The lodge was not clean we did tell staff as we left should have said something on arrival really , we couldn't use shower in main bedroom it was dirty the shower head , there was dust cobwebs and dead flies behind tv we also found dirt in between sofa creases and debris under settees the placemats needed replacing also if this was vip lodge I would hate to see basic one . . regards j porter
Jacqueline from Burnley (19 September 2016)

Great for golfers.
Stuart from Huddersfield (16 September 2016)

Lodge was lovely- quite! . there was no information on location, what to do, or any dog walks.
Nicole (09 September 2016)

Lodge was lovely definitely stay again. Club house could do with a revamp but excellent value for money and a great weekend had.
Lou from Leicester (05 September 2016)

Absolutely stunning location, lodges excellent and clean. Excellent golf course and other sporting facilities, they are all reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend if you want a nice relaxing week.
Rebecca from Hull (02 September 2016)

This place is an ideal place to bring my 3 teenage sons and myself. The golf and fishing facilities were brilliant, the cabins are spacious and very well kept. Lots open space. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. . the question for me is not would I come back next year, it's more difficult to answer the question, why wouldn't I come back . . best uk holiday . ian
Ian from Solihull (13 August 2016)

Lodges were a bit dated needed a good clean and and a cost of paint lots of utensils missing . the grounds were well kept and the hot tub was good. I liked the peaceful location but wouldn't return until the lodges had a good overhaul.
Linda from Chester Le Street (08 August 2016)

No hot hub (the reason we booked it was chilling out in a hot hub)
James (05 August 2016)

3rd time here and 4th booked it's like coming home walking into here there quiet with plenty of space and so near plenty of places to visit
Kathy from Bridlington (05 August 2016)

Amazing hot tub and lodge. Was hoping for something a little more special as had booked honeymoon lodge I thought there could be more nice touches, flowers, toiletries etc were not present which made it feel cheaper than it was. Amazing area to cycle and golf/tennis facilities perfect. Overall lovely, a few additional finishing touches would make it five star
Tom from London (05 August 2016)

Lovely lodge, friendly staff and great scenic location. Hot tub not very private but this didn't bother us.
Elizabeth (01 August 2016)

Great location, quiet but close enough to town and loads to do within a reasonable drive. Very well equipped and hot tub was fab! would definitely stay again.
Susan from Glasgow (22 July 2016)

Very outdated needs modernising! bigger fridges! just a general refurbishment! far too expensive
Katie from Sheffield (17 July 2016)

What a lovely place to stay, the lodges were spacious & clean, the first impression of the cabin and area was 'this is lovely'. the staff were so kind and helpful. the sunday roast meals were excellent and the staff were not put out at all when we asked for it in our lodge, they could not have been more helpful. A most enjoyable golf, fishing, tennis, walking and cycling holiday (we took our bikes & were informed there is 'bowls and an indoor facility on site for sports' - but the weather was kind so we did not get to try these facilities). there is a swimming pool 2-3 miles away on edge of scunthorpe, that my family used. Our party consisted of 3 adults (our older son is now an adult) & our younger son has asd, plus our lovely dog. myself and youngest son played the 9 holes, it was such a friendly course not only the staff but the people using this facility, plus a driving range & place for putting practice, I am told they are going to introduce a football golf? -not sure what this but know the staff would happily explain. My husband and older son used the 18 hole course they thought it excellent and challenging. The fishing, our older son likes carp fishing, we were given lots of helpful advice from local fishermen, what baits work well locally, what fish were in each pond and chatted to him during the course of the day. There were several ponds to choose from, all within walking distance of the lodges. The tennis, we just had a knock around with our youngest son, but lessons were available. . there was extra to pay for rounds of golf varied with time of day, whether the 18 or 9 hole, fishing day ticket £4 on site, tennis £4 and lessons more. Meal value for the sunday roast dinner, was excellent not only in the quality but in the value. we did not eat during the week as the site stopped cooking too early for us, but there were takeaway places in the next village (leaflets in lodge directed you to them). our sporting holiday was exceptional - we are trying to work out a date to go back around september. it was how friendly & kind everyone we met were, that added to this holiday, staff, guests, local people that have made this holiday all wrapped up in a well kept, beautiful setting. . for those of you having a hot tub, our lodge did not, but the lodge next door had two groups of people during the 7 days, we saw the tub (along with the lodge) being thoroughly cleaned and refilled after each group left. The space between the lodges is excellent and there was a field for children to play (2016), where we played 'french cricket'. negatives: ummm let me think, not one! my husband came up with more directional arrows on the 18 hole course, as they went wrong - I still think it was too much time in the 19th!!. we would like to say a huge thank you to the staff who made this holiday so pleasant for us.
Kay from Newark-Upon-Trent, Nottinghamshire (16 July 2016)

Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Very little traffic.
Keith from Gillingham Kent (15 July 2016)

Sue from Wolverhampton (27 June 2016)

Lorraine (24 June 2016)

Samantha from Rotherham (20 June 2016)

The cabin was lovely had a fab time will definitely be booking again
Sarah from Mansfield (20 June 2016)

Such a great venue for the golfer & fisherman (with the surrounding easy to get to venues). this is my second visit, and, like my first visit around 5 years ago, next year I will be booking the 2-storey lodge.
Paul from Bourne, Lincolnshire (20 June 2016)

A great weekend break. Lodge had everything needed for a short stay.
John from Corby (20 June 2016)

Great peaceful location, great accommodation, well equipped lodge, only down side was some crockery was dirty and lack of shelving or similar to put toiletries in bathroom
Chris from Norfolk (20 June 2016)

Nice park, cabin clean, but a little tired.
Susan (20 June 2016)

Not worth the money for so called luxury lodge. The lodge was dirty when we arrived in every room. Definitely not stay here again
Dave from Widnes (17 June 2016)

We really enjoyed are stay, the only thing that spoilt it were the ants
Julie from Leicester (10 June 2016)

Very relaxing holiday. Lodge clean and very comfortable

Beautiful location for a relaxing break.

Klp from Doncaster (25 April 2016)

Amazing already booked for next year
June from Hessle (25 April 2016)

We stayed mon-fri on 18/4/16 family of 5 an a little dog, the lodge was very spacious, clean and comfortable, was like home from home with the dishwasher, washing machine and iron and ironing board, it even had tea towels washing up liquid and tea light candles. The 4 bedrooms was excellent for the kids, we was lucky with the weather it was sunny all week, my son and husband went fishing on one of the well stocked lakes a couple of days and me an the girls enjoyed the hot tub! we went for a relaxing family break and it was, would definitely go back especially with us being able to take the dog!
Amanda (22 April 2016)

It's a great lodge but there isn't much on the site other than a golf club with a lot of older locals in. The lodges are very thing walls you can hear everything in the next room. But they are very high ceilings and lovely & all the amenities you could need. The hot tub is plenty big enough for 4 adults.
Sarah from Nottingham (18 April 2016)

Absolutely peaceful
Susan (18 April 2016)

Dirty lodge. Nothing to do for kids. Nowhere to take dogs on walks without driving a long way.
Ian (15 April 2016)

Having been to grange park a number of times we have always found it comfortable and staff very friendly
Barbara from Coventry (08 April 2016)

Lovely place to relax and unwind. Not a lot else to do on site, but a good place to have a base to explore. The lodges could do with a bit of updating ie paint, new settees, and checking light bulbs. But overall comfortable.
Clare from Daventry (28 March 2016)

Nice and relaxing.
John from Wigan (18 March 2016)

Very relaxing three days. location will only suit those who enjoy the type of facilities on the site. however, there are things to do if one chooses to seek then out.
Derek from Lincoln (14 March 2016)

Fab break away from it all just what we needed peace & quite lovely will be back xx
Christopher from Grimsby (11 March 2016)

Very relaxing. In lovely surroundings.
Sally from Chesterfield (07 March 2016)

