I have never been here before. We had a great time and will be back
Lucy from Gillingham (30 October 2017)

Nice location. . pool was abit smaller than photo implied and quite cold. . caravans were nicely spaced. Sadly we had a issue where an unknown member of the security team was unprofessional hence we would not return .
Kirsty from Pool Was Abit Smaller Than Photo Implied And Quite (27 October 2017)

We were made to feel very welcome and found the staff really friendly.
Amanda from Chessington (16 October 2017)

Great allround holiday
Robert from Chelmsford (13 October 2017)

The items we would liked to have had in the accommodation were egg cups and a coffee / occasional table.
William from Wolverhampton (09 October 2017)

Only thing was we reported our dvd player not working and it never got sorted
Donald from Portsmouth (06 October 2017)

Nice, well cared for site.
Michael from Hillingdon (06 October 2017)

We enjoyed a pleasant, relaxing week in clean and attractive surroundings.
Lorna from Poole (29 September 2017)

I was a very good weekend break. To make it better the beach could have better sign posts (or any). no sandy beach. Caravan could of been cleaner. It was not very dirty but had moss growing on the door and a few bugs squashed on to ceiling.
Daniel (25 September 2017)

We had a very pleasant week on this site
Anne from Northampton (22 September 2017)

Fantastic park, beautiful views, very helpful happy staff, would definatly go again 5*
Michelle from Haverhill (18 September 2017)

Situated in the lovely town of paham. It's a short walk to the pebble beach and an even shorter one to the lagoon. The park is very well kept, with plenty of things to do. The shop on site was well stocked and reasonably priced. Any interaction with the staff was pleasant, friendly and professional.
Catherine from Walton On Thames (09 September 2017)

Lovely accommodation ..check in was not until 3pm ..then caravan was not ready they stated another 30mins to an hour or so because they had staff go sick ..i did moan because we had got there at 12 mid day to make the most of our weekend and with kids everybody just wanted to get in and unpack.. so they were going to give us vouchers for food & drink but we had just eaten ..so they quickly found us another caravan which was ready at approx 3.30pm same grade but nearer the amenities which was fine & our weekend could then start. Kids loved the pool & amusement arcade, food was nice and shop on site was not mega expensive as I thought it would of been. shame check out monday was 10.00am as it would of been nice to have had a full day. Pagham pebble beach round the corner which was lovely & drove to chichester when weather was not that nice, lovely little town. I would just like to say booklets info and map given at reception were very informative, our gas bottle went on the last nt at midnt, I txt the maintenance guy to advise him but not to come round at midnt, I txt in the morning at 7.00am and he said give him 10mins ..low & behold there he was at door within 10mins, replaced the gas bottke came in and checked the water & heating worked that was brilliant service.
Karen from Worcester Park (04 September 2017)

Absolutely shocking, caravan broken- 2 days to fix even though I had 5 kids with me. Front room and bedrooms all invested with fleas, kids and partner had bites.
Kevin from Staines (01 September 2017)

We took our grandchildren aged 7 & 9 to the park for a short break. We had a lovely time. However, the activities for their age were very expensive for us. However, they thoroughly enjoyed the archery and free gliders. The swimming pool was great too. We were disappointed that we could not take a picnic to the park area as they expected families to buy their food in the restaurant. The entertainment room was far too small.
Barbara from Sutton (01 September 2017)

Site and accommodation very nice. Activities were ok overpriced for what they were. Other companies would probably include in the price. If you did want to do one booking in was very difficult. Felt evening entertainment was very poor.
Michael from Walton On Thames (01 September 2017)

Superb little resort with friendly helpful staff
Marc from Lincoln (01 September 2017)

Church farm offers a great value holiday for my young school going children. They loved the swimming pool and outdoor play area.
Audrey from Caterham (28 August 2017)

Fantastic, family orientated, children catered for, 3 year old and 6 month d, better value than center parcs, surprisingly clean and new, stayed in prestige 3 bed caravan
Sheela from Kent (28 August 2017)

We were very pleased with the holiday overall . we were upset on having to wait over 45 mins for our evening meal and over an hour for breakfast one was missed altogether and part missing from another. The children were also upset that they could not book on to some of the great activity's that were on offer. It sad when they were so looking forward to them . but we still had a great time.
Nicole (25 August 2017)

Very impressed with site, clean and well set out. The bar staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The entertainment was very good. The only issues we had were booking activities. Queuing with small children then being told that the activity was no longer available or there would be a long wait. It would have been a lot easier if you could have booked a time slot for the activities rather than having to wait around. Also better signage required regarding costs and deposits. At the height of summer, there should be more lifeguards to allow more people into the pool.
Karen from Milton Keynes (25 August 2017)

