Very clean cabin staff very helpful staff
Vincent from Burtonwood Warrington (03 September 2018)

Stayed in the bluebell lodge (24). lovely and clean lodge with most essentials (no scissors but can easily open things with the knives). the hot tub was clean and well maintained. The restaurants/ take always in the area are lovely. The cinema near by is also nice for something to do in the evening. Most activities near by are outdoor related and the lodges are fairly rural so would recommend to outdoor style people. The nearest well stocked shopping centre is dumfries which was around a hour drive away. Overall had a brilliant midweek stay couldn’t of felt more homely!
Ella from Manchester (31 August 2018)

Brilliant location, facilities and staff. Could not recommend it more.
Robert from Lancashire (27 August 2018)

Lodges advertised as luxury, ours was basic with very tired furnishings and decor. . hot tub was however fab.
Lesley (20 August 2018)

Lovely area terrific scenery. Visited logan botanical gardens well worth a visit . peaceful location
Maureen from Northallerton (17 August 2018)

We enjoyed a lovely week of quality family time , the lodges & hot tubs are immaculate and very cosy . the site itself is in a lovely peaceful location and a good base for exploring the west coast . the staff on the site are very accommodating and extremely helpful. I’d highly recommend conifer lodges .
Angela from Boldon Tyne &Amp; Wear (13 August 2018)

Location and lodge was perfect. The lodge was very clean and all facilities were also very clean.
Safia from Glasgow (10 August 2018)

We always enjoy a break at conifers. We liked our lodge, loved the private enclosure for the hot tub.
Lisa (06 August 2018)

Very quiet place and nice setting. Lodge was very well kept and dog friendly.
Ian from Preston, Lancashire. (06 August 2018)

A lovely quiet retreat for all family members 3 grandchildren 2 6 11 4 adults lovely walks and beaches 20 mins drive and a 10 min walk into town with plenty of choice of pubs shops etc the lodge was very clean and spacious we loved it
Amanda from Bishop Auckland (06 August 2018)

Very impressed with lodge tea coffee sugar milk also soap powder for machine tablets for dishwasher, tea towel etc never had any of these things before on a self catering hol .
Elizabeth from Glasgow (06 August 2018)

Very nice lodges in a great location, there is no shop on site but supermarkets are within a mile located in newton stewart. There are only log cabins, no caravans or tourers and most are dog friendly. The cabins have secure decking ideal for dogs and most have hot tubs. We took are bernese mountain dog with us and she had a great time. Would recommend this site.
Fiona (03 August 2018)

Wonderful relaxing week away. Had 4 children aged 8 - 18 each one commented on how much they enjoyed it.
Corinne from Gainsborough (03 August 2018)

Loved our holiday, good location, nice hot tub but lodges could have been bigger, better and cleaner, not really worth the money.
Nicola from Sunderland (03 August 2018)

Wi fi didn’t work and hot tub could have been bubbling but overall it was a great long weekend. Log cabin lovely and park setting very peaceful.
Jennifer from Lancaster (30 July 2018)

Very nice quiet and peaceful break. Clean and well maintained lodge area.
John from Eyemouth (27 July 2018)

Lodges were ok but very dated. The lighting in the rooms was very poor and the windows appeared faulty as they did not open, close and lock effectively. Some were tilt and turn but did not work. There was only parking for one car at a 3 bedroomed lodge and no on site facilities for entertainment or eating out. Fishing was advertised but this was unavailable.
Jennifer from Carlisle (27 July 2018)

This is a lovely quiet site surrounded by trees, very clean and spacious with parking for 2cars outside lodge, hot tub was lovely, had a lovely relaxing stay, would highly recommend.
Christine (27 July 2018)

First time I have stayed at a conifer lodge . I was very impressed . lodge was great . kitchen , rooms location and hot tub was excellent
Philip from Coaltown Of Balgonie (27 July 2018)

When we arrived the lodge was dirty on arrival inside and out definitely was not what I saw on the website but after speaking to laura the manager of the park she was so helpful and arranged another lodge for us first class management skills.
Suzanne from Coatbridge (23 July 2018)

Very good lodge with adequate facilities. Hot tub very nice.
Wendy from Dumfries (20 July 2018)

Very helpful staff and number28 lodge private will go back don't know when
James (13 July 2018)

Very good
Brian from Port Glasgow (09 July 2018)

Lovely scenic location and nice quiet park but the shallet had broken glass on the living room floor and my daughter found a sock in her room. No restaraunt on site and the recommendations in the info pack proved not great.
Kirsty (02 July 2018)

Loved it here!! it was quiet and relaxing. Perfect for our little family. Just wish the check out time was later as it’s a bit of a rush in the morning. Will be booking to stay longer next year
Dana from Edinburgh (02 July 2018)

Went here on a family holiday and we all loved it. The lodge was a good size and the hot-tub was fantastic. The only downside was the size of the second downstairs bedroom, couldn’t move around but it did the job. . i’d definitely go back and recommend!
Amanda from Northampton (29 June 2018)

Lovely place and lovely lodge! would recommend 100%
Lindsay from Retford (29 June 2018)

