Our chalet needed a little updating, but it was comfortable and warm. nice location.
Carole from Bucks (07 October 2016)

Enjoyed the park and facilities, lodge very tired though and needs some upgrading
Christian from Northampton (07 October 2016)

Great value family option in a lovely part of the world. Excellent pool & well maintained facilities. The accom was fine & well equipped. A bit more signage would help on arrival.
Andrew from Hertford (02 October 2016)

Really enjoyed our stay, location is spot on. 10 mins from hastings, lots to see nearby, castles nearby are nice. Staff were friendly, pool really nice and food pretty good too. Would recommend
Aaron (01 October 2016)

Nice site. Lodges need a bit of tlc. Bed not good slept on sofa for 2 nights
Chris from Herne Bay (26 September 2016)

Enjoyed our stay. hot tub lovely although should be screened better for privacy. would have expected bath towels included in price and tv too high on wall for comfortable viewing when seated on settee. overall 8/10
Sally (26 September 2016)

The lodge was bright and clean, but very dated. Perhaps laminate floor instead of stained carpet and a rethink on the bedroom decor! we had a problem with a tap in the bathroom, but this was addressed and sorted quickly. The 'adventure' playground really needs up-dating and general refreshment. The pool was very nice and just right for an almost 3 year old to splash around in! we ate in the restaurant twice, and found it perfectly adequate. Plenty of places to go within easy driving distance. All in all a nice place to get away for a few days!
Jae from Enfield (26 September 2016)

The lodges are tired. they look neglected and are in need of some reinvestement. I was a bit of a sorry sight to be honest.
Mike (26 September 2016)

Very nice leisure complex and a beautiful site with great views
Emily from Tunbridge Wells (24 September 2016)

Superb location and clean and tidy site. Virginia lodge was clean and reasonably equipped. Only disappointment was on the saturday evening upon arrival the chef failed to arrive so the restaurant was closed, but no big problem really as we were told there was a local public house, just a few minutes away (the black horse) that provided decent food, and they were correct. . . in the hoseasons brochure it appeared that wi-fi was available, free of charge,in the accommodation. Well there is absolutely no wi-fi in the accommodation, either free or payable, only in the bar. A slight inconvenience, but didn't really detract from our stay too much. Will certainly be staying here again.
Val from Maldon (24 September 2016)

It is such a beautiful place, the lodge was very clean, and spacious. the staff was very helpful. Lovely and peaceful and quiet. The place was very clean and very tidy. we have booked for 2 weeks next year.
Susan from Wickford Essex (24 September 2016)

I have already contacted the park with my comments, still awaiting a reply.
Customer 12 (23 September 2016)

Great spot and lovely lodge
Mark (23 September 2016)

First time here but will book again
Derek from London (19 September 2016)

Nice and relaxing food was rubbish
Anthony from Bexleyheath (19 September 2016)

Good location - battle is a nice place.
Brenda (17 September 2016)

Food not brilliant but everything else was brilliant
Deacon from Essex (16 September 2016)

Good
Peter from Ipswich (12 September 2016)

We spent 3 days here with my in laws at the beginning of september and I will definitely be coming back, helpful staff, lovely pool and views and also and excellent location for visits to hastings, rye, battle and lots of other beautiful locations. Be back soon
Debbie from Burgess Hill (12 September 2016)

The setting for the park is brilliant, its situated on a hill and the lodge's are placed so each one has a great view. The shop is small but there are lots of supermarkets a short car drive away. The park is very near battle and hastings seafront. The pool is a great size and the sport facilities are very good. The restaurant is small but I liked the idea of the takeaway of anything on the menu. All round great holiday and I recommend it for a quiet time away.
Sheila from Ipswich (09 September 2016)

The park is in a nice setting and is kept very tidy. The facilities are good and the staff we found to be polite and friendly . the only down-side is that we were located on the hillside where the view is not the best, but more importantly was rather noisy due to the amount of traffic passing through,i assume to the gym and other facilities. Plus construction traffic.
Allen from Northampton (09 September 2016)

