Excellent location - quiet and peaceful yet close enough for sightseeing and day out. Lodge perfectly adequate if a little tired - could do with a freshen up. Hot tub brilliant!! staff nice and friendly. Would def recommend x
Avryl from Leslie (16 April 2018)

Nice lodges, could be done with a bit more comfort in sofa's and beds, living area a little crammed especially if 4 adults sharing, ok with 2 kids. well equipped and added bonus of pool on sight even if a little small, lovely surrounding although we didn't have the best outlook from our hot tub and looked into woods but good to watch the birds. it is a quite a remote area so car essential for sight seeing. that said would consider these lodges again.
Emma from Aberdeen (07 April 2018)

Lovely lodges and setting, with every little detail thought of - washing up liquid, kitchen roll, tea/coffee, even a little jug of milk for your first night's stay. The lodge itself was very quaint and homely, and most importantly very clean. The heating had been left on for our arrival which was gratefully noted! we have stayed at other parks and it has been absolutely freezing on arrival. The park itself is quite isolated with only around 10 lodges, but we liked this. The staff were really helpful when checking in and offered advice on a local tour. The location was great for everything we wanted to do during our stay. Excellent value for money, would definitely stay again.
Gayle from Huddersfield (03 April 2018)

The units were well equipped and clean
Lesley from Derby (31 March 2018)

Lovely area to visit.
Andrew from Edinburgh (31 March 2018)

Gordon from Featherstone (24 March 2018)

We had a lovely relaxing time in the lodge, hot tube was excellent very hot and lovely, would recommend, no problems so didn’t need staff, kitchen had everything in it we needed, area is lovely . the skivington’s
Sarah from Angus (02 March 2018)

Excellent holiday, staff are excellent!! only one small thing which I pointed out to the staff we had to boil the kettle for the dishes as water from the tap didn't heat sufficiently to wash the dishes, apart from that a superb holiday! thanks
Alan (17 February 2018)

Nice lodge hot tub lovely but having work men staying in lodges with there vans is totaltally wrong. 6.30 in the morning we were woken up every day even on a sunday !! noise in evening when they came back this spoilt our holiday!
Jackie from Dorset (29 January 2018)

The only problem we had was the workmen leaving at 6:30 am and making lots of noise. The owner was informed but did not seem to be bothered. Otherwise a fantastic place, very comfy furniture and well stocked lodges. Receptionist was lovely and very helpful.
Tracy from Basingstoke (27 January 2018)

Lovely place, very clean and well presented, very nice friendly staff
Keith (22 January 2018)

Well appointed lodge.very helpful staff cleared snow so we could get car out. Hot tub used every day.could benefit from extra baking sheet as tend to use convenience foods.peaceful setting but beautiful scenery especially in the snow.already booked to come back in summer
Christy from Lancaster (20 January 2018)

We had a great time at kilarty lodges. the lodges are clean and comfortable with thoughtful additions not always found in lodge accommodation. for such a small park it has a lot of facilities such as swimming pool and tennis court; which make it a great choice for families of all ages.
Jenny from Edinburgh (08 January 2018)

Excellent
Gary (03 January 2018)

If you want a peaceful break in the middle of nowhere with no shops, pubs or eating places this is for you. We found the lodge quite small for four adults and two dogs, you had to drive if you wanted to find a walk for the dogs, there was no facilities in walking distance you had to take the car wherever you wanted to go.
Gwen from Edinburgh (02 January 2018)

Excellent stay, everything was fantastic. . lodge is kitted out with everything you require to have a relaxing stay. Hot-tub is excellent and very rarely drops in water temperature, unlike some others we have stayed in. . location is great for exploring the surrounding area and very quiet if wanting to just relax in the lodge.
Kenneth from Uphall, West Lothian (30 December 2017)

Brilliant christmas break, lodge was clean, warm and had everything we needed to make our first visit to scotland so special. We will be back again. Missing hot tub already
Paul from Rothwell (27 December 2017)

We had a lovely family break the lodges are well positioned for loch ness and the cairngorms
Julie from Leicester (23 December 2017)