Amazing holiday. Went with a group of couples for my 25th birthday and stayed at the country lodge vip. Couldnt ask for more! was fully equipt with everything that was needed, hot tub was wonderful and refilled every morning. Only thing I would suggest is more towels and toilet roll as you only get 1 towel per person for our whole stay would be nice to have 1 for the hot tub and another for the shower. Had nothing to light the cooker with, rang staff and they came straight down with matches which was helpful. Wifi would be a good add-on as reception isnt that great. But overall my visit was 9/10 :)
Roshae from Wolverhampton (29 February 2016)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the lodge. The lodge had everything we could of possibly needed! the lodge was really clean and comfortable would highly recommend!!
Nicola from Rye (19 February 2016)

Lovely quiet place fr relaxing, jaccuzi was fantastic but could do with being a bit closer to the cabin or have a pull out canopy for when its cold and raining, although it didnt stop us using it. The cabin needed a bit of an update the carpets had seen better days it just needed brightening up a little. Fab time with fab friends.
Trevor from Stoke On Trent (19 February 2016)

Excellent break, great for a golfing/fishing holiday. Scunthorpe a short drive and was plenty to do whatever your preference. Lodge was perfect, plenty of space and high quality. Highly recommended.
Mark (19 February 2016)

The site was clean. Not much to do on site. Only a short trip to asda and a large shopping estate a further 5 minute drive away - usual shops and eateries. We visited lincoln with our children ( aged 11 and 9 yrs) and we travelled to york another day and both were a good day out. . . something worth mentioning to the owner - on the morning we left there appeared to be a golf team sat in the dining area and they were extremely loud and rowdy. We could hear them from a fair distance away when we were outside our lodge. Also, on checking out, I was stood around at reception trying to hand my keys back to a member of staff but there were no staff members to be seen for about ten minutes. Maybe get a bell or something to alert staff of our presence and then your customers aren't hanging about like lemons at check-out time...
Mrs T from Uk (19 February 2016)

Great relaxing break - recharge the batteries
Darren from Notts (15 February 2016)

Brilliant lodge good value for money when enough people go and helpful staff!
Lindsey from Chesterfield (15 February 2016)

Really enjoyed the peace and quiet of grange park but disappointed that there wasn't any walking from the lodges, as we had hoped that there might be. lots of nice parkland but all belonging to the golf club and out of bounds for visitors wanting a nice walk. the hot tub was very good and we used it every day, very nice to relax in. Really enjoyed our sunday lunch at the clubhouse. The staff were really nice.
Pat from Sheffield (15 February 2016)

The immediate area was very peaceful and quiet, having said that we were not far by car from all the things that we wanted to do. . the site itself has golf, fishing and tennis with a small club house but none of the other facilities a larger site may have, however this is reflected in the pricing and does show value for money.
Julie from Barnsley (12 February 2016)

Myself and my husband stopped in honey lodge vip .. one word fantastic clean and spacious .the hot tub was cleaned everyday the location is lovely . my hubby played golf twice and said its one of the best . booked to go back july and stop in grange lodge vip this time with the kids and dog
Vicky from Doncaster (12 February 2016)

We had a lovely relaxing weekend in the honey lodge vip. Would definitely do it again and recommend to others.
Liz (01 February 2016)

Beautifully equipped lodge, staff lovely, only downside was out of season the club house closed early, next summer is a must.
Peter from Bexhill On Sea (29 January 2016)

Enjoyed holiday but could do with a refundable deposit on booking to stop other guests misusing facilities. Staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you
Clive from Selby (29 January 2016)

This was our 2nd visit to the lodges..we chose the largest property this year due to no. Of people in our party. . when we arrived the heating wasnt working and the boiler showed an error message..i rang down to reception and a guy was with us a.s.a.p and he sorted the issue. . we had a fabulous weekend celebrating my birthday..the hot tub was delightful however on arriving and wanting to use it on the fri evening, the temperature was not as hot as the previous year. . we used the hot tub the next morning being saturday, and it was up to a full 40 degrees, beautiful. . you have to be careful when walking from the outside into the indoor re slipping due to being wet etc. . the tin opener didnt work when doing breakfast next day..borrowed neighbors, that didnt work either. we went down to clubhouse and were provided with a brand new one straight away. . we enjoyed it that much we didnt want to go back home. . we will be re-visiting next year.
Tracey (25 January 2016)