I loved the park so much I came back and booked another stay that same evening ,,although it is a quiet park it suited my idea of a peaceful break ,,the reception staff were so polite on us booking in and had some great information on places to visit,,the bar staff very friendly and chatty even suggested we try the strawberry lime cider ,,needless to say we liked it so much I actually go to our shops now for it,,we ate in the restaurant a couple of times and were served very tasty food ,,but the best part was the leisure centre where we had a swim and sometime in the steamroom or sauna then into the hot tub to relax ,,if you are looking for a break thats quiet peaceful and relaxing ,,then crowhurst manor is the ideal place, and I cant wait to go back in a couple of weeks time ..
Maureen from Grays Essex (09 September 2016)

Beds uncomfortable and when complained after 2 bad nights was told to see someone the next day. We cut our holiday short and came home for a good night's sleep
Mary from Broadway (09 September 2016)

Our lodge was located on a hill overlooking a tree filled valley with distant views to hastings and bexhill. Lovely and peaceful. Membership of gym and pool included for the week. However the first time we tried the pool (bank holiday) it did not open at 7.00am and queue formed, we went back to our lodge for a cuppa and returned at 8.00am - still locked and no explanation. A disgruntled member of staff later arrived to open up - no apology or explanation. Pool is small and can get quite crowded as locals use it too - needed to get in early before children's activities started. Later received an apology and enjoyed swimming the rest of the week. Lovely site and bar drinks very reasonable - didn't try the food. All in all we had a good holiday but pool staff disorganised and one needs some training in customer services - someone said he claimed to be the manager!!
Jacquie from Gateshead (03 September 2016)

Absolutely loved our week at crowhurst park. The minnesota lodge we stayed in was excellent very comfortable. The pool, sauna and gym were great. Only small negative was that the bar and restaurant was a bit hit and miss. Would be nice if there was a wider selection of drinks, and also the couple of times we ate in the restaurant one of our group had to send their food back for different reasons i.e. Cold or not cooked properly. Apart from that it is a fantastic place to stay and we will definitely be coming back
Paul from Bexleyheath (02 September 2016)

Crowhurst park is in a beautiful location. Our lodge was immaculate and very comfortable with everything you could need. . the staff were welcoming and really made the holiday. . my only disappointment was the restaurant which was quite expensive and the one tim we had food it was undercooked. However that was a minor issue as we had self-catering accommodation.
Dianne from Wiltshire (02 September 2016)

Had a lovely time here. Views were to die for. Staff all very helpful.
Linda from Sittingbourne Kent (02 September 2016)

We had an excellent holiday and will definitely be back. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the staff, organising activities. . the only issue, which is only minor, is it took a while, to get served at the bar. It wasn't busy, when we were there, so it would be very frustrating, if we were to revisit, during a busy period. . this minor issues, didn't effect our overall holiday experience, but it's definitely an area for improvement
Nick from Ipswich (02 September 2016)

Wonderfully relaxing holiday. Plenty to do in the surrounding areas. go active activities well organised. staff very helpful. lodge, a bit tired, but clean and well equipped. thank you
Elaine from Bristol (02 September 2016)

You get what u pay for! was a cheap holiday but the lodge was very dirty and unkept and had a bad smell! children enjoyed the pool and sports day tho!
Shifi from London (02 September 2016)

Our lodge was so clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had an amazing view from our lodge balcony, it was priceless! . . we used the local pool facilities and we were excited to use the spa, unfortunately no one was working on the sunday or bank holiday monday.
Natasha from Surrey (29 August 2016)

The lodge was clean, well-maintained and extremely well-situated. the site was in a great, peaceful location. we booked because of the opportunity of having a go at fencing but unfortunately it was the one weekend of the year when they didn't run fencing as they were running a sports day. unfortunately we tried the food on an evening when they were also catering for a wedding so this was not so good and if we'd stayed for longer, we may have given it another go on another evening.
Samantha from Chippenham (29 August 2016)

Great break, friendly staff. Lodge clean and kept to a good standard.
James from Essex (22 August 2016)

