We loved this place , shame there is no playground for children. It’s near to the beach , there is a lovely little shop very near for everday things and tescos is 20 mins by car!
Diane from Birr Aargau Switzerland (14 April 2018)

Families beware - it seems this site has some long-term residents who don't appreciate children enjoying themselves. Our children were not screaming or being a nuisance but they were having fun - children are allowed to have fun aren't they? . the site itself is small and apart from cycling around and playing outside there are no facilities for children - we knew this but just reminding you. Grounds were kept very well and the lodges were very clean and well appointed - great - however our lodge was more tired than the one shown on the website and on arrival we were told that our hot tub was of the 'gentle' variety - truth be told - the hot tub just didn't work that well. . location was good in terms of getting to the sussex downs and coast but it is situated right beside two roads and you do hear road noise and can see some heavy traffic from some of the lodges. Plus points then - good for more mature couples who need a base - very tidy and there's a pub right next to the lodges (no issues at all with this - the small lodge complex is also gated), otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.
Clare (06 April 2018)

Fabulous lovely cabin inside and out
Robert (02 April 2018)

Had a lovely family weekend 23-26/3/18 was perfect for what we wanted as we were an adult group so chose a lodge with a hot tub, close to a restaurant, beach/harbour, and town if you wanted it. it is quite a quiet place but has everything you need.
Roni from Hertfordshire (26 March 2018)

Had a fantastic time @ jaybelle a couple of weeks ago. . was a lovely weekend away for us mummies to relax, chill and take a very short stroll to the pub for lunch and some wine!
Kerrie from Beckenham (19 March 2018)

Excellent site. Well maintained. Friendly welcome. Very relaxing stay. The lodge was warm, clean and very comfortable.
Deborah from Nottingham (17 March 2018)

A very pleasant stay in a well appointed lodge. leaking shower valve and bulbs not working in cooker hood reported to lodge management at end of stay. I assume not fixed before we arrived because previous residents didn't report them. did not detract from enjoyment of stay.
Alan (09 March 2018)

Only spent four days here but lodge was very comfortable and clean. only downside depending on who you have next door could be noisy early morning with car/van doors slamming. . overall would visit again.
Confirmed Holidaymaker (09 March 2018)

Absolutely lovely weekend break. Well situated lodges. . we had one with a hot tub, amazing even with a bit of snow on the ground. . lodge was well equipped and maintained. . wifi pretty good too. . thank you
Melanie from Kent (05 March 2018)

We had the most amazing weekend at jaybelle grange the lodge was superb it was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need and want and would recommend it to anyone
Mandy from London (05 March 2018)

Amazing lodge and amazing little getaway will definitely be coming back soon
Danielle from Southampton (26 February 2018)

Lodges are very clean an
Karen (19 February 2018)

Had a lovely relaxing break
Andrea from Maidstone, Kent (05 February 2018)

A lovely break at jaybelle grange and the hot tub was brilliant. The lodge was very spacious and was warm and nicely decorate. the pub next door was also a bonus but everything else was driving distance. . . I would definitely visit again.
Amy from High Wycombe (05 February 2018)

Our weekend at jaybelle lodges was the perfect relaxing getaway. The lodge was spacious, spotlessly clean, well furnished and had everything there we could have needed. The hot tub was a dream and maintained by the owners daily. Booking, (even for an all female group), check in and check out was extremely easy and staff were helpful. . . as to location we barely left the lodge so can’t comment on the surroundings other than the oystercatcher inn that served fabulous food and drink around a roaring fire! . . we’d all be more than happy to recommend and to return!
Lauren from Kent (29 January 2018)

Great holiday lovely site hot tub a bit small can only get three people in it at a time and there were five of us but nice and modern and very clean . well done.
James from Orkney Islands (20 January 2018)

