Staff were very welcoming. Lodge was lovely and clean.
Hope from Bedfordshire (04 December 2017)

Wonderful lodge very comfortable the welcome pack of bread milk etc was a nice touch and especially liked the wood burner. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and some great places to visit nearby, will be looking to return again next year.
Ann from Bristol (27 November 2017)

For a short winter break the setting was quiet and away from it all. Accommodation was excellent, cosy and spacious. Would love to come back when it's warmer to explore the local area by bike.
Anthea from Devizes (27 November 2017)

Fantastic lodge, site and staff could not fault anything. Hot tub was brilliant even on a cold night. We will definitely be back.
Joy from Stoke-On-Trent (24 November 2017)

Absolutely amazing stay!! great value for money, stunning location, exceptional facilities and really helpful staff. . . the only negative was that we arrived late and a "neighbour" had parked badly and obstructed our parking space. We had to then also park badly and partly obstruct their pathway which we felt very awkward about.
Fleur (20 November 2017)

Very good and warm lodge.a lovely welcome pack.hottub very nice,
Sue from Banbury,Oxon (20 November 2017)

We had a girls weekend away, arrived late but staff very helpful nothing was too much trouble, lodge was beautiful very clean and spacious, hot tub clean and well maintained, just a shame no seating around hot tub. We had a lovely time and are looking to book again soon. Fresh bread, milk, eggs etc on arrival were amazing, you really had thought of everything.
Carly from Bristol (13 November 2017)

Lovely time
Georgia (13 November 2017)

Find it really hard to fault. Lodge great, staff really helpful. Would return and recommend.
Marie from Birmingham (10 November 2017)

Beautiful lodge on a secluded site. Staff were really helpful and friendly. It was a perfect base to explore the jurassic coast and other attractions in the area. The lodge had everything you needed and more! the information folder was helpful with emergency numbers for the area which, having a poorly toddler during our stay was extremely helpful. The hot tub was a great way to relax at the end a busy day
Emma from Caerphilly (10 November 2017)

Fantastic 1st family holiday with a 4 month old baby! the lodge has everything you need to make a comfortable holiday! and the hot tub was amazing in beautiful surroundings.

Brilliant lodge everything you need even a nice touch of leaving a tray with bacon, eggs etc on. . loads of places to visit in the area
Jillian from Wigan (03 November 2017)

Perfect short stay getaway!
Mike from Bournemouth (30 October 2017)

We have booked for next year already.
Neil from Crawley (30 October 2017)

Loved it! would stay again as it was a very chilled out holiday, which was exactly what was needed. Wildlife and peace and quiet were brill, hot tub was spot on.
Rachel from Okehampton (27 October 2017)

This was my second visit to burnbake as I loved it the first time. The surrounding area is the most amazing thing as well as the lovely, clean and modern lodges. The only disadvantage is the lack of facilities on site. A bigger shop and things to do would be beneficial but overall the holiday experience is always excellent every time.
Emma from Orpington (27 October 2017)

Nice quiet retreat for family celwbration
John from Surrey (27 October 2017)

Only comment is that the hot tub would have felt a bit overlooked if they campsite had been open - however was not a problem as campsite was closed.
Emma (20 October 2017)

The lodge was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Welcome pack was very nice. Location was close to places to visit in dorset. It was very quiet because the camp site was closed for winter. We would visit again.
Christina from Teignmouth Devon (20 October 2017)

Amazing location and the extra touchs by the staff made all the difference
Sarah (20 October 2017)

Burnbake forest lodges were an absolute dream! it was the perfect escape from city life. No phone signal so you can really just shut off and forget about the stresses of day to day life (they have good wifi if you can't live without it). . when we arrived at the lodge we were amazed to find a little welcome hamper (including bacon, eggs, fresh bread, milk, butter). it's those kind of small touches that really make a difference and I will definitely be recommending burnbake to friends. . the lodge itself was perfect and kitted out with everything you need. . definitely want to come back next year!
Joanne from London (16 October 2017)

Worth every penny.
John from Blandford (16 October 2017)

This was our second stay at burnbake and we were just as impressed this time as the first time. The standard of accommodation was excellent, the peace and tranquillity of the site was excellent, the hot tub was excellent, we will be returning.
Juliet from Gloucester (13 October 2017)

Quiet and restful home from home without the stresses
Sharon from Newport Isle Of Wight (13 October 2017)

We had a lovely relaxing weekend, enjoyed the extra touches like the dressing gown and slippers and welcome pack.
Cathy from Worthing (09 October 2017)