Grounds and facilities good but the lodge was tired. Equipment I the kitchen was sparse. Cafetière would have been appreciated.although plenty of of crockery. kitchen knives and pans limited in variety. Hoover ineffective . carpet in my room was stained. Bannister on outdoor steps were wobbly verging on the dangerous. I have stayed in other lodges which have been impressively equipped so this was disappointing.
Frances from Martinstown (15 August 2016)

Staff let down by leisure center members who were quite rude and it felt like we were a hinderance. . . bar staff were lovely, smiling and helpful. Young girl blonde hair in particular . . lodge was spotlessly clean and good equipment. . . leisure center, sauna broken, jacuzzi broken. Changing rooms quite small but pool ok for an hours play with the kids. . . location was great
Vikki from Nottingham (15 August 2016)

Complex and accommodation shows a real lack of general maintenance which is crazy as the lodges are the park's biggest assets yet are rotting and disintegrating
Peter from Bognor Regis (15 August 2016)

Two lovely summer weeks with the family at this unique place. Wonderful views, nice pool and gym, great surroundings.
Raymond from Netherlands (15 August 2016)

Very good place for a family holiday. the only thing that could do with improving is the children's play ground.
Pat from St. Albans (13 August 2016)

Beautiful surrounding, lodge wasa a good size. The hot-tub was great !. . not much to do in the parc it self for people with a baby. . if you can entertain yourself it's certainly a parc to go to !
A.F. from Amersfoort (12 August 2016)

Leisure centre looking a bit tatty. The area around the pool had lots of standing water which was offputting as it did not look too clean, the steam room is looking a bit worse for wear. Some improvements would enhance the experience.
William (12 August 2016)

Overall it was a great stay. Though the leisure area could with some updating as do the cabins.
Maria (12 August 2016)

My family and I had a lovely week away, we enjoyed the facitities and service provided. #a home away from home . thank you very much
Ishmael (12 August 2016)

Staff at pool area where fantastic, our children went swimming 2 or 3 times a day, and they made a point of getting to know them and made it really fun for them.. setting them little challenges etc
Customer 43 from Tamworth (12 August 2016)

Beautiful location but the lodged were very tired and outdated. The facilities were much the same but can't be taken away that every where was spotlessly clean. . . of the facility's the park boasts is it fishing pond, that I would only discribe as a puddle. I would suggest as the park as lots of space that I fishing pool was dug out and stocked with fish as lots of children seemed to enjoy fishing with parent and grandparents despite it being so small.
Joanne (12 August 2016)

We had a lovely break. Was peaceful but with lots to do. Lodge was lovely although the patio door was a bit tricky to lock and could do with a link of paint on the outside. The inside was very comfy and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and even though we went in august and they had swimming lessons some mornings there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy it. My husband enjoyed using the gym and the playground was fun for my little boy and well looked after. We would definitely come back again.
Jennie (12 August 2016)

Must improve on the small things . for example table tennis bats held together by sellotape. Just buy 6 new table tennis bats each year. Cost about £25. . the tennis court is in terrible condition. In first instance make repair to outside netting.
Malcolm from Letchworth Garden City (08 August 2016)

A lovey, quiet site. The lodge was a little dated but was very clean and well equipped with all essential items. The hot tub was a hit with the children!
Samantha from Lancashire (08 August 2016)

Great holiday park. Very good facilities, especially the pool, with very friendly and helpful staff. Good location which was a nice balance of countryside setting with a decent size town only a short drive away. Also very quiet at night and therefore great for small children. Our two didn't stir. Our lodge was a little tatty on the outside but was clean and well finished on the inside.
Jamie from Our Lodge Was A Little Tatty On The Outside But Wa (06 August 2016)

Lodges are very nice spacious and comfortable. Crowhurst park is very quiet with not much going on for the kids. It's set in a very nice quiet location maybe better for the older generation. The food at crowhurst is very expensive and the quality and taste isn't very nice.
Micheal from The Food At Crowhurst Is Very Expensive And The Qu (06 August 2016)

Very nice log cabin but the overall feeling is the whole site is past its best
Darren from Leeds (06 August 2016)