Upon arrival to the site we were extremely impressed, it is so well maintained and well kept with not a thing out of place. We checked in with ease and completed the necessary paperwork and were handed the keys to our lodge. . . we stayed in lodge number 2 which is an oak lodge with an outdoor hot tub. Every lodge has its own block paved parking area which is particularly handy for the winter months. The lodge was immaculately clean inside and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, it looks exactly like the pictures on the website! they had even put up a christmas tree which I thought was such a lovely touch. . the master bedroom has double bed with bedside tables complete with lamps eitherside and a clock radio..the first place iv ever stayed with one as I personally hate not knowing the time when I wake up. There is a dressing table with drawer space and mirror with a hair dryer. It has a large wardrobe and shelving unit so plenty of room to unpack. There is also an ensuite shower room. . the main bathroom consists of a bath (no overbath shower) which isnt an issue for a family. One thing we forgot to tell them is that the lock didnt work on the bathroom door but maybe they will read this! in the hallway by the front door is a washer drier, ironing board, hoover etc. Also coat hooks on the wall which is useful in the winter. . the twin bedroom had a bedside table between the beds with a lamp and also a large wardrobe so again plenty of storage. The living area was very cosy with reclining sofa, wall mounted tv, plasma fire and coffee table. Behind the sofa is a dining table with doors opening onto the veranda. . finally the kitchen is very well equipped, it has a fridge and seperate freezer, dishwasher (tablets included) oven amd hob, every size pan and oven dishes that you could need along with every utensil you could think of. There were a selection of different size glasses and plenty of cutlery and crockery. They provide tea towels, washing up liquid, sponge and cloth. I had taken all of this with us after previous experience of self catering accommodation but didnt need to. Also all bed linen and towels were provided too. Everything you need is supplied!. . the lodge has its own decked veranda with outdoor furniture and the hot tub...the reason that we booked! we spent many hours in it over the 4 days and it was so relaxing. We had a slight hiccup with it on the first day whereby we had pressed too many buttons and it stopped heating. I went to speak with paul the warden who came straight over and reset it. We had discovered a button sequence that had put it to sleep...just our luck! you only need to press the jet button as everything else is preset, just a little tip so noone else makes the same mistake we did. One improvement that could be made is to make the area around the hot tub abit more private/secluded as you can see the entire site meaning that everyone can also see you...being close to the entrance we had people walking past having a nose when you are laying there trying to relax in your bathers. Our daughter loved the hot tub too and couldnt wait to get back in as soon as she got up in the morning!. . there is a pub called the oystercatcher just outside the site (you go through their carpark to enter the site) so was a minute walk. We went for a meal and a couple of drinks on new years eve which was really nice and reasonably priced. There is a large tesco about a 5 minute car ride away. . all in all, the lodge was beautiful, exactly as the pictures on their website, immaculately clean and fully equipped complete with lovely hot tub. We will definately return and highly recommend it!!
Leanne from Portsmouth (03 January 2018)

Very good area, and hope will back to there on summer~
Yi (27 December 2017)

Lovely clean lodge welcome break
Angela from Local (23 December 2017)

We had a great weekend. our only negative was that it was close to the road.
Denise from Hornchurch (20 November 2017)

Great stay. Great location. 10 mins drive, 30 min walk from beach and town.
Stuart (18 November 2017)

Never before have I ever had someone knock on the door at 2 minutes past checkout to ask why we hadn’t left yet. We were literally running a few minutes late, surely a 10am checkout and 4pm check in leaves more than enough contingency for a little leeway on the checkout! also on the tuesday when we were trying to relax in the hot tub they were doing the lawn mower right next to us for best part of an hour - very intrusive, surely the 6 hours between check out and check in on the monday should be utilised for maintenance so as not to disturb the guests
Emma from Tadworth (03 November 2017)

Lovely break, ideal location. lodge has everything you need, very comfortable.
Marion (28 October 2017)

We have stayed here many times in the past. my only criticism is that the lodges nearest the road have the nuisance of the noise of the traffic and this does seem to have increased over the years. . I think I have said this in the past but I think the park would benefit by having a small park for children and even more wonderful would be a swimming pool with a café.
Denise from Sunbury (27 October 2017)

First class accommodation at reasonable cost and very friendly helpful staff
Gill from Loughborough (20 October 2017)

Lovely staff. noisy road sadly and lodges very close together so privacy an issue. . but the lovely walk to climping beach was idyllic and the pub next door beautiful. . sadly we weren’t aware that the hot tub was only really suitable for 3 people when we booked (for six of us) and although we understand the restrictions of a small patio area this was a disappointment. also, there was not enough seating for six people (a 3 seater sofa and a 2 seated) so someone had to sit on the hard floor (laminate). . beautiful lodge though and impeccably clean. just wouldn’t recommend a booking for 6 people.
Julia from Portsmouth (16 October 2017)