A great location and very comfortable lodge, well equipped with everything we needed. spotlessly maintained hot tub.
Amanda from Southsea (09 October 2017)

Hot tub problems on arrival but promptly looked at and fixed ready to use on our 2nd day.
Alison from Salisbury Station (09 October 2017)

Amazing mini break, everything was perfect, the lodge, hot tub everything! can’t wait to come back again x
Nicola (09 October 2017)

Lodge nos 14 excellent and secluded very forest like. Access to the site down a 1.5mile single track with a few passing places no lights of course. Road around lodges very poor gravel mix and pot holes for this reason we would not return. . some of the other lodges are not secluded and a few face directly onto the campsite.
Jacqueline from New Malden (06 October 2017)

Beautiful lodge and hot tub we will definately return
Elizabeth (02 October 2017)

Fantastic
Katie from Bristol (02 October 2017)

A relaxing break in a secluded environment with all the required facilities. A bit pricey however for off season.
Robert from Didcot (29 September 2017)

Excellent week's break, will certainly visit again, thank you very much for making our stay so wonderful. . thelma saxby
Thelma from Hythe, Southampton (29 September 2017)

Our lodge couldn't have been lovelier. Gorgeous wooded surroundings with squirrels, rabbits and robins all about. Hot tub was wonderful. Lodge was spacious and comfortable. I think we got one of the best lodges, no 15 was particularly nice as it didn't look out onto any other lodges. Welcome pack was much appreciated. Perhaps salt and pepper could make it even better next time, but not essential! shame the cafe wasn't open when we were there, but we did go off season.
Tom (29 September 2017)

Perfect
Matthew from Bedford (25 September 2017)

Lovely location beautiful lodge.would have liked a bread bin & butter dish in cupboard.
John from North Devon (25 September 2017)

Great lodges got everything you need and very private
Jennifer from Southampton (25 September 2017)

Had an amazing 4 night stay. Loved the hot tub! really nice to find a welcome food pack on arrival. Great day out in swanage which was only a few miles away. Can not wait to go back.
Naomi from Berkshire (25 September 2017)

Having been camping at burnbake many times, I was interested to find out that they had developed further and added 20+ wooden lodges to their site. The lodges were well designed and of extremely high quality. All essentials were included (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, tv, wifi) and some nice extras (hot tub, log burner, surprise breakfast pack). the beds were comfortable and nicely made up on our arrival. Plenty of hot water for the shower. I requested an iron and a dvd player and these were provided. All in all, a lovely place for a break, very comfortable and great fun. Highly recommended.
Paul from Wiltshire (22 September 2017)

The lodge was beautiful and relaxing. The location of our lodge was amazing right by a stream even had a deer one morning whilst having breakfast. The location was peaceful with plenty of walks close by but that is what we wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle.
Diane (22 September 2017)

Brilliant well look after and nice pups and places to eat .
David from Helston (22 September 2017)

Fantastic. a beautiful place in an amazing location. can't wait to visit again - only next time bringing the whole family.
Lee (22 September 2017)

We had a wonderful time and would thoroughly recommend burnbake lodges.
Jacqueline from Hornchurch (18 September 2017)

Really nice and finished to a high standard
Nikki from Arundel (11 September 2017)

The lodges are perfect clean and well laid out . the furnishings and decore are secound to none . hot tub wow used every day . the staff are really friendly and helpfull . we will be going back.
Karl from Northampton (08 September 2017)

Great lodge and loads of room, hottub icing on the cake
Michael from Torrington, North Devon (08 September 2017)

A fantastic lodge in a beautiful setting. I stayed there with my brother and two friends for a walking break, and it was brilliant. We didn't use the hot tub, but might well have done in the summer. The facil;ities in the lodge were superb - even had a washer/dryer. The living room was very spacious, so we could all relax after a day's walking.
Sid from Kings Lynn (08 September 2017)

One of the best places to stay and extremely helpful staff
Maggie from Great Missenden (04 September 2017)

Lovely lodge. Not much to do without having to take a long drive!. . cosy and tranquil.
Jiyan from Twickenham (04 September 2017)

Had splendid time, took my sister and her family and they thoroughly enjoyed it and asked when can she move in. Says it all and we agree with her. It's my first time and my wife's second and we will definitely be returning in the not to distant future
Adrian from Stratford On Avon (01 September 2017)

Beautiful lodge in a stunning location. Hot tub was amazing
Angela from Birmingham (01 September 2017)