Lovely, quiet and well-maintained park. Excellent lodge, adequately equipped. Didn't have time to enjoy all the faciities on this occasion, but will definitely return to test them out next time.
Ruth from London (06 August 2016)

Lovely relaxing holiday quiet and excellent location for surrounding attractions. Amazing leisure club with plenty of activities for the active. Not really suitable for families with very young children .
Denise from Richmond Surrey (05 August 2016)

Lovely time had by all ages
James from Leighton Buzzard (05 August 2016)

Lovely quiet park, stayed a week but as very few activities available needed to go out and about most days.
Tarina (01 August 2016)

Had a great holiday! nice surrounding, great to do trips. We have been to hastings, eastbourne, brighton, bodiam, great dixter, bateman's and of course battle.
Geert from Netherlands (01 August 2016)

Great place to stay. Clean, spacious lodge with enough privacy. It was lovely to sit on the verandah looking at the gorgeous view and watching the local wildlife - rabbits, birds, a fox and a badger! the clubhouse was lovely - we had two evening meals there that were excellent and a good breakfast on the day we left - good value for money. The swimming pool was great if sometimes a little crowded but that didn't hinder the serious swimmers or those of us there for fun with our children. The park was quiet which suited us as a base for wandering to brighton, hastings, battle, drusilla's park to name but a few places, and despite a few water and archery activities advertised our daughter didn't participate so cannot comment on those. They sounded good. The woodland walk was lovely, the children's play area was good and there were some activities at the clubhouse that were used by other guests but we didn't use them. Wifi is free in the clubhouse but not available in the lodges - great to keep us all off technology except for the hour or so we spent in the clubhouse! the staff were friendly and efficient even when rushed off their feet during a wedding and were more than willing to go the extra mile to help out. We had a really great week there (first week if the school summer holidays). it was different and quieter than other holiday parks we've been to (no nightly entertainment, no kids club etc) but it was open and spacious, very clean, safe and relaxing. We'd definitely go back.
Wendy from Cardiff (30 July 2016)

Very enjoyable stay at crowhurst park. The peace and quiet of the park and the standard of the chalet was excellent. For the children the heated indoor pool was a big hit and they would have happily spent all their time in there! the park was well maintained and well run overall. We would happily go back again! the only negetive was that the price was almost double in the school holidays compared to term time !
Yvonne from London (29 July 2016)

Thre two negative points for us are the timetables for swiming pool access when you don't belong to the optional club and the bad smells during the night in the parents bed room : this last point was indicated to the technician but not resolved.
Christian from Crowhurst Park (29 July 2016)

Fantastic as always.
Kerry from Orpington (27 July 2016)

Great place to relax and enjoy a break
Sally from Calme (23 July 2016)

This was my wife and i's second visit to crowhurst park, but the first trip with our baby son. The location of the park and the views over towards the sea are stunning and the park is a great place to take a young family. The pool is excellent for young children and though I did not use the gym on this visit I did so the first time round and it's well equipped and looked after. With hastings and battle within short driving distance there is plenty to do for a short break. Will be coming back again at some point.
Robert (22 July 2016)

We got flee bites
Ryan from London (22 July 2016)

Great. thank you 5*****
Chris (18 July 2016)

Very spacious and comfortable lodges. Situated in beautiful surroundings
Patrick from Poole (18 July 2016)

Very disappointed in the lodge and the break so much so we left after 3 days, not a place I would go to again.
James (15 July 2016)

Good holiday, our 4 year old loved the pool and going to the pub to play snakes and ladders!!!
Lynne from Glasgow (15 July 2016)

Would love to go and stay at no 9 again. very good location and could see the sea and lovely views of the countryside. lots of space between the lodges and managed to park two cars.
John from Braintree Essex (15 July 2016)

Very lovely staff and great accommodation with the hot tub, would thoroughly recommend.
Samantha from Hove (11 July 2016)

Very pleased with location as it is a good base to explore the sussex coastline. Staff very efficient and helpful. Good choice of food in the restaurant and takeaway food an excellent idea if you want to eat in your cabin. Lodges very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.
Vincent from Gillingham/Kent (09 July 2016)

Really enjoyed
Jane (08 July 2016)