Brillant, clean spacious, lots of fun in hot tub. My autistic son enjoys these kinds of holidays.
Linda from Ormiston, Scotland (21 November 2017)

Brilliant lodge with everything you need. Hot tub was amazing. The site was peaceful but close enough to inverness
Katharine from Perth (18 November 2017)

Absolutely outstanding, by far my favourite holiday! highly recommend to my friends and family
Siobhan from Markinch (11 November 2017)

Surrounded by birds. It was just what we wanted.
Michael from Oxford (10 November 2017)

Lovely little cabins, very cosy and perfect location. Hot tub is a great addition!
Cate (06 November 2017)

Couldn’t fault this site . the hot tub is one of the best we’ve used the facilities were fab staff very helpful & friendly x the lodges are not luxury but are kept spotless with a well stocked kitchen we dropped on a good deal as our october half term fell 2 week after the local schools we would love to come back again
Toni from Rotherham (04 November 2017)

Mark from Tentetden Kent (04 November 2017)

Lovely lodges, with everything you need for your stay. The hot tubs are amazing, relaxing for an waning dip.
Maryam from Edinburgh (03 November 2017)

Absolutely amazing clean refreshing amenities plenty comfortable warm secluded but welcoming
Jacquie from Stockport (30 October 2017)

Just what we were looking for somewhere to chill and relax. Accommodation clean and well equipped and staff very helpful if anything required.
Rhona from Edinburgh (30 October 2017)

My fifth trip to the lodges and I have seen many changes since my first trip in 1995. The chalets are much better, the facilities are great and all that’s missing is an onsite restaurant/bar.
Roz from Weston-Super- Are (28 October 2017)

Fantastic holiday had by all, 2 adults and 3 kids. Great location, felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, but only a short car journey to near by shops etc. The kids loved exploring the surrounding woodland, swimming, playing tennis and toasting marshmallows at the fire pit. The hot tub was a lovely relaxing addition to the holiday for the adults. We would love to go back and would absolutely recommend kiltarlity to other families.
Lauren from Dumbarton (21 October 2017)

We had the bracken 3 which, although clean, was somewhat tired and needing overhauled. the oven didn’t work properly and eventually had to be replaced. The toaster was defective - it kept popping the fuses - and was totally inadequate for six people. there was only one kitchen knife and the vegetable peeler looked as if it had been used to force open a door. There was no bottle opener either. This was our second visit to kiltarlity and we were disappointed with the standard of this cabin.
Brian from Erskine (21 October 2017)

The hot tub was an added bonus :)
Lynn from Orkney Islands (20 October 2017)

Lovely break
Elizabeth (20 October 2017)

Excellent lodges, in an excellent location. Hot tub was fantastic. Kitchen facilities were great for cooking as well.
Christopher from Thurso (17 October 2017)

Amazing relaxing holiday
Tanya from Scunthorpe (17 October 2017)

We had a lovely holiday situated in a nice quiet nice peaceful place nice and safe for children would go back
Mary from Islay (14 October 2017)

Had a wonderfully relaxing time thankyou.
Andrew from Falkirk (14 October 2017)

Great location for exploring this beautiful part of scotland. Swimming pool could do with a bit of refurb but the kids loved it anyway. Lodge was lovely and the hottub a nice addition. We made use of the rainy day store. Would have liked a comfier bed and a dishwasher. Aside from that a lovely use of space. Perfect for our october break.
Ruth (14 October 2017)

We had a telephone call from the place just before we arrived, giving us instruction how to find them and to welcome us. On arrival staff were so welcoming and the lodge was amazing with everything present that we would need, including milk in the fridge. During the holiday we needed to print out a ticket for a voyage to see dolphins. Staff printed it out for us. They went above and beyond the care expected. Thank you so much
Joy from Newcastle-Under-Lyme (13 October 2017)

Brilliant relaxing holiday. Lovely lodge and surroundings.
Wendy from Aberdeen (13 October 2017)

Great wee bolthole, scenery beautiful and very helpful staff.
Mae from Lossiemouth (07 October 2017)

An excellent holiday on a lovely small quiet park. lovely facilities on site and great staff and wonderfully pet friendly.
Maggie (07 October 2017)