Very impressed. Staff were lovely and helpful. Very impressed with cabin, spacious. Very well equipped. Very quiet.
Alyson from Corby (03 January 2016)

Best lodge that we have stayed in definitely recommend to friends and family.
Anna from Chesterfield (03 January 2016)

Had a fantastic stay at. This park. The lodges are lovely, so quiet and relaxing. Would definitely return here. Only downfall was the bed wasn't very comfy and had some issues with hot water. But park and lodges were spotless.
Emma (03 January 2016)

Me & my family stayed here for 5 days at christmas. We loved the lodge and the hot tub was brilliant. There isn't much close to the site other than the golf course and a walk to messingham takes around 15-20 minutes. It was very quiet and relaxing and we would definitely stay again!
Sharon from Nottingham (27 December 2015)

Overall, this was a great weekend, the facilities were very clean including the hot tub. There is a lot of space for a large group and we loved the country feel of our weekend home. The negatives for us were driving into the park lodge entrance and not having clear signs indicating "reception" with an arrow. It was so dark and there are few lights to help us navigate around. After going to theclub to get our keys we drove past the gates and again, were unable to locate our cabin due to the lack of light and no proper signs and numbers. I ended up using my mobile phone's flashlight to help find the right cabon. We ended taking 45 minutes to get into our place. Having a few small litsigns with directions and cabin numbers would be helpful.
Phillip from Norwich (21 December 2015)

Fantastic time lovely club house friendly staff . only negative is that the sofa really needs replacing not great for 8 people and has seen better days . wouldn't put me off returning though
Gillian from North Tyneside (21 December 2015)

We had a lovely time at grange park. the cabin was huge and my 10 month-old grandson adored having so much room to crawl around in. excellent holiday.
Gravest (11 December 2015)

Lovely place and position of lodge. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Just chilled in the hot tub relaxing short break!!
Michelle from Kirkby-In-Ashfield (16 November 2015)

Lovely place great price.deffinetly coming again
Ines from Grimsby (13 November 2015)

Great weekend in the lodge. Peaceful and relaxing area.
Chris from Hull (09 November 2015)

Would definitely visit grange park again. I am trying to hint to my fiance to take me back for my birthday. . if you are a golfer, fisher tennis player or someone who just wants to get away to somewhere quiet and chill then this place is the place for you. It fits all the catagories I stated above. . if you want last nightclubbing, raves, or even a bar to drink in till late then again, this place is not for you. The bar shuts early every night.its a clubhouse not a bar and will only stay open until theres hardly anyone in there but the do open early for breakfast. Scunthorpe is only 15mins away in a car and plenty to do there, also great facilities in messingham which is only 2 mins away in the car. Also, the best indian restaurant either of us have ever been in!! . cant wait to go back to grange park. We had a lovely time and the hot tub just makes it so much better.
Sarah from Woodbridge, Suffolk (09 November 2015)

It was a lovely place for a relaxing weekend break
Janet from N E Lincs (09 November 2015)

Lovely place to unwind and get away from it all. Quiet and relaxing. The local village just one mile away has a few pubs, restaurants, takeaways, fish shop and supermarket. A small site in a well positioned location that is ideal for privacy. We stayed in the honey lodge vip. Hot tub perfect for romantic star gazing on an evening.very cosy, modern, clean and well maintained with a comfortable king size bed. We went in april and returned in november. This is now our secret retreat.
Linda from Castleford (09 November 2015)

Good location
Naina (02 November 2015)

We have stayed here on 2 occasion. This time was for a week, would of been nice if we were offered clean towels and bedding half way through. Also the sofa are very uncomfortable.
Mark from York (02 November 2015)

The club house/bar/restaurant was not as luxurious as described with unhelpful, unhappy staff. . . the restaurant was unavailable for the majority of our stay. It would have been helpful to know this before hand so that we could prepare. . the location is in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing around not even any walks!
Sarah from Sheffield (02 November 2015)