Lovely caravan although i'd rather not be on the main route to and from the facilities if I came again. Good club house with crazy golf, pool for the kids etc. Lovely beach walks and loved the harbour and lagoon.
Ana from London (21 August 2017)

Wonderful place we had a lovely time
Michelle (21 August 2017)

Very good experience . that was our first time to do caravan holiday. Hopefully next time we can get the one with outside decking cottages... will recommend church farm caravan..
Ben from West Kensington London (21 August 2017)

Summer holiday price is ridiculous however it was a brilliant holiday brilliant park and nothing to complain about except for the price in holidays
Dean from Gosport (19 August 2017)

Site was very clean, staff very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our 4 night break, grandchildren enjoyed the evening entertainment. Overall very good site
Peter from Egham (18 August 2017)

Had a good time .
Mark from Worthing (18 August 2017)

Lovely camp, only downside was the clubroom too small for the number of people, not the most comfortable stools to sit on, that was the only drawback, lovely holiday, especially for the three grandchildren.
Stephen from Braintree Essex (18 August 2017)

A lovely park and very friendly helpful staff
Janet (14 August 2017)

The weather was kind, so outside most of the time. Two youngsters 5 and 7 enjoyed the play area, outside pool and crazy golf plus the inevitable amusement arcade. food good. All staff helpful and friendly, but not so knowledgeable when asked about anything other than their own area. Caravan comfortable with good facilities. Would take grandchildren again. Impossible to get on some popular additional activities unless pre-booked at least a week in advance!!
Alan (11 August 2017)

Not the holiday for us
Lindsey from Horsham (11 August 2017)

Lovely and clean. Staff very friendly . some facilities need uposting to accommodate such a big crowd of people
Sinead from Waterford (11 August 2017)

Overall the weekend break was a great success . when we arrived we were allocated a caravan which really was not up to. Standard but once I spoke with the team they were very understanding and moved us to a beautiful van . . the weather let us down for the first day but the sunday was beautiful and it meant we could use the outdoor pool- the children loved it . . the take away fish and chips and the restaurant were excellent and the service was exceptional . . the children enjoyed the arcades immensely
Joanna from Maidstone (31 July 2017)

We have been at church farm twice and liked it. we won't go back as we need a change of scenery but would recommend it if you weren't there before.
Elizabeth from London (28 July 2017)

Kids had a fantastic time and want to come again
Kelly from Luton (28 July 2017)

A nice relaxing break in pleasant surroundings
Daniel (28 July 2017)

Lovely holiday. Only negative is no shade around outside pool. There were a couple of umbrellas but no bases. It's not good for anyone to be in the sun with so much skin cancer.
Richard from Crawley (22 July 2017)

This is a lovely site as a base for visiting west sussex. The staff are very helpful. The evening entertainment could do with a few more acts during the week. The entertainment team worked really hard and spoke to everyone which was lovely to see
Michael from Eastbourne (21 July 2017)

Excellent service from the moment we arrived. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the sight was very well maintained and clean. An enjoyable stay and I would vist again
Kim (10 July 2017)

Very friendly staff, park very clean, could do with more activities for the kids during the day, caravan very nice
Terry from Surrey (26 June 2017)

Excellent - room for improvement - no shade in childrens play area or around the pool in very hot weather. All schools are now required to provide shade to avoid heatstroke and sunburn to vulnerable children. It would have been beneficial to have loo brushes in the caravan toilets - to have to put your hands in is pretty disgusting. They can be bought from ikea for under a pound so commercially they could be supplied and changed for each new occupants for a minimum cost. Otherwise great - we had a lovely time.
Geoffrey from Ardingly (23 June 2017)

Lovely clean site. Very clean and spacious caravans. . close to pagham harbour and beach.
Melanie from Herts (19 June 2017)

Site very clean and well maintained, lovely swimming pools. And lots of activities for the kids.staff friendly and helpful. Entertainment was good.club and bar well run and above average .only one criticism the take away fish and chips were rubbish possibly the worst i've ever had. Caravan was clean and modern, would recommend to friends.
Steven from Eastleigh (29 May 2017)

Nothing appropriate.
Clifford from Aldershot (20 May 2017)

Alovely park very clean all staff we met polite and very helpful very nice acomadation
Paul from Ferndown Dorset (12 May 2017)

Brilliant accomodation. It was immaculately clean and beautifully modern. The caravans are well spaced and the grounds kept very well. The site is ideally positioned for travelling to so many wonderful places and we loved seeing the wildlife in the local nature reserves.
Elizabeth from Cannock (12 May 2017)