Peaceful and relaxing
Janet from Todmorden (07 October 2017)

We use as a base to travel around sightseeing the lodge itself we were not needing for anything at all ,all the home comforts with a beautiful view
Patricia from Brechin Angus (03 October 2017)

We had a lodge for our wedding weekend and loved it then decided to book a mini honey moon here the weekend after with a hot tub this time and apsolutly loved it.! will be back again.
Corrie from Inverness (02 October 2017)

Amazing
Steven from Dundonald (02 October 2017)

Great week away. Great for location. Hot tub was amazing. Great holiday for us all :-)
Lauren from Blantyre (30 September 2017)

Loved the lovely little touch of milk jug in fridge with milk! good one . all most enjoyable.
Elizabeth from Perthshire (29 September 2017)

Lovely little cabin, very cosy and warm. The hot tub was fab and very clean. We enjoyed the pool too. Would recommend a trip to chanonry point to see the dolphins. It was about a half hours drive from the lodges. The lady at reception was really nice and helpful, she even phoned us when we were on our way to let us know the right road to take as some sat navs send you the wrong way. Would go back.
Karen from Glasgow (22 September 2017)

Lodge was very good with the hot tub used frequently during our stay, the rooms were clean, facilities good only negative was the view afforded from the lodge we were hoping for sea views however this did not detract from us having a great time and the heated indoor swimming pool was a plus
Andrew from Hove (16 September 2017)

Lovely place very quite and peaceful staff very helpful. Already booked to go back before leaving this year.
Andrew from Kingston Upon Thames (16 September 2017)

Lovely holiday only criticism was too much chorine in hot tub as days went on .by last night couldnt use it as irritated skin.
Karen from Redcar (15 September 2017)

We had a great time. The area is fabulous, the wild life terrific. We loved watching the deer, they were so dainty. We hit a bad patch in the weather but after the rain the rainbows were beautiful.l
Ann from Wishaw (15 September 2017)

We got a good deal for 7 nights, the lodge was better than I imagined, very clean and had everything you needed. Slight modernisation would have made it look better i.e. New curtains and some finishing touches. Other than that ideal location, nice and quiet. Pool was handy and nice and warm; though is used for swimming lessons for the locals most days, so makes it busier like you are intruding. Staff on site helpful enough and good having laundry room, though it costs quite a bit for so little electricity used. We would stay again depending on the price.
Jennifer from Scotland (09 September 2017)

Very relaxing holiday set in quiet setting.
John (04 September 2017)

Lodge clean and tidy.plenty of room.hot tub lovely, maybe could be more private.staff very helpful.quiet park in good surroundings, good base for exploring scotland.
Keith from Scunthorpe (02 September 2017)

We had a lovely stay at the lodges. Only issue was the swimming lessons going on in the pool, the swimming instructor asked us to stay on the other side.
Elizabeth (01 September 2017)

Great location with good clean facilities
Henry from Edinburgh (25 August 2017)

Lodges are ok but sofa and beds-pillows especially not comfy. Interior and surround a bit dated.hot tub was nice but would prefer more privacy from neighbours although we were lucky as noibe was staying next door. . the pool has a damp mop in the female changing rooms which was a bit smelly. Wouldn't normally complain as needed a last minute holiday but thought it was very expensive for the size and interior of lodge . very bright lights in bedrooms no lamps which was a bit of a night are trying to do bedtime for kids as they like a light left on but couldn't get to sleep with the right lights on the walls .
Freya (19 August 2017)

This was a gift to us for our 25th anniversary and we loved the place and the surroundings. we arrived late but we got the loveliest surprise which was a jug of fresh milk left for us in the fridge which was the most thoughtfull thing, so thankyou very much to the staff (we did thank them). . . we would/will go back again. . thankyou.
Tracey from Rochester (18 August 2017)

Excellent location for exploring highlands. lodge was compact and comfortable and met all our needs - the swimming pool was an extra bonus.
Alan from Dorchester (12 August 2017)

A fantastic place to stay cabin great & clean everything you need was there
Graham from Louth (12 August 2017)

Size and quality of the lodge left a lot to be desired. I would. Not return
Derek from Airdrie (07 August 2017)

