Beth from Bristol (16 October 2017)

The only thing that's would have been better is if there were more towels as just one isn't enough when in hot tub and showering.
Karen from Cwmbran (16 October 2017)

Amazing lodge with added bonus of hot tub. Very clean with everything you needed. Location good for north and south coast.
Sara from Worcester (13 October 2017)

Fabulous lodge lovely settings and so peaceful
Shirley from Neath (13 October 2017)

Just what we wanted. A totally quiet relaxing weekend. The weather wasn't good but that didn't stop us from enjoying and appreciating the well equipped welcoming hendra lodge. It was warm clean and comfortable. Our first reaction as we went in was wow we could live here! we enjoyed the hot tub in the rain just wish it had been a bit further to back of the plot. Felt a bit exposed! only very small issue was the bed was too hard but that's a personal opinion. the site consisted of lodges spread out over a "field" with a play area for children. A view over the lizard ( if weather allowed) for all lodges. No clubhouse, reception, pool just peace. Idyllic. We would definitely go back .
Jane from Plymouth (09 October 2017)

The lodge was absolutely beautiful. well equipped and had a feel of luxury. the hot tub was a great extra that we all enjoyed.
Michelle from Cinderford (07 October 2017)

Great location, lovely hot tub, lodge is lovely and modern, clean and tidy and warm when needed !. ( could check bulbs and door handles work though !!)
Michael from Melksham (06 October 2017)

Adrian from Tiverton (06 October 2017)

We stayed in st agnes lodge monday to friday and it was stunning. By far one of the best holidays we have had as a family. The lodge was lovely and clean and very spacious. Very well equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was checked everyday which was great. Such a quiet place and just perfect to relax, especially in the hot tub with a glass of wine. We will definitely be back, thank you to the owners for really putting their all into these lodges.
Charlotte from Weymouth (29 September 2017)

Perhaps some more shelter for the hot tubs as the wind did cool them quickly. no complaints about the lodge, comfortable and warm. The cream tea in the fridge on arrival was thoughtful.
Jonathan (29 September 2017)

Beautiful lodge. Very happy with our stay. The lodge itself was stunning and very well looked after. Everything was completely clean. Lovely gesture to have robes and slippers on the bed, and the scones and jam in the fridge were a nice surprise. Hot tub was perfect and they definetely catered for everthing all the things u needed the lodge provided. We enjoyed our stay so much, we are looking to go back early next year. Many thanks caddys corner.
Holly from Taunton (25 September 2017)

This was our 7th stay so that speaks for itself. Nice central position for visiting lots of places, quiet location with lovely views and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The lodges are warm, cosy, modern and clean and very well equipped with two flat screen tvs and wifi. We plan to go again next year.
Ann from Leicestershire. (23 September 2017)

Great place to stay .everything you could want .loved being left fresh milk scones.best cornish place we had stayed
Samantha from Winchester (22 September 2017)

This was a very relaxing holiday and the owners clearly work very hard to give their guests a comfortable stay. We were initially a bit worried about there being no staff on site should there be any problems, but sam and seph were very easy to get hold of and sorted out the two difficulties we had during our stay very quickly and efficiently. The hot tubs were an excellent feature and were well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed switching off and relaxing and would definitely return and stay again.
Valerie from Saundersfoot (18 September 2017)

Great site, peaceful location. The lodge was spotless and the jacuzzi was very welcome after a days walking. It was great having a utility room and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Very quiet and restful park. Just as we needed! . the lodge was modern and clean. Everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. lots of good info in welcome pack! a really nice touch was the cornish scones, jam and cream left for us to enjoy...thanks guys !!!. the hot tub made it for us! even when it rained, we could still enjoy the outside area! . very well positioned lodges, you never felt over looked. . situated in a good central location making most of the surrounding coast accessible.

Justine from Shepton Mallet (08 September 2017)

Amazing long weekend would highly recommend and will be back again for longer
Kristy from Bristol (04 September 2017)

Tired looking lodge. road leading into accomodation needs attention. late book in and early departure is unfair. staff cleaning hot tubs on morning of departure is intrusive. very expensive for 2 night break.

