We had a lodge with a hot tub which was lovely. However the hot tub was at the back of the lodge and there was no patio doors to get to it. So had to walk around the lodge to access it. It was winter so in the evening it was very dark as there weren't any outdoor lights. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. It would have been nice to have had a little shop to get the basics such as milk. Great spa facilities.

Location and accommodation were great ,reception staff really good but the overall experience was ruined by the restaurants and bar service , wouldn't eat on site.

Nice environment and good facilities at the sight - we had a 3 year old and 4 year old with us and the mix of the pool, softplay, outdoor play areas, football field and woodland work area was really good to make it a varied and enjoyable holiday. We had problems on night 1 with very loud people a few lodges along, we contacted security at 1am to ask them to go and have a word but there was no reply, after leaving a voicemail we never did hear anything and so visited reception the next morning. this was a bit disappointing and why i've marked helpfulness of staff a bit lower. Restaurant menus were nice, we ate in the italian and the pizza was delicious. the wine prices are very expensive though, it feels a little bit like they are taking advantage at £5 per glass; bit too much focus on profit margins there. . lodge facilities were good, spacious for the four of us and very clean . the hot tub was cold on night one which was a little disappointing, but it was a fab size for the two of us and really welcome in the colder nights. Overall, a lovely site to visit, with good access for interesting day trips too. we really enjoyed this holiday and would go back.

Booked with my husband and three sons, and sons girl friend for husbands 50th and sons 21st birthdays. I booked a 3 bed platinum lodge, pet friendly, booking confirmation was different. I phoned twice to confirm it was pet friendly and also if the caravan could sleep 7 as other son's girlfriend would now like to come too or if I book other accommodation for them. I was told it should be ok as it did have a sofa bed in living room but dog was extra £45 and they would call back to confirm, I was never called back, so son decided to stay home with dog. I was told however that we were booked into 193a on arrival we were booked into different? hot water went off twice leaving us for the afternoon without hot water. Man who arrived to fix was great though and apologetic. Pool and spa closed at 5pm on sundays so we didn't get a chance to use. Went to bar by the lake, bar tender was unhappy we only wanted drinks and not food. We went to main bar full of young children and as our youngest son was only 16 we couldn't use adult bar with age restriction of 21. Site was badly sign posted and I think most of the caravans are privately owned and squashed together. The caravan however was very very nice very but not a lodge!

Great few days at brynteg, our second stay. I think the site could benefit from a shop on site for papers etc.

Very enjoyable few days in wales. went with my 14 year old son and met up with with daughter and enough on site to keep us occupied. visited llanberis and bounce below at ffestiniog . the days on site saw the pool used, which wasn't busy, as well as table tennis. . reading the reviews before we came I knew there was a narrow road to the site but this is no worse than narrow country lanes and not that long. wi-fi isn't that good but not the reason you go away so not that much of an issue, for me

The site was nice and the pool was really lovely, food at the restaurant was ok. Lodge was comfy and warm, but actually quite basic considering it's the platinum option for the site! no hand towels, no oven gloves, one flimsy tea towel. I know you need to bring things with you to these kind of sites, but it seemed to be lacking a lot of basics which are normally provided at other sites. We had a nice holiday but we wouldn't go back.

The location at the site is generally good for seeing the sights of north wales, however the local access roads are very narrow and in early spring and late summer are quite dark. This means whoever is driving has to be very careful when driving to and from the site. . the general facilities are good, particularly the pool (which has a lifeguard in attendance). . the site is very hilly and might not suit those people who cannot walk far or have difficulty walking.the pool, gym and cafe are on the southern edge of the sight and not centrally. . the caravan my wife and I had was very good and the heating (which we used as it was autumn) was good. . the only real problem was with the gas cooker. The control nobs did not work properly and the cooker was probably life expired. On the last night (somewhat strangely) the glass cover on the hob cracked and exploded, like a toughened glass car windscreen).this was duly reported.had anyone been cooking a nasty accident might have happened.clearly a maintenance problem.

