helpful.
Jessica from Leeds (20 November 2017)

Amazing holiday
Sabina (20 November 2017)

Towels were not provided.
Customer 9 (17 November 2017)

Beautiful, clean and modern caravan with everything we needed. Site was great and everyone we met was friendly would definitely book again. As we went in winter many attractions in the surrounding area was closed but we still found plenty to do.
Victoria from Newcastle Upon Tyne (17 November 2017)

The caravan was not up to the standard I have experienced at new pines in the past. Dirty and with out of date food in the fridge and freezer as well as the last occupants toiletries in the bathroom. No toilet paper was supplied which meant a family of 5 went a night and morning without! reception did rectify in the morning and gave us some. Wifi also would not connect at all. The facilities are good but the pool was freezing as it had been turned off for some kind of maintainance. Although this didn't ruin the holiday I wouldn't hurry back.
Victoria from Cheshire (13 November 2017)

Good location and superb quality of caravan
James from Barnsley (13 November 2017)

Caravan on arrival was not serviced properly and no one to report to as all offices shut.
Malcolm from Pensby (13 November 2017)

On arrival check in was very easy. Reception team very good call when lodge was ready. Poor lodge was was well maintained no damage ect.nice little welcome pack in the lodge which was a nice touch. However I felt that the acomadation was not cleaned very well I ended up cleaning the oven and shower myself. Again in the bar area we had lunch our plates were still on the same table 4 hours later any it was very quiet so no excuse.the food and drinks were however bet reasonable price and quality wise. The other point to mention is we felt it lacked lighting on the site got lost a few times in dark.overall good value and I would return but . small things let it down.
Jamie from Crewe (06 November 2017)

What a wonderful holiday. From the cleanliness of the site and the vans, to the fantastic customer service. . would recommend this site and would stay here again.
Gemma from Blackburn (03 November 2017)

Fantastic family break october half term. . excellent entertainment team for kids in the evening. . lovely clean pool and facilities . . both our girls loved the new playground . . whole site maintain well and kept clean
Ruth from Blackburn (03 November 2017)

Really good holiday park just a little to far out for a lot of the children’s attractions but really enjoyed it caravan was really good and clean
Steven from Annan (20 October 2017)

Really enjoyed our stay at new pines. Caravan was of a high standard and very clean. A lovely well kept park and we will definitely be looking to visit again.
Stuart from Clydebank (20 October 2017)

Lovely park great caravan and friendly helpful staff . thank you
Cheryl from Cheshire (20 October 2017)

Third time we have stayed at new pines . this time cleaniness of the van was very poor. Oven dirty cupboards in kitchen all marked were not been cleaned proberl. Wallpaper ripped in bedroom carpet had bits we did not complain at reception as we felt they would have not do anything . we go with my brother and wife to have a catch up . therefore we do not use the facitiles on site. Will not be up grading to a three bedroom next time we go if we do
Vincent from Liverpool (16 October 2017)

A great modern caravan as described. The site was very clean, secure and laid out with some great facilities.
Mark from Cheshire (16 October 2017)

An excellent holiday. nice location and friendly staff.
Jillian from Birmingham (14 October 2017)

It was a lovely site , clean and tidy, the caravan was in good order and modern with all the equipment that was needed, it was almost like being at home.
Gary from Eastleigh (14 October 2017)

Lovely park. Nice caravan. Not much in surrounding area for us, but have car, so not so bad. Pool was bit cold on 2nd day :(. also some confusion on open/ closing times- pool staff saying different than leaflet. No times/ info about facilities in caravan handbook, had to keep ringing facilities.
Yvonne from Stockport (09 October 2017)

We had a really lovely holiday and the static, site and location was excellent the only draw back was that our pitch was next to the entertainment centre which meant saturday and sunday night was quite loud - luckily our kids slept through it all but it kept us up.
Rob from Chester (09 October 2017)

Lovely first caravan holiday, although very quiet. We were given a timetable of goings on throughout the week. However when we went down to the leisure complex it became obvious that it was too quiet to run these activities. We weren't overly bothered though as our little boy was happy enough playing in the park or the small indoor play area. Caravan was nice and spacious and had everything we needed. The only thing that would have been handy was a bathroom floor mat to step out of the shower onto. Not the sort of thing you think of packing for holiday, we ended up using a towel. Overall a good holiday and would definitely be back
Leanne from Pattishall Northants (06 October 2017)

