Caravan smelt from previous dogs and the seating area was dirty where people had let their dogs up on it , I know it’s difficult to stop people letting their dogs on the furniture but in needs deep cleaning once a month and maintained
Alan (28 October 2017)

Had a few problems with broken items in my gold caravan. Told reception and went out. After coming back within 1 hour it was all fixed. The entertainment was very good and good approachable staff. There should be more lighting were we was based because we had to use our touches to light up the path to our caravan. The caravan was abit dirty especially the carpet and blood on the ceiling but being only there for a week and was closing down for the season I did not complain. it is a very good caravan site and eager to please the customer.
Michelle from Telford (28 October 2017)

The house and grounds were lovely. However, we felt that the whole site needed upgrading. The decor and furnishints in the house, though clean, were tired looking. The facilties, pool area, amusements and playground all need rethinking.
Caroline from Watford (28 October 2017)

Very pleasantly surprised with our caravan and the views into the valley. Clean, modern, comfortable. Killigarth ticked a lot of boxes for the break my family were looking for. The main building is in need of updating but this didn’t take away the enjoyment of our stay. Will definately be booking again.
Lucy from Bognor Regis (27 October 2017)

We did enjoy our holiday and a beautiful location too. The only problem was we request a dog free caravan! however the bedding and sheets were covered in dog hairs.
Dawn from Halesowen (20 October 2017)

Brilliant holiday, staff extremly helpful, going back next year
Kenneth from Folkestone,Kent (16 October 2017)

Beautiful caravan and great location. Nice walks to talland bay and polperro. Would stay here again.
Heather from Leicestershire (14 October 2017)

Nice time
Derek from Redcar (13 October 2017)

Excellent lodge and surroundings
John from Stoke On Trent (07 October 2017)

Pool needs updating or painting
Michael (02 October 2017)

Site was great, reception very helpful at all times. Pet friendly silver caravan was great and we couldn't have asked for more. Only spent one night in the bar as we went into polperro pretty much every night but we did enjoy ourselves.
Darren (30 September 2017)

We like the site, we have stayed twice prior to this holiday. I wouldn't book a lodge again, it was in need of a really good deep clean, we actually had to clean it when we arrived. It was a nice lodge but it had very dated carpet all through that would have been better replaced with vinyl especially as dogs are allowed.
Angela from Staffordshire (30 September 2017)

Good , clean, nice location for a holiday in cornwall
Alan (22 September 2017)

Very nice location could have done with a oven tray which we never got but overall nice stay
Ian from Farnborough (15 September 2017)

Very friendly staff, location amazing, pool is good. . improvements/investment can be in places but all in all very happy.
Leonard (15 September 2017)

Stayed in the gold caravan very comfortable and clean
Louise from Torquay (04 September 2017)

Best holiday ever.
Jeanette from Burton On Trent (02 September 2017)

Great location. Lovely staff. the caravan was good, basic, the beds were in need of renewal. the entertainment was basic ok if u like bingo and drinking.
Jayne from Readng (01 September 2017)

Good location
Sandeep (28 August 2017)

Caravan nice and spacious and well equipped though a bit shabby which we expected as it was a dog friendly. . pool was very cold. Disappointed that we couldn't get food from the bar/cafe earlier in the day. Met another family on the sunday who told us they'd been advised to go to the other park which was having a fun day and had an outdoor pool, etc. We had no such recommendation.
Haleh from Cardiff (28 August 2017)

We booked this holiday pretty much last minute, and stayed in a lodge. . the staff were friendly and helpful, we didn't use much on site other than the shop and the pool. . the lodge itself was absolutely first class. Lots of room, good quality kit inside and most things anyone would expect in a holiday place. . the surrounding area of polperro and looe is lovely. Good beaches and plenty of fun for kids. . we'd certainly stay again.
Andy from Wilts (26 August 2017)

Some of the facilities could do with a bit of sprucing up ,a little dated , but overall a lovely place to stay .
Lynda from Cowes Isle Of Wight (26 August 2017)

Accommodation was on point, but entertainment left a lot to be desired. We spent most evenings either off site or sat in our apartment.
Kate from Eastleigh (25 August 2017)

Very poor wanted to leave before holiday finished
Alan from Weybridge Surrey (21 August 2017)

Lovely site not too busy very pleasant
Marie from Merseyside (19 August 2017)