Samantha (04 September 2017)

My two boys 4 and 8 said it was the best holiday they have been on. . the location is perfect for exploring cornwall with some beautiful places surrounding it. . thank you for a very relaxing enjoyable holiday.
Rebecca from Worcestershire (01 September 2017)

Had a fantastic stay in a wonderful lodge (st mary's)- perfect location and the smallness of site was lovely. Very quiet, great views and staff helpful and prompt with any issue. We would highly recommend it . thanks caddy's corner for a terrific holiday .

Kerry from Cheltenham (26 August 2017)

We had a great experience at caddys corner starting the day before were we got a phone call to make sure we had directions post code and the code for the key safe . and after a long drive a pint of milk a packet of scones and jam was a great touch . the lodge itself was great and a good size with everything you needed including buckets and spades for the beach and a good sized decking area . there is a small park onsite which are daughter loved as we could see her from are lodge so she loved the extra freedom. You won't be disappointed visiting here.
Gerard from Bramhall (26 August 2017)

Family holiday - two adults & two teenage children, we all had a wonderful time ! . . the place is just as sam described it. Its a wonderful place! sam's recommendations for mackerel fishing trips and surf school were spot on. . . we stayed in the st mary's lodge which was amazing with a cream tea and chocolates on the beds to welcome us. . we all loved the hot tub. The only disappointing thing was when we had to leave
Paula from Buckinhamshire (25 August 2017)

Fantastic!!! best uk break we have had!!!
Scott (25 August 2017)

Stayed in leven lodge, which was 1 of the largest lodges (3 bedrooms). it was very spacious, it even had a large utility room where we could store our suitcases and dry wet clothes. Very clean and very comfy beds. The hot tub was superb, also the jacuzzi bath in the en suite was excellent. The location is virtually in the middle of nowhere, which is exactly what I wanted, but still only approx 30 mins to most destinations we wanted to go to. the kids loved it (ages 5 & 8) especially the play area where they met other kids each evening, and the hot tub of course. The wifi was also surprisingly good.
Chris from Camberley (25 August 2017)

Booked a last-minute couple of nights away. There's no doubt the lodges are very well equipped and well maintained although had we paid the full price feel the cost would have been a bit steep. Our lodge, the leven, seemed to be one of the older lodges and the exterior seemed a little 'tired' but can't fault the interior and of course the hot tub. good central location to attractions. Would have liked the check-in time (4pm) to be earlier as coupled with the early check-out time (10am) we effectively lost a day of our short break.
Linda from Taunton (14 August 2017)

Fantastic place, would definitely use again.
Janet from Carterton (14 August 2017)

We had a brilliant holiday. The lodge was nicely presented and there were lots of thoughtful touches added. For example, there was plentiful tea and coffee provided, plus household items etc. The hot tub was ready to go straight away and maintained by staff throughout the week. The location was fab too as we were near to so many places.
Paul from Huntingdon (12 August 2017)

Lovely location for a relaxing break
Steve from Bristol (11 August 2017)

Amazing second stay at caddy's corner. Would recommend 100% as the perfect base for exploring south cornwall or just relaxing. Hot tubs are fabulous. Cannot rate highly enough and we have very high standards. 5*****
Dianne (05 August 2017)

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our recent stay at caddy's corner and cannot recommend it enough. Set within a beautiful quiet rural location away from the hustle and bustle, but still located centrally enough to be within 30 minutes of most of the major tourist spots, it provided us with an ideal base for our break and a welcome retreat to return back to each evening. We loved the hot tub, and the lodge itself surpassed our expectations. Built to an exceptional standard, well equipped and spotlessly clean throughout we wouldn't hesitate in returning. It's clear the owners have a real passion for what they do here and we cannot wait to return next year to this beautiful area. . thank you for your hospitality (and the delicious cream tea that greeted us on arrival!), it was a wonderful holiday in an idyllic and relaxed location.
Michelle from Doncaster (05 August 2017)