We enjoyed our second stay at crowhurst park. We have only stayed 'out of season' so cannot comment on amenities when the park is in full swing. We were particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the go active team as they re-arranged a schedule to accommodate an activity that was not available during our mon - fri stay - the woodland archery. We had done this on our previous holiday and had really enjoyed it, so wanted to do it again. So was very pleased when this could be arranged.
Julie from Rochester (08 July 2016)

A great location and the lodge was great, the only drawback was the unavailability of our usual lodge with a hot tub.
Samantha from Greatstone (08 July 2016)

Very good value for money
Patsy from Cambridge (08 July 2016)

Concerned before I went. We stayed in lodge 9. Fabulous, contemporary in style. Lovely scenery. Made a great base to explore the area. Highly recommend.
Patricia from Petts Wood, Orpington (08 July 2016)

Great park, good facilities and peaceful
Vicki (08 July 2016)

Lovely location .
Karen from Kent (27 June 2016)

We had a lovely weekend, lovely lodge although outside needs some updating. Staff very pleasant and always helpful. Restaurant was lovely but very limited choices for healthier or vegetarian meals. Would definitely recommend.
Lesley from Hampshire (27 June 2016)

Good location to explore from, hastings beach and bedgebury forest a short car trip away. Lodge was lovely, big enough for the four of us with all the little bits you would need for self catering. Kids park and swimming pool were lovely. We had lunch from the restaurant which again was lovely. Would definitely return and recommend
Emma from Chatham, Kent (27 June 2016)

Brilliant weekend. great value for money. will definitely be back.
Anita from Greenhithe (27 June 2016)

The lodges are in need of updating as are very old and tired looking.
Stef from Croydon (27 June 2016)

A wonderful weeks holiday. enjoyed by all ages. Staff were friendly and welcoming with nothing being too much trouble.
Claire (25 June 2016)

The park is well situated for touring east sussex and kent. the staff were friendly and helpful. The leisure centre is well-equipped and centrally placed. car parking is poor: not enough hard standing places. Wifi is only available in the bar/restaurant area.
Customer 82 from East Yorkshire (24 June 2016)

We hated this holiday and would never return. It was very noisy at night, lots of loud drunken people messing around in hot tubs.what I booked was a lodge holiday this was a caravan trying to look like a lodge. There was no privacy. There was poor parking. The restaurant was rubbish. I am afraid there is nothing good to say.
Jayne from Ipswich, Suffolk (24 June 2016)

It was great that we were given one of the lodges slightly set alone, meant our 2 year old could be as noisy as he likes. The cabin was very nice and the site as a whole was clean and welcoming. The reception girls were lovely. A bit of a mix up when dining (order was lost) but the waiters were polite sorting. The leisure staff were ok but one didn't even want to speak, facilities were good though. We'd go again, for sure.
Matt (18 June 2016)

Leaking 'cabin' with no hot water, usable wifi or view of anything but a brick wall. Tv was the size of a large tablet. Food was overpriced and poor. 1 out of 6 of us finished the food. All 3 courses were not good. Staff were friendly enough but seemed bored as it was 'the off season'. limited activities for small children. I got an eye infection from swimming in the pool. We will not be visiting again.
Gemma from Sutton Surrey (18 June 2016)

Being a wheelchair user the park was perfect for me, the facilities were suitable for me and I felt the staff went out of their way to be helpful, not just for me but my parents too. . . I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
Karen from St Albans (17 June 2016)

Games room needs more verity only 1 day they were turned on. Overall a lovely quite place, clean and friendly.
Heather from Storrington (17 June 2016)

Very nice stay, the accommodation was clean and tidy. ..the exterior of the log cabin could do with a freshen up though
Eric (13 June 2016)

Crowhurst park is very attractive and has a fantastic location. The lodges are well spaced and parking is convenient and plentiful. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Tim from Southend On Sea Essex (12 June 2016)

Wonderful accommodation and great leisure facilities. every member of staff we met were so friendly an helpful. Definitely going back for another holiday.
Michael (03 June 2016)