We spent a weekend break at new pines in a great orme 2 bedroom caravan, the caravan was spotless, no faults, the staff were helpful and very friendly... the site is a small site. . the site has plenty of things to do and use whilst on your holiday with new pines holiday's.. we used the site as base and went exploring the area, would go back to this site, if we were visiting wales...
Lynn from Northampton (02 October 2017)

Lovely modern lodge. Overall cleanliness was very good but there was lots of dirty crockery in the cupboards and the bathroom bins hadn't been emptied. There was also a mouldy bread roll left in the bread bin.
Sandra (02 October 2017)

Was a nice site. clean & pretty. Small too so not much noise. Caravan was lovely really homely. It is out of season as we stayed for a weekend in september but there wasnt much happening on the site at all. Shame about swimming pool only opening about 11am for the kids. Overall we would stay here again but only at peak time when more is going on.
Sarah (02 October 2017)

Fantastic holiday we are looking for early next year for the same caravan or if funds are available at a lodge. Felt as though we were part of a family. Nothing to much trouble. Would like to say a big thank you to sharon and all the staff making us feel so welcome. Thanks again. Lynn and paul
Lynn from Nuneaton Warwickshire (02 October 2017)

Lovely caravan site ,caravan was excellent would recommend.
Derek from Malton (30 September 2017)

The caravan was booked for 7 people. The accommodation was only suitable for 6. There was seating around the table for 4 and 2 additional seats at a work top. the 7th person was unable to dine with us - very poor!!
Mel (25 September 2017)

Overall I really enjoyed my time at new pines. Beautiful location, and lovely caravan..the only small thing I would mention is that the cleanliness of the caravan was slightly disappointing, eg ..bathrooms not cleaned properly..and bedsheets with marks all over them and mugs in the kitchen with stains on them. . . for being a 5star park ..attention to detail is lacking slightly. . . I also had a few hairs in my dinner at the restaurant.
Katherine from Alloa (22 September 2017)

A much needed break, the new pines holiday park is very clean, well kept gardens really nice.the accommodation we had was very clean, comfortable, we will be visiting again..
Kath from Tipton,Westmidlands (22 September 2017)

From start to finish we loved every moment of this holiday, charlie bear was a highlight too. Every single member of staff is a credit to new pines and we can't wait to return sooner rather than later hopefully. Caravan was lovely and clean too.
Nicola from Wallasey (22 September 2017)

Wonderful lodge within colourful gardens, very quiet, staff very helpful.
Jan from Merthyr Tydfil (22 September 2017)

Wonderful
Tracey from Stafford (18 September 2017)

We booked and stayed in a 3 bedroomed snowdonia lodge, arrived after 4pm check in time. got out keys from reception and walked into the lodge to find it had not been cleaned since the last occupants, dirty towels in floor, toilets not cleaned, beds not made, trainers left in the cupboard. to say I was not happy would be an understatement, went straight back to reception, manager off site and had to be rung by security. communication not great had to return a few times for updates, advised to eat whilst it was being sorted only when I suggested it will be no charge it was agreed. eventually got into the cleaned lodge at 8.10pm with small child and mother in law, was not what was planned. manager did come to see me at 8pm at my insistence she was very apologetic and said it was a communication mistake as they thought that the lodge was not booked out to customers that weekend. other than this error and the free bottle of wine, we chose this park as I had been earlier in the year with owners. it is a very clean presentable site, close to local attractions so a good base. we ate 3 times, once in the bar and 2 times in the restaurant, food was good. pool small bit nice with sauna and steam room. entertainment ok, kids enjoyed it does seem lots on and very good park onsite. overall after a bad start it got better.
Lisa from Wirral (18 September 2017)

First time at new pines was a better site than expected
Yvonne from Bolton (16 September 2017)

Lovely caravan but it was a shame the big picture lounge window fronted the car park and the view was two vans parked a foot away. one never moved all week.
Anne from Derby (16 September 2017)

Very nice holiday, even with the wind and rain.
Michael from Lee-On-The-Solent (16 September 2017)

Very pleasant nicely landscaped park, lovely to walk round, helpful staff.
Alison from Nottingham (15 September 2017)

A lovely small park.
Laura from Nottingham (11 September 2017)

Had a wonderful long weekend at new pines. My first visit but not my last will be back in nov 17. The lodge we had was clean, with plenty of room and all the mod cons. A new lodge with a 5* rating. the staff could have not been more helpful, the pool was clean and with lifeguards. Entertainment was plenty and fun. Didn't take any kids but I saw little faces light up to the on site bear and entertainment staff. went into the restaurant foe sunday lunch you won't be disappointed, right price and comes hot on the plate. . if your thinking about booking, give it a go.
Ann from Manchester (11 September 2017)