Location great, pretty much perfect ..site was well kept, however the pool was tired and facilities needed tlc. ..there was little control over the poolside with customers coming in with shoes on and smoking just outside the pool entrance..changing rooms were dirty and wet and there were no lockers for clothes. Bit more effort here would bring it up a level. . entertainment was not my cup of tea, except the magician who was excellent. . eatery /snack bar and bar served good enough food and drinks at reasonable prices but the eatery was bland/dull and uninviting with poor and annoying systems for getting things you needed like sauces for meals, and personally the holiday camp nature of the miked up entertainment did not make me want to hang about in the bar. . shop was a useful asset
Paul from Bookham (19 August 2017)

Swimming pool was not very clean and small children's end was full of older children with swimming aids. Did not use pool after first day water quality was not clear
Nigel (18 August 2017)

The site is clean and in an ideal place for costal walking and seeing cornwall, but the facilities are tired and in need of updating.
Carole from Worcester (18 August 2017)

Caravan was very good couldn't fault it view was good
Mervyn (11 August 2017)

Lovely quiet place to stay! my only critisism which I raised with staff as I checked out was the under 5's play room could be monitored better as to many older children hanging out in there! and my toddler was too hesitant to play in there.
Wendy (11 August 2017)

Gold lodge - clean, tidy, close to amenities, loads of wildlife to see. Lots of items that were in the lodge but not stated so we took stuff unecessarrily like an iron/board (even though we phoned to ask and was told no). on site shop 'massively overpriced'. hardly saw any staff - left up to you to find out 're activities. Stripey geoff and team hold their own every night - great for children. Swimming pool was 'awful' really dated, poor facilities and water was absolutely disgusting, we were not in it very long. . 7 days was too long for us.
Geoff from Gosport (07 August 2017)

Our family loved it and we had seven of us this time loved it
Lisa from Woodmansterne (07 August 2017)

Caravan was lovely and spacious and the girls loved it. Location and views were fantastic. . the swimming pool needs updating/repairing. Wifi signal was poor.
Paul from Derby (05 August 2017)

Lovely location but the whole resort seems very tired and in need of a makeover.
Erika (05 August 2017)

Had an amazing time children thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Food at club was delicious and value for money. Will definitely book again but two caravans this time and will take the dog as well
Kathleen from Millbrook, Cornwall (05 August 2017)

Really enjoyed it. Lovely location and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Evening entertainment was very good for the children.
Katie from Birmingham (04 August 2017)

Had a amazing holiday totally enjoy the stay. I would strongly recommend staying here and the staff are very helpful especially the lady that was on reception who check me in.
Markus from Christchurch (31 July 2017)

The park was lovely and the staff were bery friendly.
Stephen from Wrexham (31 July 2017)

Friendly staff main trouble with location is it affects sat nav so we got directed up a steep foot path
Melanie from Washington (29 July 2017)

Lovely apartment which was spacious and clean. . . . there was only wifi in the reception area. Also the oven was clean but did smell of fish when we got there so we didn't use the oven and the cooker was okay. the shower was basic and ok
Sheila from London (28 July 2017)

Had a lovely time, storm and heavy rain fall spoilt it.
Neil (24 July 2017)

Had a great family holiday, 5 adults and 2 teenagers in one caravan, was very happy with caravan, had a great view over a valley, walked every day, into polperro, hill was a killer for everybody, but we survived! the entertainment was good, especially the two female singers they were brilliant, really good singers! would definitely stay at killigarth again.
Louise from Herefordshire (24 July 2017)

Loved location, so easy to get around. . accommodation was spotless.
Ian from Somerset (24 July 2017)

Enjoyed our stay.
Christine from Leicester (22 July 2017)

Good. Pool was a bit too cold for me
Louise from Measham (21 July 2017)

The park was lovely and quiet, staff was extremely helpful with any problem that arose. However for the price I believe the gold lodge should not of have two broken bed, a dvd player not working, only seating for 4 yet it is a 6berth lodge. The wallpaper was peeling also. To my standards the gold lodge is a silver lodge. The lodge was spotless in terms on cleanliness and having a washing machine and central heating was great.
Molly from Bargoed (17 July 2017)

Excellent entertainment team
Raymond from Orpington (17 July 2017)

The caravan was immaculate and the site is in a great location. The views from our caravan were stunning and the facilities are really good
Denise from Flintshire (03 July 2017)

Nice lodge but the club itself could do with a 're furb.
Peter from Basingstoke (30 June 2017)