Nice quiet location
Philip from Huddersfield (05 August 2017)

We had a great time at at kiltarlity lodges. Our lodge was large enough for 3 adults, 2 kids and a dog. All cleaning bits and bobs already at the lodge so no need to pack washing up liquid, just in case! the surroundings is quiet and peaceful. The tennis court had seen better days but it didn't stop us playing and having fun as a family. They could do with getting rid of all the broken rackets though. The swimming pool is small but enough to enjoy a quick swim. The best addition is the hottub, that was fabulous and we all really enjoyed relaxing with a drink at the end of a busy day. Kiltarlity lodges is a great base to explore the beautiful highlands, we will be coming again.
Joanne from Lancashire (28 July 2017)

The cleanest lodges that I have ever stayed in. Wonderful location and fabulous hot tub that was cleaned every day!!
Leisa from Ayrahire (24 July 2017)

Lodge was small, mattresses were badly stained, smoking box outside front door left smoke smell at lodge. Overall thought it was expensive for what it was.
Suzanne (22 July 2017)

Loved our wee break here, so tranquil and picturesque.
Laura from Caithness (21 July 2017)

For over £1000 by far the worst holiday I have ever had
James from Perth (15 July 2017)

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome. Lots to see in the area. Very complete lodge.
Walter from Delft (14 July 2017)

All 5 of us thought the lodge was just right, quite comfortable and certainly it was home from home particularly with all the cooking, cutlery and crockery. Could have cooked a sunday roast. What we also liked was the the get you in pack up tea, coffee, sugar and short bread. Of course very eco-friendly so there was washing up liquid, surface cleaner and loo rolls. The lodge was warm and cosy once we sorted the heating to our needs 5 oaps from 68 to 97. I think there was only two little negative points, first thought there was a musty smell when we first entered the lodge and secondly the cloths cupboards for the 2 twin rooms are in the main living area. My wife would certainly like to return but to a smaller lodge
Derek from Aberdeen (08 July 2017)

Logde very nice in side out side no so much more unloved than rustic a have to say quite a lot off old dog dirt and fag buts out side furniture was camp chairs not the best .
Kirsty from Linlithgow (08 July 2017)

Had a wonderful few days. Great hot tub and swimming pool & the lodge was the best equipped i've ever stayed in
Shuna from Blairgowrie (08 July 2017)

Our drive from home was about three hours to the lodge which is fine when you have dogs travelling with you. We thoroughly enjoyed what we did when we were there and our lodge as a base was perfect, maybe we could have done with some more space inside the lodge.
Andrea from Cardenden Fife (07 July 2017)

Braw
Colin (03 July 2017)

Couldn't get anywhere without the car , wasnt very many places to walk the dog as the road was very narrow and the fields surrounding were all private , the lodge itself was comfortable and very quiet , but very rustic it was nicer inside than outside and for a family of 6 only one bathroom wasn't the best . the staff were all friendly and helpful .
Lesley from West Lothian (03 July 2017)

Lovely place. Very quiet. Hot tub amazing. Facilities ok. Had to share pool with swimming lessons quite a bit. Staff friendly. Laundry facility on-site. 5 minute drive into beuly where there is a co-op. Lodge clean and homely but contemporary. Dvd player and freeview. A good base to explore the highlands. We did feel that the site itself was quite small. There wasn't any good walking immediately on the doorstep. Overall it had a nice, unspoilt feel though.
Karen (01 July 2017)

Peaceful place to relax.fantastic hot tub.very helpful staff.
Kurt (01 July 2017)

A fairly small site in a lovely woodland setting, this is a great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere quiet. The lodges aren't luxury accommodation, but pretty comfortable and well equipped, and there were some nice little touches like milk, tea/coffee and biscuits left for you on arrival (and dog treats if you've brought your dog). the hot tub was great, and the small swimming pool was terrific for a quick daily swim.
Lianne (01 July 2017)

We had a great short break. Weather a little iffy, but it was still nice to relax in hot tub after a long walk , would come here again
Gary from Aberdeen (30 June 2017)