The chalet was excellent, though could do with some thing to hang towels on after you have had a shower. it was wonderfully set out with all that we needed. the park was we felt catered for people with children, and we were five adults. the closure to pool in the afternoon meant that it got crowded at times. my twenty one year old grandson felt embarrassed in the changing/showers when family stripped all their children seven and over to go under the showers which were open to everyone coming into the changing area.
Linda from Studley (09 September 2017)

A lovely site, very clean and well looked after. Just a short drive from rhyl and in a very peaceful location. The caravan was clean and in a quiet part of the site. Had a relaxing holiday and would return to the site.
Sheila from Bedfordshire (09 September 2017)

The park was lovely and clean, very well kept. The staff were very helpful and polite. Meals were always well presented and hot
Kelly from Chester (01 September 2017)

Cater more for owners rather than holiday makers felt in the way and outsiders
Rebecca (01 September 2017)

Amazing super high end caravan . park super clean and very tidy and more upmarket than usual parks. Only slight point I might add is could do with a small takeaway menu. From the main restraunt maybe but all in all fantastic
Dean from Stoke On Trent (28 August 2017)

When we left we gave in a list of things we thought was not up to standard about 10 or more things not acceptable
Ivor from Plymouth (25 August 2017)

Only stayed for 4 nights as visiting family in the area. Location was perfect and the facilities are good and well maintained. The swimming pool is a real draw and was one of the main reasons for choosing new pines.
Jonathan from Bury St Edmunds (25 August 2017)

The bar area was clean and staff were friendly, the area where the children play was filthy, the ceilings looked as if they had a leak. Very rundown.
Robert from Northamptonshire (25 August 2017)

The lodge was absolutely beautiful couldn't fault it home from home. The pool was out of order the day we arrived. We were very dissatisfied with the lack of adult entertainment as it was none existent misleading in the brochuremould go to a different park next time.
Elaine from Middleton Manchester (25 August 2017)

We loved the site and found it had everything we needed to have a great holiday and our caravan was perfect!
Kate from Evesham (25 August 2017)

A lovely park in a pleasant location that is maintained to a high standard. the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Louise from Chorley (21 August 2017)

Lovely clean park. mostly owned caravans which meant it was quiet mid week. owners lovely, most aknowledged you as you passed them on the park which was nice. club could do with being a little bit bigger and there is no arcade. apart from that though it is a lovely park and I would definitely recommend. be aware though that on saturday nights it's over 18s only in the main bar and they have a dress code.
Nicki from Andover (21 August 2017)

Lovely site, good facilities, in easy reach of main attractions
Tracy from Shrewsbury (18 August 2017)

Great caravan park. Fab facilities, really helpful staff. . the park is spotlessly clean and was very quiet whilst we were there which was great as it was high season. . nearest resort is rhyl which wasn't great but the surrounding areas is stunning. If you want to use the resort as a base it's fantastic.
Michael from Bradford (14 August 2017)

Very clean accommodation. the park was very well presented too. entertainment was good although booking system for daytime activities was not explained in welcome pack and my children missed out on a couple of things they wanted to do as it was too late to book. was told needed to book 2 days in advance. only there for a week so missed out as repeat sessions were at tea time on day we left. Could do with a shop. reception held some basics but would have been nice to have had a wider range of food items.
Ann from Reading (11 August 2017)

Great place for a family holiday
Joseph from Liverpool (11 August 2017)

I didn't receive the holiday that was advertised on the website
Jennifer from North Lincolnshire (04 August 2017)

Lovely park & very family friendly.the staff were really friendly & very helpful.the site was also spotless.. the only let down was the food on site!no food available in the mornings breakfast etc because the resterant was closed till lunch time, very strange!iv never stayed at a caravan park & not been able to have a cooked breakfast before.we did eat in the bar on our first nite but it wasn't the best.beistro prices for canteen food i'd best discribe it i'm afraid although the drinks were reasonably priced but we never eat there again for the rest of the holiday.there's a sainsbury's near buy so will all went there for our breakfasts ( our group 5 adults & 3 children)shame we had to leave the site for this!
David from Burnley (04 August 2017)

Lovely site, good entertainment. We were turned away from the club house on saturday night because there is a dress code, which we were unaware of and was not stated anywhere on the timetable. The caravan was ok, although dusty and the shower was dirty. Overall we did enjoy the holiday.
Paul from Manchester (04 August 2017)