Luigi from Wokingham (30 September 2017)

Nice park a bit isolated located along a narrow road. The caravan was well provisioned, including an electric hoover. Nice touches were that you got hotel style pack of shampoo, body wash and a small soap. You also got dish clothes, a towel and a very small bottle of washing up liquid. . the caravan was ok, clean, well kept, tv was a large flat screen and there was wifi. Lacked electric power points, charging phones, computers and so on was an issue. There were two small portable radiators, but the electric cables were to short to be plugged in the bedrooms. The single beds were ok, better then in most vans, but still very narrow. . minus points a vehicle is essential! there was no on site shop, and the nearest shop was a good way away from the camp. Same goes for take away, while they have two good on site restaurants, it was not possible to buy anything to take way., again a chip shop is 15 minutes drive away. . staff were so nice and polite!!!. . a old fashioned baker that bakes their bread, pies and sausage rolles on site, this is 5 minutes drive away, but shuts at 11 am.

No one to meet us despite pre call, no towels in accommodation and toilet seat broken and could not get repaired despite assurances. But the location was stunning and the site was clean. The staff in the club were great.
Terry from Christchurch (11 September 2017)

It's a lovely holiday park, clean, tidy and the staff are very helpful. The park is in a lovely location and is very quiet am looking forward to going back.

Joanne from Merseyside (08 September 2017)

A brilliant place to relax after a long day out. Food was outstanding and the setting absolutely perfect.
Lisa from Sittingbourne (08 September 2017)

We had a lovely break. The caravan & park were perfect. We were very disappointed that there is only 1 child under 12 per adult allowed to use the pool!! I was myself with my 2 daughters as my partner was running a race , when I took my girls (4months & 9 years) to the pool I was not allowed entry with them. The main reason for us booking the park was because it had a pool , park , kids club etc. We are due to return to wales again next year but will not be booking on this park as not being able to use the pool with the kids on my own, really upset us & we had to travel to the next village & pay to use a public pool run by local authority as there minimum age limit is 8.
David (04 September 2017)

Had a lovely stay at brynteg
Andrew from Great Yarmouth Norfolk (02 September 2017)

I found there was not much to do for the children on site. There was no shop on site. The swiping barrier to let you into the park did not work once for us, tried to contact the security and kept going to answer phone. Beautiful area but I will not be staying here again.
Lorraine (02 September 2017)

We stayed here last week of august and it was my 3rd time at brynteg. Staff were very helpful caravan was lovely. Just wished the swimming pool was open longer and that there was a little shop on site. Had a great holiday and we are thinking of booking again soon.
Christina from Essex (02 September 2017)

Certainly not a 5* park. stuck in middle of nowhere. the caravans all crammed in together with no privacy. small spa that wasn't all functional and had to pay extra for. fishing lake overgrown and unable to fish in and they charge £5 for this!!! no shop on the site. nowhere to walk to so you need a car. my wife was very upset by this experience and we will not be returning. paid a lot of money for this holiday and have stayed in better 3* places.
Violet from Norfolk (26 August 2017)

Lovely place and lovely surroundings, we would love to come back again
Kangli from Cambridge (26 August 2017)

We have stayed at brynteg on two previous occasions but paid much less for a much larger caravan. We were unaware that we had booked a weekend van until we arrivived as this was not made clear on the booking page.
Venessa (26 August 2017)

Having stayed before we knew we would not be disappointed with location a facilities etc , however very disappointed with menu in restaraunt it is much changed and not for the better
Gillian from Wirral (25 August 2017)

Caravan was immaculate. holiday park was clean. we had a really lovely time
Jamie from Norfolk (19 August 2017)

Beautiful location and park. felt like it would be better with fewer caravans though. local area great for outdoor enthusiasts. Caravan immaculate. Liked the boathouse but had run out of most things on each night we were there and no till!
Tracy (19 August 2017)