Excellent holiday the only downfall is there isn't enough information on restaurant times and important information that is needed eg there is a man that comes round every morning to check the hot tub but things like that should be mentioned in a welcome information pack.
Charlotte (26 October 2015)

Had a lovely holiday, the lodge was clean and tidy :-).would recommend .
Beverley (23 October 2015)

Second time I have been to grange park really enjoyed it could do with a bit more seating, only just enough but with six adults all sat together it's a little cramped.
Victoria from Hull (19 October 2015)

Enjoyed our 3rd stay in the v I p cabin with a group of friends fabulous chill out time. The cabin had everything we needed but some of the furniture is definitely due an update. The sofa was uncomfortable and ripped and not really suitable for 5 people to sit comfortably and the tub chair was broken. We found ourselves using the patio chairs from outside to sit on. Some areas were not very clean dirt in the cutlery drawer and underneath the sofa aswell as old food found between the cushions. We left it cleaner than we found it. Saying all that we will all ago again but please spend alittle money on refurbishment .
Lynda from Hull (19 October 2015)

Slightly disappointed with the clubhouse/bar this visit. To be fair we were advised, when we enquired if food drink was available in the evenings, that no food and the bar shuts if no golfers are in. we did go to the bar but when the few golfers left early, the three of us felt awkward and we decided to leave. It is probably a time of year issue with insufficient evening custom. Not a major issue and we found "the horn" just up the road with great food and ales.
Alan (19 October 2015)

Lodges were great the treatments for the beauty salon was over priced for what they were unprofessional we had 6 treatments between us and not one of us were happy with them
Elizabeth from Chelmsford (12 October 2015)

Awesome place to stay been twice and will be going again
Kira from Leeds (03 October 2015)

Great place to stay if you just want to get away from it all and relax. Large hot tub.
Karina from Barnsley (28 September 2015)

Loved every minute here. The accommodation was brilliant and very clean, every mod con including the hot tub. We will definitely book again for next year. Staff so kind and helpful especially nicola
Debra from Wisbech (18 September 2015)

Very helpful staff. Good location great for golf and seeing the surrounding area
Janet from North Wales (18 September 2015)

Lovely area so peaceful only down side only blinds in bedroom
Sally from Crewe (18 September 2015)

The lodge was great and the hot tub obviously is a bonus. Value was great but the was no real welcome pack with a map of the area or park or what the golf club has to offer or the opening timesaver the bar or facilities on offer. There was no real massage facility except some business cards on a table in the golf range but again didn't affect outer stay at all. These are not bad comments but if all this info was in a neat pack on the table when we arrived it would really give it a little extra. Maybe get rid of the tatty leaflets and tired current pack provided. We only really met the jacuzzi man but he checked it everyday and said hello. Great chap. Place was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The oven temperatures and modes were rubbed off so couldn't see what mode it was in but again wasn't a problem we soon learnt. Would book again!
Tom from Grimsby (11 September 2015)

Beautiful lodge in lovely surroundings clean and tidy hit tub was checked every day only a couple of little bits the dvds player wouldn't connect to the tv in the sitting room so had to use it in the bedroom and the bed made a lot of noise every time you moved the lates need to be tightened but overall would stay again
Susan from Northumberland (11 September 2015)

Had great family weekend played golf relaxed in hot tub cabin was amazing booked for next year already
Andy from Beverley (07 September 2015)

It was ok the bar closes early and could really do with a live band on at weekends, nothing much to do not good if you have children. however the log cabin it's self was nice but the cleaners were not very good as tooth paste was stook down the side of the sink, beds squeaked constantly the only good thing was the hot tub . it was a night mare to find and was a huge disappointment .
Emma from Hull (31 August 2015)

Please let me know if any offers for this holiday are available. . thank you
Denise from Oldham (31 August 2015)