Lovely caravan and quiet surroundings. The information booklet on the caravan noted that irons were unavailable in the caravan but we couldn't find ours, reported this to reception as well as a light bulb not working in the kitchen , the outside light not working and a massive crack in the tv in the bedroom. Was told that as we checked in late (we checked in at 5.15) that no one could tell us about the tv, that irons were only avaliable in the cabins and not caravans but we could hire one of needed. We were asked if the light were a problem, which for us it wasn't and we agreed that we were happy for these to be fixed after our departure. To our knowledge on two separate occasions staff entered our caravan without us being made aware-once to replace the tv (2 days before we left) and to replace the light bulbs. It would have been nice to have just a quick call or message to let us know.
Kerry (31 July 2017)

The caravans were too close together no privacy.
Tricia from Haverfordwest (28 July 2017)

We enjoyed the holiday and decided straightaway to rebook for the same week next year. Once we obtained prices for this we changed our minds and will not be booking.
Gary from Manchester (28 July 2017)

The park was in great condition but didn't provide enough of what we wanted from our holiday. The park is mostly owned caravans and that is the atmosphere more than a holiday feel. I would return in the future but not for a while as it is not somewhere that can keep 2 kids occupied for any amount of time especially when the life guards blow there whistle if there is splash in the pool and the evening entertainment is very poor ( a lip sync battle with people dressed in there own clothes for example). we stayed in a lodge which was very high standard but lacked anywhere in either bathroom to hang a wet towel when you got out the shower. We decided to try new pines instead of a haven site for a change but if given the choice again i'm afraid it would be haven everytime
Andrew from St Helens (28 July 2017)

Although we quite enjoyed our stay, the lack of facilities and the sparsity of opportunity for fully inclusive activities somewhat spoilt the experience.
William from Hyde (28 July 2017)

We recently visited new pines holiday park for the weekend which was booked as a last minute through hoseasons. From start to finish it was fabulous. We arrived late in the evening to find we had been allocated the very beautiful snowdonia 3 lodge which was situated opposite the complex. We were blown away with how gorgeous the accommodation was with the extra little details such as lovely soft towels left on each bed, tea and coffee sachets in the kitchen and the toiletries left in each bathroom. every room was decorated to the highest standard. On the first day of arriving we had car issues and the staff were beyond helpful trying to locate tools which may help. Every member of staff we came across during our stay were very welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the evening entertainment was fantastic. The children especially loved looney balloony! we have visited many sites across wales as a family, we don't tend to engage in the evening entertainment due having an autistic child and not enjoying the loud busy areas. New pines had the opposite effect as it was a very calming environment being a smaller site therefor didn't create the very busy atmosphere you gained from other parks. We made some gorgeous memories and we are already looking at rebooking to go back.
Sarah from Warrington (24 July 2017)

Ok but not a lot entertainment for the kids and the swimming pool closed early so they could have a big clean before the english holidays started
Graham from Borders (21 July 2017)

Lovely clean site, no shop on site which was disappointing as we had 3 toddlers with us we were always having to pop to local supermarket. No verandah on caravan only steps which was not good with toddlers. Swimming pool opening hours need to be altered most days shut between the hours of 1pm - 4pm. Nice club, food a bit expensive when you are buying for 5. But on a good point caravan was lovely with all the necessary accessories even a washing machine. Only downside most caravans are privately owned on this site and the owners near us made you feel you were imposing on them. A few more facilities 2ould be nice for little ones, maybe a soft play area.
Denise from Ellesmere Port (21 July 2017)

Very nice caravan, car parking not by caravan
David (17 July 2017)

Unfortunately the caravan is situated far too close to the entertainment block and this is not made clear enough when booking as I didn't realise this until check in. The park and staff is wonderful and location is good as a base. As we travelled with two young children we definitely would not have booked if we had realised it was next to bars.
Natalie from North West (10 July 2017)

Awful
Linda from Liverpool (10 July 2017)

We were five adults and three children staying in the swallow 3 home. a bit of a squash, but was expecting that. The home was lovely, well maintained and clean. Comfortable beds. The two smaller bedrooms were very narrow. Probably best suited to children. The washing machine was very useful. The park is kept immaculately and is very pretty. It is a quiet park and at the start of july there didn't seem to be much entertainment. the swimming pool has funny opening times. Most days it was closed for three or four hours in the middle of the day. the changing rooms are nice and clean. The park doesn't have many homes for rent. Our home could have been doing with some seating outside. the weather was nice, but didn't feel comfortable sitting on the grass as homes quite close together and all the adjoining homes had patios with nice furniture. Overall very nice surroundings, but possibly park is suited to older people.
Rosemary from Donegal (08 July 2017)