Love the cabin, excellent staff. Location of our lodge a bit close to main road could hear the traffic passing.
Scott (09 October 2017)

Lodges comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. The only thing that lets it down is the closeness of the busy road.
Joy from Rochester (06 October 2017)

So relaxing and just what we needed.
Dan from Portsmouth (06 October 2017)

We had a wonderful stay st jaybelle grange lodges snd would definitely return. We stayed in orchard lodge which excelled expectations.
Linda from Torquay (06 October 2017)

A little maintenance required on lodge
Customer 31 from Kent (06 October 2017)

Love it here would happily go for longer and annually
David (02 October 2017)

This park was very good, quiet and small, suited us perfectly. Paul who greeted us on arrival was friendly and very helpful. Lodge extremely clean, well equipped and maintained. the site is neat and well cared for. We stayed in an elm lodge no12, without a hot tub. Area nice, south downs, several national trust places, great stay, will return. we were given some park rules on arrival as mentioned in other reviews but nothing unreasonable for this quiet site.
Yvonne from Exeter (30 September 2017)

Lovely clean lodge. Quiet location.
Deborah from Chelmsford (30 September 2017)

We had a really lovely stay in extremely pleasant surroundings and the proximity of the oyster catcher pub and restaurant was extremely convenient when we didn't feel like cooking or just wanted a quiet drink. We'd certainly return if we want to stay in the area again.
Joy from Gloucester (29 September 2017)

Lovely weekend away booked a lodge with hot tub perfect
Susan from Southampton (25 September 2017)

We had a wonderful holiday. The only thing that was very disappointing was the hot tub. We picked the holiday because there was a hot tub but this was inadequate due to it being old and the jets not working properly (very dissappointing).
Lynn from Plymouth. Devon (22 September 2017)

The lodges were excellent clean fresh and inviting the hot tub was relaxing and such a bonus . the surrounding areas have lots of beautiful hidden beaches like elmer and middleton beaches with appetising meals at the farm cafe(across the main road from the site). and the rivera restaurant/cafe in littlehampton. Staff on site helpful and had a good selection of places to visit . best visit arundel castle
Lyn from Whitton (15 September 2017)

Great owners, great site
Carl from Weston (09 September 2017)

Fabulous holiday in very tranquil relaxed environment. Greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival. The lodge was clean and high spec with a clean soothing hot tub. A car is most definitely needed as there's not much around but a short drive is all it takes to get to various beaches and attractions. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again
Ebonee (04 September 2017)

Great venue - only problem was the dvd player didn't work. but the management brought over a replacement which was fantastic.
Lynne from Chessington (04 September 2017)

We really enjoyed our stay at jaybelle grange. Our lodge was clean and modern, well equipped for our needs, and a good location. We would happily recommend it and we hope to return in future.
Hannah (04 September 2017)

Beautiful accomodation, pub with excellent food facilities on the doorstep. 2 busy main roads close by, however not too disruptive. Beach 10min walk, other facilities close by include park with childrens facilities and farm shop. Bognor regis beach and brighton all within close proximity and transport links. Would definitely stay again. Managers on site very helpful and accomodating.
Kieran from Coventry (02 September 2017)

Lovely lodge but too close to one another. Not what we were expecting.
James from Barnstaple (01 September 2017)

We had a lovely time our accommodation was of very high standards
John from Sidcup (26 August 2017)

Lodges are immaculate and spacious with everything you need supplied for. The site is really looked after well. lovely pub serving food and a garden centre selling the most delicious bread all within easy walking distance. Would certainly recommend.
Elaine from Cambridge (26 August 2017)

The lodge was clean and well maintained. We went with 3 teenage boys , the rules sheet we were given by the manager of things we weren't allowed to do while there made us feel like we were being told off .the site itself is surrounded on all sides by very busy main roads and one shop across a very busy road that closed mon , tues and is very poorly stocked and expensive . you need a car if you stay here as there is absolutely no where to go that's in walking distance apart from the beach which is miles down a busy road and is a scruffy beach once you've risked life and limb to get there . if you have a family of any age I really would recommend you go on this holiday. it's not a place for family's it's a retirement village with a few lodges for rent
Paul from Egremont (26 August 2017)