Lovely place to stay, lots to do. The apartment was fantastic very spacious and clean, would stay again.
Steve from Helston (24 June 2017)

Very good value for the money. Great view from caravan. staff at reception friendly and helpful.
Michael (17 June 2017)

Lovely quiet resort in a beautiful location
Clare from Chesterfield (16 June 2017)

Very good value for money. Really nice park, thanks.
Elizabeth from Bristol (03 June 2017)

Shop did not stock any perishable items, very poor product choice and customer service needs to be addressed due to the lack of it. The lodge at first glance seemed to be clean, whilst unpacking we discovered empty prosecco bottle in a wardrobe, broken glass over the verangah and in the carpet in the lounge. When we reported this to reception,on the sunday, the day after our finds, they advised that housekeeping would come and see us, they did not come to us. As the week progressed we found more broken glass, which looked like mirrored glass, in the carpet and within various places within the lodge, bearing in mind we had two young toddlers running around in bare feet. Therefore we continued to store the mirrored glass for the purposes of showing housekeeping when they eventually came to visit us. By friday, they still had not been, therefore a trip to reception was required to complain , that housekeeping had not arrived. I requested to see the manager who immediately requested housekeeping to come to our lodge. Housekeeping did arrive half an hour later very apologetic and claimed they had not been made aware of the situation, furthermore housekeeping advised if they've been made aware of it on the sunday they would have recleaned the lodge. since this was our last evening, there seems no point in cleaning the lodge until after we had left. We feel that there is a lack of communication between members of staff and management. We do feel that the facilities were misrepresented and the site was not as child friendly as advertised.
Erica from Northamptonshire (03 June 2017)

Lovely location, caravan very clean, staff wonderful
Pauline (03 June 2017)

We went to dine in your restaurant on site after being told the night before there was a big delivery coming in (night before items were not available as sold out) again half the menu was not available due to no burger buns, no southern fried chicken strips ect . . service was extremely slow
Ellouise (02 June 2017)

Lovely stay, we used the pool and the clubhouse, a little disappointed with the amount of cobwebs and spiders in our caravan, but other than that nice
Ian from Poole (29 May 2017)

Gorgeous holiday park very peaceful and close to the south west coastal path with stunning views. We stayed in the manor apartment which was a real find. Could do with a slight update inside but really full of character and huge rooms. We were really lucky with this as it was cheaper than some of the caravans.
Michael from Thornton Cleveleys (29 May 2017)

Very good
Ben from Bognor Regis (27 May 2017)

Only thing that would of made it better would be for an enclosed decking area as we had a dog and couldn't sit outside the caravan.
Gavin from Hednesford (12 May 2017)

Lovely caravan views over to the sea nice site very quiet
Stuart from Dorset (05 May 2017)

The van and park settings was great. We couldn't use the pool as the heating had broke, so can't really comment on the facilities we used it as a base to explore the area but we would stay here again in the platinum vans as they are new and great value for money.
Kerry from Stourbridge (21 April 2017)

Lovely friendly staff on arrival and departure. Lovely surroundings. Caravan comfortable. Would stay again.
Marianne from Sheffield (21 April 2017)

Swimming pool boiler broken too cold to swim. Staff lacked empathy and booking service on arrival was dissapointing. caravan smelt of dogs and lacked in cleaning .arcades and kids swings were dissapointing. overall manor building needed updating. However all this was not impacting on our holiday enjoyment as the location of both the park and caravan was outstanding. we loved the rolling fields and location it was delightful.
Claire from Studley (21 April 2017)

Lovely location and staff, the club house and restaurant look a bit tired.
Ciaran (21 April 2017)

Loved it, was totally surprised at great accommodation
Jen from Salisbury (21 April 2017)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at killigarth manor despite the pool being cold. There were plenty of other things to see and do on site and in the surrounding area. We would definitely go back.
John from Llanelli (17 April 2017)

Excellent location. Lovely friendly park with lots of space for kids to run around and direct access to the cliff path to polperro and looe.
Catherine from Swindon (17 April 2017)

Beautiful location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would love to visit again.
Andrea (14 April 2017)

Great clean and friendly enjoyed it very much
Mark from Manchester (14 April 2017)

It was my 1st ever caravan park holiday and i'm already looking to book my next one! caravan park had everything we need. The only disappointment was that swimming pool had cold water, although we been offered to use next door park's pool (hence facilities only 7). overall very happy with the value.
Anastasia from Salisbury (14 April 2017)