We came here for a 4 night break mid june, 2017 and were delighted with the property. Lovely rooms and everything you require is included from washing up liquid to shampoo. There are also a plentiful supply of towels and a hairdryer which saves packing them. The hot tub was great and regularly maintained and our dog enjoyed the walks and scenery. . the staff were also friendly and helpful and the little welcome pack was good too. . however, as we were on holiday with 3 teenagers they were slightly bored as there were no real on site-activities apart from a small library, indoor pool and basic tennis court with limited wifi access. . . . that said, myself and my husband loved it and as long as you don't mind the remoteness of being a good 10 minute drive to the nearest shop and are looking for a relaxing retreat with friendly staff this is ideal.
Angela from Glasgow (23 June 2017)

The lodge was very comfotable. My dad who is severly mobility impared was able to get around inside quite well, although he could not use the hot tub because of the steps up to it, but apartfrom that he had a wonderful time and slept extreamly well. My partner and I would like to return next year but have my nephews wedding to save up for first.
Susan from Portsmouth (19 June 2017)

It was a lovely four night stay even although the weather wasn't the best. the rainy day room was a great idea & we used it a few times to keep our son entertained. the pool was also good. I feel we were slightly overcharged, especially as it was out of season & the site was not being used at full capacity, the lodge was also smaller than expected. staff were friendly & helpful, even although no-one was around when we first arrived as the reception closes quite early.
Sara from Bathgate (09 June 2017)

We had a really wonderful holiday at kiltarlity lodges as we've done for the last three years, a great place to relax and unwind .staff always helpful and friendly, rain or shine. Will be back again and again.
Irene from Aberdeen (09 June 2017)

We thoroughly enjoyed our few days in scotland. The lodge was a good base to explore the area. Highlights were dolphin spotting, beautiful views, great walks and just vast open space.
Helen from Surrey (03 June 2017)

Not much places to go walking unless you went by car and the pool was very small and the tennis court and badminton court could do with a fix me up
Samantha from Sheffield (03 June 2017)

Excellent location for exploring the black isle, ullapool, inverness and surrounding areas. . beautiful park, quiet and tranquil. staff were very experienced and friendly. love the eco friendly ethos.
Kimberley from Glasgow (02 June 2017)

I have visited kiltarlity lodges many times in the past 25 years. it is one of the most relaxing places I have ever been to.
Selena from Fraserburgh, Scotland (27 May 2017)

Very basic a little rundown on the outside, and a lot of money for what it was , nothing much in the area .
Jacqueline from Chorley (26 May 2017)

Pleasant place but needs an overhaul rather basic lodge and a bit cramped
Caroline from Pembroke (26 May 2017)

Lodge was tidy and clean, slightly on the small side. Staff were very helpful and the extra facilities like badminton and tennis and the pool were an added bonus. Pool was small and had lessons on every day so you have to work around them. Some of the facilities could do with being looked at, i.e. Providing a better surface for badminton and tennis and better equipment. . . info in the room was fantastic - loads of things to do in the local area. Milk was provided on check in for that first cup of tea which was a nice touch. Area was accessible and a good location for travel to other activities. While we were there we were very much left alone to relax which was nice, but staff were available if needed.
Suzanne (19 May 2017)

The second time I have stayed at this site, spotless accommodation, beautiful location!
Sarah from Eyemouth (08 May 2017)

Great little spot, good amenities though the wifi is so useless they would be better served not mentioning it. Staff are lovely and bend over backwards to be helpful. Had a really good time here. The lodge itself is well appointed and very comfortable and cosy.
Jamie from Aberdeen (05 May 2017)

Stunning scenery
Gareth from Yorkshire (29 April 2017)

Gr8 little quiet retreat . . could do with a bar and a shop on camp but they aint too far away by car . our lodge had all we needed . very cosy
Craig from North Berwick (22 April 2017)

Fantastic beautiful place. Cabins gorgeous. Had everything you need. Love to go back again
Donna from Coventry (21 April 2017)

Awesome location and staff called me to check on my journey progress. Superb accommodation and location was ideal.
Ian (17 April 2017)

We had a wonderful break. . we all enjoyed the hot tub and pool. . fantastic lodge with everything you need for a relaxing break. Super location to visit lots of different places. We will be back. thank you
Lindsey from Aberdeen (14 April 2017)