The holiday park was beautiful with some beautiful caravans and not far from beach and shops however we went out of season with my 2 year old granddaughter apart from a park there was nothing much else for her to do as there was no entertainment on a night. And food wasn't being served after 7.45 which left us having a 20 minute drive to find a family resteraunt
Donna (07 July 2017)

New pines is the best holiday park we have ever stayed in. The facilities were excellent and reception staff were very welcoming.
Fiona from Stirlingshire (07 July 2017)

Lovely park....accommodation excellent, very clean and everything you need.
Pat from Warrington (01 July 2017)

We thought we had booked a disabled caravan but they don't have any on the park. There were 3 high steps onto it. Doors and corridor too narrow for a walker and no disabled bathroom facilities. The park were very understanding and moved us to a lodge. This was much better all round. Swimming pool area v nice as was the entertainment hall. All staff were super helpful and friendly.
Glen from Market Drayton (01 July 2017)

It would help if there was a little shop on site and also we always seemed to have problems trying to get in the gates with are key cards
Valerie from Wirral (01 July 2017)

Lovely quiet holiday park with excellent facilities.
Lynn from Northumberland (30 June 2017)

Holiday park very clean but the lodges/caravans extremely close together although most are privately owned. Good place to use as a base to tour north wales.
Christine (24 June 2017)

Park was well kept. the bedrooms in the caravan were far too small and had no storage. This site is predominately owner based and I think the private owners would like to keep it that way.
Norma from Chester (24 June 2017)

Couldn't fault it . we had lovely weather tho.caravan excellent. large comfortable bed.baths, sauna, steam room ,bar, restaurant, everything you need.
Carole from Liverpool (24 June 2017)

Would have liked table and chairs out side would benefit from a mattress cover
Joseph from Liverpool (23 June 2017)

The best caravan holiday yet!. facilities excellent and the staff were very helpful . and polite.
Laraine from Chester (23 June 2017)

Caravan was lovely really modern and had all the utensils.didn't have a iron board or iron.the water had a very weird taste to it thought it was just the kettle due to limescale but tried it in a pain still tasted awful so had to use bottled water for brews and making food. kids park was good but my daughter kept getting static shock off the metal frames think this was due to the artificial grass so couldn't stay on there long as she kept crying. Swimming pool was ok bit boring after a while though as there's no slides or kids pool toys to play with.
Simon from Manchester (16 June 2017)

When we arrived at the site, we were early, the receptionist told us are caravan wasn't ready, but she would ask the cleaners if they would do our caravan after the one they were cleaning at the time and she would phone me as soon as it was done. I enquired it the restaurant was open which she replied yes, we went there had a coffee then we asked to look at the the menu, and was told food not served until 3pm on a monday. By this time it was 1.30, so I called back at reception and still couldn't get in caravan, we asked if there was anywhere we could eat and was told a lovely place.now the time was 3.45 still no phone call so we went back to the site, parked and waited, at 4.05 finally got into caravan. Caravan was lovely but the time you are aloud in is not good, other sites( not yours) let you ina2pm or earlier.
Patricia from Guildford Surrey (09 June 2017)

Great short break
Michael from St Helens (05 June 2017)

A lovely site which is well kept. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. A well equipped park for the children.
Louise from Harrogate (02 June 2017)

I have emailed a letter of complaint to you which has so far gone ignored and this was two weeks ago. my letter stated :. . I recently booked a 8 birth caravan on the new pines caravan park in denbighshire. this was for my family of five persons two adults two 13 years old and one 8 year old. I wish to complain about the following:-. . 1. the water was on and off intermittently which was very inconvenient especially when you are part way through showering. more concerning this also happened at the club house where we were eating and one of my children had been to use the bathroom facilities to find that he could neither flush the toilet or wash his hands. the water was off for the duration of the evening in the club and the facilities were in a disgrace. during this time food was continued to be prepared and served! following this incident one of my children became quite sick and had to request a change of bedding. this was totally humiliating for him. the cleaners were amazing. . 2. the entertainment was very poor and consisted of take your pick this was played three night of the run and the prizes were dreadful. you could win a rubber band! my 13 year old boys one still being quite poorly and weak left on the tuesday with their father. my husband was always going to be going home on the tuesday but as one of boys were ill and the entertainment for them was non-existent they all went home. I persevered, only because my friend was coming to spend the day with me and was already en route. 3. the power was cut off whilst I was cooking dinner and this was the final straw it went off at 12.30 and I checked out at 2.30pm a full day early as I had had enough. . I never imagined for one minute when I booked a five star park through hoseasons, in north wales, that I would not be able to take for granted constant running water and electricity and in my experience this type of holiday you and your family should be entertained satisfactorily, particularly on a school holiday. we spent most evenings going back to the caravan to watch britain's got talent. I have travelled abroad to developing countries and experienced better basic facilities and hygiene than I did at the new pines. . the new pines should not be in the rental space, as it neither has the staff or the experience to deliver an enjoyable holiday for a family of mixed ages and the entertainment is very much aimed at children under 7 years old. . I would like to hear what your comments are on this very disappointing experience.
Sharon from Manchester (02 June 2017)