A nice location and park but caravan was poor. Beds were hard and plastic, lounge seats were ripped and the gas fire did not work but was given a portable heater. Presume as we had a pet we were given an older caravan, but the seats should not have rips in them.
Christopher from Alrewas (10 April 2017)

Everyone was very helpful the only down fall was that one of the stripy coats very much liked the sound of his own voice and would repeat himself quite often. I also found some of his jokes offensive.
Joanne from Exmouth (07 April 2017)

Just fab!! the strikers were excellent!! but as a suggestion maybe do an alternative to bingo? a bit samey to have it every night. Pizzas were amazing too!!!
Lucy from Epsom (07 April 2017)

Loved the break quiet time wanted and enjoyed .
Raymond from Plymouth (01 April 2017)

The holiday was very enjoyable. We wish thar we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the facilities available. We hope to arrive there again soon.
Jonathan from Hastings (31 March 2017)

We had a great time at killigarth and will definitely be returning soon!
Jodie from Plymouth (27 March 2017)

For an early season mid week break great value for money especially as we received an upgrade on van. Great for access to the coast path and walking.
Janet from Chelmsford (17 March 2017)

A lovely location, really helpful staff and excellent facilities. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.
John from Chippenham (13 March 2017)

Excellent staff. Excellent accomodation. Wonderful family break.
Anntoinette from Overton (06 March 2017)

Beautiful views from the park. Rabbits running around everywhere much to my daughters delight. The lodge was very warm and cozy! the facilities are in need of updating but are clean and functional. For the price we paid I was more than happy.
Poppy from Barnstaple (06 March 2017)

Overall the holiday was amazing but the only thing that we didn't go much on was the entertainment it may have been the wrong time of the season but there wasn't much on that week and also when we did go down to the clubhouse we ended up spending a lot of money per person on 3 or 4 games of bingo and I think if this was cheaper and the entertainment was really good I think more people would of come down on the nights
Martine from Swanage (24 September 2016)

Fantastic place & can recommend for anybody
Kobbekaduwage from Newcastle Under Lyme (16 September 2016)

Will definitely be booking again. Caravan was great for the price and the views were the best I have ever seen on a holiday site. Loved that it was dog friendly too.
Louise (09 September 2016)

This was our first holiday in a caravan. Luckily it turned out very well. We like to stay in a caravan in the holiday park so much. The facilities were great too.
Nasrul from London (05 September 2016)

Killigarth manor has amazing views of polperro countryside. The site is set in a peaceful area and is located only a five minute drive from either looe or polperro. The caravan that we stayed in was a silver 12ft wide graded caravan and it allowed us to take our dog. We found the caravan to be of high standard. a couple of lightbulbs had blown, we called reception and the maintenance man came and replaced them virtually straight away. we went out sightseeing everyday so we never got to use all the facilities on site but we would definitely return here for another holiday.
Tracy from Kent (02 September 2016)

We are a family with 2 small children, one of them a toddler. So my review will be based on this fact. Killigarth manor has definitely great location between polperro village and talland bay, both easily accessible on foot. For polperro village , it's better to use a back carrier, unless your child can walk a longer distance. Talland bay is accessible also with a pushchair, you can use the road although a bit steep closer towards talland bay. Camp has a good facilities with a restaurant too, which we haven't used so I can not judge the meals. There is a kids playground and small indoor soft play area which is great in rainy weather. Pool has a small pool for kids and larger for swimmers. Only downside, changing rooms, toilets, showers. They really need a refurb as we found them in a terrible state and dirty. Staff on reception and pool were helpful , although the younger staff was missing lack of smile, professionality and knowledge. A bit more training would definitely help. Was our holiday value for money? luckily we payed less because of the end of season but if I have to pay £180 more ( original asking price), it would be a rip off.
Ester from London (02 September 2016)

We had a wonderful stay very impressed with our caravan the site and location will definitely be back!
Peter from Braunton (02 September 2016)

Excellent location & lovely views but lack of cleanliness let it down.
Sarah from Wakefield (02 September 2016)

Beautiful setting with stunning views. Would definitely recommend and will booking again next year
Deborah from New Forest (02 September 2016)