Short but nice rest.i would definitely recommend.the hot tube made our time in the rainy days.
Michalina from Hereford (04 August 2017)

We had a brilliant family stay .. the lodge was fantastic. The extras like chocolates on the bed and scones and cream in the fridge were great. The lodge had a luxury feel to it we will definitely return. Sam and the cleaners hospitality went above and beyond enabling us to check in early for our two days.
Gemma from Bodmin (31 July 2017)

Nice location easy to get to most places. Cleanliness wasn't the best basic and broken bed slats. . hot tub was ok not private not used as much as last holiday due to the location of it.
Kelly from Hot Tub Was Ok Not Private Not Used As Much As Las (29 July 2017)

I loved this place and will return it is perfect, we have two dogs and two kids and everyone loved it!! relaxing and a good place where you can get everywhere!. there are three beaches in twenty minutes drive, . all I can say is go it's perfect

Excellent central location for exploring the south cornwall area. lodges have everything you could need, are spacious and light, with comfortable bedrooms. trying the hot tub is a must!
Simeon from Framlingham (17 July 2017)

We had an amazing time at caddys corner. The lodge was amazing, perfect and couldn't have asked for more. Sam made us feel very welcome on arrival. Site was so peaceful a great place to relax. We all loved it and didn't want to come home. We went to trebah gardens, the waymaker for a cream tea, the little cinema in falmouth, kyance cove & the seal sanctuary. Couldn't fault caddys corner and hope to return - we normally don't revisit but it really was that good! thank you.
Lucy from Winchester (17 July 2017)

Richard from Somerset (08 July 2017)

Good location and friendly staff. Need screen around hot tub for more privacy. Price to high and there is nothing to do in the park.
Arunas from Basildon (01 July 2017)

Remote, quiet location with lovely views. Lodges are very spacious and well provided for. A great place to get away and do nothing but close enough to either coast if you want to explore.
Peter from Honiton (30 June 2017)

Wow! what an amazing welcome to our lodge. Fresh homemade scones, clotted cream, jam and a perfect by if milk in the fridge!! beautifully clean, everything and more , you could need for a self catering holiday. Friendly and helpful staff. . only negative. Hot tub not private, all it needs is some fencing between lodges and by car parking space. And blinds in the bedrooms as close to opposite lodge and main drive. Thumbs up all round
Chloe from Somerset (30 June 2017)

Loved it there . local pub was good and 20% off made it even better . location was good in seeing other parts of south cornwall . would come again
Graham from Totton (26 June 2017)

Just what we expected for a nice quiet and relaxing holiday. Lodge was full of everything you need and hot tub was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. So easy to get to all coastal areas due to being situated centrally. will definitely be back.

A lovely, peaceful spot. My two year old loved playing in the playground and the hot tub was a hit!. we thought the lodge was spacious and modern and we're already planning to visit again next year. . great location as there are lots of things you can drive to within about half an hour yet, you escape the touristy feel of coastal places.

Excellent lodge and excellent location, central to all attractions in cornwal.
Derek from Pontyclun (26 May 2017)

Amazing place to stay; staff are lovely, lodges are beautiful, clean, tidy and full of little added extras (ours had buckets and spades, body boards, board games etc.). a little bit of a drive to get to things to do/ beaches but not the biggest deal.
Quita from Wellington, Somerset (22 May 2017)

Stayed here may 2017 , was met by the owner sam , who was very pleasent and showed us to our lodge. . wow the lodge was so immaculately clean, every possible utensil you needed was there, utility room , dishwasher and hate to say it the kitchen was a lot nicer than my own with a breakfast bar and stools. It was so homely. . the hot tub was fab , lovely and warm , could do with being a bit more private thou. . other than that we had a fab 7 nights , toured all over cornwall as it's so centrally placed. . . would recommend anyone to come they won't be disappointed. It's definitely 10/10 . thanks again for a lovely week in your lodge it really was a lovely break .