Lovely place, clean, quiet, helpful staff. Nothing to much trouble. Caravan had every thing you need, including a washing machine. Would definetly re-book
Mo from Southport (29 May 2017)

Nice clean site well laid out, caravan very clean and tidy, no shop on site need car for shopping, check in at 4oclock quite late, should about 2 ish ,otherwise very good value for money for top van
Reginald from Shrewsbury (26 May 2017)

We had a lovely stay at the beautiful new pines park, the only problem was its a bit remote if you dont drive in the sense we had to book taxis to go places as there isnt much outside the park and also there is no shop on site so we walked half hour to the co-op for groceries which was a pleasant walk, but overall lovely break away our 2 boys loved it we will stay again caravan was lovely.
Cara from Liverpool (26 May 2017)

Difficult parking - not next to caravan. Caravans far too close together. Uncomfortable seating area. Small caravan, but perfectly clean and very well equipped. Beds comfortable and made up on arrival. Cannot complain about the price for a 4 night stay.
Diane from Widnes (26 May 2017)

We stayed for a weekend as we are considering buying a holiday home here. . the caravan was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need, nice touch with the tea, coffee and biscuits. . staff were very attentive, the lady on check in was very informative, the entertainments team were lovely with the children. There were 2 negatives we found. 1, the wi-fi is none existent. No matter how many times we tried it just would not connect. 2, there was supposed to be entertainment on for the children in the day time, however, we went to where it was supposed to be and no one turned up so I had a disappointed little girl as we had decided to stay on the park that day rather than venturing out for the day. Evening entertainment was really good and its a nice thing that the entertainments team take the children off so the adults can enjoy the night too. It would be nice if there was somewhere to sit out when the weather is warm with a drink. . all in all a lovely place to stay and we will definitely be booking again, while we wait to purchase our own holiday home there.
Karen from Buckley (22 May 2017)

Brilliant camp facilities great all staff very helpful could not have been better will definitely stay there again
Leslie from Manchester (20 May 2017)

Perfect relaxing holiday for early season
Trevor from Ellesmere Port (20 May 2017)

A lovely place although swimming pool was cold. Children's facilities in the bar were poor.
Ritu from Wirral (15 May 2017)

Lovely weekend away with the kids, beautiful park, clean caravan and site, great facilities and helpful friendly staff. Would definitely stay again, the only negative is it's not by the beach but we knew that when booking so can't complain!!
Anthony from Stockport (01 May 2017)

Very clean and nice place to stay for holiday
Ernesta from West Midlands (24 April 2017)

The park and the cabin are amazing. perfectly clean, well equipped. We stayed there over the easter, and would never go back there in busy period as the water tanks in the park are not big enough so for every day we didn't have water for few hours. Imagine bathing your your child and not being able to rinse the shampoo for an hour or longer. If not that fact, our holiday would be really perfect.
Sandra from London (17 April 2017)

Lovely holiday park, caravan was well maintained with great facilities. On site pool was great, my 6 year old loved it. Good access to surrounding areas. Staff friendly and helpful.
Helen from Chorley (14 April 2017)

Thought might be a shop on site or somewhere for snacks etc better entertainment
Susan from Sheffield (14 April 2017)

Had a really relaxing time .
Julie from Wolverhampton (14 April 2017)

Good location for a weekend break. 2 bed caravan was nice, new and very clean, and had all we needed inc a washing machine. the site is nice with an excellent kids play area which had challenging climbing frames for both my 6 and 4 year old who loved it. The pool was good but smaller than it appears on the pictures and not as nice as the one at neighbouring talacre beach site (but overall prefered this site, has a nicer feel). some kids evening entertainment but was repetative, even over the 3 nights we were there. Was good juggling show on sunday evening. the site is very close to rhyl and so shops close by. We went to mini spar supermarket which had all needed of the weekend. The site located next to a new housing development, so if your after rural location, this isn't it! overall recommend for short break.
Catherine (10 April 2017)

Great holiday we all loved it
Miles from Brightlingsea (08 April 2017)