We had a lovely holiday & we were very impressed with the site. Thank you for a lovely holiday
Leigh from Coventry (18 August 2017)

Very friendly people, very quiet park. That was the only downside for us: I like to play football with my son but there was no possibility to do so
Michael from Breda, The Netherlands (07 August 2017)

Lovely time fantastic lodge very very clean. Paul was brilliant helpful and polite at all times.
Stephen from Doncaster (07 August 2017)

Lodge was lovely a little close to busy road. Hot tub was fun kids loved it. Arundel castle about 3 miles away. Well worth a visit. Lodge few minutes drive to bognor regis and little hampton. Plenty to see and do. Oystercatcher pub on doorstep .drinks ok but food overpriced. Climping beach a mile away with pay car park and cafe. the park itself is quiet. Owners busy and leave you to enjoy your holiday. No ball games or tennis on the grass for children though.
Paul (29 July 2017)

Great site
Paul from Derby (15 July 2017)

Beautiful chalet style cabins hot tubs perfectly clean. Everything you need in the challets all perfect and stunningly clean. Site great for quite retreats will be going again
Tracey from Leicestershire (14 July 2017)

A very high standard of accommodation, extremely clean and well appointed. The park is maintained to a high standard also and is lovely and quiet, although there is quite a hum of noise from the main road. I'd highly recommend it but not with children.
Christine from Northwich (24 June 2017)

Had a lovely relaxing break looking forward to coming back next year.
Amber from Belvedere (19 June 2017)

Picturesque location and next to a pub, but also next to a main road and no local shop for amenities.
Jill (19 June 2017)

Jaybelle grange is situated within easy reach of excellent beaches, numerous national trust and other interesting properties and gardens. The local restaurants supply an excellent choice, including local caught seafood. The scenery is stunning.
Raymond from Hertfordshire (17 June 2017)

We booked a week here with our 3 year old son. As soon as we arrived there is a list of rules we have to adhere to. Even down to hanging out laundry. The gentleman knocked the door to tell me to take the clothes horse inside and use the tumble dryer. Not all items can be tumble dried . anyway, that aside, I felt like we were treading on egg shells the entire time as we have a typical 3 year old who makes noise. The rules state absolute silence from 9pm-8am. Difficult when my kid is awake from 5. The windows were unsafe. They have ledges that are easily stood on and I felt uneasy with them with a small child. The lodge itself was nice. Starting to show age related marks especially in the ensuite. (mould on coving). it was nice and clean. The sofa had seen better days and had collapsed. Main bed could do with a new mattress. . all in all, a pleasant week but if you have young kids, this isn't the place to go. He wasn't even allowed to ride his little scooter around the park. It's an adults only site.
Lindsay from Stourport On Severn (17 June 2017)

Only had one issue with the hot tub - half the jets did not work. reported this on way out.
Lynne from Chessington (12 June 2017)

A wonderful clean lodge with everything you could possibly need for a great time away. The jacuzzi on the decking was wonderful.
Susan from Banstead (05 June 2017)

A lovely lodge, close to many good local attractions, including petworth house, chichester and the seaside at west wittering.
Colin from Eastleigh (02 June 2017)

Lovely park, very quiet. Didn't notice any road noise. Lodge well equipped, in good condition and extra touches (tea and coffee, milk, washing up equipment, dishwasher tablets, soap in all bathrooms, towels, etc) made for a great break.
Gavin from Telford (02 June 2017)

The lodge was of a very high standard and the location was ok but the owners/ managers with rather off putting/ over powering with rules etc. Rather upset to be handed an a4 sheet of rules on arrival and to be told they do not recommend children under the age of age years use the hot tub. Would not recommend for families!!!
Rhiannon from Essex (29 May 2017)

The on site managers were great - very friendly - such a lovely quiet site. Towels, t towels, hand wash, tea & coffee + loo rolls included - which we have never had before - we've always needed to take our own. Really enjoyed the home comforts & would highly recommend this site
Tina from Frimley (12 May 2017)

Excellent experience at jaybelle grange, fantastic lodge with hot tub. Friendly helpful staff. Throughly recommend
Jayne from Surrey (08 May 2017)