Great location only 10 mins away drive from loch ness amd very easy to find
Natalie from Glasgow (28 March 2017)

We had a fantastic time at the kiltarlity lodge. we have visited before (we have a family member who lives in the village and the lodge is a very convenient place to stay whilst we visit). to our delighted surprise the lodges have been renovated and what a fantastic job the owners have made. all energy now included (previously was pay by meter), where we could would say we stayed previously just because of convenience, we can now honestly say we can't wait to visit again and have defiantly spend more time enjoy the luxuries that the lodge has to offer itself. . kitarlity lodge pride themselves on given their customers a really forest location experience. they are tucked well into the forest landscape, the workers use many of the natural materials provide by the forest to decorate their surrounds. the natural feel to the whole site is cosy and sitting round a campfire is magical under the starlit forest canopy. . we were also very happy to hear that this year the site opened the pool for the winter season. we hope the trial went well and that the owners are able to continue to offer this perk to customers in future all season round. the pool at the accommodation is great! clean and tidy changing rooms, the water is warm, the children had a fabulous time! we did not rent a lodge with a jacuzzi but with the pool facility available we really did not feel we missed out (note all be the jacuzzi at the other lodges did look fabulous and was well disguised by the natural forest surroundings). surrounding area and places to visit:. we have been attending the area for years so have visited most tourist areas. in our opinion this area of scotland is one of the most beautiful places on the planet. the accommodation is less than 10 minutes away from loch ness, 40 minute drive from fortrose (famous for dolphin spotting). we very much recommend visiting rogie falls for a fantastic walk across the falls and around the forest (again 40 minute trip). this year we visited lossiemouth, a traditional seaside town about 1 hour east of inverness this year and what a stunning little seaside town this is, a must see if you have a sunny day by the seaside, I even put it out there that this seaside resort is probably one of if not the best looking beaches in the uk. the glens are only a short drive away and well worth a trip round, the views are fantastic and there is also something special about seeing the full sized live deer roaming the mountain landscape. . more locally the closest main town, beauly has a sensible size supermarket but would urge you to venture into the town centre itself and visit the local bakers and butchers found on the corner of the town centre carpark. want to take a haggis home, no problem john m munro butchers produce some of the best tasting haggis in scotland, they can even vacuum pack the haggis ready for your drive home. at the harry gow bakery treat yourself to a dream ring, they are to die for!. . inverness is 12 miles away, the drive in along the beauly firth is also extremely pretty. inverness has everything you need if you fancy a trip into the city. not that you will have much time for commercial leisure but if you fancy a change, the leisure centre also has fantastic pool facilities with flumes and wave machine, there is a cinema, a bowling alley. we highly recommend whin park for family with children and you can take a walk along the river and head back into town via the ness islands, an extremely pretty area of inverness. on the east outskirts of inverness (a96 towards the airport) you will find the inverness retail park packed with shops, chain restaurants and your "extra" size supermarkets. . wishing all who takes up our recommendations a wonderful stay, you will have a fabulous time in this location, promise you that!
Guy from Cambridgeshire (28 March 2017)

Amazing week away for our wedding anniversary. . lots of great walks with our dog. Hot tub was great after a day in the snow.
Mr And Mrs Earl from Arlecdon (18 March 2017)

We loved our time at kiltarlity lodges, our lodge was ideal, spacious enough for us, very homely and warm. The hot tub was lovely. There was a small play park onsite for our daughter and a swimming pool which due to the time of year (march) we had to ourselves. The staff onsite were lovely and very dog friendly. The only issue we had was the lack of footpaths to the shops you had to drive or walk on the main road which wasnt ideal for a child and dog but we drove to dog falls and it was a great walk and beautiful scenery. The shop down the road sells homemade soup and the staff were lovely.
Amy from Cumbernauld (06 March 2017)

Have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The newly refurbished lodges were comfy and clean and the hot tub was an added bonus. We will definitely be back!
Tamsyn (06 March 2017)

Nice setting. Enjoyed the hot tub. Friendly stuff.
Ian from Forres (04 March 2017)

Great place to visit
Nicholas from Manchester (03 March 2017)