The lodge is situated in a fab position only verandah overlooked, by next doors lodge. Good size 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom, 2 downstairs with one bathroom one bedroom with ensuite. But not the cleanest, the bathrooms could all do with a deep clean as could the kitchen! the hob and oven knobs to put oven and hob on was no markings so no idea of oven temperature etc... we had to pull the sofa out as my husband dropped some coins, it looked like it not been cleaned in months! clumps of dog hairs , wrappers even a toy car! shame realy because as iv said its a lovely place for a weekend away! my daughter was getting married nearby so we booked this for the family and daughter had the honey vip lodge, which was different again a lot cleaner!!
Jayne from Doncaster (31 August 2015)

Lovely setting and central for lots of places to visit.
Jennifer from Dewsbury (28 August 2015)

Found the park a little bit dated but pleasant. it was a bit strange walking into a room with a bride sat there to get to reception to get keys for the lodge.
Susan from Great Yarmouth (24 August 2015)

Perfect for a family break and highly recommend the grange vip lodge.
Janine from Leicester (24 August 2015)

Absolutely loved this lodge & the surroundings. Definitely will go back & i've already recommended it to family & friends.
Lisa from Milton Keynes (17 August 2015)

Beautiful lodge, very clean and lots of room for all of us. Lots of space for the kids to play outside without disturbing other guests. A very relaxing holiday but within easy reach of york, lincoln and many other places of interest. Would definitely stay here again.
Fiona from Dundee (15 August 2015)

Nice lodges well equipped clean and comfortable. Small on site shop would be very useful.
James from Norwich (14 August 2015)

Second time we have stayed here and if anything this time was much better, staff were attentive when required and the surroundings as beautiful and well looked after as last time
Lorraine from Stanley (14 August 2015)

Lodge was nice & spacious however the cleanliness & maintenance let it down. Spider webs & dust in corners of every room. 2 x lamps didn't work in the bedrooms, corner sofa in lounge was broken & moved away as soon as you sat on it! kitchen wasn't very well equipped. Fridge glass shelf was broken & so were the bbq tongs. Carpets, kitchen & bathroom flooring were tired & worn. It's a shame because the setting & size of lodge was really nice & ideal for a family. These small things that could easily be rectified sadly let it down. However, the hot tub was fab & well maintained. We had a nice break.
Emma from Norwich (14 August 2015)

Lovely quiet location overlooking golf course. if you are a golfer this is ideal as the golf course is on your doorstep and the driving range is just across the road. there is also fishing across the road and tennis courts on site.
Gwen from South Ayrshire (07 August 2015)

Fantastic time went beyond our expectations will return soon
June (03 August 2015)

Great place not a lot surrounding area, could do with entertainment on in bar on evening x would stay again
Mark (31 July 2015)

Lodge lovely the park clean later net club house only not in lodge club house shut to early would have spent more time and money there.lf you want a peaceful time to just chill not much to do . apart from golf tennis bowls fishing then this place is for you
Perry from Lowestoft (31 July 2015)

We have had a brill holiday at grange park, the lodge was fantastic, it was so peaceful and relaxing we never had a problem at all and didnt want to come home, next time we visit we are going to try the lodge with hot tub!
Louise from Newcastle (27 July 2015)

Lovely lodge , good size & well equipped . main golf course is very nice , 9 hole is good but more of a pitch & putt style . fishing is brilliant with loads of carp to about 6-7 lb . . lodges & area were quiet and nicely set . overall very good and pleased .
Joanne (25 July 2015)

Stopped here as a base to explore the area with our extended family and pooch. I cannot speak highly enough for this site, very quiet and relaxing. The level of attention was excellent from the staff. We would seriously consider returning here.
Karen from Sunderland (24 July 2015)

Why advertise a club house, bar resteraunt that only serves food until 4 & shuts at 8 !?
Robert from Stafford (24 July 2015)

. the site it's self is a nice site, very quite, with good facilities. The location is also good as it's not to far from local amenities. Overall enjoyable weekend
Stacey from Birmingham (20 July 2015)

Excellant value for money ,quiet area with beautiful surroundings. Lovely lodge with hot tub clean and tidy very helpful staff at golf club house.
Robert from Stockport (20 July 2015)

Perfect location for us. Very quiet and peaceful.