Enjoyable stay and very comfortable caravan, staff were lovely and evening entertainment was brilliant, the kids loved the mini disco!
Kay from London (07 April 2017)

Great park.
Ann from Stockport (07 April 2017)

Stayed in a lovely swallow 2 caravan. Would recommend highly!
Valarie from Holywell (03 April 2017)

We stayed in march 2017 and used the site as a base for touring north wales over the course of a week. Snowdonia, portmeirion, anglesey/holyhead, conwy, llandudno/great orme, caernarfon all within easy reach. Big supermarkets close by including a morrisons at rhyl. We stayed in a 2016 great orme static caravan and found it roomy and in really good condition with quality fixtures, fittings, furniture, crockery, cutlery and utensils. Make sure you take your own towels as they aren't provided. Staff were very friendly from gardeners, security through to receptionists. A lovely stay - thank you.
Ben from Beverley (01 April 2017)

Fantastic site great accommodation lovely and clean welcoming staff, only drawback bit of a walk to caravan ok if it is dry not when raining,we have had two enjoyable stays and will be visiting again, stayed in swallow fall 2 caravan
William (31 March 2017)

Booked a higher end caravan, and for booking a higher end one, i'd expect to be in a more tranquil spot, but we were right next door to the entertainment, which if I wanted to, I could've sung along to "ride sally ride", it was that loud I could hear the lyrics. . . will not be going back.
Ben (27 March 2017)

Lack of shop and bar closing at 9pm did somewhat take the edge of the site. However we thought the site was excellent and the cost was really good value
Steve from Stoke On Trent (24 March 2017)

Superb caravan all the mod cons even a washing machine ! park is very clean and tidy and in an ideal location , will stay here again no doubt about that !
Simon from Stockport (20 March 2017)

Perfect and cheap
Sara from West Yorkshire (18 March 2017)

Great site however no retail shop 10 min drive or 20 min walk to get milk etc
Geoff from Preston (18 March 2017)

Was a lovely clean and comfortable caravan well equipped and lovely clean and looked after camp site. Would go back for a holiday there again
Corinne from Lancashire (18 March 2017)

I was very happy with my stay at new pines. The staff were helpful and friendly when there was a query and the facilities seemed well maintained. The site was clean and tidy and within a very close distance to various attractions such as bodelwynn castle, rhuddlan castle, llandudno, and prestatyn.
Rachel from Widnes (13 March 2017)

We stayed here for a weekend and loved every minute of it, the staff were very friendly and went the extra mile for you. The caravan was very clean with tv's in all bedrooms the park was very clean and tidy and the little extras you get are lovely. Would definitely recommend this park to anyone. Only thing was there is no shop on site but a shop is only about half a mile away.
Suzanne from Crewe (06 March 2017)

Loved it! can't wait to return!
Victoria from Cheshire (09 January 2017)

We booked this last minute for a break away and it was fab! the site was beautiful and the kids loved the facilities. the caravans were a little crammed in but it was quiet when we went so that didn't bother us at all. nice clean pool and the kids thought the evening entertainment was fab. could not fault it.
Marie from Wirral (09 January 2017)

Lovely, comfortable accommodation . . security staff excellent when called . . caravan accessed in the day whilst visitors not present, personal possessions tampered with and moved around and left with distressing signals of entry. Head cleaner had apparently mixed up caravans for cleaning 17 & 30
Confirmed Holidaymaker from Worcestershire (06 January 2017)

Lovely caravan and facilities. entertainment team and leisure staff great. Nye masquerade ball very disorganised for people who don't own a caravan- not enough tables and chairs and no effort to really confirm and promote the theme. You are not allowed to take food into the bar area but you needed to be in room before 7pm to get a seat and until a resident owner complained there was no plans to cater food. Bar and shop had run out of crisps by 8:40 pm and then they decided to put on bacon and pulled pork rolls. . if you got there quick enough it was ok but a lot of people had no food. . overall had a lovely time just better planned nye would have made it perfect,
Karen from Manchester (02 January 2017)

Had a great time the staff were really helpful the caravan was much better than we expected and had everything we needed the indoor pool was great and we were kept entertained in the evening
Nicholas from Wilmslow (30 December 2016)

Poorly lite in park . nothing for kids to do.
Lee (27 December 2016)

Beautiful lodge, couldn't fault it. would go again definitely as the lodge was so nice and very comfortable and immaculate. pool area was a bit disappointing as the changing area was very small for the numbers using it. I expect it would be very, very busy in peak times. caravans and lodges are fairly close together, but that didn't bother us too much. parking was also tricky as there are only a few parking areas. overall, it was a lovely weekend break.
Jan from Wirral (10 October 2016)