Neil from Sleaford (19 May 2017)

We had a lovely weekend away and would definately go back again.
Bethan (15 May 2017)

Sam called before we'd set off to give us plenty of information on when the lodge would be available, where keys were and a weather update. . during our stay we spoke to sam most days when he checked the hot tub, he couldn't have been more helpful with the lodge and his local knowledge. The lodge was tidy, clean and the decking got the sun from around midday. . the location was very quiet and 20-40 minutes away from most things we wanted to do which was perfect with an 18 month old child.
Thomas from Abingdon (15 May 2017)

Beautiful would stay here again
Jacqui from Devon (15 May 2017)

Excellent place just a little further out than what we would of liked but very well presented and the complimentary welcome pack a lovely gesture , hot tub was superb too, will definitely be using again
Michelle from Leicester (08 May 2017)

Brilliant stay lovely owners everything could of asked for
Jessica (05 May 2017)

The park is situated in very serine surroundings providing splendid views across the cornish countryside. the park is well laid out providing good parking and privacy between lodges. staff were more then willing and helpful to go that extra mile to ensure that our stay was both special and enjoyable - for example due to my wife's disability the staff were able to arrange, as a temporary measure, for a riser/recliner chair to be delivered and exchanged for one of the lodge's existing sofas. the lodge was very well equipped and more than satisfied all of our needs.
John from New Milton (05 May 2017)

Another excellent stay in caddys corner. we'll be back!

Had a great break over easter and the location allowed us to have a much needed rest and enjoy the quiet of the countryside. The hot tub was brilliant, and we loved not having a reception or club on site. My daughter loved looking at a sky full of stars at night in a warm hot tub! just the lodges on site and that was great. Will definitely book there again, ideal spot for exploring cornwall.
Suzanne from Redruth (17 April 2017)

Though located away from city centre the property is worth staying at. There are certainly a few suggestion like providing toilet tissue, dishwasher soap for entire stay as people dont want to carry such things on their vacation.
Komal from Coventry (17 April 2017)

Beautiful location, fantastic accommodation. . children and wife absolutely loved the time we spent here
Ciaran from Children And Wife Absolutely Loved The Time We Spe (17 April 2017)

Lodges are of a really high standard of decoration, services and cleanliness. Would definitely stay again
Paul from Hook Hampshire (15 April 2017)

A fantastic week away in a location within easy reach of local facilities places. would recommend site if your looking for the peace and tranquility with no facilities on site. suitable for us as a family as we are just happy for a base and go off daily
Joanne from Hengoed (14 April 2017)

Amazing lodge in amazing surroundings. we all loved it and will be booking again.
Alison from New Romney (14 April 2017)

Lovely well equipped lodge in beautiful area
Katie (14 April 2017)

Beautiful well equipped lodge in peaceful surroundings. Our children loved the hot tub and park and it was in a perfect location for exploring cornwall.
Lynsey (10 April 2017)

Absolutely loved our stay at caddy's corner, cannot wait to return!!
Amy from Exeter (10 April 2017)

Fantastic place to stay, beautiful lodge, can't wait to return. We was central for everywhere we wanted to visit in cornwall. Peacefull and just what you need on hoilday.
Helen from Lowestoft (07 April 2017)

Lovely quiet location near a small hamlet, with beautiful views across the countryside. there are 6 lodges arranged in a crescent, with 4 more being added soon. very peaceful and it was great to see the stars shining brightly at night. good access to both the north and south coasts. the hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of a long day walking on the beaches. our dog loved walking around the fields that surround the lodges. friendly and helpful team, who quickly arranged a plumber to repair our shower.
Dave from Oxford (03 April 2017)

Great location
Barry (01 April 2017)

The weather was very mixed, grey and showery, but apart from one morning it did not prevent us from going out. A great central location, able to reach the lizard easily, falmouth, penzance etc., didn't have time to venture to the north coast. Warm and comfortable. The cream tea was appreciated. Made use of the golden lion a couple of evenings, good to have the discount.reasonable food.
Jean from Plymouth (31 March 2017)