Only found out when we arrived that the indoor pool is only open from 10am-5pm. Disappointing when you want to actually do something during the day

We stayed at brynteg for the first time this year - we couldn't have chosen a better location in easy reach, by car, to everywhere we'd wanted to visit. there were only a couple of things I would have changed, and would be mindful of if I visited again - which I certainly would. firstly, we were aware that we could check in from 4, however arrived at 7.00pm, as the traffic from the north east was not favourable, and we were travelling a long distance. however, when we arrived, check in was closed. thankfully, security were on hand to give us the keys to our caravan, so all was well. Secondly, I found the pool, spa and facilities excellent, but was a little disappointed that they opened at 10.00 for children, until 5.00pm. during this time, we were out and about exploring the beauty of north wales, so only used these facilities once, as our children were keen to go swimming. preferably, they would have been open earlier, so that guests could use them before they go out for the day, or later, when they return back from the park? we found the food in the country club to be of a very high standard, and ate there three times during our 7 night stay. however, on the sunday afternoon, we spent over three hours there for sunday lunch, mostly due to forgotten orders and waiting times between courses. this was a shame as the food really was excellent. all in all, we really enjoyed our stay, and we certainly would not hesitate to visit again - we're thinking of maybe returning next year already.
Catherine from Sunderland (18 August 2017)

Lovely site - but missed having a shop.
Suzanne from London (14 August 2017)

A bit disappointed. Accommodation - booked a lodge with hot tub photos showed hot tub on decking outside but it was round the back of the lodge which made it less practical to use having small children with us. Spacious living area and good sized bedrooms. Details stated dishwasher but it didn't have one. Linen and towels clean but no hand towels. A few little bits broken and freezer frosted up. Nice touch to have welcome tea and coffee and toiletries. Park facilities - no shop on site which was surprising given size of park and location. Pool limited hours 10am - 5pm for families. . as a go active holiday I was disappointed there was nowhere to play football and I didn't feel it was very safe for the children to cycle as roads narrow and winding (poor visibility and space). park was clean. Food - only had take away pizza on site but expensive and poor quality. It had a bar but didn't eat there. Restaurant lovely location but not child friendly and no vegetarian option so didn't eat there. . local area - narrow road leading to park but close to a main road lots to do in the area and a good holiday.
Richard from Nottingham (05 August 2017)

Lovely site and the guy that does the entertainment fot the kids is excellent. He needs a payrise he really is an asset to the place. Other than that some of the staff are rude and unhelpful particularly one of the younger female life guards who is forever on her whistle but seems to think the rules only apply to certain people.
Rachel from Manchester (05 August 2017)

Holiday location was good but it needs a shop on the holiday park.
Jeanette from Liverpool (05 August 2017)

A nice, quiet site amidst some fantastic scenery. on site facilities were excellent, especially the restaurants, and plenty for families to see and do in the local area.
Andrew (29 July 2017)

Good holiday.
Janet from Preston (28 July 2017)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at brynteg. The surrounding countryside, location and activities to do were fantastic!. . the location is easy to find and idealy situated to the snowdonia area. There are plenty of walks and tracks around offering amazing views. . the only downside was that there wasn't gas central heating. Ours had oil filled radiators. This did not affect us though as the weather was good! . . our caravan did not have a hairdryer or iron in it but you can order one from reception.
Linda from Peterborough (22 July 2017)

We had a wonderful time and will definitely visit again
Jane from Leicestershire (22 July 2017)

We stayed as a family of 4 in early july in a ´gold' caravan. We found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly and the facilities were great for our 2 small children.
Jennifer (21 July 2017)

Absolutely great! site was very posh considering the price of the caravan!
Gregory from Bristol (21 July 2017)

Another fabulous break at brynteg. Only points to note were the absence of a shop and the fact that the night we went to the restaurant not everything on the menu was available
Lucy from Warwick (15 July 2017)