Lodge was clean & tidy, staff very pleasant and helpful. Loved the location and the fact that there was a pool on-site. Would recommend this to anyone.
Andrew from Aberdeen (14 February 2017)

A fantastic place to stay. Lovely warm lodge and super clean with all you need as far as kitchen equipment. A great location for exploring the highlands. . can't wait to return.
Amanda from Kidderminster (11 February 2017)

Really enjoyed my break.
Audrey from Airth (20 January 2017)

Nice break. Clean lodge with hot tub, helpful staff. All good
Ralph from Ellon Aberdeenshire (20 January 2017)

Great for a quiet weekend away from city life. Loved it here. Will defo be back
Gavin from Edinburgh (09 January 2017)

It was a pleasant escape. Dog walking was good if you are prepared to drive. Would be nice if the hot tub was in secure area so dogs could potter while the family are in it. Staff were super and very helpful. Pretty surroundings.
Kerry from Glenrothes (30 December 2016)

We had a lovely stay over christmas in the cold but beautiful scottish highlands. The lodge was brilliant, fully equipped with everything you needed and so warm and cosy. We had a lovely hot tub which was perfect after all of that walking with the dog! it was very peaceful, you do have to drive everywhere however that wasnt a problem for us. . its very far away for us but we would stay again.
Lb from Nottingham (30 December 2016)

Great few days away, I sincerely wish we could have stopped a lot longer.
Chris from Nottingham (30 December 2016)

Throughly enjoyed our stay here over the christmas period. Very relaxing, staff very friendly, lovely surroundings. Will be recommending to friends and family. We got engaged here on christmas eve so will defiantly be looking at returning as it holds special memories for us.
Patrick from Moray (27 December 2016)

Best holiday break in a long time. Better than being abroad.
Michelle from Irvine (03 October 2016)

The lodge was great, very clean and perfectly formed. The hot tub was a great addition. We really enjoyed our time here. The fact that dogs are allowed to stay for free is brilliant. . the only slight issue we had was the grounds were quite small and limited for walking dogs. We had to pop them in the car to take them walking daily. It would be nice to just set off from the lodge and go. If you don't have dogs it would not be an issue. We just had two big labradors who need a good run out a couple of times a day.
Rebecca (01 October 2016)

Had an amazing time at the lodge. Staff were brilliant & very helpful. Quiet & peaceful ideal place to de-stress from life's challenges.
George from Aberdeen (19 September 2016)

Excellent place to stay very friendly staff and lovely accommodation booking as soon as we can for next year..
Rosemary from Kingston Upon Thames (17 September 2016)

We had a very pleasant and relaxing week at the lodges. The staff were excellent even providing mats for the one dog who hates wooden floors which was a really nice touch. A lovely place to relax and unwind. The hot tubs were a great bonus.
David from Lichfield (17 September 2016)

Lodge was spacious and comfortable with all we required and the site well kept , we would stay again. The only thing we would change is the hot tub could be made more private with more secure steps for access and the decking made non slip other than that we had a very pleasant stay
Alec from Matlock (17 September 2016)

Lovely place to stay would highly recommend, everything there that you would need, would stay again
Pat from Lincolnshire (17 September 2016)

Excellent, peaceful holiday. Set in superb surroundings. . the park is really well placed to get to a whole host of sights, attractions and everything you might need on holiday
Tom from Coventry (10 September 2016)

Amazing quiet tranquil place to stay and central for all places to visit you definitely need transport though
Aileen (01 September 2016)

The staff were very friendly and went out of there way to help. the only thing I found that was needed was a little shop and a club house not even to sell beer but more of some where to sit at night and get to gether
Ann from Nottingham (22 August 2016)

Had a really good time and would definitely stay again
Dale from Nottingham (22 August 2016)

We had a great week! you made us feel very welcome.
Monique from La Nucia (15 August 2016)

Perfect holidays
Roland (13 August 2016)

This is a quiet park set in lovely woodland. my daughter loved the fire pit and the indoor pool, having a bbq was a bonus. . . great location to visit loch ness.
Robert from South Ockendon (13 August 2016)