Been staying at caddys corner now for 3 years, several times a year. Excellent accommodation, fully equipped.. great base in which to explore from.. great hot tubs .. would recommend
Jason from Nuneaton (31 March 2017)

Lovely lodge and good quality cooking knives and equipment. Lovely scones in welcome pack! would definitely stay again.
Ellen (27 March 2017)

Great holiday made even better by the flexibility and friendliness of sam. Great location lovely facilities. We hope to be back later this year and perhaps every year?
Matunga (27 March 2017)

Beautiful location and perfect spot for exploring the rest of cornwall. the owner is lovely, and has an infectious passion for cornwall which rubs off. We love the place and will be back as soon as time allows.
Anjrayah from Birmingham (13 March 2017)

Lovely spot for a quiet holiday. Plenty to do locally and sam was very friendly, helpful and on hand. The lodge and hot tub were immaculate. We hope to be back soon.
David from Exmouth (11 March 2017)

From the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen the right place, sam was there to greet us and I must say he is one of the nicest people you could meet. We stayed in leven, it a massive 3 double bedroom log cabin, I have never stayed in one so big. It has everything you need even scones and cream and milk on arrival. The location is out of this world, only 8 lodges with 4 more coming. You are very near helston for all your shopping needs plus great take away or you can go to redruth or camborne. I suggest you book very soon or you will miss out
Miclhael from Wellington Somerset (06 March 2017)

Great place to stay for seeing all your favourite places in cornwall , nothing on site only peace and quiet which was great. Hot tubs were perfect and well maintained , some could do with some screening perhaps to help with any privacy you may require. . would definitely stay here again especially as we got a bargain price for the lodge re late booking.
David from Southend (18 February 2017)

A fantastic holiday, peace and quiet location ideal for a few relaxing days with the family. the lodge was lovely and lots of open space, including a small playpark. the hot tub was easy to use as well. the decking area was a real extra enabling us to enjoy the evening sunsets. we thought this site was fantastic we just hope it stays the same if at all possible. 11 out of 10..! as we were even able to wheel our daughter who has special needs into the cabin in her wheelchair and park directly next to the lodge.
Neil from Templecombe (17 February 2017)

Fantastic lodges in a quiet location. Lovely to be greeted with a cream tea. Lots of lovely touches like dressing gowns, buckets and spades etc one of the best lodges we've stayed in. Only improvement would be something between the hot tub and neighbouring lodge for privacy. Would love to return
Tracey from Oxford (17 February 2017)

My husband, 5 year old and almost 3 year old and I stayed in the gwenver in february. It truly exceeded expectations as the owners had thought of everything, including buckets and spades in the utility cupboard. The pint of milk, scones, jam and clotted cream were a lovely welcome in the fridge and the chocolates on the pillows a lovely touch. Beautiful setting with a lodge that was clean, modern and well equipped. The hot tub was fabulous! hope to visit again soon.
Pam from Exeter (13 February 2017)

Super holiday and well appointed unit with lots of room. Loved the hot tub.
Richard from Liskeard (10 February 2017)

I went to caddys corner for a quiet break with the kids and we really enjoyed it,it was peaceful the kids loved the hot tub and the lodge was so comfortable and spacious..it will defo be goin back there...
Donna from Bristol (06 February 2017)

Hot tub not private. . nice site but to far out
David from Redditch (30 December 2016)

Lovely setting ! just what we needed and the hot tub was a bonus ! can't wait to go back , thank you !
Alexandra from London (03 October 2016)

Fantastic accommodation, lovely peaceful location..loved the hot tub!!
Christine from Bristol (30 September 2016)

Fantastic accommodation and facilities. We had a wonderful week at caddys corner. Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay!
Elizabeth from Cornwall (16 September 2016)