Cabin excellent, swimming pool good. Games room is too small for the size of the holiday village. Tennis courts need refurbishing.
Carolyn from Nottingham (03 June 2016)

We had a very relaxing holiday. beautiful complex, friendly staff. the accomodation was perfect and spotlessly clean. we did have an expensive lodge, but was over a bank holiday period. . we would definatley return again. . only 1 comment, would be nice tohave someone come to the table to take food order rather than order throught the bar. not a bog issue, but sometimes you get settled chatting and drinking and then have to get up to order food.
Caroline from Tonbridge (30 May 2016)

Polite and efficient service helping with my choice of holiday. Brochure informative and easy to understand.
Marion from Hove (30 May 2016)

Chalets very nice but in need of some internal and external decorating. If it had been raining there would not have been enough activities for under 6's. Otherwise very good.
Eric (29 May 2016)

We found everything about our 4 day break in the ontario lodge as very clean, everything we needed was provided and in good condition, would come again.
Phillip from Swanley Kent (27 May 2016)

Lovely, very quite and relaxing. clean and well kept. Have re booked already!
Tamara from Kent (27 May 2016)

I booked this holiday for me & 5 friends as our girls yearly weekend away. We have been to other sites with lodges so we had some idea of what we were getting. This site was lovely the grounds are fab,it could do we a bigger shop as we had to leave the site to get basic items (milk, sugar, icecubes) we did not use the clubhouse as both night's we were there it had weddings so the bar was full.
Julia from Surrey (23 May 2016)

A very pleasant stay. One observation is that it's a long walk to the toilet from the bar.
Richard from Broadstairs, Kent. (21 May 2016)

The lodge fully suited our requirements of visiting a new area to us. The facilities were therefore hardly used.
Garth from Worcester (21 May 2016)

Spacious, great views to beachy head, nice walks from park.
Colin from Sheffield (20 May 2016)

I was very pleasantly surprised at the standard and comfort of the lodge. we arrived on a cold, damp day but the lodge was soon warm and cosy with the flame-effect fire. when the sun came out it was a real pleasure to stroll around the grounds. the rhododendrons were just coming into bloom and there were baby rabbits everywhere. the pool was gorgeous and the clubhouse had a nice bar and comfortable sitting rooms. we didn't eat there but preferred to try the pubs in nearby battle and hastings. we liked it so much we've booked another two breaks later in tbhe year!
Sylvia from Eastbourne (20 May 2016)

Was a nice quiet place to relax
Damon (16 May 2016)

Very good indeed
David (16 May 2016)

We have 3 children aging between 2 and 7 all thought it was amazing staying with you even our autistic son managed to enjoy him self which we have never found at any other holiday park!!! defiantly be booking again :)
David from Sittingbourne (16 May 2016)

Overall we had a good time, very child friendly and good committed staff.
Joy from Seaford (16 May 2016)

We stayed in a garden lodge, with a hot tub. the hot tub was great and really kept the temperature well. Although we were dissapointed with the outdoor furniture, and decking was old and tired. the sofas were very uncomfortable too! staff helpful when needed to be!
Catherine from Lincolnshire (16 May 2016)

Great stay would definately visit again
Michelle from Sittingbourne (16 May 2016)

Staff told me I wasn't allowed to sleep on the settee as it was against health and safety rules however they did bring another quilt when I asked
Joanne (16 May 2016)

Lodge was well-maintained, well-equipped and plenty big enough for six of us and a baby. . site and facilities are good and staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. . we had an excellent short break.
Bernard from Gillingham, Kent (15 May 2016)

Ideal location for exploring the south coast, the facilities on the park is excellent, found all staff very friendly and helpful.
Alan from Norfolk (14 May 2016)

Really good value for money, gorgeous view and location was perfect we would definitely stay there again and the lodge was gorgeous xx
Sharon (13 May 2016)

We only stayed for 2 nights but the location & accommodation was fantastic. Pool was lovely too. The only downside was not knowing that we needed to book restaurant well in advance. We arrived after a long journey and found that restaurant was fully booked all eve! the suggestion of the local pub was great though - we had a lovely meal. Will definitely come back!
Kate from Leighton Buzzard (08 May 2016)