Lovely holiday, caravan very clean and well equiped and campsite nice too. could do with some swings or other play areas for the little kids. lagoon area lovely as well and good to walk round. . . only downside is that caravans are very close together, and noise travels. we didn't sleep that well as our caravan was next to an owned one and they we're a bit noisy and campsite lighting never goes off so it's really bright.
Hayley from Ely (08 May 2017)

Very enjoyable
Paul from Broadstairs (05 May 2017)

Excellent, well kept site. Security staff very friendly!
Debra from Erith (28 April 2017)

Very nice site
Michael (28 April 2017)

Thoroughly enjoyed break. Would come back again
Helen from West Wickham Kent (07 April 2017)

Best caravan park we've been to couldn't fault anything
Christine (03 April 2017)

Lovely caravan with everything we needed, the park itself is very well cared for, the facilities are in excellent condition, and the staff were really friendly, cheerful and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Rebekah from Somerset (01 April 2017)

Get value for money, park very clean. Friendly staff, had a problem with our gas and the repair team were out to us within the hour and fixed
Steven (25 March 2017)

Had a great weekend
Annette from Weybridge Surrey (20 March 2017)

Very happy with the welcome and the staff being so happy in their job. however we (a family) bought a carvery on the sunday to find you had run out of meat!! it was 2pm!! also if you have a sunday carvery, how could you run outhe of meat.???
Ashley from Portsmouth (26 September 2016)

All good apart from van not being as good as we'd hoped, especially after an 'upgrade' to prestige 3. also we were on the opposite side of the camp to the entertainment centre, a bit of a trek!
James (23 September 2016)

Had a good stay, found everything neat and tidy, good facilities, we have no complaints at all. Will come again.
Kaye from Westbury Tasmania (16 September 2016)

Very pleasant and helpful staff
Sharon (16 September 2016)

Had a nice stay, caravan was oké only there wasn't any toiletpaper and no towels; aftr asking for it they came and brought them. When booking there was no possibility for taking a towel-pakket so we concluded that it was inclusive
Geert (12 September 2016)

Lovely place for a family holiday
Patrick from Portsmouth (05 September 2016)

Lovely setting.not much for children unless you pay for it
Delia from London (02 September 2016)

We had a lovely time at church farm. the caravan was great, and the grounds well maintained with our children enjoying their time in the indoor pool the most
Paul (02 September 2016)

Clean caravan. . staff helpful. . generaly clean, but a bit shabby. Not a lot to do on site. Not a great deal to do un area, unless you drive out for 20 minutes. . food and drink expensive on site and in entertainment area. . evening entertainment was dated and boring. . would not return for all of the above.
Judith (02 September 2016)

When the place is fully booked (which is always in the summer), you have to wait in line to go into the indoor swimming pool, which is way too small. Up to 2 hours waiting!!!
Eran from Carshalton (26 August 2016)

Great holiday.. kids loved it! everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Definitely be coming back soon xx
Dave from Surrey (22 August 2016)

We stayed the weekend and loved every minute of it.
Rachel from Southampton (15 August 2016)

I did love the holiday me and my family had a great time, it was a little spoilt by the actual caravan it wasn't very clean, there were cobwebs in the bedroom, the settees were in a very dirty condition and as I had to sleep on them all I could smell was the dust, it just felt very musty like it hadn't been used 4 along time, but we got over that and enjoyed our time there.
Kerry from Leicester (15 August 2016)

Nice park, but neighbours very noisy, couldn't use the bungee trampolines as not open or fully booked, should have been run for longer each days. pool closes as 6pm, shame so early. 60 min free wifi was good. Van was clean but not really deluxe, twin rooms beds were tiny. . arcade good and outdoor seating and play area is nice. Didn't go to the bingo or shows. . . wouldn't go again, but only because we don't need to be in the area again. worth a visit. Used it as a base to visit portsmouth, bognor regis and brighton.
Kim from Plymouth (12 August 2016)

Great holiday, but beds ruined it. You could feel every mattress spring, so nights were sleepless. We were in a dulux 3 so I would have expected better. Fitted sheets would have also been nice, as they kept coming off. With that said, this could have been due to my continual tossing and turning? caravan was immaculate and staff really friendly. Beautiful walks, lots to do. Shame there weren't more activities for the younger kids. . would absolutely go back
Kerrie from Horsham (12 August 2016)

Caravan to on the main busy corner on the road, very noisy. caravan itself lovely.
Anthony from Bromley (05 August 2016)

Very nice site.
Lesley (05 August 2016)