Stayed at nicer lodges for less money. For the price we paid we came here expecting luxuary however I feel disappointed with what we got. The lodge seemed tired and there were marks on the walls and the curtains. The tv was hanging off the wall and the tv in the bedroom was tiny. no shelf in the ensuite to put toiletries. Fridge didn't shut properly as it was too close to the wall. Empty fabric conditioner bottles and other rubbish left on the washing machine. Wifi only worked in the lounge, didn't work in the bedrooms. The scatter cushions on the sofa looked tired and grubby. The towels were not soft and also looked old. Couldn't get the lights to work in the hot tub and only one of the jet settings worked also.
Nicole (12 September 2016)

Lovely peaceful site, a great base for seeing the sights of cornwall. The hot tub was great for the kids. Would highly recommend pandora inn we didn't eat there but the food looked good. Brilliant for crabbing.
Esther from Sheffield (02 September 2016)

Our family of five had a lovely relaxed week with all facilities we required on offer , we would definitely book again .
Lucy (27 August 2016)

Lovely peaceful setting, great little park for the kids, fantastic hot tub (which was monitored daily), not the easiest place to get to though, very narrow, single track roads. The lodge itself was well equipped, great shower in the en-suite and a lovely cornish cream tea for our arrival. Would definitely recommend for those who don't require everything on-site.
Sarah from St Helens (13 August 2016)

Very quiet place to stay with lovely warm hot tub and everything you need supplied in a spacious lodge.
David from Aylesford (13 August 2016)

We all had a lovely holiday here, didn't want to go home!! had everything inside the lodge what we needed, added little touches were nice! excellent views and not far from most places down south. Lovely quiet location, would love to go back another year.
James from Ipswich (06 August 2016)

Amazing lodge amazing location amazing holiday ! had the best time at caddy's corner , despite two of our girls being poorly the first two days ( no better place to be ) hot tub park and the relaxing atmosphere really helped .. ! golden lion and norway inn do really great food .. lands end is a must .tip though park at sennen beach and do the costal walk to it , makes day last longer and the walk is gorgeous and sennen beach is wow.. the lodges have everything you need are extremely comfortable . like home from home ! hot tub was great to relax in after a full day exploring the beautiful surroundings..didn't take long to get to several tourists location s in the car .. st michaels mount is a great day out.. we will be returning made some great memories here xx
Robbie from We Will Be Returning Made Some Great Memories Here (06 August 2016)

We had a great holiday. Couldn't fault the accommodation everything we could have needed. Great little play area in full sight of all the cabins.
Joanne from Manchester (06 August 2016)

Lovely peaceful place to stay very comfortable and laid back chalet. Great having a hot tub . loved the open space around.
Nicola from Bristol (05 August 2016)

Woderful!!
Jane (23 July 2016)

Lovely lodge - very clean and spacious. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday with no hussle bustle then caddys corner is the perfect place
Barry from Brentwood (23 July 2016)

Very relaxing, quiet little park but well located for days out. Brilliantly furnished, hot tub emazing. Only down side was having to leave that amazing place with amazing views.
Peter from Chipping Norton (23 July 2016)

A quiet and beautiful place to stay. I would highly recommend it and we will definitely be returning. The gentlemen that own it went out of their way to make sure that everything was ok.
John (23 July 2016)

Great base for a quiet restful break. Only three minor issues: very twisty single track roads in and out, very hard double bed and lots of feathers from the sofas causing lots of allergy sneezing. Hot tub was a great way to relax in the evening with lovely open.views of the surrounding countryside. Owners helpful. Really lovely place that is well looked after.
Sharon from Dunfermline, Fife (16 July 2016)

Fantastic lodge with everything and more, lovely peaceful setting wish we could have stayed longer would highly recommend.
Emma from Shaftesbury (08 July 2016)

Caddys corner was absolutely excellent. Really impressed by the kynance lodge and would stay again.
Mike (02 July 2016)

Lovely setting with beautiful views
Sarah (02 July 2016)

Can't wait to go back!
Rachael (02 July 2016)

Lack of hanging space in wardrobes only issue.
Peter from Bristol (13 June 2016)