Site restaurant gave our family food poisoning. . childrens activities were not on. . staff most unhelpful and we felt that they were not interested in one of us being very ill. . left holiday one day early. . swimming pool not available to children in the morning.
Tim from Ipswich (15 July 2017)

Beautiful location with lovely accommodation. We would love to return.
Clare from Coventry (15 July 2017)

Great weather, good location, good accommodation, could be busy or relaxing
Fiona (15 July 2017)

Lovely site for an off peak breakwith a four year old. It was a shame the restaurant had no chef when we arrived to eat at 7 and we told they didn't know when he would be there. Other than that we had a first class stay. Spa facilities and treatments very good. Able to use sports hall for badminton. Would recommend.
Mary-Ann from Manchester (14 July 2017)

Very well kept site. Caravan immaculate. beds in twin room very narrow even for our three year old! . . nice pool, soft play and playground ideal for little ones. If anything more going on here than website implies. Steak night at the boat house was great lovely food and setting. there was also quiz nights, children's activities in the bar in early evening then adults entertainment too on weekends. . only issue I had was website said towels included but they were not. Bit of a pain as could easily have brought them. They were available to hire but the site didn't charge me so that was good. . . lots to do in the area.
Mari (10 July 2017)

The park is not a park but a caravan/trailer sales location with some facilities. It is completely jammed full with caravans. The park could regain a pleasant atmosphere by removing 75% of the caravans to create some breathing space and privacy. The staff is helpfull. The pool is small. The football pitch is a shame. The kids playground is tiny. The caravan itself was ok for 3. The tv was very old. the park is lifeless (we were there at the end of june).
Willem from Maarssen, The Netherlands (08 July 2017)

Great time good price
Dafydd from Caernarfon (07 July 2017)

Had a great weeks holiday. we stayed in the bronze caravan which I was a bit worried about being the lowest budget caravan. however what a pleasant surprise the caravan was new (which we hadn't expected) with toiletries supplied and very clean. the caravan was small but as it was only two of us that was not a problem. however although two bedrooms and sleeping 4 people I think that it would have seemed too small had there been more than two of us. the staff were excellent and allowed us to get into the caravan early with no hastle when we arrived a little earlier than expected. the site is very quiet and in a great setting. has two bar's one set up more for families and another being quieter around the on site lake. The location couldn't have been better great activities within a short distance by car such as the train up to the summit of snowdonia, bangor, aber falls, zip world and swallow falls to mention a few. also great walks from the park itself should you not want to take the car out. can't recommend highly enough wouldn't consider going anywhere else should we be in the area again. although might treat ourselves to one of the lodges around the lake which looked lovely.
Kay from Sutton (01 July 2017)

The site was not fully functioning with the onsite shop closed. We were told everything started in 3 weeks time. On site restaurant was limited in the week but overbooked on the saturday, day of arrival, so not available. Left early due to weather and poor site facilities.
Cecelia from Warrington (01 July 2017)

Fabulous platinum lodge but should have read the print in the brochure where a lot of the facilities unavailable even though end of june. not brynteg's fault but ours. Staff were very helpful and friendly and definitely worth paying the extra for a superior lodge.
Lynn from Manchester (01 July 2017)

Not my first time there and it won't be my last.
Jonathan (30 June 2017)

A great location to explore nw wales and snowdonia :-)
Joe from Derby (30 June 2017)