Great little site which could be fantastic with just a couple of simple fixes. Unfortunately our lovely spacious caravan hadn't really been cleaned, the obvious areas like kitchen and bathroom were spotless but less attention had been paid to carpets & huge cobwebs. We requested twice for carpet to be swept due to having baby however this was never done, hired baby chair was filthy so returned for refund, thank fully travel for was nearly new.
Customer 91 from Cheshire (02 September 2016)

The only thing was the swimming pool changing rooms very poor and not enough showers, opening times not flexible enough shut at lunch times, when you are on holiday you want to swim anytime you like.
Andrea from Bolton (02 September 2016)

Caravan lovely & clean. Staff friendly. Facilities worn out, especially gym , swimming extremely basic - a rectangle nothing else. Bar good with variety & friendly staff. . if you're in the pasture it's a beautiful view. Nice location.
Julie from Kent (27 August 2016)

It was wonderful!!! my children loved it but wanted longer time for the club's and events. . the staff are lovely and always willing to help myself and my husband was always having a laugh with the girls in the restaurant and the shop staff. . the only thing I didn't like is the sofa in our caravan could have been cleaner and the fridge outside had rust on it but everything else was fine!!. . i'm in the lime light and posted pics on my fb and people loved all the pics. . I will defo visit next year!!. .
Wendy from Ilford (15 August 2016)

The site and the grounds were fantastic all amenties just round corner. Looe, polperro, and talland bay . well they were fantastic overall a lovely holliday . one to come back too. . mr b
Andrew from Southport (13 August 2016)

Broken shower door, shower leaked, sofa bed broken caravan wasn't particularly clean either.
Abi from Milborne Port (12 August 2016)

Very clean caravan. great view of countryside. . good base place to go around polperro and looe.
Jason (01 August 2016)

Stunning scenery, location good for visiting any where in cornwall.
Dennis from Maidstone (16 July 2016)

Lovely setting, well kept park, staff were lovely and helpful. disappointed that the restaurant/takeaway wasn't open at lunchtime when we arrived as it meant that we had to get in the car again and go out. we did use the restaurant during the first week and the lady there was lovely and helpful, very apologetic when something wasn't available. the second time was a disaster, waited ages and no-one came and the bell to say you were waiting had been taken away, when someone did come, there were no burgers plus other stuff so we gave up and went into looe. I wouldn't mind but it was very quiet in there, only one other family so would hate to be there when it was busy. nice little shop, though for some reason that's not advertised at all.
Linda from Tring (16 July 2016)

We did not use the facilities as we holidayed to sightsee. the caravan was clean but basic. (although carpet could have done with cleaning.) duvet was inadequate. For a caravan for four people there was insufficient kitchen/dining equipment. e.g. Only 3 teaspoons, three desert spoons and two wine glasses. The only staff we saw was the receptionist who was very helpful on check-in. Your brochure for the site states that it was only a short walk to talland bay; it was about a mile but it was a very steep walk and not for the feint hearted!
Richard from Pocklington (15 July 2016)

Lovely low key site but with lots of the facilities you would expect from a big one with swimming pool kids club etc. Really helpful staff and lovely views across the valley from the caravan we were in. Thank you for a lovely break :)
Toni from Nailsea (11 July 2016)

Great place, lovely holiday.
Shane (04 July 2016)

Never do for a basic caravan unless you are happy with holes in the carpet and walls. You also get your accent thrown back at you as they supposedly can't understand them.
Julie (25 June 2016)

Great place to stay. Lovely views and location and the coastal path on your door was ideal. Upgraded when we got there which was a bonus. Would strongly recommend to all. Thanks for a lovely stay.
William from Gloucester (25 June 2016)

Caravan was excellent, could not find fault in anything.
Martin from Hemel Hempstead Herts (18 June 2016)

The caravan and site were absolutely fine. The staff were very helpful and kind. We were a little disappointed when arriving at around 4pm on the saturday to find that our van was not ready and cleaned due to staff shortages. Whilst not blaming the staff it was an issue which should be addressed. We stayed in caravan no 75 which was fine. However there were what appeared to be a resident couple in caravan (i think 78) who periodically had domestic arguments which at times got very loud with bad language. The man involved also made a habit of parking his white van in the roadway outside our living area obstructing what view we had. . there was another significant problem which involved the keys to the van. My wife and I kept a key each but only mine was used upon most occasions. However on the wednesday of our week we had gone down to polperro but my wife found it necessary to return to the caravan in a hurry only to find that her key did not open the van. She had to return to the village to fetch me and bring me back to the site where I was able to let her in. On inspection it was obvious that the two keys we had been given were different. I went to reception where a spare was found for our use. . on the very plus side I was foolish enough to leave in our van a package of modelling balsa wood which while not being of great value I had bought from a shop in plymouth as it is not obtainable in my home district. I contacted the site on my arrival home and spoke to a very helpful lady (liz I think) who assured me she would ask housekeeping to look for it for me. The following day it was confirmed that my item had been located. I asked if they could be kind enough to send it to me. This they ultimately did ensuring that it was wrapped securely and sent it to me for which I am extremely grateful. I did of course pay for the postage which I was happy to do but I would like to pass on my grateful thanks to those involved especially liz who organised its retrieval.