Lovely time in a beautiful setting
Russell from Grays (06 May 2016)

We are a dutch family with kids (9-13) and stayed a week in may. The park is nicely situated. Beautifull surroundings and fairly central. For the kids the facilities were not that great. We did the archery walk which was great, but the playinground was only for the very small. . there was one thing we were not so happy about and that is the traffic in the park. The swimingpool was also used by the locals for swiming lessons. So everyday there was a lot of traffic coming and going to the pool. Most of the locals did not take the speedlimit into account, so in our opinion it did not contribute to the safety on the park. this is really something the management should do something about.
Customer 114 from Vinkeveen (06 May 2016)

Lovely place to stay
Naomi from Herne Bay (02 May 2016)

Stayed in the ontario lodge, was clean and had everything you could need, great facilities on site, great food in the restaurant and good value, perfect location for visiting hastings which has lots to do !!!!
Daniel (17 April 2016)

We thought the cabin, location and staff we're lovely but more could be made of the restaurant/bar area
Celia from Southampton (15 April 2016)

My second visit to crowhurst park and will be back. The lodge was very comfortable with a great view and lots to do on the park and in the surrounding area. Great value for money.
Customer 118 from Rochester, Kent (15 April 2016)

Loved our stay , just a shame the doors on our lodge wouldnt lock , so we had terrible trouble getting in late at night , . the neighbors must of thought we were breaking in . we complained the next day , and still had trouble , were just given a bunch of keys to try . even though the reception new it was a ongoing problem. it finally got sorted on last day and had then to wit around for park keeper to get a new lock bit , . other wise out cabin would of been left unlocked while we were out . this we flet spoilt out stay . we never even got so much as a freww drink. Which again we felt ws not good enough
Diane (11 April 2016)

Fantastic clean well kept lodges. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the quality of the food in the restaurant lets it down. Overall a great holiday in a great location.
Kerry from London (11 April 2016)

Lovely park. amazing views and great location. We have been there twice. Nice facilities' and nice pool. Not much in the way of entertainment, so quieter than other holiday parks. Would recommend.
Laura from Bromley (11 April 2016)

Wonderful place to stay.
Jane from Hornchurch (11 April 2016)

Lovely find in lovely setting. Lots to do around there although thought might have been more walks around and on site. Could have got the lodge cheaper than we did but not bad value.
Lianne (08 April 2016)

We really enjoyed our stay, the lodge was really nice with a homely feel and the swimming pool is great. . . location is really nice set in the hills with great views. . would go back again
Louise from Wallington (08 April 2016)

Lodge was big, clean and pretty well equipped. As you would expect from a holiday let of this kind. We had to ask for our tv to be replaced as it didn't work but this was done really quickly and staff were very helpful. The site is small and quiet and suited us well as we didn't want huge crowds. Only gripe is that the price was double what it should have been because it was the easter holidays. Also on site shop is very very basic - you need to bring everything with you but there are 3 major supermarkets within driving distance.
Nikki from Maidstone, Kent (08 April 2016)

Didn't pay full price so good value. archery was fab. pool is good but disappointed that my 15 year old super fit pe fanatic son couldn't use the gym - even if accompanied by me. this seems draconian. food in the restaurant is not great. shop is very restricted to a small number of items. location is good. lovely views. was quiet over easter. lots of wildlife
Helen from Horley (08 April 2016)

A great place to stay
Jacqueline from Chiswick (08 April 2016)

Lodge we stayed in was a bit dated. Not really much for our kids to do apart from swimming. We walked that was nice and played tennis, games room was a bit small also no evening entertainment.
Christopher from Brighton (08 April 2016)

Great location. Shame the pool was closed for a couple of days following an electrical fire. Staff friendly and helpful. Imagine a great place for a summer break.
Andrew from Deal (08 April 2016)

A lovely place for a break with a lot to do for all the family- play area, walks, swimming pool. Some of the lodges are in desperate need of updating e.g. Our living on room furniture was extremely uncomfortable but if you check this when booking you can make sure you get a newer one
Carole (04 April 2016)