Caravan clean/bright and well equipped.nice touch with the 'welcome packs'(washing up liquid/tea towel/cloth in the kitchen area.. tea/coffee/sugar/biscuits .. shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom .. as well as toilet roll (all unexpected and indeed very welcome) staff really nice.. stephen from 'up north' being the 'newby' and a great addition to the team on site. The site was lovely, really clean, with lots of really nice looking accomodaton. The restaurant/bar at the lake was great, so relaxing. The deck chairs around the lake made for a fab place to sit with a glass of wine (or coffee) and chill out. We were there out of the school holidays so not a lot was happening outdoors, but that suited us fine. The food down at the club was delicious and the staff, again were really nice and attentive. We only used the pool once but it was a good temperature without stacks of chlorine, at one point only myself and my spouse were in it - but even then, there was a lifeguard. Our granddaughter liked the little amusement arcade, indoor and outdoor play area. Our thanks to everyone for making our stay pleasant, we recommend this place to everyone.. as there is something for all ages. (i only wish we could have purchased one of the holiday homes being sold....maybe a lottery win?????
Lorraine from Rotherham (24 June 2017)

Only downside was the access times for the swimming pool area. Earlier and later access was expected. More information required regarding opening times of all amenities. This was not available freely. An information booklet in the property with all site info would be beneficial to guests. We were lead to believe there was a 9 hole golf course on site, that was not the case!!!! I feel the site cater more for residents, when they should equally cater for holiday lets.
Geilda from Fife (24 June 2017)

We had prebooked, and paid for, a cot and high chair. On arriving at our caravan we found that they were not there and were told by reception that it would be after 6pm before they would be delivered. We fed the baby sitting in his car seat! finally, a very nice man arrived with...a cot..no high chair. So back he went to get the high chair. We had problems then in putting up the cot and before we could even attempt that we had to move a bed to make room. Not ideal! the grounds are lovely, and well kept, but there was no outside seating at our caravan, it was a hot week so that was disappointing. Also, where do you dry towels for six people with only a very small hanger? the pool was lovely and we enjoyed swimming in there but it is let down by the cafe. The seating is tatty and the leatherette worn away. The hot dog..hmmm! we found out, two days before we left, at the end of our weeks stay, that food was served in the evenings at the restaurant and the boathouse. What a shame that reception hadn't pointed that out to us earlier! the lake is lovely but quite a hard walk uphill if you arent very mobile. we were disappointed in several aspects of our week but north wales is always beautiful so we enjoyed it anyway.
Oldbird (19 June 2017)

Wonderful ..fully enjoyed
Syed from Milton Keynes (12 June 2017)

Would have been a great location if it didn't have construction traffic going passed the caravan all day!!
Colin from Chepstow (10 June 2017)

Good site, lots to do but staff need to stop sitting round talking in welsh when people are waiting to book on things. Pool was ok very hot. More seating is need at the entertainment we went 3 time but each time could not get a seat.
Amanda from Stockport (05 June 2017)

Wi-fi didn't work (one of the reasons for choosing this park), grill in caravan didn't work. Restaurant service was poor..
Christian from Cheshire (02 June 2017)

Our second visit that lived up to the first in every way. A splendid location and convenient 'jumping off' point for some wonderful parts of north wales
John from Wootton (26 May 2017)

Fantastic place for the kids but also great for adults. Great spa. I loved the lake and the pizza place.. . kids did climbing and aeroball.they loved it. Caravan was quite basic ( the bronze, 6 berth). but we have stayed in the silver ones before which was great. I would love to stay in one of the lodges next time.
Pamela from Stockport (22 May 2017)

Lovely family break
Lynsey (19 May 2017)

Brynteg is an excellent location for the whole of north wales. The lodge we stayed in was very good and served our purposes really well. Just a couple of small points: cord on the window blinds did not meet acceptable safety standards especially in relation to children; would have like bed side lamps in the bedrooms.
Stephen from Llangybi, Monmouthshire (12 May 2017)

After a long drive from southampton, I was greeted by a lovely friendly lady at reception who checked me in quickly and efficiently so I could get to my caravan for a cuppa!. . beautiful grounds, well tended and maintained and with differing levels offering some great views from the site. . . the pool area looked clean and well looked after, though I didn't use this. The boathouse had a great decking area onto their lake and was able to enjoy and well priced bottle of prosecco in the sunshine after a hard days sightseeing. . . didn't eat in any of the restuarant, but the couple I was chatting with ordered a pizza which looked delicious!. . staff all round the site seemed friendly and happy to chat. . . a lovely, peaceful stay in a well cared for grounds and a perfect base for me to visit caernarfon, conwy and beaumaris castles and other places in between!
Karen from Eastleigh, Hampshire (12 May 2017)