Lovely area and great location for getting to the many attractions within driving distance. No complaints at all with the exception that there was little in the way of walks in the immediate area unless you used the car to get there. All of this together with the really friendly and helpful staff made for a great holiday.
John from Stewarton (06 August 2016)

We had a really good week as the facilities were good and the staff friendly and helpful. Some of the fittings a bit tired however in terms of value for money they were adequate. We will return.
James (30 July 2016)

A second visit to kiltartly,a lovely peaceful area,a good area for a base to explore from,or just unwind in the peace.
Susan from Derby (30 July 2016)

A little gem in the highland. Great place to stay and explore loch ness. A lovely peaceful place to stay. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus. A great welcome when we arrived thank you.
Sharon from Manchester (29 July 2016)

We had a brilliant time at kiltarlity. our 8 year old granddaughter had an absolute blast and that was the icing on the cake for us.
Diana from Aberlady (23 July 2016)

Great little lodges next will get one with hot tub.
Christine from Glasgow (22 July 2016)

Very nice, quiet holiday park
Arjen from Schmallenberg( Germany) (16 July 2016)

First time at kiltarlity and we enjoyed the experience very much. Cabin was very clean and fresh and our grandsons loved the tennis court and the swimming pool.
Brian (16 July 2016)

I thought the accommodation was nice if not a little i've priced, it was all clean and comfortable. Would defenety be back.
Nicola from Aberdeenshire (16 July 2016)

Loved the holiday, would definately recommend and loved the little extra touches, and our dog did too
Neil from Edinburgh (16 July 2016)

Enjoyed our stay but should be like your wildside lodges and have robes and disposable slippers and log fires especially when prices are in same bracket . also would have been nice to have bird stands to encourage wildlife for people to enjoy.
Charles from Renfrew (15 July 2016)

We loved the place. It was slightly difficult to find and a bit further out than we expected but the e-mail with directions really helped. The only reason I put 9/10 for facilities was because we didn't use any of the on site facilities but the accommodation facilities were excellent. I loved that there were hooks and mirrors and shelves where they needed to be - and enough plugs. Apparently the internet was a bit patchy but I was on holiday and didn't need it! the staff were great (erin especially) what I would like to say is that the whole place had a feeling of peace and tranquility. I was a bit worried about beasties/midgies because of the trees but we had no problems. I would definitely recommend it and will be back - hopefully.
Jan from Scottish Borders (15 July 2016)

Brilliant short break away with my fiancé and our dogs. Staff went out of their way to arrange for us to bring all 3 of our dogs, even left a water bowl, towel and packet of biscuits for our dogs. The private hot tub was also brilliant and very relaxing. Loved every minute of our stay, would definitely be back.
Allen from Blantyre (28 June 2016)

Very good just needs some tlc to outside of the lodges would be nice if all lodges had hot tubs included. Water flow in showers really slow. Pool could be deeper too
Ian from Bradford (20 June 2016)

We stayed here for our honeymoon in may 2016, the lodge was immaculate & well cared for. The staff were lovely, we received a cute welcome hamper on arrival with tea coffee sugar & milk. There was plenty to do on site and the nearest village was a short drive away. The scenery was amazing!
Laura from Bury, Lancashire (04 June 2016)

Ideal location for visiting loch ness and surrounding areas as well as being in a lovely peaceful setting, nothing was to much trouble for the staff.
Jane from Sheffield (04 June 2016)

Lovely relaxing place helpful staff, very remote though you will need a car nearest shop is a good car ride away
Nicola from West Midlands (03 June 2016)

Was every thing and more , the lodge it self was spacious, clean and very modern. there was plenty of things to do and the hot tub was amazing for them relaxing day and night times. The staff could not do enough to help, always checking if everything and everyone was ok . would highly recommend this location, will be returning. . thanks for a great holiday love the tracey&lee x
Lee from Derbyshire (03 June 2016)

Stunning park, kept small and that's a good thing. If you want a haven site..then go there. This place is the perfect relaxing getaway for a week or weekend. It made a good base for us to travel around scotland during the day. I would definitely go back again.
Matthew from Blackpool (21 May 2016)

Great value for money
Gary from Arbroath (20 May 2016)