The lodge was very clean and perfect for our needs. The only thing this park does not have that other parks have is a restaurant. This is not an issue if you don’t mind a short walk into newton stewart.
Amy (25 June 2018)

I was not happy with the lodge I booked as it said in the brochure that the hot tub said you could walk out side onto the decking and get into the hot tub. It was not on decking it was around the back of the lodge on concrete not decking with fencing around it. If you wonted to go in the hot tub you have to mess around locking all the doors because you cant sea if any body was going in to your lodge and the table and chairs were dirty and when you went in the hot tub you where attack by loads of flies . but all the other lodges had hot tubs on the decking.
Steven (25 June 2018)

We enjoyed our holiday but downside we had two children who could not use wi fi as our lodge number 29 wifi did not work also one side of hot tub jets didn’t work properly . as for staff to help no one was on reception when we needed help . for price of weekend we were dissapointed that everything was not up to scratch
Margaret from South Shields (25 June 2018)

The cabin was extremely comfortable and the staff were very helpful when we discovered outside furniture was broken and replaced it immediately. The park was convenient for local shops. The surroundings were beautiful and well kept. we enjoyed the peace and quiet and the beautiful walks round about with our dog and evenings spent sitting on the verandah with a glass of wine and listening to the birds etc. !!
Kenneth from Troon (22 June 2018)

Booked a lodge for a surprise for hubbys 40th. . . we arrived (family of 5) and were so happy with the place. Lodge was everything I hoped it would be and more. The hot tub was favourite with the family. . location was perfect, quiet and secluded but few mins drive to shops. . . would definitely recommend it here and plan on coming back.
Sandra from Cowdenbeath (18 June 2018)

Beautiful lodge very clean and lots of little extras. The bed was very comfortable. it was so quiet and relaxing, lots of nice walks to go on. The town is five minutes drive away , with lots of nice shops and the people were very friendly. The staff at reception were very friendly and nothing was a problem .
Mandy from Clackmannan (15 June 2018)

Great place, close to town but could honestly be in the middle of nowhere. Lovely clean park, very helpful staff when I had forgotten dog bowls! will definitely return.
Elaine from Scotland (04 June 2018)

The park is very well kept and the lodges and hot tub are super clean. The area is quiet and peaceful lots of birds and wildlife . great area for dogs ours loved it!
Jillian from Cumbria (01 June 2018)

Extreme relaxation, been to conifer lodges every year now for 4 years.
Lorraine from Glasgow (28 May 2018)

Superb cabin and beautiful tranquil location kept to an impeccable level of tidiness.
Sam from Bingley (28 May 2018)

We found conifers to be a lovely park, having had quite a few lodges with hoses sons, we thought it was well spaced out and the lodges gave you more privacy
Kathryn from Co Durham (25 May 2018)

Cant wait to get back. The lodges are just as they seem in the adverts and the peace and tranquility were outstanding as was the staff 5 accomadation and will definately be back at least once more this year. My dog even got a welcome pack. Lol. we took our cage for our dog and treated it like our own home . comfy kingsize bed and fresh everything. Couldnt fault this place.
Stephen from Hamilton (24 May 2018)

Enjoyed cabin plenty room.could be better sign posted at beginning of estate
Julie from Ayrshire (21 May 2018)

Fantastic weekend we celebrated the royal wedding and friends birthday in the hot tub with bubbly :) , . . weather was glorious , lodge was perfect any wee problems staff sorted it out asap. staff were friendly and very helpful
Catherine (20 May 2018)

What an excellent holiday we had with our family. we had two lodges next to one another and the youngsters were able to jump in and out of the hot tubs and were able to play in the surrounding park in complete safety
Jim (14 May 2018)

Lovely lodges and facilities. Nice treat seeing the local deer/stags
Catrina from Peebles (15 April 2018)

Lovely location with the deer in the park. lots of space in the lodge, very clean and a great hot tub. its only downfall is the poor lighting in the lodge.

We spent a weekend here in the bluebell lodge during the easter holidays. The holiday park was quiet during the day and night times and although we went on a cold weekend, the hot tub kept us warm- well maintained (the water is checked each day) . the lodge was beautiful although I was gutted there was no dishwasher. Except from this I couldn’t fault the lodge, area or staff.

Arrived around tea time just before reception closed, easy check-in, key was in door and everything was ready for us. Very clean and comfortable, the heating was on and it was very cosy. Felt like going from home to home, there was even a blanket, treats and bags for the dog. Very good value for money.

We got to the lodges early friday evening and were impressed with the amount of space available in the master bedroom as well as the living space. Everything we needed was here for us. . . the hot tub was very good. The surrounding area was cery nice and the walking trails were 10 minute drive from the lodges. . . the lodge was spotless when we arrived and I would definitely recommend coming gere again for what was a nice peaceful break. The cost of the lodge for what we got was great value for money.

I asked them to put up some decor and fake candles for me for my partners birthday and they did it with no hesitation . and they blew up balloons too (i did send them the package of items to do this ) . . . my partner was pleasantly surprised . . it was the best touch . . the got tub was secluded and we saw an absolute gorgeous sky at night . . it was a perfect retreat