We arrived late at night and the staff were very friendly and helpful.the site had everything we needed, my two little girls loved it.the gravel garden areas outside the caravans were a nice touch.
Jadon from Mansfield (25 July 2016)

We had a great time. Staff were so helpful and welcoming. We did not use the facilities on site. We used the site as a base for travelling around the area. Would definitely stay there again. our caravan was imaculate and the whole site was well maintained and clean.
Susan (08 July 2016)

A pleasant week break with my family
Marie (17 June 2016)

Was a lovely break and my grandchildren loved the outdoor pool, only gripe is I felt the indoor pool was dirty and the changing areas for family area especially the floor were very dirty.
Sue from Milton Keynes (13 June 2016)

Was not enough to do with 4 children everything had to be paid for the pool was good but we had to queue each time
June from Winchester (03 June 2016)

Our caravan was very clean & warm & well equipped, the bed was comfortable & we were in a quiet area. We were very impressed with the tidiness of the site & that there was always someone out working to maintain the obvious high standard that had been set. I was particularly impressed with the pool which was immaculate, it's the first time I have been supplied with a plastic bag to put my wet swimmers in, also shower cream was provided & the free use of a hair dryer. The site is next to the pagham lagoon which is delightful. The only negative was the long wait for food in the mash & barrell & the poor quality of cooking, we ate there on our first night & didn't go again. The staff on the site were all professional & friendly. We will be back!!

The van we were given was on the main road in and out of the park and behind the maintenance yard and staff accommodation. We live on a busy main road, and this wasn't any quieter. The constant traffic and noise vehicles and people spoilt an otherwise nice accomodation.

Fantastic stay.. will definitely be returning:)
Tanya (31 August 2015)

The village is quite nice and seems to have what we need. It wasn't very big, and onsite prices were a bit dear. There wasn't loads for our young children to do, but perhaps when they get a bit older there will be more. recommend a trip to west wittering beach and weald & downland open air museum.
Audrey from Caterham (31 August 2015)

Lovely long weekend break with my daughter & grandson- would definitely book again!

Park is let down by rude and rowdy guests. There was a near brawl in the entertainment venue on our last night which summed up the atmosphere most nights. Down put your bag down!. . mash and barrel is awful! lots of staff but seemed no one in the kitchen knew what was going on. Waited an hour for terrible food more than once. This should be your shining star in the park but it lets you down. The spar shop is dirty and untidy and the young staff are unprofessional - chatting to each other instead of working. Your entertainment staff need to remember they are meant to be entertaining their guests not taking the mick out of them. The guy doing the quiz in the mash and barrel thought it was funny that we all 'went to pagham' while our friends have 'probably gone to spain.' not the best comment to make in a room full of families on holiday - being made to feel stupid for being his guest. He made a similar comment that evening in the bar venue. Our caravan was dirty and I had to clean it again as soon as we arrived - cloths were filthy when I was done. Pool is ok but could be cleaner as could changing areas. . if you sort out your staffing problems this park could be so much better.

The van was not as clean as it should have been, especially the seating and cutlery. We booked a deluxe but were disappointed with the size of the bedrooms.

Great location and beautifully kept park. Facilities and entertainment were great for younger children. Only issue having visited twice this year is the awful service in the mash and barrel, over an hour to get food and always over cooked! fix this problem and it's a perfect holiday location.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The quality of the caravan was very good, we only missed a vacuum cleaner but there was no problem borrowing one from the reception when needed. We have two boys aged 8 and 11, and they really enjoyed activities like archery, fencing,mini-golf and activities in the swimmingpool. There was always something to do. The restaurant had good food for the children and adults, but they could have cleaned the tables more often. Beautiful landscape close to the caravans, close to the sea and we really enjoyed going for walks there.we recommend a trip to pagham beach five minutes drive

A very pleasant holiday. The camp had good amenities and was very clean and tidy. The caravan was excellent and again spotlessly clean. Would definitely book again.

Whilst the park was spotlessly clean it lacked atmosphere. There was very little to do and it would have benefited from having better signage for the facilities. the park could have done with an extra play area being built up at the far end of the site for the children to play. we did not find the entertainment facilities or children;s play area until we were using the out door pool, though we did not find the clubhouse at all throughout our stay

The caravan was lovely and the location was good and beautiful. . the only negative we had was the opening and closing time of the pool which ment if we wanted to use it we would have to give up a day trip. I understand that it was used for other activities but maybe if it was open early one day and late another?
Susan from Woking (29 May 2015)

We had a lovely mon-fri break. it was just what we wanted and mainly used the park as a base to go out and about. the only thing that lets the site down is the "mash & barrel"