Ecellent site been there several times in the past always had a good holiday
Donald (12 May 2017)

We stayed here recently in a gold caravan, it was lovely and clean and staff were friendly, scenary is beautiful, the kids loved the pool and park, it's a very quiet park with not so much entertainment evening wise but do have activities during the day, there are some great things to do locally so we used the park as our base and went off to explore, we have booked to go again soon but I will say I did find the prices for school holidays extremely high! over £1000 for 7 days in a gold is in my opinion unjustifiable considering you spend most days off of the park to entertain the children, great for a quiet break though.
Sarah (08 May 2017)

Lovely place to stay and ideal for exploring the beauty of north wales.
Gareth from Barry, Vale Of Glamorgan (28 April 2017)

Amazing!
Antony from Wirral (28 April 2017)

We had a lovely weekend at brynteg. The old boathouse is a lovely spot to sit and relax with a drink. the caravan was clean and tidy and essentials provided. The park was lovely and quiet. We did not use the pool but it looked good. So much to do nearby we couldn'the fit it all in 1 weekend. Llanberis is a 5 mins drive away with access to snowdon and the snowdon railway if needed and a lake and castle. Aber falls are 12 miles (about 20 min drive) away and there is a morissons in caernarfon is only 12 mins drive away.
Gemma from Oxford (24 April 2017)

Lovely park, excellent facilities, pleasant staff. good go active programme for the kids.
V. from Manchester (22 April 2017)

I came to bryntrg with my baby and mum and dad. After a recommendation from my brother. Who was also on holiday with us and his family. It was an absolutely amazing place and we all had a fabulous time. everything about the site was perfect from start to finish. we will defiantley be returning to this beautiful place.
Sarah from Stoke On Trent (21 April 2017)

Falsely advertised park was nice and clean nothing there unless your a business man on a weekend golf break not even a shop you have to book restraunt six months in advance as boat house only had 4 tables most of staff were ok but one had no time for customers or children (not naming) if it was my child he spoke to I would have left instantly poor value for money
Michael from Wrexham (17 April 2017)

Provide details of activities before visit and allow booking on line. Disappointed that time to access the pool has been reduced in favour of kids activities in the pool. In effect, the pool is closed when you arrive at 4 and if you go out for the day, when you get back it is also closed (unless you have an activity booked..all for kids). . the pool facilities should be open until later than 7 pm. The website said there would be towels and there weren't but the satff did bring us some kindly. appliances should be checked more regularly (or leave a slip for people to notify you), we had a heater not working and a kettle that would not switch off automatically so a potential hazard. We do love the site though and have visited 3 times before and will go back..if they increase access to pool!
Sharon from Chipping Norton (17 April 2017)

Great location for outdoors folk with access to not only snowdonia but anglesey. The site is pleasant but more a base from which to explore. The kids play area is a positive addition for those in need of such facilities. A little at the pricey end overall but a case of location location location!
Carrie from West Wales (31 March 2017)

More signs for directions to site, more road signs on site. Leaflet on facilities with map would be nice, otherwise a very nice stay.
Robert from Wigan (27 March 2017)

Lovely short break away in great surroundings. Caravan was great value for money.
Andrew from Blaenavon (20 March 2017)

It was a beautiful location but the property was cramped and very cold, no double glazing. It was lovely and clean thou.
Mandy (20 March 2017)

Good except the clubhouse was closed on sunday night and nobody warned us.
Ian (20 March 2017)