Lovely, clean and quiet site. the lodge was comfortable but they need to change the mattress as we found sleeping uncomfortable. . the onsite restaurant really needs to be upgraded. decor is really dated and food below average.
Ida from London (28 March 2016)

Family of 5 stayed in lodge for the easter weekend. Plenty of space , and nice and warm. We all loved the swimming pool, tho wouldn't want it to be any busier as I assume it gets at other times of year.
Michael from London (28 March 2016)

The lodges are lovely but as far as the "go active" part it should be advertised as "relaxation" only. Activities were not available and staff didn't call us back. Disappointing but we we have a lovely rest and enjoyed a few of the local attractions in nearby hastings
Nicola from Littlehampton (28 March 2016)

Good location, not that many facilities on site, there was quite a lot of construction going on and lots of pushing to sell holiday homes with adverts everywhere. Swimming pool was good though.
Andrew from London (28 March 2016)

We had a lovely family holiday. very relaxing and indoor pool and facilities were great. Amazing views and cosy pine cottage. Unfortunately didnt get to experience all go active sessions due to bad weather and some sessions not running on days we were we there. Activity leaders were very helpful. Will definitely return.
Sunita (28 March 2016)

We had a great time at crowhurst park. The staff were very helpful & friendly, the grounds were lovely. The pool was good & water walkerz was hilarious.
Louise from Crawley Down (28 March 2016)

Third time visiting this site over past 4 years. Would thoroughly recommend it. this time stayed in a 3 bed in the walled garden. Very spacious. Will be returning.
Jenny (25 March 2016)

Very good accommodation, lots of extras I haven't had on other holidays, the hot tub was excellent, the cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent and the facilities in the leisure centre were also quite good. I will defiantly be staying here again and is brilliant for couple or groups!
Emma from South London (21 March 2016)

Needs updating .tennis courts and giant chess set first on the list.pool was warm and lovely esp hot tub! good base for us to go to bexhill
Jennie from Herne Bay (21 March 2016)

Really relaxing break for my husband and I and young son. Beautiful surroundings and clean accommodation. All staff we had contact with were without exception happy polite and seemed to enjoy working there.
Susannah from London (21 March 2016)

This is not a 5 star resort. The lodges are good but need a little tlc as getting a little tired. The bar and restaurant areas are not great at all and not the most welcoming of environments. . overall I would rate this park at 2/3 star. A shame as the surroundings and views are beautiful.
Martin from Rochester (20 March 2016)

Had a great time as always, lodge was spotless and neverything we needed, would recommend a holiday here
Jacqueline from Ashford Kent (19 March 2016)

Just finished our second break there and we love it, the staff are always happy and helpful, the surroundings are beautiful, as was our lodge, it issituated to a variety of days out. Will be visiting again soon.
Belinda from Rayleigh (18 March 2016)

Had a lovely time. Accommodation was well equipped. Hot tub was amazing. Swimming pool, sauna and facilities were clean. Would go again
Sharon (18 March 2016)

We didn't think the food was that great as had a few complaints but apart from that the stay was very good, staff was great. Definitely looking at going back
Ray from Northampton (14 March 2016)

The lodge was old and tired. Paint peeling off the outside and the shower room was well worn and although physically clean looked really shabby. Building site made it very noisy early morning and the traffic driving through the park did so at speed
Nicola from Leeds (14 March 2016)

Lovely lodges & surroundings, especially in the walled garden. Just wish there had been one with a hot tub available!
Suzanne from Brighton (14 March 2016)

I had a lovely time and can't wait to get back next time it will be longer
Barbara from St Leonards On Sea (14 March 2016)

Fantastic park. Very well maintained. We went in the low season so the atmosphere was lacking a little. The on site shop needs a lot more variety. Form a business point of view a missed opportunity for the park.
Sam from Folkestone (11 March 2016)

Lovely holiday except the ladies toilets by the swimming pool stunk. I used them on two occasions and both times they stunk of urine. Either not cleaned often enough or not cleaned properly. Apart from that I would highly recommend this holiday.
Barbara from Winchester (07 March 2016)