Beautiful setting. clean, comfortable and tidy lodge.
Sheila from Kent (28 August 2017)

Beautiful cannot say enough. Burnbake is stunning so are the lodges. The location is great for everywhere. Our children loved it and we would definitely return.
Beverley from Leicester (25 August 2017)

Fantastic, beautiful lodge, amazing beaches, campsite was well run, clean and safe for my children to play. Wish it was a little more affordable.
Lisa from St Leonards On Sea (25 August 2017)

Fantastic facilities in lovely surroundings.
Julie from Dorset (11 August 2017)

We stayed in a beautiful lodge with a wonderful hot tub. The site is a bit isolated and was very busy when we stayed there. The staff were very helpful and when asked for something, did it straight away. overall a lovely place to stay.
Janice from Brighton (07 August 2017)

We loved our spacious, well-equipped lodge; extremely comfortable and homely. the staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive and very quick to respond to our minor problem of a blocked sink!
Paula from Basingstoke (04 August 2017)

What an amazing place absolutely loved it would be back in 2018 however we would need it to be dog friendly and it isn't this place just needs a few lodges dog friendly ano it's to do with planning but this would definitely be a right move especially due to the lodge been all wipeable surfaces we had an issue with the kettle and they brought one round and replaced it and the hot tub we were loosing the water due to been unlevel however they came round twice a day to top up and check levels amazing service
Katie from Pontefract, West Yorkshire (04 August 2017)

A lovely, luxourious lodge holiday in a relaxing, natural setting. The staff were warm and welcoming and we would love to stay again.
Jessica from Harrow (04 August 2017)

We had a fantastic holiday. So relaxing. Absolutely loved it.
David from Colwyn Heights (31 July 2017)

Well located for easy access to all that beautiful dorset has to offer. Lovely pine forest walks literally on your doorstep. Lodges were very well-equipped and beds very comfortable, but positioned right next to a busy, noisy campsite which distracted from what would have been an idyllic, peaceful location.
Rose from Chelmsford (28 July 2017)

Couldn't fault the internal appearance and contents of the lodge except might have been useful to have a washing machine rather than use the campsite one. I think the outside planting needs time to mature as privacy was not as good as it could be and it did feel that too many lodges have been squeezed on to the site.
Joanna from Glasgow (28 July 2017)

Loved it, will be back!
Nicola from Bristol (28 July 2017)

Another fantastic family holiday at burnbake. . the lodges are clean, comfortable and contemporary. The staff are wonderfully helpful and did all they could to accommodate our young family. . the hot tub was kept clean each day of our stay and the kitchen was supplied with all necessary utensils. . this was our third year in a burnbake lodge and each year the excellent levels of service have been maintained.
Andrew from Cambridgeshire (28 July 2017)

This was an amazing lodge, staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to help. The hot tub was wonderful. And everything was clean and well maintained. The added little extras like the welcome pack made it extra special.
Tracy from Bristol (24 July 2017)

Amazing lodge in a very peaceful location in a beautiful part of dorset
Christine from Horsham (24 July 2017)

Yes, very enjoyable to be away from it all at burnbake.
Angela from Norfolk (21 July 2017)

Wonderful location, ideal for walking parts of the jurassic coast path, also the purbeck way. . great beaches at studland bay. Accommodation first class
David from Mold (21 July 2017)

Attractive lodge. in lovely surroundings. however, very uncomfortable sofa. Both ends near arms are so low to ground had difficulty getting up. had to build it up with cushions so couldn't relax. The beds were very uncomfortable, very hard and far too high. needed a step to get into them. No storage cupboards in the kitchen for dried sundry items and shelf missing in the fridge. Also both bedroom windows had no privacy so had to keep curtains closed all day. The field with campers in just a few yards away so they could look right into lodge. can't some plain voile curtains be put up so private yet allowing light in during day. Some lodges had same problem in lounge area - you could drive by and look right in. Luckily our hottub and porch were positioned in a discreet corner but others had no privacy. a bit of cheap willow screening would make a lot of difference.
Dawn from Leamington Spa (14 July 2017)

Very stylish and upmarket and extremely clean. No issues at all lovely surrounds and hot tub cleaned twice daily.
Oliver from Leeds (10 July 2017)

Lovely place , our second consecutive year.we will be returning.
Gill from Gloucester (10 July 2017)

Those with hot tubs are fantastic.
Simon from Northwich (07 July 2017)

Lovely lodge, quiet location with trees all around. Close to the beach (10 min drive). shame we couldn't try the restaurant -publicity prior to arrival perhaps?
Elizabeth (07 July 2017)