Excellent holiday park . the accomodation was very clean with good amenities. little touches like tea and coffee available and washing up equipment were very much appreciated. I also liked having a washer /dryer in the caravan to use very helpful when you have a baby with you.thank you.
Pat from Wolverhampton (07 October 2016)

Lovely , peacefull, immaculate grounds, very secure with gated entry, great restaurant, stayed in the snowdonia 2, luxurious, close to a55 (15 mins)
Kenneth from Windsor (07 October 2016)

The site was very quiet and tranquil. . the leisure facilities were pretty good, with a lovely pool - although it was quite busy on saturday morning, and not enough changing rooms to cope. Not a site for party animals - which suited us fine - we had a lovely calm break. Nice simple facilities for the kids - a small play area was enough for us.
Marcus (03 October 2016)

Lodge was lovely however on arrival was rotten had to get it cleaned again. Stupid dress code for night entertainment which we wasnt advised of so couldnt use facilities which ruined trip wouldn't stay here again
Sophie (03 October 2016)

Van was spotless quality good really enjoyed our break. Quite site booked so I could visit family in rhyl .
Julie from Wolverhampton (30 September 2016)

Nice place to stay but facilities are lacking. Nothing starts until 12pm, not so good with young children up and ready by 9am. Would be good if activities for under 5's started early.
Abbie (26 September 2016)

The new pines lodge was stunning and the park was spotless fantastic place best by far
Agnes from Inverkething (24 September 2016)

Enjoyed our holiday, staff are very helpful and facilities are excellent .the sight is very well kept clean and tidy
Ian from Old Kilpatrick (24 September 2016)

Great holiday here with my husband and 3 year old. Only small thing was opening times of pool but other than that lovely and clean and great accommodation.
Rachel from Ipswich (24 September 2016)

Great caravan nice and quiet everything we needed was there clean and tidy perfect brake away great places to visit all within a hours drive
Martin from Leeds (23 September 2016)

Fab place, staff very friendly great location. Pool excellent went near closing and we were the only ones. Caravans lovely stayed in orme 2 was like a home away from home. Can't wait to return.
Abigail from Manchestet (19 September 2016)

I think the site would benefit a lot by having a small shop selling everyday essentials & newspapers. also, as the caravans are new & it's a five star park, they should include a dvd player.
Stephen from Coventry (17 September 2016)

Lovely location, lots to see and do, just could not fault it.
Irene from Lancashire (17 September 2016)

Really enjoyed our holiday. The caravan was brand new and spotless. The pool was lovely and the restaurant served very well cooked homemade food. You do need a car to drive to anywhere but there is enough to keep you occupied on site with pool and play area for a couple of days.
Julie (09 September 2016)

The site was really lovely and the caravan was equipped with everything you would need for your stay. the only thing I missed was a table outside as the weather was really nice and would have been nice to just sit outside. but everything else was perfect, the food in the restaurant was delicious. we had a really nice time.
Carole from Manchester (09 September 2016)

Loved the finishing touches like toiletries in bathroom. Coffee/ tea sachets . the extremely helpful reception staff. . . beautiful and well kept. 100% satisfaction
Joan from Lancashire (09 September 2016)

We had a great time at new pines holiday park. The staff were friendly and easy to ask for help.
Samantha from Birmingham (02 September 2016)

We had a fantastic time, my children absolutely enjoyed it, with the park being so secure the kids were out onsite using the facilities available freely, the entertainment was brilliant, we would defiantly book again.
Sheila from Sandwell (02 September 2016)

Really nice place peaceful & quite. They could do with numbering the tables in the restaurant, drinks a lot more than pub prices otherwise brilliant.
Laura from Liverpool (29 August 2016)

We had a great weekend at the new pines holiday park. Great entertainment for the kids and good facilities on site such as pool and steam room. Would helpful if a bigger shop was available on site to buy necessities such as milk and toilet roll. Also more staff were required for the saturday night especially in the restaurant as the wait for food was really long.
Maria from Cannock (29 August 2016)

Caravans too close together
Joel from Manchester (26 August 2016)

I think there should more daytime activities for children during the day. The x boxes weren't working and the area where the table football was, was dark and not lit at all. . lovely caravan though. . chloe was the best children's entertainer for the evening.
Jane from West Bromwich (22 August 2016)

Lovely place, quite quiet and peaceful. Would have been good if it had a small shop.
Karen from Glasgow (15 August 2016)