We booked a platinum lodge, and if we went back we would only stay in a platinum lodge again. Beautiful, very clean. Could be better equipped and live up to the platinum name i.e include a dishwasher smoothie maker (just examples). the spa is 10/10! absolutely beautiful set up! staff are very helpful. The local area has so much to do. Beautiful lake right by our lodge! hot tub was huge - amazing! book! you will not be disappointed. Park is quiet at night and has minimal lightening and this is perfect otherwise it would ruin it.
Sh from Birmingham (17 March 2017)

Great place . definitely would like to visit again
Sejal (17 March 2017)

Fab break away with the kids. Would defiantly return :)
Sammi from Bolton (13 March 2017)

Staff helpful and friendly
Sonia (10 March 2017)

Fabulous five night break, lovely caravan park, fantastic facilities the spa what can you say super , lovely area for walking , and the staff go out of there way to make your stay so enjoyable very friendly and helpful. Would defiantly return to site . stayed an extra night enjoyed it so much .
Veronica from Wirral Merseyside (10 March 2017)

Fantastic break my only negative is the snooker table being in poor condition. but apart from that the site and facilities are amazing
Jonathan from Walsall (03 March 2017)

The park did not have a lot of activities for teenage kids. There is also nothing to do when the leisure centre closed. There is no night entertainment.
Yasmeen from Epsom (17 February 2017)

Whilst we have visited brynteg numerous times over past several years, the quality of accommodation was at its worst, we have stayed in same caravan but name changed to conway. I personally think it's time for a refurb or changed, windows were filthy outside. I must add it won't stop us from visiting again as we love the park. We actually own our own lodge an hour from where we live but still enjoy visiting brynteg.
Kenneth from St Helens, Merseyside (10 October 2016)

Just rebooted for next year best holiday in 10 years . love it
David from Milton Keynes (30 September 2016)

Very poor caravan. Nice surroundings did not make up for it.
Mark (25 September 2016)

Absolutely a stunning site and brilliant facilities. Very helpful security guard come out late at night to help us with the boiler. Only downside was our last night was spoilt by a power cut but this was not the fault of the company.
Ian from Liverpool (25 September 2016)

This is a wonderful location for a welsh holiday surrounded by lovely mountain views. The holiday park is first class and well kept.
Yvonne from Essex (24 September 2016)

Quiet location. Not a wide variety of facilities available but great if you're happy for some solitude and golf.
Kath (23 September 2016)

Absolutely incredible park, staff, and facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
Rhobert from Brynamman (17 September 2016)

Brynteg was a lovely holiday park, the directions given were fantastic, we didn't need our sat nav to find it. It was lovely and quiet, when we had trouble with equipment in the caravan the staff sorted it out straight away. We are looking forward to going back again next year.
Elizabeth from Hereford (12 September 2016)

Beautiful, clean caravan and site with an excellent swimming pool. All close to mount snowdon which we managed to climb. A very pleasant week holiday.
Peter from Preston (10 September 2016)

Had a great time once again as we visit every year and will continue to do so. Comes recommended to all
Carl from Wolves (10 September 2016)

Our 3rd or 4th visit. Peaceful site & close to llanberis!
Maria from West Midlands (09 September 2016)

We all had a really lovely time . the swimming pool is lovely . the children enjoyed all the activities . plenty going on and not to busy. Definitely would stay again
Dreena from Chester (02 September 2016)

Superb accommodation with outdoor spa bath (best on site) so what's not to like. better weather required!
David from Stockport (13 August 2016)

Excellent stay at brynteg. Caravan was very clean and well kept. Staff in reception, restaurant and bar all very helpful. The kids especially enjoyed the magic show that was on every night. A very good entertainer. Will definetely consider coming back next year
Julie from Rugby (13 August 2016)

The change in restaurant policy not to offer free child meals priced us out of eating out. Also, the shop had shut and we had no prior notice to bring essentials.
Helen from Southport (13 August 2016)

Had a great holiday. Beautiful location! only thing missing was a convenience store on site.
Lesley from Spalding Lincolnshire (13 August 2016)