Lovely holiday would go again
Sarah from Taunton (07 July 2017)

Fantastic lodge
Deana from Worthing (03 July 2017)

Nice surroundings with plenty of walks and cycle routes. Shop only offered basics.
Jacqueline from Hertford (30 June 2017)

Lovely lodge, hot tub fab, staff lovely, and had very nice welcome pack on arrival. if I had to think of a negative, the deck was very small, and a bit awkward to move around on, but this was just our lodge I think, others seemed to have larger decks. . the only thing I can complain about was the weather..but hey ho, it's england in the summer!
Jaclyn from Nottingham (30 June 2017)

A very comfortable, well equipped lodge. had a great holiday and would recommend if you want a peaceful setting and a relaxing break
Yvonne from Huntingdon (23 June 2017)

Wonderful setting lodge perfect everything you could need welcome breakfast a nice touch
Mary from Weston Super Mare (23 June 2017)

Lovely surroundings . accommodation excellent, plenty of space, hot tub a real bonus. Fully recommended
Janet from Penkridge Stafford (16 June 2017)

Lovely break in a beautiful area that we know well. accommodation was perfect, comfortable beds, wonderful showers and well equipped. staff very helpful and friendly. the hot tub was lovely and well looked after. only negative is we would have preferred toilet paper and rubbish bags to be supplied rather than an unexpected food hamper. we definitely plan to go again.
Liz from Llanwddyn, Wales (13 June 2017)

Had an amazing three day stay in one of the executive lodges. we all totally loved the lodge, the jacuzzi & the park itself, we will definitely be back.
James from Northampton (12 June 2017)

As it is primarily a camping site, the shop and 'cafe' facilities were very basic. we brought our own supplies, but asda and sainsbury do deliver, as do local takeaways! . . lodges are beautiful and well stocked, and lovely little welcome pack of bread, milk, bacon, eggs, tea and coffee was great. . would definitely go again. staff were great and very knowledgeable about surrounding area.
Ros from Fareham (05 June 2017)

It was a lovely location and we saw lots of lovely places.
Antony from Worthing (02 June 2017)

We had a brilliant holiday. luckily the weather was kind to us, but there is a lot to see and do in the local area, so bad weather would not have spoiled it.
Lisa from Romford (02 June 2017)

Very close to the campsite needs more screening around lodges
Janine from Portsmouth (29 May 2017)

All very good. Only critisism is the outside seat cushions were quite grubby and had bird poo and stains on etc.
Daniel from Baldock (26 May 2017)

The second time we have stayed. Brilliant location and accommodation. Highly recommended
Anthony from Coventry (26 May 2017)

Beautiful location and amazing building, we had a fantastic time!
Sarah Jane (22 May 2017)

Me and my family had a fantastic long weekend break. Surroundings were a breath of fresh air,we had the hot tub every morning and finished the evening looking up into the sky. Came back stress free and recharged, the lodge it's self was beyond expectations. Can not wait to re-book
Leticia from Keighley (22 May 2017)

Lovley lovley lovley
Elaine from Newbury (22 May 2017)

The holiday was absolutely amazing !!! the lodges were gorgeous and plenty of space where needed with the lounge being very cosy. 6 of us stayed (3x couples) and loved every minute. No fault at all. Reception were very helpful when needed too.
Chelsea from Bournemouth (19 May 2017)

Our daughter has special needs and finds most holiday destinations stressful and confusing. the lodge at burnbake was perfect - well-equipped, beautifully designed and furnished and all in a peaceful, woodland setting. the lodges are carefully sited to provide privacy with enough space around them to enjoy the woodland setting. having the beds already made-up then finding the high quality welcome pack in the fridge was a lovely way to begin the holiday. The hot tub was a 'first' for us and a very welcome way to relax in the evening. we look forward to returning next year.
Sandra from Paignton (15 May 2017)

Very enjoyable stay, staff helpful and friendly, lodge/hot tub superb. Shame dorset is so far from yorkshire has we would love to go their more often!
Barry from Wakefield (12 May 2017)

Wonderful time yet again, will be rebooking for next year soon! :)

Elaine from Scunthorpe (05 May 2017)

Had a great time. Clean and well presented lodge. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed and found the whole stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Will be back.
Richard from London (05 May 2017)

Great location, lovely lodges
Andrew (01 May 2017)

This was our second visit to burnbake, the lodge was well equipped, the standard of decor and quality was excellent with the added bonus of patio furniture and a hot tub. We all had a lovely relaxing time in this beautiful woodland setting.
Susan from Guildford (01 May 2017)