Lovely place. Lodges are clean and the staff are very helpful. Will definitely be back and would recommend
Kelly (01 May 2017)

Excellent holiday quiet surroundings . very well managed
Judith from Wednesbury West Midlands (15 April 2017)

Excellent accommodation and location.. well definitely be back!
Sarah (14 April 2017)

Great location for visits to seaside, national trust properties and towns such as chichester and brighton.
Jane (31 March 2017)

When we arrived the staff was not helpful unfortunately. seemed very relaxed but not a care in the world. Advised us not to go to the one and only local pub as it had a record of being slow so we had to travel into littlehampton or bognor. would have been nice to maybe have the option of staying local. The lodge could have benefitted with having a roof of some sort over the hottub, especially when it is raining. the ensuite shower has mould and the shower head is far from power. this is in need of replacing. the tv was too high in our opinion as the sofa is quite close. felt like being in the front row at a cinema. . we tried to use the grill but on both occasions a load of smoke came out so we avoided using that. We was not shown around the lodge or made aware where the bins or recycling units were. The lodge was number 14 and was uncomfortably located right opposite the managers office/house. our front door glass was clear and not frosted and was uncomfortable to walk passed without having to always cover up. . on leaving the site on monday morning after 8am the manager had clearly just been woken up and I felt embarrassed when he woke up clearly not ready for work. The lodges are very close so for privacy you feel that you have to close the curtains. There are no local shops so without a car you are stuck and no views from the lodge other than another lodge. Unfortunately we will not be going back or recommending these lodges.
Nicholas from London (13 March 2017)

Lovely place to stay n relax .helpful n friendly staff on site. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone
Corinne from West Sussex (10 March 2017)

Beautiful luxurious lodge with everything you could possibly need. highly recommended.
Jeanette from Bognor Regis (03 March 2017)

Really lovely lodge - couldn't fault it at all. immaculate surroundings. Managers, madge and paul, really helpful. We would certainly return.
B A B (10 February 2017)

Jay elle was perfect for us. It was warm, clean and comfortable. It was spacious and very well equipped. We will definitely book again next time we visit our relatives in sussex

Great place, would use jaybelle grange lodges any time.
Kirk from Basildon (20 January 2017)

A great holiday. The traffic may be a put off for some but it's good access to local attractions. Helpful staff and lovely hot tubs!
Samantha from New Romney (13 January 2017)

Very well presented, welcome pack of tea and coffee, even in early january some visitors were enjoying the hot tubs which were checked by staff daily. We really enjoyed our stay with easy access to chichester, bognor and arundel.
Arthur from Castalla Spain (13 January 2017)

A really beautiful lodge and met all our needs
Sylvia from Seaford (30 December 2016)

Fabulous. From beginning to end we had a marvellous time. The lodge was so warm and welcoming with log fire, christmas tree and twinkling lights to greet us. The managers of the site are very affable and friendly. The lodge is well laid out and spacious. Truly one of the best places we have stayed and the hot tub? wonderful.
Linda from London (30 December 2016)

We had a fantastic stay between the xmas and new year period. The lodges are very high standard, we had 2 kids under 3 with us and they loved it. Easy to run around and play and stay safe. Would definitely come back again!
Lauren from Bucks (30 December 2016)

Great time - lodge was fab - clean and up to date . not s great deal in the location but it suited us
Jo from Northallerton (30 September 2016)

Good location for touring the surrounding area. resident management team very pleasant and helpful.

Belinda (24 September 2016)

Could not fault the lodges nice place really nice owners
Paul from Stourport (24 September 2016)

We stayed here for four days in september. the site is well maintained & the lodges were better than expected. more like a home.
Barbara from Frinton-On -Sea (23 September 2016)

A group of us booked a getaway weekend with rest and relaxation in mind - away from our young children and husbands! jaybelle grange lodges fitted the bill perfectly - our accommodation was excellent and we loved the whole open plan layout. we booked this lodge specifically for the hot tub and we were not disappointed. it was our second time to visit and the people managing the site were extremely helpful and accommodating.
Deborah from Sutton (19 September 2016)