Fantastic holiday park, with great views. really clean.
Kamla from Salisbury (04 June 2016)

Beautiful location, unable to use facilities due to having my little dog with me, would make holiday more enjoyable if a small area of the club/bar was allocated to allow you to take in well behaved dogs ,the majority of places now allow dogs in looe and polperro also when touring around no problem if you had a dog. Wifi not good even in the building. Would definately book again.
Geoffry from Wifi Not Good Even In The Building. (03 June 2016)

A perfect holiday for family and dogs. wonderful walks and large fields with beautiful views. we took the walk down to the beach to be greeted by a lovely bay with a very nice café. definitely recommend killigarth manor and cannot wait to go back there!

Nice site, driveways to caravans could be better maintained, onsite food was lovely.
Robin from Wokingham (16 April 2016)

We have stayed in half a dozen parks in this area and killigarth is now our favourite due to the friendliness of the staff. Also worth mentioning that our budget caravan was double glazed and centrally heated - which you don't normally expect for budget level.

Went to killigarth manor at half term, stayed in a gold lodge which was absolutely supburb, very clean and had everything we needed for 4 of us. two problems. nuber one as it was half term the cafe/diner was running down stocks so some things were not on the memu we wanted. The other problem being is that when we booked we asked to be put close to the amenities as mom has trouble walking. this site is set in two sections across a very dark road and the walk from the club is up a steep driveway which means that mom had to stay in whilst we went to club house or one of us had to drive, as were we put on the other side of the road. we dd not let this deter the enjoyment of our holiday though and found the gold lodge of a very very high standard.

Wonderful location and really freindly staff, the pool and some of facilities were a little care worn but over all a really grand holiday
Michael from Lybster (24 October 2015)

Had a lovely week. Unfortunately went in low season and not many cabarets. The pool was warm a d the staff throughout friendly
Pauline from Brixham (24 October 2015)

Lovely surroundings, dog friendly and local too looe and polperro, really quiet surroundings in the night.
Stephen from Treharris (24 October 2015)

I think it's a lovely site, the only negative I have is the parking, why not put a couple of lines of slabs beside the caravan to save churning up the grass.
Jenny from Worcester (12 October 2015)

The lodge was great the rest was not apart from the takeaway, the entertainment was rubbish well there was none when we was there last there was 2 club houses now there is only half of one very disappointing, never again
Customer 130 from Southampton (19 September 2015)

Booking messed up by hoseasons. Booked into 2 bed silver for 2 people yet booking was for 7 in a 3 bed. . was a struggle to find an available caravan and the standard we had was shocking. Dirty. Infested with bugs. Very dated and most features marked or damaged. Beds were very uncomfortable! site ok and entertainment ok for kids. Mini golf is rubbish. Needs revamping as broken. Arcade dated and basic. Pool was closed for majority of time albeit a kid decided to use it as a loo one day!
Dave from Caerphilly (31 August 2015)

Tired scruffy in need of some tlc . caravan dirty and dusty. Not enough bedding or cutlery.
Debra from Solihull (31 August 2015)

I was disappointed with killigarth manor. Everywhere looked really tired, could do with an update. Considering it was middle of august there didn't seem to be many people there. The club had a handful of people in each night so there was not any atmosphere. I feel I didn't get value for money. . killigarth manor needs an update and a look at there pricing structure!
Andrea from Newport (28 August 2015)

Perfect in every way
Kenny from Swindon (28 August 2015)

Excellent location- able to walk to nearby polperro although walking is extremely steep. Holiday park is lovely- good value for money in on site shop, also in bar and takeaway/ diner. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Bronze caravan was in need of a few repairs but satisfactory for what we needed. Would definitely go again
Maureen from North East (24 August 2015)