A beautiful quiet site ( we were sited near the park)perfect base for exploring wales. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Emma from Rotherham (06 August 2016)

Very enjoyable and relaxing holiday, happy children, happy parents
Dylan from Ruthin (06 August 2016)

The communication between the staff about evening entertainment wasn't good, I had to ask several times, different staff, different days and nobody seemed to know what was going on!. when some entertainment was on for the children (6.30-7.45pm), the bar / restaurant had a bit of life about it, but then as soon as it finished, it was dead. No atmosphere, no music, nothing. Very disappointing.
Sarah from Lancaster (30 July 2016)

Very enjoyable stay. Caravan excellent and location perfect for exploring.
Ruth from Brackley, Northants (29 July 2016)

We had a fantastic time at brynteg, but no decking ruined it for us and we felt the site had become greedy with space as the vans we so crammed in. we would recommend it but we wouldn't return.
Sharon from Colchester (23 July 2016)

The 'lodge' we had was very nice, the staff were great and the facilities ideal for a family but due to the layout of the caravans there was a lack of privacy. Everything felt a little claustrophobic. If we could have had one of the lodges by the lake it would have been much better but the one we had appeared to have been shoe-horned into a space that originally was not designed to have one.
Andrew from Warrington Cheshire (23 July 2016)

A fabulous place for a holiday with a family. We spend a great week with two children 4 & 11. Lot's to do in the surrounding area. Quality of accommodation was excellent. Park was lovely, very well maintained.
David from Motherwell (23 July 2016)

Brynteg site was great, really enjoyed our holiday, great location and friendly site.
Jolene from Annan (23 July 2016)

Great
Chris (23 July 2016)

Great location and extremely friendly and helpfull staff. brynteg is beautiful, very quite and the lodge we rented was in a1 order. my only frustration was the wifi signal which was intermittent but that didn't take away from the overall great experience.
Sean from Peterborough (22 July 2016)

We had a great time despite some wet days. Caravan and facilities were excellent. pool complex very attractive and excellent restaurant and cafe. Lovely woodland setting with lake too made it pretty with backdrop to snowdonia. it was very quiet when we were there (2nd week in july) which was surprising and we had hoped there might be more children around for our two boys to meet. lots to do in surrounding area too. Only negative was when it was raining it was very very noisy in the caravan as ours was right under some trees. very friendly staff, overall an excellent holiday experience.
Judith from Edinburgh (16 July 2016)

A beautiful and immaculate park. The staff team was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely go back to brynteg.
Margaret from Barry (16 July 2016)

Planning to return soon. only slight disappointment was the restricted men to pizza only at the boathouse
Pam (15 July 2016)

This was the best caravan holiday I have ever had!!!!
Jennifer from Cheshire (09 July 2016)

This was a great holiday. the arcade could do with a bit of an upgrade and a shop on site would be the only things that I would change but we can't wait to go back. the sooner the better.
Stephen from Wallasey (09 July 2016)

None of the activities were open, there is no shop on the site for buying things like basics, the club house is not very family friendly, the advertised golf course was an overgrown mess. overall not impressed with this site at all, wouldn't recommend it to anyone and wouldn't go back.
Caroline (08 July 2016)

Lovely clean park and caravan. Great facilities and scenery. Perfect for our young family.
Elaine from Scotland (08 July 2016)

Beautiful site, excellent facilities. Shame about the amount of moving around of caravans and maintenance that started very noisily at 8am every morning.
Sharon (08 July 2016)

Superb setting lovely accommodation.
Julia from Surrey (04 July 2016)

Not alot on site to do mainly a home owners park arcade was a small game room where things didnt work, this a pace for a base if you like to drive to get to places, no shop on site, coffee machine dint work in main clubhouse and cafe didnt sell alcohol so had to flit between the 2, on pizzas in the boathouse . not the place for us and we love a caravan holiday just not our cup of tea.
Kathryn (02 July 2016)