We stayed at jaybelle grange lodges in september. The site and lodges were pleasant and well maintained. Our lodge was a 2 bedroomed one with a hot tub. The tub was larger than we had had at previous lodges. The lodge was clean and well furnished. An improvement would be a shower in the bathroom this would save water and energy. We were 4 adults staying in this lodge. Who like to shower, so this was inconvenient to us at times. Also we only had 4 mugs/cups in the kitchen, which meant we had to keep washing up. All the other crocks and utensils etc were adequate. The ensuite shower room lacked storage space, i.e a shelf to put toiletries etc on. However the bedrooms had loads of storage. Overall we had a really nice stay here. The site is very close to the coast and places of interest. You do need a car though. We found a few nice eating places within 5 miles. Would recommend
Isabelle (16 September 2016)

Absolutely fabulous break helped by the weather! lovely places to visit only negative was because the weather was so hot the lodge felt more like a conservatory so was a little difficult to stay cool! lodge was very clean and spacious and the pub near site served lovely meals and a good choice of beers for my husband!
Kate from Derbyshire (16 September 2016)

All up front appearance. Looks great but shower very poor. Defect book in lodge that mentions numerous times about bulbs out and blinds missing that were still faulty ! no good for families as long list of "do nots" such as ball games, bikes and playing outside.
Simon from Hornchurch (12 September 2016)

Excellent accommodation.
Pauline from Worcester (03 September 2016)

Absolutely loved our stay at jaybelle, so much so, we booked for next year while we were there. The owners are a lovely couple who really strive to ensure your stay is second to none. We loved the area as we wanted somewhere quiet yet within reasonable commute to local amenities and here we were offered both. Really looking forward to going back next year!!!
Michael from Wirral (03 September 2016)

The best holiday lodge we have stayed in. Very clean, well maintained lodge. Residential park, so nice and quiet. Relaxing retreat. This park is not for kids that like running around making lots of noise. There are plenty of other parks you that. My sons are 12 and 16 and they enjoyed the relaxing break .
Simon from Canterbury (02 September 2016)

An enjoyable stay.
Robert from Coventry (27 August 2016)

Nice quiet site . really need to use the car to get about.
Lindsay from Leeds (13 August 2016)

So pleased we found this little gem. We loved the lodge we stayed in. The park is immaculate as are the lodges. The staff live on site and are there if needed but at the same time let you get on with your stay. We would recommend this park to friends and we would definitely stay here again.
Steven from Cleethorpes (13 August 2016)

Very helpful staff.
Michelle from Bradford (30 July 2016)

The site is off a very busy main road but ideal if you want visit around the area.
Stella (29 July 2016)

Well run site, very clean, great accommodation.
Andrew from Reading (23 July 2016)

This resort was great lovely lodges all down out it a very high standard had everything we needed. Suited us with teenagers and young adults for a more quiet and relaxing resort rather than child friendly. Curfew of being quiet from 9pm was slightly restricting especially with the outdoor hot tub and would put us off coming for christmas ew year as there's grey area between not wanting raucous parties but families wanting to enjoy the evenings. Otherwise couldn't fault it! thank you
Melanie from Reading (22 July 2016)

An excellent site and extremely well maintained. The managers were very helpful. We will definitely be going back
Customer 101 from Worcester Park (16 July 2016)

Lovely lodges.helpful staff but you need a car to explore the area
Karen from Nottingham (08 July 2016)

The lodge was clean, surroundings were lovely. I've stayed here twice now and would definitely re book. Madge & her husband were very helpful- thank you
Jenny from Croydon (24 June 2016)

When I turn up to the lodge I was greeted by a really nice down to earth man and didn't straight away judge me just because I was with 2 other lads, people forget not all young lads together will play loud music till the early hours and trash places, we entered the lodge in complete shock to see how modern and clean it was 10 out of 10 was just brilliant!!!!!!!
Thomas (13 June 2016)

Excellent accommodation and fantastic location. Madge and paul were very welcoming.
Simon from Horley (03 June 2016)

Nice quiet and small site close to the beach. Helpful and friendly owners. As per other reviews, the site is close to a busy road which can be noisy. There is a lovely farm shop a couple of minutes walk away
Lorraine (09 May 2016)

A very nice holiday
Customer 107 from Haarlem The Netherlands (06 May 2016)

The lodge was very small no storage in second bedroom the last lodge we had was really lovely and big at little hampton at the same price
Sonia from Staines-Upon-Thames (02 May 2016)