Excellent accommodation on quite site in beautiful countryside
Andrew from Wallingford (01 May 2017)

Fantastic spacious lodge, well equipped, hot tub great. Peaceful surrounding area. Not to far to go sight seeing.
Robert from Ipswich (01 May 2017)

Burnbake lodges are excellent - well-stocked with cutlery, crockery, glasses, kitchen utensils, pans etc. Fluffy bathrobes, slip-ons and separate towels for the superb hot tub were a nice touch. Lodge was clean and comfortable with good bathroom and shower, also toiletries. . the location in rempstone estate provided woodland walks on hand and local wildlife. the rough site roads and landscaping were the only minor criticism.
Andrew from St Andrews (28 April 2017)

Ab so lu tely wonderful ..

Lovely lodge, great hot tub, great location and good price.
Jonathan from Reading (31 March 2017)

Lovely and relaxing, hot tub made for a lovely stay!
Judy from Oxon (31 March 2017)

This lodge park would be absolutely perfect if the lodges weren't so close together. We did not have any privacy when we were in the hot tub. . the lodges are very well designed and equipped and everything is of very good quality. We couldn't fault the interior.
Anna from Penarth (27 March 2017)

Fantastic location. Well equipped lodge and the hot tub is a great way to unwind after a long day's walk around the area. Complimentary breakfast box was a nice touch on arrival. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others.
Robert from Birmingham (27 March 2017)

Lovely break shame hot tub was not ready. Cafe not open nor the store. Parking area and foot path could do with gravel so you don't bring the dirt in. Beds where spot on and the lodge was very clean. Loved the large sliding doors in the lounge and the two bedrooms. . could do with a window as would get very hot in summer. Would go back .
Valerie (27 March 2017)

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at burnbake. The lodge was fantastic and we enjoyed the hot tub and the comfy accommodation. If you like walking you can get to the coast in a couple of hours and also corfe castle village in under an hour. The area is amazing; great pubs, sights and beaches. The hot tub was cleaned daily and the site was not too big.

A truly stunning location to stay every morning we woke up to a new visitor in the surrounding areas around the lodges wild birds rabbits squirrels and deer all appeared over our 3 day stay as for the lodges exceptional build quality all round comfy warm modern yet rustic in there own right the hot tubs are a huge bonus and very comfy we had a great weekend away and definitely be returning next year for more adventures
Ryan (13 March 2017)

We had a lovely holiday! everything we could have needed and more was provided. The surroundings are so tranquil but within easy reach of plenty of the sights. We were a family of 3 with one 11 month old and it suited our needs down to the ground
Elizabeth from Oxford (10 March 2017)

A great week, the location of the site is great if you like peace & quiet, but close enough to get out and about to main attractions (or get to a shop before they close!). a car would be essential (or bike if you're keen!). . my only gripe would be that the lodges are a little to close together, no doubt the planted hedges will mature in time but I feel a few less lodges would've made it more private.
Paul from Bucks (10 March 2017)

Wonderful location and a great well-equipped lodge. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and log burner!
Sarah from West Midlands (10 March 2017)

It was a lovey weekend away, quiet, clean, luxury and modern. Will 100% be returning.

A lovely lodge with great added addition of hot tub. Everything we needed and a great base to explore
Emma (17 February 2017)

Lovely lodges, friendly staff, in an excellent location making it easy to explore attractions such as monkey world, the tank museum, corfe castle and the beautiful beaches.
Katie (17 February 2017)

We booked a lodge for the february half term week, 2 adults and 3 children under 13. the location is ideal for visiting nearby attractions like monkey world and bovington museum; if you want to stay on site there are plenty of forest walks. We found plenty to occupy our time and would definintely consider another holiday here.
Caroline from Weston Super Mare (17 February 2017)

Excellent in every way. Beautiful lodge in beautiful surroundings. Can't wait to go again
Dean from Gloucestershire (13 February 2017)

We had a lovely time. The lodge was very clean and comfortable. The interior decor was amazing and very well equipped with kitchen utensils. The only issue we had was getting in touch with staff as the mobile reception was poor and the wifi was very slow. We did suggest that each lodge should have at least a phone connection for emergency and to be able to contact staff 24/7 without any hassle. Otherwise it was a lovely stay and we would be back soon.
Rupamathy from Wallington (13 February 2017)

Really good loved the hot tub
Teraza from Gloucester (10 February 2017)