Vikki from Hull (13 July 2015)

Jemma from Don (10 July 2015)

Great break with our daughter and grandsons aged 16 and 17. no problems keeping them amused with tennis, fishing and golf driving range and 9 hole par 3 course on site. The hot tub was excellent and big. . accommodation was also good with the four bedrooms available. . only adverse comment was the lodge could do with a little upgrading with the lounge furniture but having said that it was clean comfortable and more than suited to our requirements. The two dogs also had a great time.
Frank from Blaydon On Tyne (10 July 2015)

What spoilt our holiday was that a ferrel cat had given birth to four kittens underneath the next door cabin.with having a dog it ment we could not sit outside in the red hot sunshine with the cabin doors open due to the kittens constantly being on our decking.by the end if our holiday pest control had removed all the kittens how ever it was to late has we left a day early due to this issue .
Diane from Cheshire (03 July 2015)

Would recommend to friends and family
Zena from Lincoln (03 July 2015)

A very pleasant quiet site .
Richard from Folkestone (29 June 2015)

Only stopped the 1 night would definitely recommend it and would love to stop again for a longer period
Stephen from Doncaster (24 June 2015)

Well equipped cabins with hot tubs and clean water in them on arrival. Tennis, golf, fishing and more. Sunday lunch was superb. We have stayed in quite a few lodge parks now and this definitely rates as one if the best so far.
Carl from Rotherham (22 June 2015)

Enjoyed our stay very large lodge only bad point was cleanliness and bit old fashioned compared to other lodges stayed in other areas
Jane from Dronfield (19 June 2015)

We loved every minute of it, I even put a trip advisor comment on . the log cabins, hot tubs, decking and surroundings were outstanding .. managed to relax all week . thank you
Lyndsay from Withernsea (15 June 2015)

We loved the lodge. It was perfectly clean and tidy and had everything we needed. However, we would have liked to have been able to purchase essentials on site. Whilst we didn't mind the short drive into messingham we had hoped there would have been a convenience store on site. Our stay was extremely comfortable and enjoyable and we are making plans to stay again.

Excellent overall..we loved it and we will be back agai !
Lynne from York (08 June 2015)

The cabin was clean and comfortable. The only thing was the cooker didn't have anything to light it [match box was empty!] . . the site was also clean and well looked after. when we arrived the staff could have been abit more helpful.
Edward (08 June 2015)

Fantastic lodge, brilliant staff! would definitely come back again.x

Really enjoyed our holiday, the lodge was beautiful.
Alisa (05 June 2015)

Beautiful surroundings, perhaps benefit from small shop/ newsagents as wouldn't have needed to move car if available on site
Nicola from Stoke (05 June 2015)

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We had a wonderful few days there as we were becoming very tied and wanted a break. We had it there and for the period there we just relaxed and did very little as far as travelling around. It was great medicine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at grange park, we relaxed which was the aim of our stay. The hot tub was fantastic! the surroundings are peaceful & tranquil. The lodge had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and friendly, we would definitely go again. . the only 'moan' was that the tennis court charges are expensive at £8 for an hour, there was no one using the courts at all. They should be free for guests. Just my opinion. Overall a lovely weekend :-)

Last minute booking and although aware no hot tub was told there would be a whirlpool bath and sauna. there were neither and the cabin wasn't clean. the toilet was dirty. alot of money. couldn't be bothered complaining when there but won't be back again.
Janette from Thetford (04 May 2015)

We found that there was no restaurant or socializing facilities after 4 pm which was most inconvenient as a car or taxi journey was necessary and that limited our modes of relaxation of an evening. apart from that..brilliant!!
Allan from Sunderland (20 April 2015)

8 of us (two families) enjoyed a long weekend break in the large countrt vip lodge it was so spacious, tvs in the bedrooms was great as we had 4 children with us. The hot tub was lovely. Not too far away there was a park and retail park and plenty of pubs (a short drive away), would definitely recommend.

Fantastic spacious accommodation and great surroundings. Lovely views and great scenery and lots of green areas for the children to play. Not a lot of facilities but had a great relaxing break nonetheless. Will definitely be back next year.