The accommodation was clean and comfortable and well equipped. the swimming pool, crazy golf, and tennis courts could do with updating and refurbishing but the club, diner and onsite shop were all reasonably priced and well stocked with good choice. the staff were always polite and helpful, overall and excellent place to stay, wouldn't hesitate to stay again
Karen from Grays (22 August 2015)

The location was nice but the holiday site was not that good the pool looked like it needed a good clean and looked dated the park for cleanliness was good but as for the caravan it looked as if it had not been cleaned cause there was used tissue left up corners and their was rust in radiators and there was mould on blinds I wouldn't have given the caravan a 2 so won't be visiting the site ever again
Rebecca from Crawley Heath (22 August 2015)

Lovely park quiet and beautiful surroundings. We stayed in a suite in the manor house which is huge perfect for a large family but very dated really needs updating. The facilities are basic but just enough. Would definitely return but to a lodge.
Karen from Oxford (14 August 2015)

We had a lovely stay, however the pool area was very dated and quite dirty which put our children of using it. Childrens entertainment was excellent and the friday bbq event was a really good option. All in all a good stay.
Chris from Camberley (08 August 2015)

Had a brilliant holiday and as a dog owner could not ask for a better location! will certainly return in the future.
Oliver from Dover (07 August 2015)

Absolutely fabulous location with easy access. Ideally located for many attractions. Plenty of facilities on the park but quite low key. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful.
Andrew from Montgomery (27 July 2015)

Stayed in a gold lodge for first week of school holidays in july. Check in/ out was quick and easy. fabulous accommodation, could not fault at all. The foxy club for the children was brilliant, both stripy lauren and stripy jeff were fantastic with the children! we only have one slight negative and that was the pool was closed on our last two days, due to a problem with the air conditioning I believe. It could not be helped I am sure, but one of the main reasons we chose this venue is that should the weather be bad (which is was last two days) there were still things to do with the children. A most enjoyable holiday and would definitely go back.
Nicky from Kingsteignton (25 July 2015)

Although a little dated, killigarth is a lovely, quiet family site. it is perfectly located to explore the surrounding area. my four year old loves the children's mini disco with the stripeys. we stay in a lodge when there, as they have 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom plus on an en suite shower room. I will definitely be going back.
Customer 143 from Manchester (25 July 2015)

The gold lodge was good, but not the cleanest. the site is in a beautiful position, with lovely views, but the park is looking tired, and is in need of a refurbishment, with a good deal of investment being required. the children's park is old and needs updating, the swimming pool is ok, but again needs investment and changing rooms are poor with only 1 shower. the sauna is also ok, but is very old and tired. the crazy golf is stuck in the 1960's, which shows with it's condition. the staff on site however were of the highest standard, particularly the entertainment stripy team, especially stripy lauren, what a truly wonderful young lady, who made one of my children's holiday. although the investment is needed, this would not stop us from returning again, and are currently planning to do that next year. the park is an honest one, rough at the edges, but with the right investment to bring it up to date, this would be a 10 star park.
David from Leicester (18 July 2015)

We stayed in one of the lodges and if was lovely - we did have a problem with the oven not working but as soon as we mentioned it somebody came out literally 10 mins later. The staff here were fantastic so helpful and the area is stunning. We wanted a park that had a small amount to do in the even
Karen from Loughborough (18 July 2015)

Facilities very dated and tired. Needs money spent to do things up. Play park, crazy golf, gym and tennis court don't look like they've been updated in years. Changing facilities for swimming pool very cramped with one red hot shower that could easily scald a child. Disappointing.
Keith from Dundee (18 July 2015)

The entrance and buildings on the left need major uplift. The entrance door to the reception was in need of a good clean and the reception area was dark and not welcoming
Jane (11 July 2015)

A wonderful fantastic week the weather we had made it better that's why we have previously booked for same time next year but for two weeks and paid a deposit hopefully in a lodge.. thank you for a great holiday
Adrian from Eastleigh, Hampshire (04 July 2015)

Holiday was really nice enjoyed it only one thing the caravan was a bit dirty just because we have dogs we are clean and it was very noisy where we were the first caravan, traffic from the the road and people walking past from the club late, we had gone away for peace because my husband is ill.
Lindsey from Wigan (29 June 2015)

Nice and quiet. Very relaxing. Impressed by the lodge. Would definitely stay again.
Nigel from Ely (27 June 2015)