The site we stayed on was well looked after and very nicely set out.
Yvonne from Basildon (29 April 2016)

Lovely lodges..spotlessly clean and very well equipped
Sarah from Slough (25 April 2016)

Have stayed in a number of lodges, by far this has been the best.
Dennis from King'S Lynn (08 April 2016)

Very nice lodge pub just off site excellent site manager & staff very helpful.
Andrew from Rochdale (18 March 2016)

Easy to get to. Central to most areas. At this time of year the road caused no problem , whether in the summer when you want to relax on the verandah in the sun it is too noisy i'm not sure.
Lynn from Bournemouth (11 March 2016)

The lodge is in a perfect location within driving distance of many places to visit for the day. The lodges were well equipped and beautiful clean and presented. Would definitely consider staying again
Samantha (07 March 2016)

This holiday was far better than ever expected. The accommodation was very modern and extremely clean, the staff were very polite and helpful! there didn't seem like much to do in littlehampton itself but just a short drive down the road there is so much around. We had a lovely time and would certainly come back. Thank you :)
Katrina from Hemel Hempstead (07 March 2016)

Stayed in lodge number 3. Lovely lodge inside, but very disappointed with hot tub that only fizzes on top, no bubble or jet power. Lodge is located on small private site, next to very busy a road & junction. Not ideal for children. Staff friendly & helpful but no extra facilities on site. Oystercatcher pub very good, friendly staff & nice choice of menu. Ideal for all group types.
Sarah from Northamptonshire (22 February 2016)

Great location to explore the area.the oyster catcher pub was a bonus with good food.
Malcolm from Spalding (19 February 2016)

A lovely clean lodge. Wonderfully warm hot tub. A great place to stay.
Irene from Newdigate (19 February 2016)

We had a 4 night stay and our expectations were met. The lodge quality was very good and generally well maintained. There is a road nearby but we knew about this and didn't think the noise was too noticeable. The site is primarily a residential site and not a holiday park, we liked that. The hot tub was a novelty for us, although only used twice, still a great feature though.
David from Devon (19 February 2016)

I stayed with a group of friends for a birthday celebration weekend. The lodge itself is perfect, beautifully decorated and fitted out, all the little extras that we didn't have to bring made such a difference, like hand soap in the bathrooms and washing up liquid etc, the lodge is spacious and really cosy. The hot tub is an amazing bonus! . the only down side is the location next to the main road which can be noisy first thing in the morning.
Lisa from Gosport (08 February 2016)

It was lovely! I booked this as a surprise for my other half and he was in shock at how great and clean it was.
Louise from Eastbourne (08 February 2016)

An excellent place and accommodation!
Ann from Southampton (25 January 2016)

Would recommend to anyone very nice staff
Neville from Devon (03 January 2016)

Nice and quiet environment with very helpful staff . made very welcome . already booked for this year
Allan from Portsmouth (03 January 2016)

Excellent couple looking after jay belle very friendly and helpful, didn't want to come home 5 star for everything,we be back
Brian from Coulsdon (30 December 2015)

Although we a really lovely holiday (over christmas), we did notice a few things were not as good as when we stayed in exactly the same property three years ago (also over christmas). the managers told us that there were patches of paint in the master bedroom where the decorators had begun painting, but the rest of the paint had not arrived in time to complete. The patches were in fact in every room, although this wasn't a problem. It is a lovely luxury lodge, but signs of wear and tear have now arisen. A leather bar stool was badly ripped and a few of the bathroom fitting were missing. Nothing major, and it is only because we stayed before that we noticed the change. The hot tub was poor though, and the jets are totally ineffective. We are fortunate enough to have a hot tub ourselves so could compare. Had the idea of a hot tub been the selling point for us we would have been disappointed. There was a lovely christmas tree awaiting us with a couple of small gifts hanging on there for the children which they were thrilled about - a lovely touch! the road noise did bother us more this time - our lodge is one of the closest and the road seemed pretty busy throughout the night this time around despite it being winter. Not a problem if you are a heavy sleeper. Great pub within the grounds of the property and we enjoyed a lovely boxing day meal there. Nice short walk to the beach which is a bonus.
Sally from Ipswich (27 December 2015)

Friendly staff let us check in early and lodge was modern, cosy and had everything we needed!
Faye (21 December 2015)

Clean and tidy park but nothing to do there apart from go to the pub (which was very nice). ok to use as a base but you need to go out every day.
Ned (04 December 2015)

Staying at jaybelle grange lodges we were blown away! they were beautiful, thoughtfully equipt and perfect for a weekend romantic get away. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel at home. Cannot wait to come back!
Amy from Essex (30 November 2015)

This is our 3rd stay here, lovely park, very quite, very nice lodges
Kath from Basingstoke (30 November 2015)

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we have booked to come again in 2017
Customer 131 from Worcester Park, Surrey (14 November 2015)

Lovely clean comfortable lodge and very friendly staff. Looking forward to a return visit.
John (13 November 2015)

Fantastic place. Park is exceptionally clean and tidy. Staff give 100%. lodge as beautiful.
Maria from Kent (09 November 2015)

Went with my other half, and her sister and her boyfriend. We are aged between 20-22 and had a greys time and looking to stay next year!
Ryan (02 November 2015)

A beautiful, clean an well epuipped lodge. I can't fault the lodge in anyway. Will definitely return and also recommend
Marilyn from Kent (02 November 2015)

Excellent lodge and lovely hot tub! need a car because located a bit out the way! had a lovely week and would definitely consider staying there again!
Marie from Wales (30 October 2015)

Nice welcome. Lovely accommodation very clean, modern and spacious. Good value for money
Gill (23 October 2015)

The park has a very nice atmosphere and is friendly but not intrusive. The couple who run the park are always willing to assist. All in all I would recommend for anyone wanting to unwind and visit some of the wonderful local attractions.
Ian from Colchester (19 October 2015)

The site is well maintained and attractive. The proximity of the b2233 produces some road noise mainly at rush hour. although our lodge was situated near the road the level of noise was not too obtrusive thanks to the double glazing, and certainly did not bother us. Parking was beside the lodge. The managers paul and madge were always on hand if needed and were very helpful and efficient. There was a wonderful farm shop nearby that sold many delicious home made, and local grown products, should one wish to eat in. The surrounding area is beautiful, and the food in all the restaurants we visited was first class and very reasonably priced.
Raymond from Hitchin (17 October 2015)

Too near the busy main road for us i'm afraid and hot tub not working properly so didn't get up to temperature. had to have it topped up twice with hot water but still didn't reach the correct temperature.
April from Farnham (12 October 2015)

The oak lodge we stayed in was faultless and defiantly one of the best accommodations i've have stayed in. A very large lodge, clean, very well decorated and modern, the hot tub topped of how nice this lodge was. The owners were very friendly, helpful. We left something behind and they contacted me straight away so could come back. Couldn't of asked for a better weekend there. Will definitely be heading back next year. Thank you.
Kristian from Hadleigh (05 October 2015)

Very nice, but hot tub had too many gadgets on it and was not really suitable for more than 3 people at a time. overall though, very nice.
Bev from Chinnor, Oxon (05 October 2015)

Our stay at jaybelle was very enjoyable, the only downside is that the lodges are close together .the manager's of the site were very pleasant and helpful .the lodges were spotless .
Caroline from Penzance Cornwall (03 October 2015)

Excellent holiday
Roy from Reading (25 September 2015)

We stayed here as a base to visit family and friends in september. Nothing to fault, everything was thought of and staff wonderful. . . definitely recommend without a second thought and will definitely be rebooking for next year.
Chris from Staffordshire (25 September 2015)

Very beauiful lodges everthing you need in them staff very friendly def would go again .
Susan from Gravesend Kent (18 September 2015)

We have stayed here a few times and it is still a favourite.
Chris from Derby (14 September 2015)

Very basic, not enough kitchen china etc, had to wash up rather than use dishwasher due to lack of all cutlery no egg cups no frying pan for us to make pancakes for our granddaughter. having stayed at finland recently this was a real disappointment. bedding not comfortable, prefer 100% cotton which is usual for the amount we paid.
Colin from Oxon (29 August 2015)

Mattresses need upgrading!! the giant rat we saw outside was canny scary. Apart from this it's a lovely place.
Wes from Halifax (28 August 2015)

Peaceful retreat.
Carol from Bexleyheath (22 August 2015)
